This study developed teaching-learning materials for mathematics and coding convergence classes using Python, focusing on 'Prime Factorization' of seventh graders. After applying the teaching methods and contents to the students, they analyzed whether the learners achieved their learning goals. The results were used to modify and supplement teaching and learning materials. Affective domain of learners were also analyzed. The results are that the teaching methods and contents of the developed teaching-learning materials were generally appropriate for learners. The learners understood most of the lessons according to the set teaching methods of all classes. And learners have mostly reached their learning goals. In addition, as a result of analyzing the definition characteristics of learners through follow-up interviews, the interest in mathematics and programming has improved. The developed teaching and learning materials of this study are well consisted mostly of the teaching methods and the contents of the classes, and are organized so that learners can reach most of the learning goals. It also brought positive changes to the affective domain of mathematics and coding, demonstrating the potential for useful use in school.

Creative teaching methods can be beneficial in enhancing creativity and self-directed learning abilities in the classroom. However, there may be some specific learning tasks where applying creative teaching methods can be difficult. This is because students may not have completed the necessary prerequisite learning before performing the learning task, leading to low reliability of task results or meaninglessness. This study aims to propose teaching methods that enhance creativity and self-directed learning ability when performing learning tasks that may not have sufficient prior learning. To achieve this, we present a case of applying creative teaching methods to a learning task called "national threats". As a research procedure, we provide a suitable teaching method model and detailed procedures for the given learning task, and apply them in actual classes. The results showed that applying the presented teaching methods for the learning task produced meaningful academic achievements. This study can be valuable not only for enhancing creativity in education but also for interdisciplinary research in fields such as education and national security.

Due to the Corona-19 pandemic, online education has grown worldwide and it is now being predicted that online education will dominate the future of education. This study examines, as characteristics of the human factor, the effect of self-efficacy; as system factors influencing learners' satisfaction with online learning and behavioral intention to use online learning, this study examines perceived social presence and perceived teaching presence. Participating in this study were 236 students who filled out an online survey in return for course credits. Study findings suggest that individuals with high social presence and teaching presence will have higher satisfaction with online learning and higher behavioral intention to use online learning than those with low social presence and teaching presence. The study also found that individuals with high self-efficacy have higher satisfaction with online learning and higher behavioral intention to use online learning than those with low self-efficacy. This study provides theoretical implications as well as practical implications for e-learning educators when it comes to enhancing students' satisfaction with online learning and behavioral intention to use online learning.

This study developed and implemented a teaching · learning process plan for Home Economics in middle school by converging Habermas's three systems of action. It also examined the effect of the class through the evaluation of students and teachers who participated in the class. This study developed 10 sessions for a teaching and learning process plan by converging three systems of action and reconstructing learning elements related to 'balanced meal plan' and 'food choice' according to the practical action teaching model. After class, we surveyed the degree of help for students, analyzed the learning activity sheets, and analyzed the reflection journals of teachers to evaluate the effects of the class. This class was found to be the most helpful in practicing the healthy dietary life of students, expanding their thoughts, understanding learning contents, and helping them change their lives. As a result of analyzing the learning activity sheet, students gained enlightenment by reflecting and evaluating their action through the class; in addition, changes in interest, awareness, and action appeared. Through the convergence of three systems of action, teachers who practiced the class criticized and realized the act that students were unconsciously accepted. In addition, it confirmed the possibility that students could change their lives, family and society by promoting optimal nutrition and health for a good life that pursues the best good.

The purpose of this study attempted to investigate academic achievement and cooperative ability as problem-based learning to strengthen communication in Spanish courses. 70 learners taking Spanish at A University from September to December, 2021 were divided into an experimental and a control class to examine their academic achievement and cooperate ability. Academic achievement was not statistically significant, but the sub-area of communication was significant as 0.031 (*p<.05) and the cooperative ability of the experimental group, the average was increased, but it was not statistically significant. Based on this study, continuous follow-up research to develop teaching methods and teaching and learning models suitable for strengthening Spanish communication through various learner-centered convergence teaching methods will contribute to fostering talent desired by the 21st century.

This study is to propose a FOCUS Teaching & Learning model to educate pre-service early childhood teachers and in the era of convergence and integration and the Fourth Industrial Revolution. In an era where the use of digital technology is maximized due to COVID-19, boundaries of each fields are blurred and convergence is emphasized, a teaching and learning model is needed to strengthen capabilities of freshmen at colleges that train specialists. This study proposes ways to vitalize ICT education in early childhood education and proposes an integrated teaching and learning model. Through this model, pre-service early childhood teachers will be able to enhance their digital capabilities and contribute to the field of early childhood education by producing video content, activities and teaching aids to be provided to early childhood education institutions. In addition, the model can be applied to areas other than early childhood education to improve digital capabilities through video production and utilization.

This study was to provide teaching and learning strategies to develop a creative sight-singing and ear-training program that aims to design student-centered education. Therefore, the characteristics of the sight-singing and ear-training as well as teaching and learning methods were analyzed through the literature review, and the following meaningful strategies were derived. First, a student-centered teaching environment was promoted by diversifying the teaching environment through small group activities and establishing a sustainable learning environment using MyEarTraining and Musescore applications. Second, teaching and learning strategies were proposed to improve sight-singing and ear-training skills by applying for various teaching and learning methods and cultivating the qualities of a pre-service teacher. This study is expected to be used as meaningful fundamental data in developing specific teaching and learning processes for a creative sight-singing and ear-training program.

The purpose of this study is to develop convergence major-based learning (CMBL), which selects performance tasks related to local problems at hand and solves them based on convergence major performance, and builds a suitable teaching and learning model. We developed a CMBL class with a team project-type class that finds and solves practical problems in the region to cultivate overall problem-solving capabilities for convergence major competencies. Additionally, for this class, the instructor played a role as a bridgehead to explore and connect the community's sites, and students visited connected institutions in person to identify problems they need based on understanding and empathy for the subjects through field observation and qualitative interviews, and developed a CMBL class teaching and learning model necessary to directly solve them by using their major capabilities to the fullest. Therefore, we intend to present the future-oriented direction of university convergence education required by the community by forming a group of students with various majors to cultivate the ability to solve realistic problems in the community.

The purpose of this study is to verify the effect of participating in teaching material development program using 3D printer on the recognition of universal design for learning of early childhood special education pre-service teachers. This study was conducted on 30 early childhood special education pre-service teachers who participated in teaching material development program using 3D printer. The results of this study showed that the early childhood special education pre-service teachers use of the 3D printer-based teaching material development program resulted in statistically significant differences in the 4 low rank factors of the universal design for learning. This research shows that direct experience in developing teaching material using 3D printers is very effective to improve universal design for learning awareness. In addition, the experience of developing teaching material for pre-service early childhood teachers is important for improving the instructional design ability, and they need the practice of the development of the teaching material using the latest technology for teaching students with various needs.
