In this study, double layer KTN/STO thin films were fabricated on $Pt/Ti/SiO_2/Si$ substrate, their structural and electrical properties were measured according with the number of STO coatings, and their applicability to microwave materials was investigated. The average grain size was about 80~90 nm, the average thickness of the 6-coated KTN thin film was about 320 nm, and the average thickness of the STO thin film coated once was about 45~50 nm. The dielectric constant decreased with increasing frequency, and as the number of STO coatings increased, the rate of change of the dielectric constant with the applied electric field decreased. The tunability of the KTN thin film showed a maximum value of 19.8% at 3 V. The figure of merit of the KTN/1STO thin film was 9.8 at 3 V.

La_0.7Sr_0.3MnO₃ precursor solution were prepared by a sol-gel method. La_0.7Sr_0.3MnO₃ thin films were fabricated by a spin-coating method on a Pt/Ti/SiO₂/Si substrate. Structural and electrical properties with the variation of sintering temperature were measured. All specimens exhibited a polycrystalline orthorhombic crystal structure, and the average thickness of the specimens coated 6 times decreased from about 427 nm to 383 nm as the sintering temperature increased from 740℃ to 830℃. Electrical resistance decreased as the sintering temperature increased. In the La_0.7Sr_0.3MnO₃ thin films sintered at 830℃, electrical resistivity, TCR, B-value, and activation energy were 0.0374 mΩ·cm, 0.316%/℃, 296 K and 0.023 eV, respectively.

In this paper, we introduce the concepts of Wijsman strongly p-lacunary summability of order 𝛼, Wijsman lacunary statistical convergence of order 𝛼 and Hausdorff lacunary statistical convergence of order 𝛼 for double set sequences. Also, we investigate some properties of these new concepts and examine the existence of some relationships between them. Furthermore, we study the relationships between these new concepts and some concepts in the literature.

In a Pb-included piezoelectric composition, $Sr_yPb_{1-y}[(Zn_{1/3}Nb_{2/3})_x-(Ni_{1/3}Nb_{2/3})_{0.2}-(Zr_{0.46}Ti_{0.54})_{0.8-x}]O_3$ was selected in order to attain high piezoelectric properties. According to the PZN ratio (x) and the amount of Sr doping (y), the crystal structure, microstructure and piezoelectric properties were measured and evaluated. In the case of Sr 4 mol% doping, the piezoelectric properties were the highest for a PZN ratio of 0.1. In this condition, the grain size was larger and the intensity was higher. With the PZN ratio fixed and varying the Sr doping, the piezoelectric properties increased until 10 mol% doping and then decreased for over 12 mol% doping. In the case of x＝0.1 and y＝10 mol%, the best piezoelectric properties were obtained, i.e., $d_{33}=660pC/N$ and $k_p=68.5%$, and these values seem to be related to the grain size and crystal structure.

Important material properties of UCAS rod can divide by tension characteristic of base rod part and both end part of U type anchor. Tensile properties of base rod part need as concrete reinforcement material as an alternative material of reinforcing rod, and tensile properties of U type anchor is used at connection with UCAS rod. This treatise carry out tensile test of UCAS rod, examine necessary properties such as strength, elastic modulus and maximum capacity of UCAS rod as reinforcement material of concrete. Also, to examine material properties carry out tensile test of U type anchor.

We fabricated a Li-S battery with post-treated carbon nanotube (CNT) films which offered better support for sulfur, and investigated the effect of the surface properties and pore structure of the post-treated CNT films on Li-S battery performance. Post-treatments, i.e., acid treatment, unzip process and cetyltrimethylammonium bromide (CTAB) treatment, effectively modified the surface properties and pore structure of the CNT film. The modified pore structure impacted the ability of the CNT films to accommodate the catholyte, resulting in an increase in initial discharge capacity.

In this paper, we establish the convergence of semigroups that are strongly continuous on (0, $\infty$). By using Laplace transform theory, we show some properties of semigroups and the convergence result.
