The purpose of this study is to find out key factors(specialized knowledge, manner, interaction) of real estate brokerage service quality derived from previous researches and to identify degrees of relations among the key factors and request intention. To do this, first of all, this study makes surveys including variables of estate brokerage service quality, credibility, and request intention. Second, it collects the data from respondents who have visited real estate brokerage firms. Finally, the data are analyzed by applying an exploratory factor analysis and a confirmatory factor analysis which is based on a structural equation modeling. The result of these surveys describes that only the interaction affects the credibility positively and the credibility has positive effects on the request intention. At the same time, the interaction impacts on the request intention directly. Therefore, these analysis results suggest that managers of real estate brokerage firm focus on the interaction of the real estate brokerage service quality factors in order to improve the customers' request intention.

The purpose of this study is to propose a policy for accounting practice education system to improve the national credibility. The biggest reason why the national credibility is the lowest is that the auditor's free appointment system is the next, and the education on accounting is not done properly. This study is a bibliographical study that examines the previous studies on the improvement of accounting audit and accounting education in Korea, various public hearings, press releases, and government policy data, and summarizes. The way to increase accounting transparency is to improve the audit system and to guarantee accounting practice education. Since the subjects of practical education belong to all areas such as private and government, it is intended to propose the establishment of accounting professional education institution, called (tentatively) 'Accounting Training Institute'. Through this, it is expected that the practical and professional training will improve accounting transparency and contribute to the improvement of national credibility.

On October 7, 2023, Hamas launched a large-scale surprise attack against Israel and war broke out. On this day, in addition to supplying rockets, they directly invaded Israeli territory in multiple areas using parariders and motorcycles. Considering the security situation on the Korean Peninsula, it is meaningful to consider why Israel allowed Hamas to attack and why it failed to deter the war in advance. Deterrence can only be successful if it is supported by capability, will, communication, and credibility. Although the capability and will were sufficient, and the communication through punitive deterrence had been sufficiently communicated, the failure to deter this war was problematic in terms of credibility. In order to increase deterrence against North Korea's threat, we need to improve customized extended deterrence, convey the will of both Korea and the United States to deter, and increase credibility in deterrence capabilities and execution ability.

The present study attempted to explore effective scanning and monitoring in process of risk management on agri-marine products distribution policy. The interest public's group interests clash in accordance with theme for issue on marking policy. For executing a better systematic scanning and monitoring on actual affairs of marketing, selecting information personnel, gathering and analysing information, issue and risk management and their valuation with ongoing and simultaneously. Especially, In order to explore effective scanning and monitoring as a model of risk management, the study attempted to analyze within and without environment of marketing, to analyze issue management strategy, to evaluate issue activity for likelihood and impact, risk cycle analysis, interest public's group concerned, grade of interest public's group threatened(power, legitimacy, willingness), rapport(staying close, credibility, meeting expectation). And the study make an ongoing observation progress of subjects, and the serious subjects need have made an close observation. The study suggested to establish friendly relationship between organization and interest public's group, and to regularly accomplish two-way symmetric communication.

Online reputation systems for social network services(SNS) aggregate users' feedback and estimate the reputation of contents or providers. The aim of this research is to enhance credibility of the online reputation system on the SNS based e-Commerce(we called it as social commerce). SNS users usually refer to evaluations from other users who bought the products before. Most social commerce sites provide reputation system to help their customer make a decision, but sometimes we can't believe the reputation because the reputation is too subjective and the seller can deceive the customer for sales promotion. Threrefore, we usually use just the average value to show the general customer's evaluation result. We applied collaborative filtering method to give more weighting to the users who have evaluated correctly in the past. As a result, we could get more accurate evaluation results by considering each customers' credibility value that was computed by collaborative filtering.

The purpose of this study is program development for efficient medical institution management and finding comprehensive measures to increase the credibility of medical institutions. For this purpose, a survey on medical service satisfaction was conducted for elderly people aged 65 or older living in four other areas. The results of the analysis were as follows: First, the survey participants had higher confidence in private medical institutions. Second, there was no relationship between the reliability of public and private medical institutions and the selection of medical institutions. Third, the environment of the survey subjects was related to the selection of medical institutions. The credibility of the surveyed public and private medical institutions affects the selection of medical institutions, and the economic power and understanding of the medical institutions also influence the selection of medical institutions.. Therefore, it is suggested that public medical institutions need to improve the satisfaction of medical services in the future, and management efficiency of public medical institutions in addition to private medical institutions is urgently needed.

Sharing of product and process information with partners is a basic activity and key requirement which ensures success of distribution. ePedigree that encapsulates all of the event data from manufacturer to retail shop provides a flexible mechanism of storing and sharing traceable information to the partners of supply chain and credibility of shared information through digital signature based on Public Key Infrastructure (PKI). To generate the signature that can be authenticated through PKI, the partners of supply chain should pay for PKI certificates from Certificate Authority (CA). In case of agrifood cooperatives which consist of petty merchants or farmers, it is hard to pay for the PKI certificate for all members and is a big obstacle for the ePedigree to be applied to the supply chain. This paper proposes a private certification method of ePedigree for cooperatives. Cooperatives can apply the ePedigree using the proposed method to all the members at small cost and the proposed method can assure the credibility of information at the same level of the previous ePedigree.

Currently, virus infection such as Corona 19 has become commonplace, and interest in unmanned systems is increasing in the field for non-face-to-face ICT services. In this paper, the function and performance of remotely successfully controlling a store through video and audio using an IP PBX with a broadcasting function was verified through a test. And the fully unmanned system is not gaining credibility due to various technical problems, however the central control system is a very efficient and reliable system because the controller can directly control the customer while monitoring the access and the inside of the store through the video and audio. In the future, we plan to study a completely unmanned remote control system using A.I technology.

This paper studies the partial credibility application method by assuming the empirical prior or noninformative prior informations in auto insurnace business where intensive rating segmentation is expanded because of premium competition. Expanding of rating factor segmetation brings the increase of pricing cells, as a result, the number of cells for partial credibility application will increase correspondingly. This study is trying to suggest more accurate estimation method by considering the Bayesian framework. By using empirically well-known or noninformative information, inducing the proper posterior distribution and applying the Bayes estimate which is minimizing the error loss into the credibility method, we will show the advantage of Bayesian inference by comparison with current approaches. The comparison is implemented with square root rule which is a widely accepted method in insurance business. The convergence level towarding to the true risk will be compared among various approaches. This study introduces the alternative way of redcuing the error to the auto insurance business fields in need of various methods because of more segmentations.

The WBAN(Wireless Body Area Network) supplies mobile convenience to our medical services. But if we have few effective control variables across this service deployment, the hidden distortions or defects of the system might threaten the lives and rights of the stakeholders. Therefore we need to increase the service credibility, to get WBAN effective. This study proposes a governance mechanism using feasible variables that are currently in use in practices in WBAN environments against medical incidents. Control variables were tested in Seoul National University hospital and related medical industries of South Korea. We assume that WBAN systems would be open based on integrating patients, medical employees and law enforcements to get smart theater operations against medical incidents by implementing proposed MJA(Multilateral Joint Analysis) model. MJA model also contributes to the convergence of computer systems and medical services by demonstrating flexible SOA(Service Oriented Architecture) dashboard of healthcare services with credibility factors in medicine. The important components in MJA model across WBAN, were found to be "Safety, Accuracy and Reliability" in priority order. Factor analysis, correlations and ANOVA were used to evaluate this model and an IT dashboard with a realization of mobile application, was used to support participants' decision-making.
