  • The Korean government has implemented various policies to introduce the cloud to the public sector. The objectives of the paper are to develop a decision-making model and to propose the roadmap for cloud introduction in the public sector. To achieve these objectives, we analyze the characteristics of public services and types of cloud service. Then we develope a cloud introduction method using fuzzy AHP based convergence decision-making model. As a result of this study, we decided to prioritize the cloud service candidates and proposed a three-step roadmap. The results are expected to contribute to cloud introduction and transition in the public sector and establishment of the cloud policy. In the future, it will be necessary to develop budget plans as well as additional decision-making factors for cloud adoption.

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the structural relationship among perfectionism and dance achievement of middle and high school students majoring in dance. Specifically, this study aims to investigate the effects of perfectionism on dance achievement through the medium of dance commitment and career decision-making self-efficacy. For this purpose, a structural equation model based on the previous studies was constructed with perfectionism as an exogenous variable and dance commitment, career decision-making self-efficacy, and dance achievement as endogenous variables. The final subjects of this study were 279 middle and high school students majoring in dance. The data were processed by frequency analysis to find out personal characteristics using SPSS 23 and exploratory factor analysis and reliability analysis were conducted on the research tools. In addition, AMOS 21 was used for confirmatory factor analysis, correlation analysis and structural equation model analysis. As a result of data processing on the research model. First, the sub-dimensions of perfectionism tendency 'worry about mistakes', 'personal standard', and 'doubt about behavior' had a statistically significant effect on dance commitment. Second, the sub-dimensions of perfectionism 'worry about mistakes', 'personal standard', and 'doubt about behavior' had statistically significant effects on career decision-making self-efficacy. Third, dance commitment did not have a statistically significant effect on dance achievement, but career decision-making self-efficacy had a statistically significant effect on dance achievement. These results provide implications.

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationships between institutional pressures and IT investment decision making of management. To analyze the proposed model, we distribute survey questionnaires to mid-size IT firms and collect data from them. Furthermore, the proposed model was tested by PLS(Partial Least Squares) technique. We found that coercive pressure and normative pressure have an effect on mimetic pressure. However, these two pressures do not influence the IT investment decision making. The mimetic pressure has an effect on the IT investment decision making. The conclusions and implications are discussed.

  • Purpose: This study was to analyze a structural equation model of parents attitudes, family function, self-management, and career decision making self-efficacy in high school girls. Method: The high school girls was asked to complete a questionnaire, and 255 data units were analyzed with Structural Equation Modeling. Result: The hypothetical model fit indices for the model revealed a fit at a recommended level(χ2/df=2.84, GFI=0.91, SRMR=0.05, NFI=0.91, CFI=0.93, RMSEA=0.08), and 6 of the 9 paths were statistically significant explaining 48% of the variance. Conclusion: In order to improve the career decision making self-efficacy for high school girls, it is necessary to be able to develop and practice self-management through the improvement of home and family functions.

  • IT governance implies a system in which all stakeholders with a given organization, including the board, internal customers, and related areas such as finance provide the necessary input into their decision-making process. However, the concepts of IT governance are broad and ambiguous, so IT governance is eventually needed multi-criteria decision making. This paper presents a hierarchical structure to better understand the relationship between control structure and the complexity of collective behavior with respect to IT governance and proposes a corresponding fuzzy model for analyzing IT governance complexity based on an extensive literature review. The results of this study are expected to provide a clearer understanding of how the concerns of IT governance behave and how they interact and form the collective behavior of the entire system.

  • To get legitimacy of a security investment, the analysis of ROI about the security investment is required. In this paper, we suggest a practical quantitative model with considering factors that do decision-making of optimized security investment difficult. This model makes use of the value of a residual risk to decide the best information security solution and considers a corelation of response techniques of the information security solution against each threat to do exact decision-making.

  • The purpose of this study is to prepare basic data to help college students adapt to college life by grasping the effects of mentoring skills, self-concept, career decision-making self-efficacy, and major satisfaction on college life adaptation. To achieve the purpose of the study, data were collected from January 17 to January 27, 2024, targeting college students from one university in C city located in G-do. The survey was conducted online. As a result of the study, the mentoring function of the subjects averaged 4.11 points (out of 5 points), the self-concept was 4.29 points (out of 5 points), the career decision-making self-efficacy was 4.04 points (out of 5 points), the major satisfaction was 4.45 points (out of 5 points), and the college life adaptation was 3.91 points (out of 5 points). The factor that most influenced the subject's adaptation to college life was career decision-making self-efficacy, followed by self-concept, mentoring function, and major-art field. The explanatory power of the model was 70.2%. Specifically, the higher the career decision-making self-efficacy, the higher the self-concept, and the higher the mentoring function, the higher the adaptation to college life. Educational intervention programs (non-curricular programs) are needed to adapt to college life for college students, and subsequent studies need to examine the effects of the developed programs.

  • The purpose of this study was to find ways to impact policies in order to invigorate convergence research as a whole (including science or engineering-based and its humanities-based counterpart), so it can be recognized as the science of its own form. Firstly we looked at the definition of convergence research. Secondly, we looked at the definition of policy and how policies are produced. Lastly, we explored the relationship between convergence research and policy decision making. The current issues faced by the convergence research were the fact that it was largely under-appreciated and inadequately supported both in terms of policy and financial support. In this study, we explore the relationship between research and policy based on a research utilization model, which can be categorized the research and policy relationship into four types. Then we sought for various cases to explore how research can affect policies as scientific evidence; how the technological changes caused by convergence research can be shaped into policies; and then provide insights for what challenges needed to be addressed in order to have a positive impact on the relationship.

  • Recently, it is expected for requirement for more scientific research of weapon systems acquisition alternatives with reliability and objectivity. For these needs, study on methodology of weapon systems acquisition alternatives is but on-going, but it is still in its early stages and is unprofessional. We compared general decision making methods, government development program decision making methods, methodologies of weapon systems acquisition alternatives research such as AHP, ANP, KAAM and proposed AHP as weapon acquisition analysis. This study guarantees objectivity and derives scientific research results reliability by analyzing and comparing comprehensive elements such as cost, effectiveness, deployment schedule, program management risk. Further study on AHP weight and other decision making methods is needed considering category of weapon systems and program characteristics.

  • Decision procedure was done with the evaluation of multi-criterion analysis. Importance of each criterion was considered through heuristically method, specially it was based on the heuristic least mean square algorithm. To consider coalition evaluation, it was carried out by calculation of Shapley index and Interaction value. The model output is also analyzed with the help of those two indexes, and the procedure was also displayed with details. Finally, the differences between the model output and the desired results are evaluated thoroughly, several problems are raised at the end of the example which require for further studying.
