This study analyzes influence factors on ethical behavior in organizational member and organizational effectiveness. in business ethics contexts. To achieve this research objective reviewed the academic literatures and institutional polices related to business ethics. Especially, this study focused on the relationship between influence factors and effectiveness in business ethics.

본 연구의 목적은 4년제 대학에서 문화예술경영 NCS 교육과정 도입의 필요성과 NCS 교육이 취업과 자격증 취득에 도움이 되는지 살펴보는데 있다. 이를 위해 연구모형 "문화예술경영 NCS 교육에 관심, 4년제 대학에서 NCS 교육과정 도입의 필요성, 취업 및 자격증 취득에 도움"을 설정하고 설문조사를 실시하였다. 분석결과 Chronbach's Alpha 계수 값이 0.821, 0.807, 0.830로 산출되어 내적 일관성을 확보한 것으로 나타났다. 측정변수의 타당성분석도 모두 기준치(0.5) 이상 산출되었으며 집중타당성과 판별타당성도 모두 확보된 것으로 나타났다. 가설검증결과 표준화계수가 0.608과 0.977로 나타나 두 가설 모두 양(+)의 관계를 보여 주었다. 따라서 각 연구가설은 높은 상호 연관성이 있는 것으로 판단되었다.

본 연구에서는 SCM(Supply Chain Management)과 e-SCM이 변화 수용 능력, 정보 공유 능력, 파트너십 관리 능력, 그리고 비즈니스 성과에 미치는 영향을 연구하였다. 수도권 및 지방에서 SCM과 e-SCM을 도입한 기업의 직원을 대상으로 조사 및 분석하였다. 연구모형을 통해 SCM의 특징적인 요소인 변화수용능력, 정보공유능력, 파트너십 관리역량, 사업성과 및 성과변수 간의 관계 정도를 분석하였다. 신뢰도, 타당도, 유의성 등을 검증하였다. 연구가설에 의해 지지된 연구 결과를 다음과 같이 2가지로 요약할 수 있다. 첫째로, 기업의 역량을 변화수용역량, 정보공유역량, 파트너십관리역량이 주요한 변수로 분석하였다. 둘째, 특정 기업의 역량이 아닌 SCM에서 필요한 역량을 4가지로 분류하여 관계 정도를 구체적으로 분석하였다. 본 연구는 SCM 관련 기업에 적절한 정보를 제공할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

Korea is aging rapidly and unprecedentedly in the world, and the social burden is prospected to be increased rapidly. New business start-up in blue ocean area is boomed in Korea, because sedulousness of people and high household saving rate which are basis of the economic development are getting lower, and propensity of the consumption and debt in household are getting higher. This article is refers that what is success factors of new business start-up in blue ocean through investigating the theoretical concept and the success cases. As a result, the success factors of new business start-up are categorized as environmental factors, strategical factors, organizational factors, personal factors, and factors of growing-up stages. In order not only to identify the success factors, but also to avoid failure, it is important that the basic principle should be followed ; Specifying the objectives, Balancing the fund, Meeting good biz-partners, Analysis of the market and Advice of the experts.

The performance of informatization differs depending on its utilization, investment and construction methods. This study analyzed the key factors affecting the performance of informatization based on a public survey on the information system operation of small and medium-sized companies in Korea. Through structural equation modeling and one-way ANOVA, the study identified the pathways leading to performance. As a result of the analysis, it was confirmed that higher levels of top management support are associated with increased information system use and performance. Similarly, higher levels of information system use are correlated with better performance of information systems. This research is significant as it investigates and reveals how top management support and information system usage work in the cases of SMEs in South Korea, which is a leading country in manufacturing. The findings of this study will provide valuable insights for SMEs, whether they have already developed an information system or plan to do so, in their efforts to enhance corporate competitiveness.

In this paper, we propose adaptive convergence security policies and management technologies to improve security assurance in the home networking environment. Many security issues may arise in the home networking environment. Examples of such security issues include the user privacy, the service security, the integrated networking security, the middleware security and the device failure. All these security issues, however, should be fulfilled in phase due to many difficulties including deployment cost and technical complexity. For instance, fundamental security requirements such as authentication, access control and prevention of crime and disaster should be addressed first. Then, supplementary security policies and diverse security management technologies should be fulfilled. In this paper, we classify these requirements into three categories, a service authentication, a user authentication and a device authentication, and propose security policies and management technologies for each requirement. Since the home gateway is responsible for interconnection of many home devices and external network access, a variety of context information could be collected from such devices.

기업에 있어 고객은 수입의 원천으로 기업의 발전을 위해서는 효과적인 고객관계관리(CRM: Customer Relationship Management)가 매우 중요하다. 이를 위해서는 고객의 요구를 파악하고 실제 고객이 필요로 하는 제품이나 서비스를 제공해야 한다. 그러나 점점 고객의 요구가 다양해지고 복합적인 형태를 갖게 되어 이를 파악하는 것이 어려워지고 있다. 최근 스마트 폰의 출현과 트위터, 페이스북과 같은 SNS의 발달로 실시간으로 다양한 고객의 목소리가 증가하고 있는 가운데 효율적인 CRM을 위해 이러한 빅 데이터를 이용 하는 것이 매우 효율적인 방법으로 부상하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 고객자체가 기업의 자산이며 서비스 산업의 대표라 할 수 있는 호텔기업의 CRM을 위해 빅 데이터를 활용하는 방법을 제안한다. 또한 빅 데이터 서비스를 이용하는데 있어 보안에 대한 문제점을 논의하고 대책을 강구한다.

우리는 현대 사회에서 중요한 역할을 하는 소상공인의 성공 요인을 깊이 있게 조사하고 분석하여, 그들의 경영 성과에 미치는 요인들을 명확하게 이해하려는 노력을 기울였다. 우리는 소상공인의 경영 역량, 정부 지원 서비스, 그리고 정책 지원 자금의 이용 여부를 주요 변수로 설정하였다. 우리의 연구 결과, 소상공인의 경영 역량과 정부 지원 서비스는 그들의 경영 성과에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다는 사실을 발견하였다. 이는 소상공인들이 자신의 역량을 강화하고, 정부의 지원 서비스를 효율적으로 활용함으로써 경영 성과를 향상시킬 수 있음을 의미한다. 정책 지원 자금의 이용 여부는 정부 지원 서비스가 재무 성과에 미치는 영향에만 조절 효과를 보일 뿐, 다른 경영 성과에는 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 정책 지원 자금의 이용이 필요하긴 하지만, 그 자체만으로는 충분하지 않으며, 다른 변수들과 복합적으로 작용해야 효과를 볼 수 있음을 시사한다. 우리의 연구는 소상공인의 성공을 위한 새로운 방향성을 제시하였다. 이 연구를 통해 소상공인 및 관련 정책 결정자들은 어떤 요인들이 소상공인의 경영 성과에 영향을 미치는지, 그리고 어떻게 이러한 요인들을 효과적으로 관리하고 활용할 수 있는지에 대해 깊은 통찰을 얻을 수 있을 것이다. 이 연구는 기업 경영 및 소상공인에 대한 학문적 연구에 중요한 기여를 하였다. 소상공인의 성공 요인에 대한 깊은 이해를 통해, 이들의 경영 성과를 향상시키는 데 도움이 될 수 있는 새로운 연구 방향성과 전략을 제시하였다. 이러한 노력은 소상공인의 사회적, 경제적 가치를 높이는 데 한걸음 더 나아가는 계기가 될 것이다.

본 논문은 설계도 등 도로점용허가에서 발생하는 정보의 관리를 위한 웹기반의 도로점용시스템 개발에 대해 기술하였다. 도로점용시스템 개발은 도로점용허가 관련 국내외 정보시스템 사례조사, 도로점용허가 업무분석, 도로점용허가 관리대상 정보정의, 시스템 개발 및 적용의 순으로 진행하였다. 도로점용허가 업무분석은 도로법 등 법령조사와 도로관리청의 업무처리 사례를 조사하고, 사용자 요구사항파악을 위해 도로관리청 업무담당자 및 민원인을 대상으로 설문조사를 시행하였다. 도로점용허가 각 업무에서 발생하는 정보의 관리를 위해 정보의 특성을 나타낼 수 있는 정보분류코드를 개발하고, 각 정보간의 위계관계를 고려하여 메타정보를 정의하였다. 정보분류코드 및 메타정보를 기반으로 도로점용허가 업무흐름 및 사용자요구사항을 반영하여 도로점용시스템 개발을 진행하였다. 개발한 도로점용시스템은 일선 도로관리청에 적용하였으며, 종이문서로 관리하던 도로점용허가 정보를 전자문서로 관리하게 됨에 따라 도로관리청의 도로점용허가 도서 관리업무 개선과 대국민 민원행정서비스의 품질이 향상될 것으로 기대된다.

Purpose: This study aims to investigate the factors affecting productivity performance for Korean SMEs of manufacturing which had obtained the certification of Productivity Management System(PMS) that is a Korean assessment program for enhancing maturity of company's management systems. Methods: The proposed model is based on the PMS model. The valid 759 data registered from 2010 to 2018 year was analyzed using SEM analysis for testing hypotheses. Results: The results are as follows. First, Leadership affects the five core sub-system processes positively, but doesn't a significant Business Performance directly. Secondly, HRM, Customer & Market Analysis, and Process Management excluding Productivity Development and Measurement Analysis and Knowledge Management have a significant effect on Business Performance. Lastly, when examining the mediation effect, Process Development, Customer & Market Analysis, and HRM have indirectly effect between Leadership and Business Performance. Conclusion: This study results suggest not only the role of leadership to improve productivity performance of SME, but also which core processes are focused and differentiated.
