In view of the fact that modern society has a range of origins causing disability, the population of acquired crippled is escalating. Hence, it is obligatory to facilitate every visitors can utilize facility equitably because public libraries are being changed to compounded service area. Particularly, it is urgent to manage space planning and accommodation by considerate the requirement traits of disabled who are a susceptible social group about knowledge information. This study analysis installation of toilet, the inevitable factor of hygiene facility, for disabled equipped in four different public libraries in Daegu with related on the standards of establishment for prolonged stay through advanced research and legislation connected on handicapped. This study provides foundation data to establish construction plan for disabled to alleviate inconvenience of taking service of public library, and to compose satisfying hygiene facility.

This study was intended to present the proper operational scheme and present the criterion for establishment of proper convenient facilities and its planning method and the proper method of laying all sorts of teaching aids out. For this purpose, it attempted to investigate the type of crippled disorder and the behavioral characteristics of schoolchildren with crippled disorder with a focus on the descriptive study on disabled schoolchildren receiving complete integrated education. And it sought to analyze the present situation of complete integrated education and the case of integrated education and dissect the realities of its operation and the realities of the establishment of convenient facilities for disabled schoolchildren with a focus on the survey research.

본 연구의 목적은 전원주택단지 수요자들의 입주선호요인을 파악하여 부산지역에 적절한 전원주택단지의 수요촉진방안을 찾아보는데 있다. 실증분석을 통하여 전원주택단지는 시장수요에 근거한 커뮤니티에 초점이 두어져야 하고, 도시근교에 편의시설과 인접한곳에 위치해야하며, 공동체시설이 적용되어야한다는 결론을 얻었다.

The aims of this study are to present the basic data of a school facilities complex and to analyze the necessity of a school facilities complex, school facilities characteristics and program characteristics. In the study, there can be found an analysis of the present conditions of the school facilities complex by literature research and the analysis of school facilities characteristics and program characteristics by case study. The results of this study are as follows: First, the elementary school facilities are mixed with the gym, swimming pool, culture center and convenient facility(parking lot). Second, the school facilities complex is not connected with the number of elementary school students. As the number of elementary school students decrease, it is possible to apply the generated surplus space of the school facilities to the community facility. Third, the school facilities complex is not connected to the reliance ratio of local finance. It is necessary for the central government to provide active financial and to build a financial support model. Fourth, most of the time, the entrance of the facility complex is divided from the entrance of the school facility. Fifth, the programs of many school facility complexes are composed of swimming and physical fitness programs.

노인 인구의 급격한 증가와 교통사고, 산업재해 등으로 인해 휠체어사용자의 수가 점차 늘어나고 있어 커다란 사회문제가 되고 있다. 이에 따라 공공시설물에 대한 장애인, 노인, 임산부 등을 위한 편의시설 설치 및 이용에 관한 '편의 증진법'이 제정되어 현재는 신축되는 모든 건축물뿐만 아니라 도로, 공원 등도 가능한 한 모든 사람들이 큰 지장 없이 접근 및 이동이 가능하도록 하고 있다. 그러나 이러한 공공시설물 외에 횔체어사용자의 개인주거환 경에 대한 디자인적 측면의 연구는 거의 이루어지지 않기 때문에 횔체어사용자는 자신의 신체적 특성이 전혀 고려되지 않고 일반적인 사람의 기준에 맞추어 설계된 주거환경에서 불편한 생활을 영위할 수밖에 없는 실정이다. 따라서 휠체어사용자를 위한 주거환경 개발 시 그들의 신체적 특성을 감안하되 그들과 함께 생활하는 가족, 보호자 등이 모두 편리하게 생활 할 수 있는 주거공간개발에 필요한 디자인지침의 개발이 절실히 요구되고 있다. 이에 유니버설 디자인적 관점에서 휠체어사용자와 일반인이 모두 사용하기에 편리한 주거환경디자인 시에 적용될 수 있는 디자인지침을 각 주거공간별로 구축하는 것을 목표로 본 연구가 진행되었으며 연구목표 달성을 위해 실태조사, 설문조사, 비디오관찰조사 방법을 활용하였다.

The purpose of this study was to grasp the consciousness of adolescents about their future in old aged housing. This research was executed with a questionnaire survey method. Data samples were collected from 255 students who finished first grade curriculum in high schools in Chonbuk province and Seoul city. The results were as followed. First, a healthcare plan was very highly recognized by students, and they wanted to live as couples or single in their old age. Second, the respondent students recognized elderly housing as a home for the aged, a silver town and nursing home. 72.1% of the respondents preferred a single detached house as an elderly house form. They preferred an elderly housing district with well provided convenient facilities for daily living. They wanted to live in the country or rest areas for the aged. They preferred an interior space composition with LDK with 2 bedrooms. 52.0% students wanted a neighborhood for their friends to live together. Third, 28.3% of the respondent students thought the appropriate time to move in elderly exclusive housing was 66-70 years old. And when their physical condition worsened or they needed care, they would. want to move into that housing. Also, they wanted the most convenient facility and a medical care facility in elderly exclusive housing. Forth, students' space design needs for elderly were high, more than 4 points. It was especially needed safety in space design, and this grade was 4.56(,53) points. Also the needs of safety and the convenient facilities.equipments were statistically significant by boys and girls.

본 연구는 지방자치단체가 수행하는 다양한 보조사업 중 장애인편의시설설치촉진사업에서 효과적이고 효율적인 성과관리 평가체계구축의 필요성과 실효성에 대해 논의하였다. 이와 함께 사회서비스 영역에서 성과평가시스템을 도입하면서 논리적 구조로 활용되는 논리모형을 적용하여 사회복지시설평가영역에 포함되지 않는 장애인편의시설설치촉진사업의 성과관리 평가지표를 개발함을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 문헌검토와 초점집단인터뷰를 통해 성과관리 평가지표를 개발하고 시범평가를 통해 평가지표의 타당성 및 평가용이성 분석을 실시한 후, 시범평가결과를 바탕으로 현장의견조사 및 전문가를 통한 타당성 검토를 진행하여 최종지표를 개발하였다. 최종 개발된 평가지표는 전체 8개 영역, 39개 문항으로 구성되었다. 장애인편의시설설치촉진사업 성과관리 평가체계 구축을 통해 장애인편의시설설치촉진사업 전반의 합리화를 추구하고자 하였으며, 본 연구에서 제시된 성과관리 평가지표의 개념틀과 평가접근 방식은 공공부문의 다양한 사회서비스 유형과 특성에 적합하게 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

The objective of this study is to survey and analyze convenience of the disabled people to use the facilities in accommodations. The data used in this research has been obtained in the southern sea of Korea. According to the survey, it was very difficult for the disabled people with a wheel chair to access to the room because of the staircase, doorsill and the narrowed passage. Also, there was no the grab bar, braille blocks and exclusive elevators for the disabled. Moreover, it was not easy for them to access to the bedroom since there was a doorsill and a serious height difference between the lobby and the bedroom. It was shown that the disabled People also have a difficulty in using the toilet and the bathroom, because the width of door and floor height was not suitable for the design criteria. In the toilet, there was no handle on a chamber pot for the disabled people to hold, and the space was not enough for them to access to the pot and turn with a wheel chair.

The main objectives of this studies are to present the most desirable rice processing complex model system in a given our situations by comparision and analyzing the major factors and, also recommend the future prospect of the rice processing complex in Korea. There are 3 different rice processing complex models in Korea. Those are concrete bin, flat type steel bin and square bin. These systems have a lot of differences and have their own characteristics such as capital requirement, efficiency, storage capacity and quality controls. The major problems of the existing rice processing centers in Korea are high fixed cost and the unbalnced systems. Following is summary to solve this problems: 1. Development of the large scale harvester and high speed continuous dryer. 2. Quality inspective system of bulk grain and large scale temporary storage facilities. 3. Large size readjustment of arable land. 4. Select the convenient location of rice processing center and formulation of well equipment facilities.

철도역세권개발사업은 사업운영자나 시행자, 민간사업자 등 주관적 이해관계에 따라 시설의 중요도가 다양할 수 있지만 무엇보다도 고객만족도 측면에서 철도이용자에 대한 관심이 중요하다. 철도역사 내부시설은 호텔, 백화점, 업무시설, 위락, 편의시설 등을 유치하여 이용자 생활공간으로 만들고, 역사내외 연결통로, 철도, 지하철, 버스, 택시, 자전거 등을 연결한 종합 환승터미널, 보행자 동선 등 이용자의 편리성 시설이 매우 중요하다고 할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 철도역세권 개발사업의 역사이용시설 편리성면에서 중요인자를 AHP기법을 이용하여 상대적 중요도를 분석하여 우선순위를 도출하였다. 철도 이용자와 철도공사 직원의 비교 분석결과를 보면 가장 상위중 요인자인 역사이용시설 중 직원이나, 시설이용자 모두 동일하게 여객시설, 승강시설을 중요순위로 선택하였다, 세 번째 중요수위는 직원은 이동시설을, 고객들은 위생시설을 선택한 것으로 나타났다. 하위중요인자 결과를 살펴보면 직원, 고객 모두 여객시설 중 승강장, 대합실에서는 휴게시설, 승강시설에서는 에스컬레이터, 이동시설에서도 에스컬레이터, 안내시설에서는 점자블록, 부대시설에서는 주차장을 중요하게 선택하였다.
