제어법칙 개발을 위한 소프트웨어 전환장치 설계에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Design of Software Switching Mechanism for Develops the Flight Control Law)

  • Relaxed Static Stability(RSS) concept has been applied to improve aerodynamic performance of modern version supersonic jet fighter aircraft. Therefore, the flight control systems are necessary to stabilizes the unstable aircraft and provides adequate handling qualities. The initial production flight control system are verified by flight test and it's always an elements of danger because of flight-critical nature of control law function and design error due to model base design method. These critical issues impact to flight safety, and it could be lead to a loss of aircraft and pilot's life. Therefore, development of an easily modifiable RFCS(Research Flight Control System) capable of reverting to a PFCS(Primary Flight Control System) of reliable control law must be developed to guarantee the flight safety. This paper addresses the concept of SSWM(Software Switching Mechanism) using the fader logic such as TFS(Transient Free Switch) based on T-50 flight control law. The result of the analysis based on non-real time simulation in-house software using SSWM reveals that the flight control system are switching between two computers without any problem.

Impedance Control of Flexible Base Mobile Manipulator Using Singular Perturbation Method and Sliding Mode Control Law

  • In this paper, the general problem of impedance control for a robotic manipulator with a moving flexible base is addressed. Impedance control imposes a relation between force and displacement at the contact point with the environment. The concept of impedance control of flexible base mobile manipulator is rather new and is being considered for first time using singular perturbation and new sliding mode control methods by authors. Initially slow and fast dynamics of robot are decoupled using singular perturbation method. Slow dynamics represents the dynamics of the manipulator with rigid base. Fast dynamics is the equivalent effect of the flexibility in the base. Then, using sliding mode control method, an impedance control law is derived for the slow dynamics. The asymptotic stability of the overall system is guaranteed using a combined control law comprising the impedance control law and a feedback control law for the fast dynamics. As first time, base flexibility was analyzed accurately in this paper for flexible base moving manipulator (FBMM). General dynamic decoupling, whole system stability guarantee and new composed robust control method were proposed. This proposed Sliding Mode Impedance Control Method (SMIC) was simulated for two FBMM models. First model is a simple FBMM composed of a 2 DOFs planar manipulator and a single DOF moving base with flexibility in between. Second FBMM model is a complete advanced 10 DOF FBMM composed of a 4 DOF manipulator and a 6 DOF moving base with flexibility. This controller provides desired position/force control accurately with satisfactory damped vibrations especially at the point of contact. This is the first time that SMIC was addressed for FBMM.

슬라이딩 평면을 이용한 유연우주비행체의 강인 선회제어 (Robust Slewing Control of A Flexible Space Structure using Sliding Surface)

  • 본 논문에서는 유연우주비행체의 강인 선회기동을 위한 슬라이딩 모드 제어기법에 대해 연구하였다. 본 연구에서는 유연우주비행체의 1축 선회기동을 위한 선회목표각, 목표각속도 및 중앙동체와 유연부착물 사이에 작용하는 내부 반력 모멘트를 포함하는 슬라이딩 평면을 설계하였다. Lyapunov 제어기법과 비교한 결과 두 제어기법 모두 공칭 시스템에 대한 명령 추종성을 확인하였으며, 특히 슬라이딩 모드 제어기법의 적용결과 시스템 파라메터의 변동 및 외란의 영향에도 좋은 제어결과를 얻을 수 있음을 확인하였다. 1축 선회제어 결과를 확장하여 임의의 3축 선회기동을 수행할 수 있는 슬라이딩 모드 제어기를 설계하였다. 3축 선회기동 제어를 위해 쿼터니언을 이용하여 비행체의 자세를 결정하였고, 3개의 축 각각에 대해 설계된 슬라이딩 평면으로부터 선회기동시 발생하는 각 축간의 커플링 효과를 고려하여 제어기를 설계하였다. 설계된 제어기는 효과적인 3축 선회기동을 수행할 수 있음을 수치 시뮬레이션을 통해 보여주고 있다.

프랑스 주택 임대료 규제 및 관련 제도 연구 (House Rent Control System and Its Implementation in France)

  • Since year 2000, French housing and rent prices rose at a rapid rate and the housing market has been overheated. Face to this phenomena, the French government enacted a new law Alur which is a legislatif tool to control the private housing rent price for the cities, where the tension of the housing market is very high. This new law has impacted the housing market in two major ways. First, for the 38 cities designated by this law, the rent price's increase rate can not rise above the IRL, which is the rent reference index. Secondly, this law also permits local authorities to control the housing rent's price following the concrete price guidance. Especially in Paris, the city applicated this method for private rental housing since 2015. This city classified its own area by 14 zones. Based on the market surveys of each sector, local authority made a guidance for private housing rent's price. The guideline is consisted of average prices, maxima and minima price by types, which is classified by the construction year, number of rooms and furnished or not. Therefore, this study aims to understand french housing rent's price control system and draw implementation for korean housing rent policies. This research is meaningful for it introduces recent foreign regislations which could be helpful to control the housing market in Korea.

주행 상황을 고려한 차량 능동 현가장치 제어기 설계 (Design of A Controller for Vehicle Active Suspensions Considering Driving Conditions)

  • Passive suspensions with fixed design constants are very restrictive in the inherent suspension problem, the trade-off between the ride quality and the suspension travel. Active suspensions are used to solve some drawbacks of passive suspensions. In this paper, we propose a controller design for vehicle active suspensions considering variable driving conditions. Our controller estimates the current driving conditions by detecting the road frequencies gotten from Fourier Transform and decides which factor must be emphasized between the ride quality and the suspension travel. In one case of focusing on the ride quality, we use the skyhook control law and in the other case of focusing on the suspension travel, the double skyhook control law is used. The control law modified by various road situations outputs the reference force value the electro-hydraulic actuator in active suspension system must generate. To track the reference force, we adopt the sliding control law which is very useful in controlling the nonlinear system like the electro-hydraulic actuator.

지연요소를 갖는 시스템의 안정화 방법 (Feedback stabilization of linear systems with delay in control by receding horizon)

  • For ordinary systems the receding horizon method has beer proved by the author as a very useful and easy tool to find stable feedback controls. In this paper an open-loop optimal control which minimizes the control energy with a suitable upper limit and terminal control and state constraints is derived and then transformed to the closed-loop control. The stable feedback control law is obtained from the closed-loop control. The stable feedback control law is obtained from the closed-loop control by the receding horizon concept. It is shown by the Lyapunov method that the control law derived from the receding, horizon concept is asymtotically stable under the complete controllability condition. The stable feedback control which is similar to but more general than the receding horizon control is presented in this paper To the author's knowledge the control laws in this paper are easiest to stabilize systems with delay in control.

SynRM Servo-Drive CVT Systems Using MRRHPNN Control with Mend ACO

  • Compared with classical linear controllers, a nonlinear controller can result in better control performance for the nonlinear uncertainties of continuously variable transmission (CVT) systems that are driven by a synchronous reluctance motor (SynRM). Improved control performance can be seen in the nonlinear uncertainties behavior of CVT systems by using the proposed mingled revised recurrent Hermite polynomial neural network (MRRHPNN) control with mend ant colony optimization (ACO). The MRRHPNN control with mend ACO can carry out the overlooker control system, reformed recurrent Hermite polynomial neural network (RRHPNN) control with an adaptive law, and reimbursed control with an appraised law. Additionally, in accordance with the Lyapunov stability theorem, the adaptive law in the RRHPNN and the appraised law of the reimbursed control are established. Furthermore, to help improve convergence and to obtain better learning performance, the mend ACO is utilized for adjusting the two varied learning rates of the two parameters in the RRHPNN. Finally, comparative examples are illustrated by experimental results to confirm that the proposed control system can achieve better control performance.

  • A new feedback control law design techniqed usign of-off thrusters for the rotational maneuver of a flexible arm is discussed in this study. a two state on-off thruster actuator is taken as a primary actuation device for theis study. The on-off thruster operation is emulated in conjunction with the conventioal minimum-time trackig control law. The actuator input region is divided into two separate parts ; one is constant input and the other is time varying tegion. the new control law has potential applicatioin for the relatively low frequency structure such as large flexible space structure being currently used in various space echnology areas.

  • This paper presents a parameter adaptive control law that stabilizes and asymptotically regulates any single-input, linear time-invariant, controllable and observable, discrete-time system when only the upper bounds on the order of the system is given. The algorithm presented in this paper comprises basically a nonlinear state feedback law which is represented by functions of the state vector in the controllable subspace of the model, an adaptive identifier of plant parameters which uses inputs and outputs of a certain length, and an adaptive law for feedback gain adjustment. A new psedu-inverse algorithm is used for the adaptive feedback gain adjustment rather than a least-square algorithm. The proposed feedback law results in not only uniform boundedness of the state vector to zero. The superiority of the proposed algorithm over other algorithms is shown through some examples.

  • In this paper model reference adaptive control (MRAC) of linear time-varying(LTV) systems is considered. MRAC for a linear time invariant(LTI) system does not assure the boundedness of the output and parameter estimation errors in the presence of time variations of the parameters. However, changing the adaptive laws such as use of $\sigma$-modification can result in the boundedness of the output and parameter estimation errors[5]. Together with the $\sigma$-modification in the adaptive law, we also modify the control law by adding an additional term to the standard control law. The additional term leads to smaller bounds of the output and parameter estimation errors when compared to the case where only the standard control law is applied.
