O2O를 활용한 신선한 농산품 전자상거래의 지속적 사용의도에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Continuance Intention of O2O Fresh Agricultural Products E-Commerce)

  • Purpose - This study focuses on the continuance intention of O2O fresh agricultural products e-commerce. By literature review, this paper looks through the classical theories which are often applied to study use behavior and continuance intention on the electronic commerce area. Ultimately based on the expectancy theory, Technology acceptance model, success model as well as trust model, a model of the continuance intention of fresh products O2O electronic commerce application is established. Research design, data, and methodology - Among users Chinese consumers have been chosen who have use experience as the research objects. From October 2, 2018 to November 2, 2018, 685 questionnaires in total were collected by the online release and collection. Expect for the negative questionnaires, the remaining 650 pieces of data are statistically analyzed. The collected data were firstly be analyzed by SPSS Ver. 25 on its frequency, reliability and exploratory factors. Then AMOS Ver. 25 is applied to the Confirmatory Factor Analysis, Discriminant Validity and hypothesis testing of the Structural Equation Modeling. Finally, the following research conclusions could be obtained from the hypothesis testing. Results - Firstly, in the extended IS model, quality factor for hypothesis testing, service quality, information quality and delivery quality have obviously present positive influences on satisfaction respectively. Secondly, in the hypothesis testing part of ECM-ISC model and UTAUT model, all hypotheses have presented accepted results. Especially from expectation confirmation to usefulness perception, the influence factor achieves 12.603, In the hypothesis of continuance intention, the influence factor of social influence on continuance intention is 7.748 and also it is the most remarkable one. Conclusions - The results show that the service quality of O2O fresh agricultural products e-commerce has the greatest impact on satisfaction, while the perceived usefulness of consumers has the most significant impact on O2O fresh agricultural products for sustainable use intention. This thesis makes up for the blank of O2O fresh food e-commerce for sustainable use intentions, and provides a theoretical basis for consumers' sustainable use behavior, and practical enlightenment for the sustainable development of O2O fresh agricultural products e-commerce.

소셜 네트워킹 커뮤니티의 지속사용과 아이템 구매의도에 영향을 미치는 요인 : 관계지속 메커니즘과 기대일치모형을 중심으로 (The Factors Affecting the Intention to Purchase Digital Items and Continuance Intention in Social Networking Communities: Focused on Relationship Maintenance Mechanism and Expectation-Confirmation Model)

  • Due to the rapid growth of social networking community (SNC), research into SNC user's behavior has recently emerged as an important issue in information systems. An individual makes a decision whether or not to continually use his or her own SNC and to purchase digital items to decorate it. Most previous research has focused on a user's continuance intention and has ignored the importance of purchase intention. This study develops and empirically tests an integrated model designed to predict a user's two types of behavioral intention:continuance intention and purchase intention based on the expectation-confirmation model (ECM) and a dual model of relationship maintenance mechanism.The results indicate that perceived usefulness, satisfaction, personalization, and switching cost have important influences on the formation of SNC continuance intention. The results also show that perceived usefulness and satisfaction does not have any significant impacts on purchase intention, while personalization, learning, attractiveness of alternatives, and continuance intention significantly affect it.

스마트 스피커 사용자의 구매 유형에 따른 고객 만족과 지속사용 의도에 관한 연구 (An Analysis of Smart Speaker User Satisfaction and Continuance Usage Intention Based on Different Purchase Types)

  • Purpose - This study aimed to examine the influence of various factors on customer satisfaction and the continuance usage intention, based on the purchasing type of smart speaker users. Design/methodology/approach - Data was gathered through surveys, collecting responses from 180 smart speaker users in Korea. Structural equation modeling was utilized to analyze the data. Findings - Both perceived usefulness and perceived security were observed to have a significant positive impact on customer satisfaction across all user groups. Moreover, perceived ease of use and perceived versatility showed a significant positive effect on the continuance usage intention. Notably, for those who acquired the smart speakers for free, perceived usefulness had a positive impact on the continuance usage intention. Conversely, for those who made a paid purchase, perceived versatility played a significant role in driving customer satisfaction. Research implications or Originality - This research offers insights into the Korean smart speaker market, a unique environment where local competitors thrive in the absence of giants like Amazon and Google. It provides a nuanced view of customer reactions to these innovative devices. The study further distinguishes between high-involvement (paid purchase users) and low-involvement (free acquisition users) consumers, offering a more detailed understanding of user perspectives based on their acquisition mode.

Examining Customers' Intention of Continued Use and Cross-Buying on Internet-Only Banks

  • Internet-only banks (IOB) refer to financial institutions which provide services entirely through online digital platforms without physical branches. Although IOBs have been around for over 26 years, there is still room for investigating what factors motivate customers to use them continuously and extensively. Therefore, this study aims to examine what factors lead to customers' intention of continued use and cross-buying on IOBs by extending the Post-Acceptance Model of IS Continuance (PAMISC). The result shows that perceived economic benefit and ongoing trust have significant relationships with the intention of continued use and that ongoing trust has significant direct and mediating (via intention of continued use) relationships with the intention of cross-buying. Also, personal innovativeness positively moderates the relationship between ongoing trust and the intention of cross-buying. This study sheds light on the literature on branchless financial services and PAMISC. IOB practitioners should revisit the effectiveness of customers' economic benefits to establish ongoing trust with customers.

Exploring the Determinants of Users' Continuance Intention to Use Mobile Banking Services in Kuwait: Extending the Expectation-Confirmation Model

  • While a great body of information systems (IS) literature has discussed mobile banking (m-banking) services, most of these studies have focused on the adoption or acceptance phases of this technology; with little attention was given to users' intension to continue using such technology. This paper aims at investigating the most important factors that predict users' continuous intension to use m-banking services in the post-adoption phase. This paper presents a conceptualization and validation of an extended expectation-confirmation model (ECM). A total of 303 Kuwaiti users of m-banking services participated in this study. Partial least squares (PLS) of structure equation modelling (SEM) technique was used to analyze the data. The results mainly showed that users' continuous intension to use m-banking services is significantly influenced by perceived trust, satisfaction, self-efficacy, performance expectancy and effort expectancy. Theoretical and practical contributions as well as the research limitations and future directions are discussed.

가치-태도-행동 모델에 기반한 음성 쇼핑 지속이용의도에 관한 연구 (Continuance Use Intention of Voice Commerce Using the Value-attitude-behavior Model)

  • 인간과 정보기기간 대화를 통해 물품을 구매하는 음성 쇼핑에 대한 관심이 증가하고 있다. 본 연구는 가치-태도-행동 모델을 활용하여 음성 쇼핑 지속이용의도에 미치는 영향 요인들을 살펴보았다. 인공지능 비서를 이용해 음성 쇼핑을 이용하고 있는 20-40대 소비자들을 대상으로 온라인 조사를 실시하였고, 총 360명의 응답 자료가 분석에 사용되었다. 데이터 분석을 위해 SPSS 25.0과 Amos 23.0 프로그램을 이용하였고, 기술통계분석, 확인적요인분석, 그리고 구조모형분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같이 요약될 수 있다. 첫째, 기능적 가치가 음성 쇼핑에 대한 만족도에 가장 많은 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 둘째, 사회적 가치, 감성적 가치, 그리고 진귀적 가치가 음성 쇼핑에 대한 만족도에 정(+)적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 셋째, 음성 쇼핑의 만족도가 지속이용의도에 정(+)적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 본 연구의 결과는 음성 쇼핑 이용자들에 대한 특성을 파악하고, 음성 쇼핑에서 추구되는 다양한 가치를 이해하는데 기여할 수 있을 것이다.

  • 최근 공유 경제가 활성화 되면서, 자전거 분야에서도 공유 자전거 서비스가 큰 인기를 끌고 있다. 공유 자전거 서비스는 환경 오염을 줄이고, 저렴한 가격에 자전거를 빌려 쓸 수 있다는 특징이 있다. 본 연구에서는 공유 자전거 서비스 환경에서 지속 사용 의도 형성 메커니즘에 대해서 살펴보고자 하였다. 지속 사용 의도의 주요 선행 요인으로 지각된 가치와 제공 업체에 대한 신뢰를 고려하였다. 그리고 지각된 유용성, 지각된 이용 편리성, 지각된 즐거움이 지각된 가치와 제공 업체에 대한 신뢰에 미치는 영향도 살펴보았다. 본 연구 모형은 중국에서 공유 자전거 서비스를 이용한 271명을 대상으로 검증하였다. 지각된 가치와 제공 업체에 대한 신뢰는 지속 사용 의도에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 지각된 유용성은 지각된 가치와 제공 업체에 대한 신뢰에 모두 유의한 영향을 미치지 않았다. 지각된 이용 편리성과 지각된 즐거움은 지각된 가치와 제공 업체에 대한 신뢰 모두 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 본 연구 결과는 공유 자전거 서비스에 대한 학문 및 실무적 시사점을 제공해 줄 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

쾌락적 정보시스템의 지속적 사용의도에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구 (Understanding Users' Continuing Use of Hedonic Information Systems)

  • 초기의 정보시스템 연구들은 사용자들의 정보시스템 수용(혹은 초기 사용)에 초점을 맞추었으나 최근에는 정보시스템의 장기적인 생존을 의미하는 정보시스템 사용의 지속성에 보다 높은 관심을 보이고 있다. 본 연구에서는 정보시스템 사용에 대한 사용자의 신념이 정보시스템 사용을 경험한 이후 변화된다는 기존의 연구들을 바탕으로 기술수용모형과 기대불일치이론을 결합한 모형을 제시하고, 쾌락적 정보시스템의 상황에서 지속적 사용의도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 탐색하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 쾌락적 정보시스템으로서 블로그를 직접 운영하고 있는 운영자들을 대상으로 기술수용모형의 주요 신념 변수인 지각된 유용성 및 지각된 사용 용이성과 기대불일치이론의 주요 변수인 기대불일치, 사용자 만족, 지속적 사용의도간의 영향력 관계를 분석하였다. 분석결과, 쾌락적 정보시스템에 대한 사용자 만족에 유의적인 영향을 미친 요인은 기대불일치, 지각된 유용성, 지각된 사용 용이성으로 나타났으며, 특히 기대불일치는 사용자 만족에 대한 가장 큰 영향요인인 것으로 밝혀졌다. 지속적 사용의도에 대해서는 사용자 만족과 지각된 유용성이 유의적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타난 반면에 지각된 사용 용이성은 지속적 사용의도에 직접적인 영향을 미치지는 않지만, 지각된 유용성과 사용자 만족을 매개로 하여 간접적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

  • Investments in information and communication technologies (ICT) around the world have grown at an enormous rate over the past two decades, which reflects a new emphasis on consumer mobile devices. A social network service (SNS) is an online service that aims to build social relations among people who share interests and activities. The role of SNS is enormous for communicating ideas and opinions among social participants. The use of SNS has recently become one of the most popular social activities worldwide. This research investigated relation between personal characteristics, social characteristics and user satisfaction on SNS then, analyzed how these factors affecting continuance usage intention on SNS users. The conclusion is summarized as below. The study results show that informativeness, pleasure, innovativeness, relationship and empathy of SNS are having positive impact to some degree on the user satisfaction. Further, the user satisfaction of SNS users and quality of life have a positive impact on the continuance usage intention of SNS users. This results show that various SNS qualities are necessary to actively explore and obtain further information that users intend to find, while they are insufficient in function to provide the information other users require or exchange information with other users through the SNS.

The study results show that security of SNS, efficiency of SNS, safety, empathy of SNS quality, easy of use of SNS, assurance of SNS, service variety of SNS are having positive impact to some degree on the user satisfaction. Further, the user satisfaction of SNS users have a positive impact on the continuance usage intention of SNS users. This results show that various SNS qualities are necessary to actively explore and obtain further information that users intend to find, while they are insufficient in function to provide the information other users require or exchange information with other users through the SNS.
