  • This paper is to design materials management system using RFID which is the core technology of ubiquitous. With existing materials management system, it is hard to manage and analysis effectively. But RFID can be the solution of these problems. In this research, it will be studied how to analysis materials management system Workflow and shall be adapted context awareness technology in order to effective materials management as well as input/output function. Also it shall be completed state management process, position management process, badness management process and be designed PDA interface in order to display the most suitable data.

  • This paper aims at studying the new SCORM based e-Learning system and self-course design method. To construct this aims, we have researched the merits, shortcomings and characteristics of the previous LMS(Learning Management System) and we have researched the merits, shortcomings and characteristics of SCORM(Sharable Content Object Reference Model). SCORM was suggested ADL (Advanced Distributed Learning) to elevate the reusability of learning contents. Also we have researched the related researches of SCORM, SCORM based LMS and case studies. This paper suggests the level based self learning and course design and the system based on SCORM. This system has elevated the effectiveness and satisfaction of the learners.

  • The purpose of this study supports the establishment of national e-learning policy by analyzing e-learning status and current status of higher education. Enhance the competitiveness of higher education through sharing information between universities. And to improve e-learning quality management. We surveyed the current status of e-learning in 341 universities and questionnaires about e-learning content, e-learning application form, e-learning platform status was surveyed through each school's learning management system. As a result, the infrastructure of e-learning, the rate of platforms secured, and the contents are increasing gradually each year; however, still, not all students can receive the services equally. Dedicated servers and learning management systems were secured by more than 70% of general universities. In the current development status of e-learning content, multimedia, animation, and text forms are gradually decreasing, but video contents are increasing every year. Most of the online contents were used in the e-learning contents by application type, and blended learning, flipped learning, and mooc is not yet actively used since they are still in the beginning stage. Learning analysis techniques should be supported in order to easily use online learning contents such as flipped learning and mooc. We suggest that the effectiveness of e-learning should be measured and the current state of learning analysis for customized learning should be done. This study aims to contribute to the improvement of competitiveness of higher education by sharing information about e-learning among universities as a basis for improvement of e-learning policy. Future tasks are to improve the customized learning environment by adding whether the system environment for learning analysis is provided at the time of the survey.

  • 3D virual reality technique develop rapidly such as parts of education, health, national defense, etc. This paper implements an education contents utilizing 3D virtual reality based on HMD. In this paper, contents make up Changdeokgung Palace using to 3Dmax and Unity program, it shows on implemented Helmet Mounted Display. HMD obtain dynamic image from the target source of smart phone. Also, contents consist of service senerio through divided palace position and King's a day's journey especially. Above all, this paper indicate improving performance according to reduced cybersickness and immersion enlargement. And memory capacity reduced by various technique such that file type, compressed file, minimized resource. Proposed technique can obtain dynamic 3D image by HMD implementation at real time basis so that it is possible to use simultaneously multi-source. From the various and practical experiment, it is confirm that proposed 3D VR education system is useful for experience of virtual reality practically.

  • This paper is a study on the implementation of MAM(Media Asset Management) to utilize UHD contents as high quality broadcast material. The implementation method of this paper is to separate MAM roles with content management functions and transmission workflow functions from workflow, metadata and system interface related work, which are divided into core MAM and MAM-Ex structure. Through the method proposed in this paper, we improved the content management method by applying the page menu method to the material metadata modification and applying the template method to the material structure API. In addition, the storage of UHD material and the configuration of the component server are pooled without any distinction of channels, thereby enhancing the security of UHD transmission assets by minimizing the movement of contents together with broadcasting material protection.

  • The purpose of this study is to understand the cognitive power from user who have used hotel management information system and to search contribution level for hotel management. The survey results are : There are different cognitions, between PKG and developed user system, short term employee and long term employee, reservation part and front office part. Specially IT service management parts(mostly outsourcing) have low degree cognition, because of lated supporting and being short of IT service management system. Hotel information system construction gives us to be easy management operating and to be fast management but Hotel information system has to lead value creation, to support decision making, to present advavced management for hotel.

  • The gift coupon system was introduced in the AWP(Amusement With Prize) Game Industry in February 2002 to revitalize the sluggish domestic game industry and establish the cultural industry base. Today, however, speculations regarding these coupons are fast becoming a serious social issue. Therefore, this study proposes the establishment of the MCTF Management System as a possible solution to the analysis and resolution of the problem of gift coupons aimed at promoting the AWP Game Industry and ensuring its soundness as well as bridging the gap between the domestic and international game markets in terms of the industrial structure; thus securing global competitiveness. Unlike any other measure taken to date to prevent speculations, the MCTF Management System can eradicate problems related to coupons offered for free in the AWP Game Industry. This strategic system consists of Merchandise Coupon Management, Central Management, Tripartite Guarantee Management, and Fund Management System. Finally, this system is expected to help root out the problems related to gift coupons.

  • ISO 9001 International Quality Management System is international standard for develop a quality management system of organization. More efficient quality management supports a good environment for customer satisfaction to product and service that anytime. So, Korea Institute of Science and Technology Information (KISTI) was certificated ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management System in 2003 up to now. That is the first time on information flow and service for science and technology. For more efficient quality management, KISTI built a KQMS online system based on web. We obtain a improvement of customer satisfaction and efficiency of work, reduction of work processing time using KQMS.

  • Recently, in Korea, private education is being dramatically developed, and the number of small- and medium-sized academies is increasing exponentially. Therefore, academies are building their own management system to realize efficient management appropriate for their situations. Also, the academy management system is more needed in mobile environment nowadays on account of severe competition among academies and necessity for differentiated instruction and systematic and efficient management. In this study, a mobile academy management prototype app has been developed in order to reduce small-and medium-sized academies' temporal and economic costs by supporting their students' attendance management and communication among parents, students, academies, and instructors in mobile environment.

  • Currently there are many standards of network management. They are: SNMP(Simple Network Management Protocol - for Internet management), CMIP(Common Management Information Protocol - standardized by ITU-T and ISO), RMON(Remote network MONitoring - for distributed management of the LAN segment), and so on. Especially RMON has created the many concerns in order to manage subnetworks of a large network, but it has negative aspects. For instance, routers or hubs with RMON capability are expensive to a network manager because of adding heavy management cost. Moreover it imposes a heavier burden on network manager, because it must use a network management tool which will be additionally needed with RMON device. This paper proposes a model of PC based RMON Agent system. The RMON Agent system monitors the traffic on LAN segment through the use of a Virtual Device Driver(VxD), based on PC. In term of cost this model will replace the expensive RMON device, and eventually enable a network manager to manage LAN segment more efficiently, due to reduced cost.
