Web engineering based environment specialty emphasize the importance of networking by producing many kinds of interface devices connected to wireless technology. This Paper is it aims at generating new wireless contents which are available for wireless internet environment by converting and processing wire internet contents. Mobile contents converting module, Converting Solution, which extracts components which can reuse Mobile to provide existing wire internet contents in the Mobile internet environments as it is without necessity for developing or managing sites and contents suitable for various terminals and standard for special use can maximize the efficiency of cost cutting by shorting of productivity and can provide necessary information timely.

Broadcast encryption is a cryptographical primitive which is designed for a content provider to distribute contents to only privileged qualifying users through an insecure channel. Anyone who knows public keys can distribute contents by means of public key broadcast encryption whose technique can also be applicable to many other applications. In order to design public key broadcast encryption scheme, it should devise some methods that convert a broadcast encryption scheme based on symmetric key cryptosystem to a public key broadcast encryption. Up to this point, broadcast encryption scheme on trial for converting from symmetric key setting to asymmetric public key setting has been attempted by employing the Hierarchical Identity Based Encryption (HIBE) technique. However, this converting method is not optimal because some of the properties of HIBE are not quite fitting for public key broadcast schemes. In this paper, we proposed new converting method and an efficient public key broadcast encryption scheme Pub-PI which is obtained by adapting the new converting method to the PI scheme [10]. The transmission overhead of the Pub-PI is approximately 3r, where r is the number of revoked users. The storage size of Pub-PI is O($c^2$), where c is a system parameter of PI and the computation cost is 2 pairing computations.

This paper proposes the system and method for converting the contents based on DLNA. Digital Media Controller (DMC) compares the media format of content which Digital Media Server (DMS) provides with the media format which Digital Media Renderer (DMR) supports and then, the content is converted dynamically. The interaction between home devices can make a conversion of contents dynamically and it enables people to enjoy the multimedia contents they like to watch whenever/wherever they want.

The objective of this research was to evaluate the ability of water and 80% ethanol extracts from one hundred eight mulberry leaves (Morus alba L.) to influence the inhibitory activity of angiotensin converting enzyme (ACE) and xanthine oxidase (XOase). The total phenol contents were that water extracts of ten species (Kakjayongsan (Morus alba L.), Daejungsun (Morus alba L.) etc.) and 80% ethanol extracts of twenty three species (Waryoung (Morus alba L.), Hasusang (Morus alba L.) etc.) showed more than 15 mg/g. The inhibitory activity on angiotensin converting enzyme (ACE) were that ten species (YamanakkadakKaskke (Morus alba L.), Mijiro (Morus alba L.) etc.) showed 100% inhibition rate both of water extracts and 80% ethanol extracts. The rest, water extracts of thirty four species (Cheongilppong (Morus alba L.) etc.) and 80% ethanol extracts of thirty four species (Wonjukojo (Morus alba L.) etc.) showed inhibitory activity (above 90%) on ACE. Also, to search of xanthine oxidase (XOase) inhibition were that water extracts of five species (Cheongsipjosaeng (Morus alba L.), Suwon 3 (Morus alba L.) etc.) and 80% ethanol extracts of Jeokmok (Morus alba L.) showed inhibitory activity (above 50%) on XOase. This result revealed, strong biological activity in spite of has a little total phenol contents. These water and 80% ethanol extracts from mulberry leaves (Morus alba L.) are expected good candidate for development into anti-hypertentive and anti-gout sources.

The objective of this research was to evaluate the ability of water and ethanol extracts from mulberry fruit (Morus alba L.) to influence the inhibitory activity of angiotensin converting enzyme (ACE) and xanthine oxidase(XOase). The total phenol contents and sixteen phenolic compounds were investigated in water and ethanol extracts. In order to understand the factors responsible for the potent antioxidant and antihypertensive ability of mulberry, it has been evaluated for anti-oxidative activity using Fenton's reagent/ethyl linoleate system and for free radical scavenging activity using the 1,1-diphenyl-2-picryl hydrazyl free radical generating system. The total phenol contents and total of phenolic compounds in ethanol extract showed higher levels than water extract in mulberry fruit six phenolic compounds (chlorogenic acid, narigin, syringic acid, quercetin, naringenin, kampferol) has a higher individual phenolic compound content in the 60% ethanol extraction than 80% ethanol extract. The inhibitory activity on angiotensin converting enzyme (ACE) were highest in 80% ethanol extract (9.0%). Also, activity of xanthine oxidase(XOase) inhibition appeared highest in 80% ethanol extracts and correlated well with the total phenolic content, which was modulated by the concentration of individual phenolic compounds. This result revealed, that strong biological activity was caused by specific phenol compound contents. Utilization of water and ethanol extracts from mulberry fruit are expected to be good candidate for development into source of free radical scavengers and anti-hypertentive activity

The development of the mobile communication has been enlarged gradually and has been changed voice centered services into data centered ones supporting Internet to provide various kinds of mobile internet services. Researches for data transmission have been achieved actively lot the effective approachment of web in the mobile terminal. The users using mobile communication are increasing for its easy handcarried and movement and the information in internet based upon wire communication has been changed into mobile communication fast. The development of mobile internet requires various mobile contents using mobile internet at any time and at any place due to rapid enhance of network capacity and mobile internet according to network expansion. To accept these needs, there are many difficult problems that contents must be remade according to various terminal features and the develoument costs much. To solve these problems, this paper has the pun)me that contents of Web documents are changed and processed through XML palter and design new mobile contents system, providing mobile services rapidly and obtaining the charge reduction result with the enhance of contents development to the shortening of a development Period.

Fraction is one of the concepts which are difficult to elementary school students. So, many researches about fraction were performed in mathematics education research. In special, fraction has so many subordinative concepts-proper fraction, improper fraction, mixed number. We have to concentrate on the conceptual understanding in teaching of fraction. In this case, a mixed number and improper fraction are concepts which can convert respectively. And there are methods that a mixed number and improper fraction can be converted. So, it's needed to analyze the converting methods in textbooks for getting the implication of teaching in this areas. In this study, I analyzed the Korean and foreign's textbooks. I certified the methods-using addition expression, using part-whole model in the textbooks. For the conceptual understanding, I suggested to use the fusion of the various part-whole fraction models and addition expression more than the algorithm in converting between a mixed number and improper fraction. It's reason that the use of models in converting between a mixed number and improper fraction is important for the relational understanding.

This paper will intend to contribute to extracting and storing various form of information on user interests by using structural rules user makes and XML-based word document converting techniques. The system named PPE consists of three essential element. One is converting element which converts word documents like HWP, DOC into XML documents, another is extracting element to prepare structural rules and extract concerned information from XML document by structural rules, and the other is storing element to make final XML document or store it into database system. For word document converting, we developed OCX based word converting daemon. Helping user to extracting information, we developed script language having native function/variable processing engine extended from XSLT. This system can be used in the area of constructing word document contents DB or providing various information service based on RAW word documents. We really applied it to project management system and project result management system.

This study was carried out to observe the antioxidant and angiotensin converting enzyme (ACE) inhibitory activity of susijang (Korean traditional fermented soy food). The antioxidant activity of susijang was measured by using TEAC (trolox equivalent antioxidant capacity) assay. In addition contents of isoflavones, phenolic acids and amino acids were determined. TEAC values of chungkukjang and susijang were significantly higher than those of yellow soybean (p<0.05). The contents of isoflavones (genistein, daidzein) were found to be significantly higher in chungkukjang and susijang than yellow soybean. The susijang showed high content of free amino acids and phenolic acids. ACE inhibitory activity of susijang was significantly higher than those of chungkukjang and yellow soybean, particularly of 70% ethanol extract.

This paper describes the implementation of HTML converter for wireless internet access in wireless application protocol environment. The implemented HTML converter consists of the contents conversion module, the conversion rule set, the WML file generation module, and the frame contents reformatting module. Plain text contents are converted to WML contents through one by one mapping, referring to the converting rule set in the contents converting module. For frame contents, the first frameset sources are parsed and the request messages are reconstructed with all the file names, reconnecting to web server as much as the number of files to receive each documents and append to the first document. Finally, after the process of reformatting in the frame contents reformatting module, frame contents are converted to WML's table contents. For image map contents, the image map related tags are parsed and the names of html documents which are linked to any sites are extracted to be replaced with WML contents data and linked to those contents. The proposed conversion method for frame contents provides a better interface for the users convenience and interactions compared to the existing converters. Conversion of image maps in our converter is one of the features not currently supported by other converters.
