This study aims to emphasize the need for the in-depth experience and understanding of desire as to the User Interface Design through the introduction of the methodology which was developed by mixing quantitative utilization analysis and qualitative utilization analysis and to propose the active use of that. The methodology of this study is significant in that it tries to identify the latent experience and desire of user and reflect them in the User Interface Design through the repetition of 3 staged circular process and exploratory process related to the investigation category of people, prototype and product.

Korea has entered into the Post Catching-up era and the necessity of new innovation strategy in response is being raised. This study argues the necessity of new innovation strategy and discusses the issue of co-ordination between R&D and Human Resource for that as the key factor. From empirical analysis, there seems to be restricted inflow of outstanding human resources to manufacturing sectors and lowering effectiveness of major even with the improved compatibility between major and job. Especially, it is severe in the industries with high R&D investment. It can be interpreted as an incoordination of the technological innovation efforts from the aspect of R&D investment with human resource utilization from the aspect of new human resource. The analytical result and interpretation suggests that there should be more active improvement on the co-ordination between innovative manufacturers' efforts and human resource utilization, in order to keep sustainable development.

Recent advances in WSN and the wide use of social sensing technologies have been changing our daily lives. In the process of creating intertwining connections and interconnections greatly influencing on the way we communicate with other people, WSN and social communication media have a number of important capabilities that support their utilization in distress broadcast during emergency situations. This paper proposes a system model that makes better utilization of WSN and social sensing capabilities in sending out distress messages to the intended recipients more efficiently and effectively.

This study aimed to present the tasks to solve digital divide by understanding the actual condition of the digital divide of persons with disabilities in South Korea. Moreover, It is considered that the factors about qualitative digital divide. As a result, it was found that "Information Utilization Capacity" and "Information Utilization" tend to be higher among the young, more often male, higher education level, higher income people who had some information technology education and experience using telecommunication services. In Addition, all failure type affected the "age", "income", "information technology education" in common. Among them, influence of "age" and "information technology education" has become stronger than the other variables. Therefore, in order to solve the qualitative digital divide, it is required to focus as "age" and "information technology education".

The present research has created and evaluated contents capable of work appreciation visitors changing their viewpoints on their will by introducing mobile exhibition exposition devices (iPad) for large exhibition museum. Various exposition contents of usually invisible parts or those provided in accordance with user positions drew visitors' attentions and improved museum experience satisfaction. Utilization of digitalized exhibition information generated activeness in viewing and new communication between exhibition and a visitor instead of the conventional exhibition exposition.

The objective of this study is to examine the association of social networks and medical care utilization of elderly living alone depending on self-rated health status, and also to measure the moderating effects of welfare services for elderly. To this purpose, the data which was collected from the 2014 National Survey on Elderly in Korea was analyzed by Chi-square test and Poisson regression. According to the results, social networks and elderly welfare services affected to medical care utilization of elderly living alone, only who aware of their self-rated health status as bad. With this group, the frequency of contact with family and participation in lifelong education had a significant effect on increasing medical care utilization. In contrast, the frequency of contact with neighbors and the participation in elderly employment program were significant to reduce the utilization of medical care. Furthermore, the moderating effects of elderly welfare services were also measured that formal social gathering has an effect of increasing the medical care utilization of elderly living alone by expansion of their social networks. Based on these results, this study consequently has an implication for suggesting expansion of elderly welfare services, which might be an alternative to social networks of elderly living alone, and also for seeking the direction of political intervention that helps health promotion and disease prevention through the research of medical care utilization.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the structural relationship among the usefulness, ease of use, use intention, and learning utilization of smart learning devices recognized by college students. In order to achieve this, the following problems were addressed: first, how do college students' recognition of ease and usefulness of smart learning devices? second, how do college students' recognition of ease and learning utilization? third, what mediating effects od use of smart learning devices and learning utilization? As for the research method, a survey of 350 students who participated in smart learning was conducted to conduct a home review, confirmatory factor analysis, and bootsrapping for structural equation estimation and mediating analysis. As a result of the analysis on this, first, it was found that the usefulness and ease of smart learning devices recognized by college students had an effect on the intention of use. Second, it was found that the perception of the usefulness and ease of smart devices perceived by college students had an effect on the use of smart learning device learning. Third, it was found that the intention to use smart devices perceived by college students mediated the relationship between usefulness and learning utilization, and it was found that it mediated the relationship between ease and learning utilization. The implications are that instructors can recognize and utilize the intention of using smart learning devices properly by allowing college students to recognize the usefulness and ease of using smart learning devices in the classroom, thereby increasing the learning utilization of smart learning devices in class. In addition, efforts are needed to enable college students to recognize the usefulness of smart devices and to expand the use of learning.

In this thesis, the interactive multimedia contents service system is proposed. The interactive multimedia contents service system which added the on-line merit on the off-line merit of CD-ROM title can transfer messages among users and update contents immediately. The Interactive multimedia contents service system which Integrated the CD-ROM title and Internet sonics is possible to use in on-line / off-line. The proposed system more improved the fault of CD-ROM title in the conventional main media, the search environment by using mutual correlation of the utilization and method of the Internet CD-ROM title.

This study is aimed to systematize the contents of environmental education in the home education and to develop the environmental education. For this, this study firstly examined the characteristics and goals of home education and its relation to environmental education. Secondly, in the paradigm of environmental education this study analyzed the goals and contents of environmental education in the domain of home education which is included in the practicum subject of the 7th curriculum. Thirdly, this study examined the effective teaching and learning methods for home education and the considerations in organization of textbook contents which reflect these teaching and learning methods. Finally, this study suggested an example of textbooks which reflect all these considerations. It has been found out that: (1) the home education is based on the recognition of environmental problems related to home life, (2) the home education explains the environmental problems, and (3) the home education has its goals of acquring active attitudes and skills to solve these problems. In the teaching contents, the home education was analyzed to have the following concerning environmental education: the utilization of resources for food, clothes, and housing and home life, that is, the domain of ‘environmental sanitation’ related to food ingestion and sanitary life, the domain of ‘sound consumption life’ related to the utilization of resources and their consumption, and the domain of ‘environmental pollution’ on the prevention of every kind of pollutants in the home life. However, the environmental education in the home education according to the 7th educational curriculum has the distinctiveness from the contents of environmental education which were emphasized in the past home education. The distinctiveness are as following: (1)the resources matter is dealt with in the aspect of recycling various resouces from home life, (2)the prevention or reduction of pollutants in life which take the considerable part of environmental pollution is emphasized, (3)children's sensitivity In environment is emphasized to be developed, and (4)the importance of life is emphasized to be taught.
