Customer Relation Management Application using Associative Mining (연관 마이닝을 이용한 고객 관계 관리 적용)

  • The customer relation marketing in which companies can utilize to control and to get the filtered information efficiently has appeared in ubiquitous commerce. It is applying data mining technique to build the management that can even predict and recommend products to customers. In this paper, we proposed the case of customer relation management application using the associative mining. The proposed method uses the associative mining composes frequent customers with occurrence of candidate customer-set creates the association rules. We analyzed the efficient the feature of purchase customers using the hypergraph partition according to the lift of creative association rules. Therefore, we discovered strategies of the cross-selling and the up-selling. To estimate the performance, the suggested method is compared with the existing methods in the questionnaire dataset. The results have shown that the proposed method significantly outperforms the accuracy than the previous methods.

  • The launch of internet-only banks has brought many changes. As the existing commercial banks and internet-only banks have started the infinite competition, the maintenance of relationships with customers or the creation of new customers is important. For this, it is meaningful to understand the aspect of customers' perception of value. Thus, this study conducted the empirical analysis on the attitude of the existing phone-banking users after the launch of internet-only banks. First, the reliability and mobility out of the characteristics of the existing mobile service of commercial banks had effects on the perceived switching value while the reactivity had no effects on it. Second, in the results of understanding the effects of diverse benefits from internet-only banks on the perceived value, the economic benefit and convenient benefit had positive(+) effects on the perceived switching value. Lastly, the perceived switching value had positive(+) effects on the use intention.

  • The purpose of this study was to figure out the structural relations between service quality perceived by golf driving range customers, service value, customer satisfaction, and repurchase behavior. For the subject of this study, we selected 374 persons among customers who used 8 golf driving ranges located at 'P' Metropolitan city, 'U' Metropolitan city, or 'C' city in 'K' do through the Convenient Sampling Method. The results were as follows: First, the golf driving range's service quality has a positive effect on the service value. Second, the golf driving range's service quality has a positive effect on the customer satisfaction. Third, the service value has a positive effect on the customer satisfaction. Fourth, the service value has a positive effect on the repurchase behavior. Finally, the customer satisfaction has a positive effect on the repurchase behavior.

  • Promotion websites of companies have several advantages: They can publicize the brand image in various ways by using the character of web environment; they enable consumers to learn the information of products in the round with interests; they can stretch out their marketing targets to the whole world. In order to make an effective delivery of their information in such promotion websites, interaction with their consumers is an important factor, for which understanding Interactive Storytelling is essential. The purpose of this thesis is to study Interactive Storytelling which enables us to have effective interaction with consumers in making promotion websites of companies. For this, this thesis analyzes examples of Interact Storytelling focused on it have story promotion websites on the basis of the five steps for internet marketing promotions: attraction of visitors, attraction of interests and participations, acquisition of the information of customers, grasp of the needs of customers, and an offer of values classified by customers.

  • Now a days the banks, with a wide spread of credit transaction practice in every business, offer better services to their customers, while the automation of banking is being made more rapid progress in th light of efficient banking service. For example, it is true that the automation of cash payment for customers goes on its progress and the competition between companies is getting more serious. Lately the banks that pursue "Banking Automation System" expand distribution of cash dispenser for the better electronic computer service and for the better service for their customers in quality. Therefore the makers producing "CD" accelerate their development of CD in various ways in order to secure M/S as the leading group of th field. CD, a kind of an automatic paying, is being used generally, and has various functions and its design is getting more compact than ever. Under this situation, I studied more trustworthy and convenient CD design suggestions in the way of case study on the basis of the process of developing CD and I suggest the better way of developing the design of CD in the future.

  • This study applied Q methodology to graduate students of food service management department in Seoul to grasp subjective perception of customers using Michelin guide restaurant. Six types of analysis result were obtained. Specifically, the first type (N = 3): Restaurant hygiene-seeking type, the second type (N = 6): Restaurant taste-seeking type, the third type N = 5): Select Restaurant Compare Prices type, 4th type (N = 3): Pursuing taste for restaurant price type, 5th type (N = 2) Restaurant full service select type, and 6th type (N = 3): Restaurant menu configuration Select. In the future, the research on the Michelin guide restaurant will be revised and supplemented with more detailed Q methodological questions and analytical techniques based on many documents and empirical studies, to analyze the various opinions of respondents more concrete and objectively.

  • In this paper, we present integer programming models and algorithms for the Capacitated Facility Location-Allocation Problem (CFLP). The models and algorithms can be used for the design of logistics networks and for the location of telecommunication facilities. We are given a set of candidate facility installation sites, one type of facility for each candidate site with its capacity and installation cost, a set of customers with their demand requirement, and flow cost for one unit of demand flow from each customer to each candidate site. (CFLP) is to determine the number of facilities for each candidate site and the set of customers which are connected to each site with minimum cost, while satisfying the demand requirement of each customer and constraints imposed on the allocation of customers to facilities. We present two integer programming models for (CFLP), and devise a branch-and-cut algorithm and a branch-and-price algorithm for the problem.

The Relationship Among Store Image, Customers' Emotional Responses and Behavior Intention (점포이미지, 고객의 감정반응 및 행동의도의 관계)

  • The purposes of the study is builded upon previous researches to set up research model and investigate the relationship among store image, customers' emotional responses and behavior intention. For achieving study purposes, research model and hypotheses were set up after reviewing previous researches. The data were collected from a sample of 296 customers of department store, then used to conducted an empirical analysis. The results showed the significant relationship were partially found among store image, emotional responses and behavior intention. Objective store image influence positive emotions, indirectly influence behavior intention through positive emotions, but objective store image don't influence negative emotions. Subjective store image influence shoppers' positive emotions and negative emotions, and indirectly influence shoppers' behavior intention through positive emotions and negative emotions. This study has provided a variety of theoretical and practical implications for retailers to set up marketing strategies.

U-health Service Model for Managing Health of Chronic Patients in Multi-platform Environment (멀티플랫폼 환경의 만성 질환자 건강관리를 위한 유헬스 서비스 모델)

  • U-health services have been progressed as treatment and management for specific diseases and prevention services for providing the behavior management to customers according to the increase in chronic patients. The conventional U-health services provide required services and bio-information monitoring only through remote diagnoses and counsels and that represent limitations in preventing and managing metabolic syndrome patients like chronic patients. Thus, in this study a multi platform based U-health service model for managing the health of chronic patients is proposed. The multi-platform based U-health service model can provide continuous health information, diet, and exercise services regardless of the location of customers through PCs and smart phones. In addition, it is able to provide prescription services to doctors and nurses using a CDS (Clinical Decision Support) module based on clinical information. Doctors can identify the life pattern of patients through a behavior modification program and provide customized services to patients. The U-health service model provides effective services in multi-platform environments to customers and that will improve the health of chronic patients.

Impacts of Hotel Service Quality and Voluntary Behavior upon Behavioral Intentions (호텔 서비스품질과 고객의 자발적 행위가 행동의도에 미치는 영향)

  • This study is to investigate the impact of hotel service quality and voluntary behavior upon behavior intentions by the actual analysis of four deluxe hotels in Seoul and Incheon. As a research methodology, a statistical package of SPSS 15.0 for window & Path Analysis 7.0 were used with 124 respondents. The empathy of service quality affects the voluntary behavior of the customers composed of three factors. Cooperation out of the voluntary behavior has an effect on the behavioral intentions and the rest of voluntary behavior only influences revisit. Accordingly it suggests that hotel employees should serve the customers with individual care and concern. In addition, it reveals significantly that the empathy is the main factor resulting in voluntary behavior and behavior intentions of the hotel customers.
