PC (Precast Concrete) method was preferred for reasons such as shortening of construction period, cost reduction, and quality. However, in the case of factory production, precast concrete has a problem in that transportation conditions in the transportation process, damage during transportation, overhead and profit of the factory are required. If work and PC members are produced on site, transportation and installation costs can be reduced. However, research on field production has not been conducted. Therefore, based on the on-site production plan without PC, the cost and quality of factory production and on-site production are compared and analyzed.
This study is an empirical study of 'the effect of the key factors of Smart Factory on management performance through internal environmental factors in small and medium enterprises'. The purpose of the research is to verify that the implementation of a Smart Factory affects the performance of management and contribute to the continued development of the company, and to suggest the national policy of expanding the deployment of a Smart Factory. The procedures were surveyed by working-level officials of small and medium-sized manufacturing companies with a Smart Factory and statistically analyzed with the SPSS and SMART PLS. The results of the study showed that first, the environmental factors within the company had a positive effect on the key components of the Smart Factory. Second, the key factor in Smart Factory has had a positive impact on management performance. The above evidence shows that the key factors in smart factory considering the environmental factors of an enterprise affect its management performance, thus laying the theoretical foundation for the performance of smart factory construction. In the future, we will study how to build a Smart Factory.
In this paper, we propose the development of an embedded board for construction of smart factory. The proposed embedded board for construction of smart factory consists of main module, ADC module, I/O module. Main module is a main calculating device which includes communication pard that allows interface with external device with using industrial protocol and is ported operating system makes board operating into. ADC module takes part in transferring digital signal has converted from electrical signal to the main module from the external sensor which is installed on the field. I/O module is an input and output module which transfers to the main module about a status, alarm, command signal of field device and it has a function that blocks external noises from field device with isolation circuit into it. In order to evaluate the performance of the proposed embedded board for construction of smart factory, it has been tested by an authorized testing institute. As a result, quantity of interacting protocol was 5, speed of hardware clock synchronization was under 10us and operating time of battery without source power was over 8 hours. It produced the same result as the world's highest level.

The productivity is the one of the primary elements to evaluate the new systems performance for building construction along with the economic efficiency, the safety, and the quality improvement. At present the on-site construction automation systems(we will call it as Construction Factory or CF hereafter) is under the development by research group for construction automation of high-rise building. The system includes many sub-systems such as a robotic crane, a construction factory, bolting robots, a building material management system using RFID and so on. In this study we discuss and propose the method to evaluate for these hybrid on-site automation system fundamentally. In future we devise a framework of evaluation modules for the on-site building automation system on the basis of this discuss.

In this paper, we introduce a new technique for automatic construction of steel frames in high-rise buildings. Basically, we combine advanced robotic technologies to building construction techniques. Four main topics will be developed such as: 1) Planning and synthesis of automatic construction system, 2) Development of construction factory system with climbing oil-pressured robot, 3) Core techniques for automatic assembly for steel frames, and 4) Intelligent resource management system. We expect that this new technique will increase the construction efficiency and will alleviate the manpower shortage problem in the aging society.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify the relationship between smart factory utilization and continued use intention between UTAUT, dynamic capabilities of smart factory construction companies and present the company's strategic direction. Research design, data, and methodology: In this study, a structured research model was derived to confirm the relationship between UTAUT, dynamic capabilities, smart factory utilization and continued use intention and the difference according to Technology perception. For analysis a total of 223 valid questionnaires from e-commerce users were used. Confirmatory factor analysis, correlation analysis, and structural equations were conducted to verify. Results: Both UTAUT, dynamic capabilities had a significant effect on smart factory utilization as well as continued use intention. It was found that the relationship between UTAUT, dynamic capabilities, smart factory utilization, and continued use intention. differed depending on the technology perception. Conclusions: Organizational members utilize the smart factory in anticipation of effects such as work performance and various improvements. Smart factory data will be used continuously when it is useful for business processes and operations. It is necessary to establish strategies and provide training to improve the technical level and capabilities of organizational members. Through this, a strategy is needed that can be continuously used by utilizing the information obtained through smart factory to improve work efficiency, productivity and efficiency increase is needed

BAT Korea's Factory is the one of the major projects that clearly confirms and demonstrates that Construction Management (CM), provided by a Korean CM Company to the foreign clients, enables them to successfully complete projects; with savings in time and reduction in cost, which it is $15\%$ lower than the cost of the overseas construction. Also, throughout the thorough schedule management, it was possible to commence with manufacturing one month after the completion date. The Key Success Factors was generated by the excellent construction management skills, and more importantly by the confidence gained by the client in giving a CM company full authority for the construction management of the project. This study has focus on elements of construction management applied to this project throughout the concept of 'One Stop Shop', including cost managements, contract management and value engineering etc. We hope that this study will provide useful data to enable public clients to take advantages of construction management, in a similar way to. the private clients, who have already implemented CM actively.
Many small and medium-sized enterprises are deploying Smart Factory without due consideration of the circumstances in which the entity is in or outside of the entity, such as environmental changes and the capabilities of its members. Therefore, utilization and effectiveness are also low after deployment. This study verifies 'the establishment of a Smart Factory through the environmental factors and absorption capabilities of small businesses' through empirical research. The survey was received by people working for small and medium-sized companies that have established Smart Factory. The results of the study showed that first, environmental factors within and outside the company had a positive effect on the absorption capacity within the company. Second, the absorption capacity within a company has had a positive effect on the deployment of a Smart Factory. Based on the above proof, it has been proved to be effective if the core areas of the Smart Factory are built on the basis of the company's internal and external environmental factors and absorption capabilities when constructing Smart Factory in small businesses. In the future, we will study the achievements of smart factory construction.

Existing manufacturing system has consumed too much energy, space and resource in micro parts manufacturing. To improve this, micro factory system is suggested. But it is difficult to get the high reliability in the assembly, production and inspection of the minute parts because the construction of the micro factory has been started just before. In this study, we will build the digital manufacturing simulation on the micro factory's process and verify the production and assembly process using this simulation.

This paper describes the classification problems of the unit modular housing through reviewing design drawings. Modular construction is a new industrialized homebuilding technology that uses large, factory produced modules. In general, more than 70% of construction processes in unit modular construction method are produced in factory after that the modular, which is completed is lifted on site and assembled. This research considers categorization in which the design drawing of the unit module housing can have problems. There are 17 types of construction method and 14 types of design approach as a result of the classification.
