This study prepared the list of planning components required for constructing environment-friendly industrial complex and grasped major environment-friendly planning components by measuring the importance per each planning component via the survey for specialists. As a result of measuring the importance of planning component according to each field for constructing environment-friendly industrial complex, it is indicated that important planning components in natural environment field are establishing complex location plan considering its configuration and slope, excluding projects for steep slope-land, establishing countermeasures for reducing contaminants per its source, and separated location of contamination industry around living space. In living environment field, proposed planning components having relatively high importance are separated location of pollution causing industry, establishing energy saving land use plan, linking with green way, circulation network plan, lowering noise level at roadside, plan for separating between pedestrian and vehicle, securing parking space, extending green park and proper location, installing green buffer zone, conserving and forming landscapes, land use for raising energy efficiency, and expansion of energy source. In case of ecological environment, core planning components such as conserving upper class of ecological naturality degree, conserving main habitat, and biotope forming plan are suggested. This study is limited to find out planning components for constructing environment-friendly physical environment of industrial complex which is a part of non-production process. The approach to solve environmental problem by linking spatially production process and non-production process. There is a need to conduct follow-up study to constructing technique for environment-friendly industrial complex considering production & nonproduction process afterward.

본 논문에서는 Galois 스윗칭함수를 구성하기 위한 하나의 방법을 제시하였다. 먼저 단일변수에 대한 Lagrange 보계법을 다항식 형태로 전개시켜서 Galois 스윗칭함수를 구성한 다음 2변수에 대한 구성이론을 밝혔다. 이를 바탕으로 하여 다변수에 대한 Galois스윗칭함수를 구성하였다. 구성이론을 뒷받침하기 위한 예제를 타논문에서 인용하였으며 그 결과가 기존논문의 결과와 동일함을 보였다.

The purpose of this study is to suggest information system focused on the delivery system for national internet shopping mall. It is specifically summarized as follows. First, I showed the necessary required contents for constructing information system focused on the delivery system. Next, I suggested the theoretical model of the necessary information system for practicing information system, which is based on the above contents. The result of this study is to support for constructing information delivery system required for information system of internet shopping mall. And is to do a role of guide for practicing it, which is regarded as constructing a practical business guideline.

The diagrid structural system is considered to be not only the best structural system for constructing free form structures, but also a very effective system in resisting lateral load. As a newly investigated structural system, its complicated node has not yet been completely investigated and minimal experimentation of manufacturing and constructing the system have been conducted. Therefore, the constructing cost of the diagrid structural system is still comparatively high. In this paper, the cyclic performance of a diagrid node with an H-section brace will be discussed. Design details that consider productivity were proposed and their structural performances were assessed through experimental and analytical investigation.

The Purpose of this study was to identify the constructing factors of female suit image. The questionnaire consisted of 69 words expressing suit image were developed, and six suit slides were selected for stimulus. Sixty-eight female university students majored in clothing and textiles were responded to each sledes, and then factor analysis was conducted. Six factors, such as attractiveness, peculiarity, grace, femininity, youthfullness, and comfort were found out as constructing factors of suit image(total vari-ance 60.5%) by the principal component analysis. The attractiveness factor which explained the largest variance included words such as countrified, refinement, and beautiful. Peculiarity factor included words such as peculiar, bold, complex, and decorative. Grace factor included words such as classic, grace, and elegant. Femininity factor included such as masculine, feminine, soft, and dressy. Youthfullness factor included words such as youth, bright, and charming. And comfort factor included words such as casual, comfort-able, active, and natural. The Cronbach's $\alpha$of the each factors were. 78~92.

Globally the interest of large-scale structure has been increasing for the use in various social and cultural events. However various problems for building large-scale structure in South Korea are expected in terms of construction method and site management due to the lack of experience. Construction method and planning significantly affects on making decisions. There are only theoretical approach for constructing large-scale building in domestic with the limited experience of constructing constrained size structure. Through Analytic Hierarchy Process with experts, derived decision factors mostly used construction method in construction of large-scale structure. Derived factors from this study will support making decisions for field management in constructing large-scale structure.

This paper propose the method of constructing the highly efficiency adder and multiplier systems over finite fie2, degree of uk terms, therefore we decrease k into m-1 degree using irreducible primitive polynomial. We propose two method of control signal generation for perform above decrease process. One method is the combinational logic expression and the other method is universal signal generation. The proposed method of constructing the highly adder/multiplier systems is as following. First of all, we obtain algorithms for addition and multiplication arithmetic operation based on the mathematical properties over finite fields, next we construct basic cell of A-cell and M-cell using T-gate and modP cyclic gate. Finally we construct adder module and multiplier module over finite fields after synthesize ${\alpha}$$\^$k/ generation module and control signal CSt generation module with A-cell and M-cell. Then, we propose the future research and prospects.

초고속 통신망의 구축에 있어서 가장 많은 투자를 요구하는 부분이 가입자망의 광대역화이다. 본 논문에서는 가입자망의 구성방식을 조사한 다음, 각 구성방식을 분석한 후 경제성 비교방식을 통하여 최적가입자망을 추출하고자 하였다. 최적의 초고속 가입자망 구축을 위해 노드당 비용측면과, 격자형에서 성형과 링형을 여러 환경에서 측정, 비교ㆍ분석하여 경제적인 면에서 최적의 초고속망 구축방안을 제시하였다.

This paper presents a theoretical algorithm for constructing the mode shapes of a bridge from the dynamic responses of a test vehicle moving over the bridge. In comparison with those approaches that utilize a limited number of sensors deployed on the bridge, the present approach can offer much more spatial information, as well as higher resolution in mode shapes, since the test vehicle can receive the vibration characteristics of each point during its passage on the bridge. Basically only one or few sensors are required to be installed on the test vehicle. Factors that affect the accuracy of the present approach for constructing the bridge mode shapes are studied, including the vehicle speed, random traffic, and road surface roughness. Through numerical simulations, the present approach is verified to be feasible under the condition of constant and low vehicle speeds.

It is important to construct fully homomorphic encryption with ciphertext matrix that makes fully homomorphic encryption become very nature and simple. We present a general design method of constructing fully homomorphic encryption whose ciphertext is matrix. By using this design method, we can deduce a fully homomorphic encryption scheme step by step based on a basic encryption scheme. The process of deduction is similar to solving equation and the final output result is a fully homomorphic encryption scheme with ciphertext matrix. The idea of constructing ciphertext matrix is ciphertexts stack, which don't simply stack ciphertexts together but is to obtain the desired homomorphic property. We use decryption structure as tool to analyze homomorphic property and noise growth during homomorphic evaluation. By using this design method, we obtain three corresponding fully homomorphic encryption schemes. Our obtained fully homomorphic encryption schemes are more efficient. Finally, we introduce the adversary advantage and improve the previous method of estimating concert parameters of fully homomorphic encryption. We give the concert parameters of these schemes.
