융합인재교육 실행형태의 측정도구 개발 및 실행형태와 실행수준의 관계 분석 (The Development of a Scale to Measure the Innovation Configurations of STEAM and Analysis of Relationship between the Innovation Configurations and the Usage Levels of STEAM)

  • 이 연구는 초등학교 교사의 관점에서 융합인재교육의 실행 형태를 측정하기 위한 측정도구를 개발하고 이를 활용하여 실행 형태와 관련 배경 요인이 실행 수준에 미치는 영향을 조사하였다. 실행형태의 측정도구는 다양한 선행 연구 및 심층면접 등의 분석을 기반으로 개발되었고, '수업준비', '수업설계', '수업운영', '평가'의 4개 세부 요인으로 구성되었다. 사전 개발된 측정 문항을 바탕으로 전국의 융합인재교육 연구·선도학교의 교사, 융합인재교육 교사연구회 활동을 하는 교사, 그리고 융합인재교육을 실시하고 있는 일반 초등학교 교사 266명을 대상으로 융합인재교육 실행 형태를 조사하였다. 탐색적 요인분석 및 신뢰도 분석을 통하여 융합인재교육의 실행 형태를 측정을 위한 총 19개의 측정 문항을 확정하였다. 초등교사의 융합인재교육의 실행형태와 그 실제 실행수준의 관계를 조사하기 위해 먼저, 실행형태의 4개 세부 요인과 실행수준의 직접적 영향을 조사하고, 배경 요인으로 고려한 초등교사의 교육경력, 융합인재교육 연수경험이 이 실행형태 각 세부 요인과 실행수준에 미치는 영향을 조사하였다. 마지막으로 실행형태 4개 세부 요인과 배경요인의 상호작용을 동시에 고려하여 실행수준과의 관계를 분석하였다. 분석의 결과, 초등교사의 융합인재교육의 실행수준을 개선시키기 위한 방안으로 실행형태의 '수업운영' 요소와 배경변인 중 '연수경험'의 유의미한 상관이 도출되었으며, 이 연구를 통하여 개발된 측정도구는 초등교사의 관점에서 융합인재교육의 실행을 분석하는 데에 유용할 뿐 아니라, 바람직한 개선 추구에 기여할 수 있을 것이다.

로봇 캘리브레이션을 위한 모델 파라미터의 관측성 연구 (A Study on Observability of Model Parameters for Robot Calibration)

  • Objective of calibration is to find out the accurate kinematic relationships between robot joint angles and the position of the end-effector by estimating accurate model parameters defining the kinematic function. Estimating the model parameters requires measurement of the end-effector position at a number of different robot configurations. This paper studies the implication of measurement configurations in robot calibration. For selecting appropriate measurement configurations in robot calibration, an index is defined to measure the observability of the model parameters with respect to a set of robot configurations. It is found that, as the observability index of the selected measurement configurations increase the attribution of the position errors to the parameter errors becomes dominant while the effects of the measurement and unmodeled errors are less significant; consequently better estimation of parameter errors is expected. To demonstrate the implication of the observability measure in robot calibration, computer simulations are performed and their results are discussed.

  • The redundant sensor configuration problem of inertial navigation system(INS) is considered and analyzed the navigation and fault detection performance according to various sensor configurations. We considered various kinds of redundant sensor configurations for symmetric, cone, and orthogonal configurations and compare the navigation and fault detection performance for the configurations. We show that the navigation and fault detection performance is not affected by the coordinate change for a fixed configuration.

  • At present, many applications independently provide access control for their own resources, for example Web, Databases and Operating Systems, etc. Such independent access control systems result in multiple access control configurations each of which deals with the access control in its own application context. Since those multiple configurations are operated in isolation, and maintained by possibly different administrators, they are likely to be incoherent. In this paper, we propose a logical specification to reason about multiple access control configurations. Our specification can be used to detect the incoherence in multiple configurations. Furthermore, it of offers many kinds of policies for multiple configurations that can capture several kinds of requirements for multiple access control systems.

Configurations of double-layer space trusses

  • Space truss structures may be fabricated in any of several common grid configurations. With different configurations, the truss performance varies considerably affecting both its competitiveness and suitability for specific applications. The work presented in this paper is an assessment of the most commonly adopted truss configurations and their effect on truss characteristics such as the stiffness/weight value, member stress distribution, number of joints and members, degree of redundancy and cost. The study is parametric and covers wide variations of truss aspect ratios, boundary conditions and span/depth ratios. The results of this study could be of significant value to the design of space truss structures.

  • When inertial navigation system(INS) employ more sensors that mutually orthogonal sets to three, the redundant sensor system can have improved reliability and accuracy. For the redundant system the placement of redundant sensors is related to the system performance and also the number and proper orientation of sensors are important. We consider INS sensor configurations using two IMUs comprised mutually orthogonal sets of three. We suggest several configurations using two IMUs and analyze the system performance and the FDI(fault detection and isolation) properties from suggested configurations.

  • This paper examines the effect of storage location configurations on dual command cycle times for the efficient operation of automated storage/retrieval systems. We use a contour line approach to determine storage location configurations. We present a contour line configuration generating scheme and a location indexing scheme. Given a contour line configuration, the location indexing scheme provides a unique priority to each location. The location priority is then used for determining the storage location of an incoming load. To investigate the effect of alternative contour line configurations on dual command cycle times, we perform a series of experiments under various storage policies.

  • In [1], the authors proved that the finite union of linear star-configurations in $\mathbb{P}^2$ has a generic Hilbert function. In this paper, we find the minimal graded free resolution of the union of two linear star-configurations in $\mathbb{P}^2$ of type $s{\times}t$ with $\(^t_2\){\leq}s$ and $3{\leq}t$.

  • Optimal configurations for redundant TDOF (Two Degree Of Freedom) sensor systems are proposed. The determinant of error covariance matrix is used as the performance index, and optimal configurations for 2 TDOF sensor system and 3 TDOF sensor system are evaluated by minimizing the index.

  • We find some Hilbert functions of codimension 4, which are obtained from only k-configurations in $\mathbb{P}^{3}$ and support the $3^{rd}$ linear syzygy.
