장소 추천을 위한 방문 간격 보정 (Temporal Interval Refinement for Point-of-Interest Recommendation)

  • 장소추천시스템은 시간과 장소가 주어졌을 때, 사용자에게 가장 흥미로운 장소를 추천해주는 시스템을 말한다. 스마트폰과 사물인터넷(IoT), 장소기반 소셜네트워크(LBSN)의 발달에 힘입어 사용자들의 방대한 양의 장소 방문 데이터를 축적하게 되었고, 이를 통해 특정한 시점에 사용자들이 원하는 장소를 적절히 추천해줄 수 있는 장소추천시스템의 중요성이 부각되었다. 장소추천시스템은 사용자의 방문(Check-in) 횟수라는 암시적 피드백(Implicit feedback) 데이터에서 사용자의 시퀀스 선호(Sequential preference)를 이끌어내어 높은 성능을 내기 위한 연구들이 제안되었다. 하지만 시퀀스 선호 정보를 활용하여 모델을 구성하는 경우, 데이터의 밀도가 더욱 희박해지고 이에 따라 적은 수의 데이터에 기반하여 구축되는 모델의 성능이 왜곡될 가능성이 존재한다. 본 연구에서는 신뢰도(Confidence)에 기반하여 방문 주기를 보정하는 방법론을 제안한다. 사용자의 시퀀스 선호 정보로부터 도출된 장소 간 방문 시간전이간격(temporal transition interval)을 활용하여 추천시스템을 구성할 때, 해당 방법론을 통하여 데이터의 왜곡을 보정함으로써 추천시스템의 성능을 향상하였다. 제안하는 방법의 효과를 검증하기 위하여, Foursquare와 Gowalla의 데이터셋을 이용한 비교실험을 통해 제안하는 방법론의 우수성을 보였다.

Mixed reality visualization in shoulder arthroplasty: is it better than traditional preoperative planning software?

  • Background: Preoperative traditional software planning (TSP) is a method used to assist surgeons with implant selection and glenoid guide-pin insertion in shoulder arthroplasty. Mixed reality (MR) is a new technology that uses digital holograms of the preoperative plan and guide-pin trajectory projected into the operative field. The purpose of this study was to compare TSP to MR in a simulated surgical environment involving insertion of guide-pins into models of severely deformed glenoids. Methods: Eight surgeons inserted guide-pins into eight randomized three-dimensional-printed severely eroded glenoid models in a simulated surgical environment using either TSP or MR. In total, 128 glenoid models were used and statistically compared. The outcomes compared between techniques included procedural time, difference in guide-pin start point, difference in version and inclination, and surgeon confidence via a confidence rating scale. Results: When comparing traditional preoperative software planning to MR visualization as techniques to assist surgeons in glenoid guide pin insertion, there were no statistically significant differences in terms of mean procedure time (P=0.634), glenoid start-point (TSP=2.2±0.2 mm, MR=2.1±0.1 mm; P=0.760), guide-pin orientation (P=0.586), or confidence rating score (P=0.850). Conclusions: The results demonstrate that there were no significant differences between traditional preoperative software planning and MR visualization for guide-pin placement into models of eroded glenoids. A perceived benefit of MR is the real-time intraoperative visibility of the surgical plan and the patient's anatomy; however, this did not translate into decreased procedural time or improved guide-pin position.

임상실습 전 객관화된 구조화 임상수행평가(OSCE)가 간호대학생의 지식, 핵심기본간호술 자신감 및 자기효능감에 미치는 효과 (The Effects of Preclinical Objective Structured Clininal Examination(OSCE) on Knowledge, Nursing Students Confidence in Core Fundamental Nursing Skills and Self-Efficacy)

  • Purpose. The purpose of this study was to investigate effects of preclinical OSCE(Objective Structured Clinical Evaluation) on knowledge, confidence in their Core fundamental nursing skills and self-efficacy in nursing students. Method. The research design was a one group pretest-posttest design and it was done to assess changes in knowledge, confidence in core fundamental nursing skills and self-efficacy from pre to the post-test which was given after the OSCE. Data were collected from March 5 to April 7, 2016 from 37 nursing students who were taking the 15-hours using OSCE learning module at one Gyeongbuk-do, P-city. This practicum was composed of 4 core fundamental nursing skills and 5 other fundamental nursing skills. The knowledge consisted of a 10-item by researchers and the confidence of core fundamental nursing skills consisted of an 9-item NRS and the self-efficacy consisted of a 17-item 5-point scale and measured in both the pretest and posttest. The collected data were analyzed with SPSS IBM 20.0 program for the frequency, percentage, x2-test, and paired t-test. Rusult. The results showed that although scores of knowledge of OSCE learning module were significanlty increased from 5.22 to 7.03(t=5.30, p<.001). There were significantly increased in scores of confidence in core fundamental nursing skills from 5.13 to 7.27(t=10.01, p<.001), In the sub-scales of each core fundamental nursing skills was scored the highest. otherwise, there was no significant difference in self-efficacy(t=1.42, p=.161). Conclusions. Based on the results, this study suggests that OSCE module development activities for nursing students in nursing education-learning in order to improve nursing skills.

Korean consumers' perceptions of health/functional food claims according to the strength of scientific evidence

  • In this study, we investigated that consumers could differentiate between levels of claims and clarify how a visual aid influences consumer understanding of the different claim levels. We interviewed 2,000 consumers in 13 shopping malls on their perception of and confidence in different levels of health claims using seven point scales. The average confidence scores given by participants were 4.17 for the probable level and 4.07 for the possible level; the score for the probable level was significantly higher than that for the possible level (P < 0.05). Scores for confidence in claims after reading labels with and without a visual aid were 5.27 and 4.43, respectively; the score for labeling with a visual aid was significantly higher than for labeling without a visual aid (P < 0.01). Our results provide compelling evidence that providing health claims with qualifying language differentiating levels of scientific evidence can help consumers understand the strength of scientific evidence behind those claims. Moreover, when a visual aid was included, consumers perceived the scientific levels more clearly and had greater confidence in their meanings than when a visual aid was not included. Although this result suggests that consumers react differently to different claim levels, it is not yet clear whether consumers understand the variations in the degree of scientific support.

임상실습 전 임상수행능력평가(CPX)가 간호대학생의 핵심기본간호술 자신감과 비판적 사고능력에 미치는 효과 (The Effects of Preclinical Clinical Performance Examination on Nursing Students' Confidence in Nursing Skills and Critical Thinking Competence)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of preclinical clinical performance examination (CPX) on nursing students' confidence in their nursing skills and critical thinking competence. Methods: The design of this research was one-group pretest-posttest, and the participants were 112 nursing students. The preclinical CPX consisted of a clinical examination, patient-nurse relationship, oral test of related knowledge, written test of the nursing process, and debriefing using comprehensive scenarios based on real patient cases. The confidence of nursing skills consisted of an 8-item NRS and the critical thinking competence consisted of a 12-item 4-point scale developed by researchers and measured in both the pretest and posttest. The collected data were analyzed using paired t-tests, ANOVA, and Pearson correlation coefficients. Results: The score for confidence in nursing skills (t=10.60, p<.001) and that for critical thinking competence (t=7.03, p<.001) increased significantly after preclinical CPX. Conclusion: This study showed that preclinical CPX was effective in improving nursing students' confidence in their nursing skills and critical thinking competence. Therefore, preclinical CPX is expected to be utilized in nursing practice education. Additional studies including those on control groups are recommended to compare differences between the preclinical CPX group and control group.

보건계열 학생의 환자안전 지식 및 수행 자신감 : 융복합적 접근 (The Knowledge and Confidence in Performance on Patient Safety among Health-Related Majors : Convergent Approach)

  • 본 연구는 보건계열 학생을 대상으로 환자안전 지식과 환자안전 수행자신감을 파악하기 위해 수행되었다. 보건계열학생 349명이 참여하였고, 자료분석은 SPSS 21.0을 이용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과 환자안전지식 정답률은 평균 65.7%였다. 환자안전 수행자신감은 평균 $7.11{\pm}1.74$점이었으며 문항별로 살펴보면 환자확인이 높았으며 효과적 의사소통이 낮게 나타났다. 환자안전지식과 환자안전 수행자신감의 하부영역인 환자확인, 의사소통, 수술시술, 낙상, 환자안전사고보고는 양의 상관관계였고, 환자안전지식과 감염관리, 시설환경은 음의 상관관계였다. 보건계열학생들에게 임상실습 전 환자안전에 대한 중요성을 높이고 안전한 임상실습이 수행될 수 있도록 환자안전교육프로그램을 개발하는 것이 필요하다.

  • There are various presentation methods of apparel products on the internet shopping mall. The objective of this study was (a) to identify the effect of information supply about the criteria to evaluate a garment according to presentation methods and (b) to investigate the relation between the consumer's evaluation of presentation methods and confidence in purchase decision. For this experiment. 4 presentation methods of jean were selected from internet shopping mall. They were rotating appearance on the body, enlarged product picture, apparel items coordination method and just picture of wearing appearance. Each presentation method was evaluated by panels using questionnaire. Consumer's evaluation of presentation methods were developed 5 point likert scale. The major findings drawn from this study were as follows : 1. There were significant differences in degree of information supply about product criteria according to presentation methods. Enlarged product picture introduction was good for confirmation of sewing state, fabric and detail. Apparel items coordination method was good for judgement of styling and current fashion suitability. 2. Dimension of information evaluation was composed of providing pleasure, utility of information, reliability & attractiveness, negative emotions. All of these factors affect confidence in purchase decision and intention of revisiting the site. The most important factor for confidence in purchase decision making was reliability & attractiveness. as compared to this, intention of revisiting the site was more influenced by providing pleasure.

확률적 DEA모형에 의한 품목농협의 효율성 분석 (An Analysis of the Efficiency of Item-based Agricultural Cooperative Using the DEA Model)

  • 이 논문에서는 부트스트래핑 DEA 모형을 이용하여 품목농협의 효율성 분석 값의 통계적 유의성을 분석하였다. 분석결과, 첫째, 일반적 DEA모형에 의한 기술효율성은 0.878로 추정된 반면, 부트스트래핑 기법을 적용하면 0.804로 추정되었다. 그러나 두 값의 차이는 신뢰구간 범위 내에 있기 때문에 통계적으로는 유의하지 않다. 또한 95% 유의수준하에서 기술효율성의 통계적 신뢰수준은 0.726에서 0.874로 분석되었다. 둘째, 일반적 DEA모형에서 효율적인 품목농협으로 추정된 19개 농협 모두 부트스트래핑 기법을 적용한 경우 비효율적인 것으로 추정되었다. 이는 일반적 DEA모형의 경우 비효율적인 품목농협이 효율적인 것으로 추정될 수 있다는 것이다.

간호대학생의 자기주도적 학습능력과 기본간호 실습만족도가 기본간호술 수행자신감에 미치는 영향 (The Influence of Self-Directed Learning Ability and Satisfaction with Practicum on Confidence in Performance of Fundamental Nursing Skills among Nursing Students)

  • 본 연구는 간호대학생의 자기주도적 학습능력, 실습만족도 및 일반적 특성이 기본간호술 수행자신감에 미치는 영향력 정도를 분석하고자 시도되었다. 자료수집은 B시와 U시 소재 2개 4년제 대학에 재학 중인 간호학과 3학년 학생들을 대상으로 자료수집 시점까지 임상실습 경험이 없는 318명의 간호대학생들을 편의 표집하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 18.0 프로그램을 이용하여 서술통계, t-검정, ANOVA 및 Scheffe test, Pearson's correlation coefficients, Stepwise multiple regression을 사용하여 분석하였다. 분석결과 대상자들의 기본간호술 수행자신감은 $3.40{\pm}0.61$점, 자기주도적 학습능력은 $3.38{\pm}0.40$점, 실습만족도는 $3.93{\pm}0.59$점으로 나타났고, 기본간호술 수행자신감은 자기주도적 학습능력(r=.289, p<.001), 실습만족도(r=.353, p<.001)와 유의한 순 상관관계를 보였으며, 자기주도적 학습능력은 실습만족도(r=.393, p<.001)와 유의한 순 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 기본간호술 수행자신감에 영향을 미치는 요인은 실습만족도(${\beta}=.24$, p<.001), 자기주도적 학습능력(${\beta}=.15$, p=.010), 실습참여태도(${\beta}=.13$, p=.027)로 총 설명력은 15.6%였다. 따라서 기본간호 실습교육자는 학생들의 기본간호술 수행자신감 증진을 위해 이들의 실습만족도와 자기주도적 학습능력을 향상시킬 수 있는 적절한 교수학습법을 적용할 필요가 있으며, 기본간호 실습교육 시 학생들의 적극적인 참여를 유도하기 위한 다각적인 교육 전략을 세울 필요가 있다고 본다.

간호학생의 핵심기본간호술 수행빈도, 수행자신감, 수행능력에 관한 융복합적 연구 (A Study of Convergence on Frequency of Performance, Self-Confidence, Performance Assessment Scores of Core Nursing Skills of Nursing Students)

  • 본 연구는 간호학과 졸업학년 학생이 임상실습시 경험한 핵심기본간호술 수행빈도, 수행자신감, 수행능력을 확인하고 이들의 관계를 규명하기 위한 서술적 조사연구이다. 연구대상자는 227명으로 자료수집 기간은 2015년 10월 15일부터 10월 28일까지이다. 연구결과 임상 실습시 10회 이상 해보았다고 응답한 항목은 활력징후였으며 전혀 해보지 못했다고 응답한 항목은 수혈, 관장, 기관절개관 관리 순 이었다. 평가 전 수행자신감은 활력징후가 가장 높고 수혈이 가장 낮았으며 평가 후 수행자신감은 근육주사가 가장 낮았다. 수행능력은 산소요법이 가장 높게 측정되었고 근육주사가 가장 낮게 측정되었다. 수행빈도는 수행자신감(r=0.414, p<.001) 및 수행능력(r=0.322, p=.007)과 유의한 양의 상관관계가 있었다. 또한 수행자신감과 수행능력은 유의한 양의 상관관계가 있다고 분석되었다(r=0.281, p=.003). 본 연구결과 임상실습이 비침습적이며 단순측정을 하는 위주로 되고 있으며 수행빈도가 적은 항목이 수행 자신감이 낮으므로 이들을 보완할 수 있는 융복합적 교육방법이 요구된다.
