Harmonic drives have attracted increasing attention with the development of materials, parts, and related equipment. Harmonic drives exhibit high deceleration, high accuracy, and light weight. The stiffness of flexible splines according to the radial load is studied using a commercial FEM program to design the structure of the flexible spline and finite element to improve the weight and price competitiveness of harmonic drives. In addition, several studies have measured and compared friction coefficients based on 3D printed tread patterns. However, owing to the characteristics of plastic materials, a decrease in stiffness in the radial direction is inevitable. To prevent a decrease in stiffness in the radial direction, we designed and manufactured flex splines with a wrinkle shape. Through structural analysis, the reaction force and stiffness in the radial direction were determined. In addition, the maximum angle of the mound was derived by theoretical calculations, and the performance of the harmonic drive was compared with the results obtained in the mound experiment. Structural analysis shows that the shape of wrinkles decreased the stress and reaction force and increased the safety factor in comparison with that of the circular shape. During performance verification through continuous experiments, the developed harmonic drive showed continuous performance similar to that of an actual tank model. It is expected that the flex spline with a compliant spring and wrinkle shape will prevent a decrease in the radial stiffness.

Recently, the environment has been recognized as an important factor in increasing competitiveness in the industry. In agriculture and rural areas, the environment is becoming important in terms of the competitive advantage of agricultural products and continued regional development. This study intended to provide farmers with basic data for the continuous development of local agriculture through exploratory studies of environmental behaviors and regional development. In this study, 107 questionnaires were used for analysis of farmers in Jinan County to analyze the impact of farmers' environmental consciousness on regional development, and the research model was verified using a structural equation model. As a result of the analysis, it was analyzed that among the components of the environmental consciousness of farmers, environmental health has a statistically significant positive effect on environmental behaviors, while environmental interest and soil environment do not have an impact. The environmental behaviors of farmers have not been shown to be statistically significant to regional development. As a result of the analysis of this research, first, it is necessary to foster at the local level by establishing a customized fostering system for each village and region, such as education and technical support to vitalize the participation of young farmers and small and medium-sized farmers through the establishment of an Eco-friendly agricultural organization support system. It is necessary to raise public awareness of the public good function of agriculture and expand opportunities for sharing the value of Eco-friendly agriculture.

본 연구는 기업의 노동투자비효율성에 대한 감사인의 반응에 대해 분석하였다. 구체적으로 노동투자비효율성이 감사보수와 감사시간에 미치는 영향에 대해 검증하였다. 비효율적인 노동투자가 이루어지는 기업일수록 감사인들은 사업위험을 높게 평가하여 감사위험이 증가한 것으로 인식하게 된다. 이로 인해 높아진 감사위험을 낮추기 위해 감사범위를 확대하고 충분한 감사증거를 수집하려는 유인이 있다. 따라서 감사인들은 더 높은 감사보수를 요구하고, 추가된 감사노력으로 인해 감사시간이 증가할 것으로 예상된다. 2002년부터 2018년까지 유가증권시장 및 코스닥시장에 상장된 기업을 대상으로 분석한 결과, 노동투자에 대한 비효율성이 증가할수록 감사보수와 감사시간은 증가하는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 감사인들이 노동투자의 비효율성이 높은 기업에 대해 사업위험이 높은 것으로 평가하여 이에 대한 보상으로 높은 감사보수를 요구한다는 것으로 해석된다. 또한 감사인들이 감사위험을 낮추기 위해 추가적인 감사시간을 투입한다는 것을 시사하고 있다. 본 연구는 기업의 경쟁력을 결정하는 중요한 요소인 인력에 대한 투자가 비효율적으로 이루어지는 경우 감사보수와 감사시간이 증가한다는 실증적인 근거를 제시하였다는 점에서 공헌점을 찾을 수 있다.

급변하는 환경변화에 신속하고 능동적으로 대처하고 경영관리의 효율성을 제고시키기 위한 중요한 요소로 ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning: 전사적 자원관리)는 전략적 차원에서 경쟁력 강화 방안으로 널리 구축되어 왔다. 본 연구는 공기업의 구축에서의 핵심성공요인들을 도출하기 위해 국내의 대표적인 공기업, KOGAS의 ERP시스템 구축 사례를 대상으로 실증 분석을 수행하였으며, 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 시스템 관리가 잘 되고 기관장의 의지가 높을 수록 비용 및 시간 감소 성과에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 둘째, 시스템 관리가 잘 되고 사용자의 참여 수준이 높으며 기관장의 의지가 높을수록 경영과 정보환경 개선 성과에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

이 연구의 목적은 프로축구 관중증대를 위해 사무국의 내부마케팅, 조직신뢰, 고객지향성, 직무성과 간의 구조방정식 모형을 분석하는 것이다. 이를 위해 구단 직원들(216명)을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였고, SPSS와 AMOS 통계프로그램을 활용하여 빈도분석, 확인적 요인분석, 신뢰도 분석 그리고 구조 방정식모형, 경로분석을 사용하여 가설 7개를 검증하였고 도출된 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 프로축구 사무국의 내부마케팅은 고객지향성, 직무성과, 조직 신뢰에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 프로 축구 사무국의 조직신뢰는 고객지향성, 직무성과에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 내부마케팅과 고객지향성 간에 조직신뢰의 매개효과를 살펴본 결과 조직신뢰는 부분매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 내부마케팅과 직무성과 간에 조직신뢰의 매개효과를 살펴본 결과 조직신뢰는 부분매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다.

웹 서비스 기술이 안정화됨에 따라 기업내 혹은 기업간 웹 서비스들을 통합한 합성된 웹 서비스의 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 또한, 비기능적 속성은 다르지만 유사한 기능을제공하는 웹 서비스들의 증가로 인하여 품질관리는 중요한 이슈로 여겨지고 있다. 품질관리를 위해서는 모니터링 기능이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 중개자를 통한 합성된 웹 서비스의 품질 모니터링 시스템의 설계를 제안한다. 이 시스템은 OWL-S를 사용하여 합성된 서비스의 프로세스를 명세하며 WS-Policy를 사용하여 다양한 요구사항인 정책(각 서비스 입력 출력값, 품질요소 및 품질요소 값 등)을 명세하여 합성된 서비스 프로세스모델에 첨부한다. 또한, 센서를 이용하여 명세한 정책과실제로 모니터링된 데이터의 값을 비교하여 불일치하면 위반사항이 발생하였음을 웹 서비스 제공자 및 사용자에게 통보함으로서 품질을 관리한다. 제안한 시스템의 검증을 위하여 여행 예약 시스템 예제를 가지고 평균 응답시간과 타임아웃 정책을 적용하여 모니터링한 결과를 보여 준다.

본 연구는 학부모들이 인식하는 태권도장의 선택속성을 중심으로 만족도 및 지속적 참여의도 간의 영향력을 규명하여 차별화된 선택속성에 의한 경쟁력 강화와 효율적인 운영방안의 기초자료를 제공하고자 했다. 따라서 수도권에 위치한 태권도장에 등록해 자녀가 참여한 경험이 있는 학부모들을 표본으로 선정해 2021년 2월 1일부터 26일까지 조사를 실시했으며, 총 386부의 자료를 최종 분석에 이용했다. 자료처리는 SPSS(ver. 21.0) 프로그램을 활용해 빈도분석, 탐색적 요인분석, 문항내적일관성, 상관분석, 단순 및 다중회귀 분석을 실시했다. 본 연구의 주요 결과, 첫째, 태권도장의 선택속성은 시설 및 환경, 지도자, 가격, 프로그램 순으로 만족도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘쨰, 태권도장의 만족도는 지속적 참여의도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 태권도장의 선택속성은 접근성, 시설 및 환경, 지도자, 프로그램 순으로 지속적 참여의도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

암묵지는 전이를 통해 증식되며, 가치 또한 증대된다. 암묵지 전이는 조직의 경쟁력 향상을 위한 가장 중요한 역할을 담당하고 있다. 암묵지 전이가 매우 중요함에도 불구하고, 암묵지 전이는 활발히 이루어지지 못하고 있다. 암묵지 전이를 방해하는 장벽이 암묵지 전이를 저해하고 있기 때문이다. 암묵지 전이를 방해하는 장벽은 지식과 지식전문가에 대한 이해부족, 업무 가중 및 미흡한 보상, 신뢰부족과 지식 접착성(Knowledge Stickiness)이다. 암묵지 전이의 장벽을 극복하기 위해서는 암묵지 지식전이를 주도적으로 추진하는 대리인이 필요하다. 지식중개자는 암묵지 전이를 위한 근간이며, 효율적인 지식네트워크의 구축은 암묵지 전이를 위한 핵심성공요소이다. 그러나 지식네트워크 관련된 대부분의 연구는 네트워크의 근접성과 밀도, 중심성 등 기초지표를 활용하는 수준에 머무르고 있다. 암묵지 전이 활성화를 위한 새로운 지식중개인 진단 프레임워크가 필요하다. 따라서 사회연결망분석을 기반으로 조직관점 및 지식근로자관점의 암묵지 전이를 분석하고, 이를 기반으로 BSKT 구축안을 제시하고자 한다.

The purpose of this study was to propose a policy development plan for win-win growth between franchisor and franchisee by investigating success factors of win-win growth on the basis of the problems between franchisor and franchisee. There are many small scale franchise businesses in Korea that have not achieved an economy of scale compared to the developed countries. The conflicts between franchisor and franchisee have continued due to a lack of social trust which comes from an excessively high ratio of business failure and big firms' expansion into franchise business, then again, the perception of relations between the topdog and the underdog causes many problems. As franchise is the industry based on common people that helps service industry advance and competitiveness of the self-employed improve, it needs to be activated as the higher value-added business by promoting establishment of business and strengthening foundation of related industry. A matter of mutual cooperation and win-win growth between franchisor and franchisee is important not only for the sound development of franchise industry but also for the stable growth of nation's economy. Thus, this study suggested a policy development plan for win-win growth between franchisor and franchisee by analyzing success factor of win-win growth based on the problems between franchisor and franchisee. The results of the study provide the important strategic way towards mutual growth and maintaining cooperative relationship between franchisor and franchisee in Korean franchise industry.

북극 해빙의 급속한 용해는 유럽과 아시아 사이의 실행 가능한 대체 해로로서 북극항로에 대한 관심을 증대시켜 왔다. 현재까지 북극항로의 기술적 실현 가능성, 안전성, 수익성, 환경 영향 등을 고려한 광범위한 연구가 진행되어 왔다. 북극항로는 국제 교역의 중요한 루트가 될 것이며, 무역 원활화를 위해서는 항만 효율성이 무엇보다 중요하다. 그럼에도 불구하고 북극항로의 중요한 위치해 있는 항만들, 특히 러시아 북극 항만들의 효율성 평가에 대한 연구가 제한적인 상황이다. 따라서 본 연구는 데이터 포락 분석(DEA) 모델과 Malmquist 생산성 지수를 적용하여 러시아 17개 항구의 운영 현황을 분석하고, 효율성을 평가하고자 한다. DEA 분석 결과, 주로 서부 지역에 속하는 항만들의 효율성이 높게 나타났으며, 특히 무르만스크와 바란데이와 같은 항구는 지속적으로 높은 효율성과 꾸준한 규모의 수익을 보여주고 있음이 규명되었다. DEA-Malmquist 모형 결과에 의하면 기술발전에도 불구하고 모든 항구에 대한 전반적인 자원 활용 효율성의 개선 정도가 상대적으로 적은 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과는 인프라 개발 계획 및 관련 정책 수립을 위한 기초자료를 제공하고, 북극항로 항만 당국에 실질적인 시사점을 제공한다.
