Purpose: This study was conducted to evaluate the effect of open laboratory self-directed practice in improving nursing skill competency. Method: This study was a one group posttest only design that examined the competency in basic nursing skills after traditional education and open laboratory self-directed practice. Students participated in traditional education and open laboratory practice through self-study. Whenever practice was done, the item of practice and time were measured and documented. Collected data were analyzed by frequency, percentages, averages and standard deviations, and Pearson correlation coefficients. Result: 1 The average number of students who participated in the open lab self-directed practice was 53.9 (64.2%) and the total number of hours of participation was 1567.5 minutes per year. Each student participated for an average of 29.1 minutes per year. 2. Analysis showed a statistically positive correlation between practical skill and open laboratory self-study (r=0.252, p=0.048).

본 연구는 부산지역 청년 창업교육의 활성화와 예비 청년 로컬창업자의 맞춤형 창업역량개발을 위해 부산지역 대학생들을 대상으로 한 현장 실무중심 창업교육이 지역 대학생들의 창업동기와 창업역량에 어떤 영향을 미치는지 살펴보고자 하는 실증연구이다. 본 연구에서는 창업동기의 구성요인을 경제적동기와 자아실현동기로 구분하였으며 창업역량은 로컬창업에 필요한 실무역량, 로컬 브랜드개발역량, 재무분석역량이 창업교육 수료 후 어떠한 유의한 영향을 미치는 실증분석을 통해 알아보고자 한다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 부산지역 K대학교 창업관련 교과 수강생을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하고자 한다.

This study identified the problems of the current technical education for beginner technical personnel engaged in CM companies, and suggested improvement plans for the problems. The item 'difficulty in improving practical practical skills' appeared the highest, and responses to the items 'insufficient educational programs to improve individual competency' and 'education contents do not keep pace with technological development or the trend of the times' As for improvement measures, 'expanding educational programs to strengthen practical skills' was the highest, followed by responses to 'expansion and systematization of online education' and 'diversification and segmentation of educational contents of each educational institution' appeared high.

Language Capital is one of the most important academic abilities and competencies for new era of globalization worldwide. In Europe and Asia where English is not the native language, it is necessary to encourage higher education to improve language competency from both qualitative and quantitative aspects. In so far as online university concerned, it appears of significance to prepare for globalization from the perspective of cross border education, and it needs to focus on how to design and develop English-medium teaching (EMT) or in other words English mediated instruction(EMI) for both teachers and students. In order to provide supportive programs of English-mediated class for teachers and students, the study examined and analyzed what abilities are needed for teachers based on DACUUM approach, suggesting teachers' competency as well as strategies for online- EMT. Based on literature review, DACUUM analysis, focus group interview with teachers and students who experienced online EMT, online programs supporting both teachers and students for online EMI were developed. This program expects to play roles of practical guidelines and reference for both teachers and students online in an extension of language capital improvement.

교원은 정보화 사회의 변화와 요구에 능동적으로 대처하기 위해 자신의 직무와 직급에 따라 정보활용 역량을 지속적으로 구축해야 한다. 교원이 정보활용 역량 구축을 위해, 자신에게 필요한 정보화 연수과정을 선택하는데 정보를 제공할 수 있는 표준화된 정보활용능력 기준제시가 필요하다. 그러나 선행연구에서 제시된 정보활용능력 평가와 기준들은 정보통신기술의 소양 수준을 측정하는데 머물고 있어 교원이 직무를 수행하는데 필요한 정보활용능력의 충족 정도를 진단하는 데는 한계가 있다는 지적이 제기된다. 본 연구는 단위 학교의 관리자로서 교육 정보화에 많은 영향력을 행사함에도 불구하고 연구가 많이 이루어지지 않은 교육CEO의 정보활용 역량 진단 도구를 개발하는 것이다. 이를 위해 교육CEO가 수행하는 직무(job), 임무(duty), 과업(task)을 선행연구를 통해 분석하였다. 그 결과 교육CEO의 직무를 (1)학교 발전의 비전제시, (2)교수 학습 지원, (3)조직과 자원의 관리, (4)대외협력의 4가지 영역으로 도출하였다. 이러한 4가지 직무영역을 기준으로 선행 연구 결과를 유목화 하여 임무, 과업을 도출하였고, 직무에 따른 임무, 과업별로 관련된 ISST 요소를 결합하여 직무-ISST 이원분류표를 구성하였다. 이를 바탕으로 교육CEO가 자신의 직무를 수행하는데 필요한 정보활용능력 수준을 자가 진단할 수 있는 63개 문항을 개발하였다.

Purpose: This study evaluated the effect of a teaching model to improve cultural competency (TMCC) for Korean undergraduate nursing students. Methods: A nonequivalent control group pretest/posttest quasi-experimental study was conducted with a convenience sample of 168 undergraduate nursing students in South Korea. The experimental group of 121 seniors was taught a 13-week teaching model in order to improve cultural competence. A control group with 47 junior students underwent nursing major courses, but did not take this teaching model. Before and after the program, students' level of cultural competency was measured using the Questionnaire for Cultural Competence (QCC) consisting of three sub-scales: "awareness and desire," "encounter," and "nursing skill and knowledge." Results: After the experiment, the experimental group showed significantly higher improvement in the Questionnaire for Cultural Competence in the three sub-scales of "awareness and desire," "encounter," and "nursing skill and knowledge" than the control group (p=<.050). Conclusion: A teaching model to improve cultural competence was effective in improving Korean undergraduate nursing students' cultural competency. Further studies need to be repeated in order to identify the effectiveness of the teaching model to improve cultural competency with graduate or clinical nurses.

본 연구는 가정과 교사들의 교수 능력 개선에 대한 일반적인 인식을 조사하고 선행 연구에서 규명된 가정과 교사들의 교수 능력에 대한 인식에 기초하여 가정과 교사의 교수 능력에 관한 교육 요구를 파악하는데 목적을 두었다. 조사 자료는 전국의 중ㆍ고등학교 가정과 교사들을 모집단으로 하였으며, 지역과 학교 급별, 학교 규모 등을 고려한 유층 표집 방법으로 1,104개교를 선정하였다. 분석에는 417개교로부터 접수된 설문조사 자료 616 부가 활용되었으며. 조사 도구는 중요도와 수행 정도를 각각 7단계, 5단계 리커트 척도로 구성되었다. 가정과 교사들이 인식한 교수 능력에 대한 중요도와 수행 정도를 기초로 교수 능력 향상에 필요한 교육 요구를 분석한 결과 7가지 영역 중 ‘지역 사회 및 다양한 인적 자원과의 연계 능력’, ‘학습 공간 및 학습 자료 구성 관리 능력’, ‘다양한 수업 전개 및 평가 능력’ 등 세 영역에서 교육 요구가 큰 것으로 나타났다. 가정과 교사들의 교수 능력 개선을 위한 일반적인 인식으로는 ‘가정과 교사 양성 프로그램 개선(4.13)’보다 ‘현직 가정과 교사 연수 프로그램의 다양화 및 전문화(4.50)’에 대한 동의 정도가 높았다. 가정과 교사들은 이들 두 가지 요구에 대하여 교직 경력과 학교 설립 유형에 따라 유의한 차이를 나타냈다.

본 연구의 목적은 2015 개정 교육과정에 따른 중학교 가정 교과서의 활동과제에 나타난 민주시민역량을 분석하는 데 있다. 이를 위해 2015 개정 교육과정에 따른 중학교 기술 가정 교과서 6종(총 12권)의 활동과제를 분석하였다. 분석 결과 3가지 민주시민역량군 중에서는 '시민성 역량군'의 내용이 가장 많이 다루어졌으며, 민주시민역량은 '신뢰와 가치(F)' 역량의 빈도가 가장 높았다. 교육과정 영역별로는 '인간 발달과 가족' 영역에서, 핵심 역량별로는 '관계'에서, 내용 요소별로는 '가족의 의사 소통과 갈등 관리'에서 민주시민역량 내용을 가장 많이 다루고 있었다. 출판사별로는 'KH' 교과서의 민주시민역량 활동과제 빈도가 가장 높았다. 가정과교육과 민주시민역량 사이의 관련성으로 볼 때, 앞으로 가정교과를 통해 학생들이 가정의 삶에서 민주시민역량을 키울 수 있는 수업 실천에 대한 다양한 연구가 필요하다.

Purpose - The labor management department is an important area in charge of the labor-management relations that affects the competitiveness of the company. This study seeks to diagnose labor management education focusing on labor manager competency strengthening curriculum that is currently being conducted domestically and propose an educational model that can contribute to the labor manager competency development by researching improvement measures. Research design, data, and methodology - In this study, the first phase is a Delphi open form survey and 15 expert panels participated. The second phase had 31 expert panels participating and in the final IPA analysis, targeting 111 on-site subjects, it conducted a survey regarding desired level of current educational level and future education requirement. Results - A final 57 subjects regarding 11 items to increase the competency of the labor managers through the first and second Delphi survey was deduced through this study. To add, regarding the current education level and desired level that the current workers are thinking with respect to analysis results of the 57 subjects through the IPA analysis, an educational model could be deduced to increase competency of the labor managers based on the result. Conclusions - Thus far, research regarding labor management has been insufficient as it was defined as a subordinate role to human resources. This study reviews the role and competency of labor managers and presented an educational model to strengthen the capabilities of internal labor managers to re-illuminate the labor manager. However, this study is limited in terms of the diversity of the types of companies participating and the small number of panels. Better data can be produced if such parts are supplemented in the future.

본 논문은 4차 산업혁명이 직업능력개발에 미치는 영향을 이행노동시장(Transitional Labor Market: TLM) 모형을 중심으로 조명해보고, 이를 토대로 4차 산업혁명시대의 직업능력개발정책의 발전방향을 모색하였다. 4차 산업혁명은 새로운 일자리를 창출하고, 기존의 일자리의 상당부분을 소멸하게 함과 동시에 일자리의 형태와 직무의 내용, 일하는 방식을 근본적으로 변화시킬 것이다. 이러한 새로운 환경 하에서는 노동시장 이행의 각 단계에서 위험이 증대할 가능성이 높다. 이러한 위험을 최소화하기 위해서는 교육훈련제도의 혁신과 생애경력개발 및 평생직업능력개발을 통해 4차 산업혁명을 선도할 인재를 육성하고, 4차 산업혁명이 초래할 변화에 대한 적응력을 높여나가는 것이 중요하다. 이러한 측면에서 기존의 직업능력개발체제를 4차 산업혁명 시대에 적합하도록 패러다임적인 발전을 이루어야 하고, 평생직업능력개발을 위한 생태계를 구축하여야 한다.
