중년 여성의 자원봉사활동 지속성에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Factors Influencing the Continuity of Volunteer Activities of Middle-aged Women)

  • 본 연구는 개인변인(참여동기, 리더십생활기술, 노화인식), 대인관계 변인(대상자, 동료, 직원과의 관계), 기관변인(인정보상, 기관교육 유무)이 자원봉사활동 지속성에 어떻게 영향을 미치는지 살펴보고자 한다. 이를 위해 서울시에 소재한 자원봉사센터 및 지역봉사 기관에서 활동하고 있는 40세 이상 64세 이하 여성을 대상으로 2019년 8월 2일부터 20일 동안 설문 조사를 실시하였고 질문지는 총 300부 배포하여 298부 회수했으며, 이 중 무응답과 결측치를 제외한 총 180부를 최종분석에 사용하였다. 자료분석은 빈도분석, 기술통계분석, 상관분석, 위계적 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과, 개인변인인 리더십생활기술과 참여동기, 대인관계 변인인 동료와의 관계, 기관변인인 인정보상은 자원봉사활동 지속성에 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 중년 여성의 자원봉사활동 지속성을 활성화 시키고 유지하기 위한 실천적 및 정책적 제언과 실천 현장에서 활용할 프로그램 개발을 위한 기초 자료를 제공하자 한다.

대학생의 직업가치, 사회적 지지가 진로결정수준에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Occupational Value and Social Support on College Students' Career Decision Status)

  • Purpose : This study examined the effects of college students' occupational value and social support on their career decision status. Methods : This research was conducted between May 6 and May 30 in 2023 with 228 college students from city B in South Korea as the study participants. The frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation of the collected data were analyzed, while t-test, ANOVA test, Scheffe's test, Pearson correlation coefficient, and a multivariate regression analysis were conducted using the SPSS/WIN 22.0 program. Results : The analysis revealed that the research subjects had an average occupational value of 3.58±.44, social support of 4.18±.56, and a career decision status of 2.82±.59. Notably, a significant difference in the career decision status of the students was observed with regard to their fields of major (F=2.36, p=.019), However, no other variable demonstrated a significant difference. The confidence level pertaining to career decision-making was found to be positively correlated with the pursuit of status and self-direction (r=.25, p<.001), pursuit of creativity (r=.16, p=.017), pursuit of relationship (r=.35, p<.001), pursuit of diversity and change (r=.16, p=17), pursuit of interest (r=.19, p=.003), pursuit of compensation (r=.29, p<.001), pursuit of professionalism (r=.46, p<.001), material support (r=.25, p<.001), appraisal support (r=.35, p<.001), informational support (r=.32, p<.001), and emotional support (r=.29, p<.001). Moreover, the indecision level related to career decision-making demonstrated a positive correlation with the pursuit of excellence (r=.17, p=.010). The factors that affected the confidence level of career decision-making included appraisal support (β=.29, p<.001) and pursuit of compensation (β=.19, p=.003), whose collective explanatory power was 15 %. It was further observed that appraisal support (β=-.27, p<.001), pursuit of professionalism (β=-.16 p=.017), pursuit of excellence (β=.17, p=.005), and the field of major (β=-.16, p=.012) largely influenced the indecision level related to career decision-making, together bearing an explanatory power of 17 %. Conclusion : The results of this study have important implications for enhancing college students' career decision status. Moreover, further research investigating the diverse variables that affect students' career decision status is necessary, along with effective endeavors to improve education and develop programs that positively affect college students' career decision status.

지방자치단체의 조경분야 민간전문가 제도 운영현황 및 문제점 분석 (An Analysis of Operation Structure and Contribution of Civilian Expert Program for Landscape Architects focusing on Local Governments)

  • 본 연구는 조경 분야 민간전문가 참여 제도의 운영현황과 문제점을 분석하고 향후 공공사업에서 조경 분야 민간전문가 제도의 바람직한 운영을 위한 시사점을 도출하고자 한다. 이를 위해 민간전문가의 법적 정의, 제도의 성립과정, 관련 법률과 제도를 파악하고 조경전문가가가 민간전문가로 활동하고 있는 지자체를 대상으로 운영현황, 운영체계, 업무 및 역할 등을 분석하였다. 현재 민간전문가 제도를 운영하는 지자체는 50개로 파악이 되었으며 이 중 조경전문가가 민간전문가로 활동하는 지자체는 12개로 파악되었다. 대부분의 조경전문가는 총괄건축가나 공공건축가로서 활동하고 있었으며 서울시의 경우에는 공공조경가 제도를 별도로 운영하고 있었다. 제도의 분석과 16인의 전문가 심층인터뷰를 통해 다음의 문제점과 조경 분야 민간전문가 제도의 활성화를 위한 시사점을 찾을 수 있었다. 첫째, 법적 제도와 위상의 문제는 건축 분야 중심의 제도 체계가 원인으로 파악되었다. 현실적으로 독립적인 법률을 제정하기보다 조례를 제정하거나 현재의 제도적 틀 내에서의 보완이 바람직한 것으로 파악되었다. 둘째, 운영체계는 보수체계가 가장 중요한 문제의 원인이었다. 이를 위해 적절한 규모의 예산 확보와 담당부서의 운영 체계 정비가 필요하다. 셋째, 역할과 업무의 문제는 자문에 한정된 제한적 역할이 문제로 중요한 문제로 파악되었다. 조경전문가에 직접 설계에 참여할 기회가 주어지는 방향이 바람직하였으나 공정성의 문제를 고려한 제도 개선이 필요하다. 넷째, 전문가 역량과 관련해서 자격이 있는 조경전문가의 부족 문제와 지역 편중 문제가 있었다. 이는 경관, 공공디자인의 분야와 협력적인 민간전문가제도를 운영하는 방식을 대안으로 고려할 수 있다.

의료기관 종별 간호사의 임상간호교육 참여 현황과 보수교육 요구 분석 (Analysis of Participation Status in Clinical Nursing Education and Needs for Continuing Education among Clinical Nurses according to Hospital Type)

  • Purpose: This study investigates the participation status in clinical nursing education and nurses' continuing education needs to develop educational programs. Methods: Participants were 227 nurses working in medical institutions where nursing students practiced, and the selection criteria were nurses with more than two years of clinical education experience; data were collected using structured questionnaires. Results: More than half of the clinical nurses had completed a preceptor training program for clinical nursing education, and the subjects mainly educated by nurses were new graduate nurses and nursing students. The obstacles to clinical nursing education were lack of compensation, lack of manpower, lack of patient nursing time, excessive workload, and lack of knowledge as educators. The educational methods preferred in continuing education were small-group workshops and online education. The desired educational topics in continuing education were current nursing practice standards, simulation nursing education, and the role of clinical nursing educators. Conclusion: Based on our results, it is necessary to understand the importance of clinical nursing education, which is essential for clinical nurses, to prepare a specific system for them and to develop and operate a systematic education program according to medical institutions' characteristics.

상급종합병원 간호사의 의료기관인증제에 대한 인식이 직무 스트레스와 이직의도에 미치는 영향 (Influence of the Awareness of Healthcare Accreditation on Job Stress and Turnover Intention in Tertiary Hospital Nurses)

  • Purpose: The aim of this study was to investigate the influence of nurses' awareness of healthcare accreditation on their job stress and turnover intention. Methods: Across-sectional correlation study design was used. Participants consisted of 143 nurses from two tertiary hospitals in Seoul and Gyunggido, South Korea. Data were collected in October 2016 using self-report questionnaires and analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, an ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficient, and multiple regression in SPSS/WIN 21.0. Results: Awareness of health care accreditation correlated negatively with job stress (r=-.63, p<.001) and turn over intention (r=-.50, p<.001). Awareness of health care accreditation was the factor that most influenced job stress, explaining 38% of the variance (F=23.10, p<.001). Awareness of health care accreditation and duty pattern were the factors that most influenced intention to leave, explaining 32% of the variance (F=10.35, p<.001). Conclusion: These findings suggest raising nurses' awareness of certification systems to reduce their job stress and turnover intentions. It will be necessary to provide support for the aggressive work nurses do and improve their work structure, highlighting the need for both manpower and institutional support. Accordingly, providing regular education programs and appropriate compensation schemes, by raising nurses' awareness of medical institutions' certification systems, is necessary.

국내.외 지속가능경영보고서의 산업안전보건 분야의 GRI guideline을 이용한 평가 및 산업안전보건법을 이용한 지표 개발에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Indicator Development using Industrial Safety Sanitation Field GRI Guideline and Industrial Safety Sanitation Act from Domestic and Overseas Sustainable Management Reports)

  • This study was evaluated the indicators of GRI guideline LA6-LA9 for industrial safety sanitation field on 22 domestic sustainable management reports and 46 overseas reports published by companies in 2007 and 2008, was developed new indicators with emphasis on industrial safety sanitation act, and was assessed whether they are released. As a result, LA6(Percent of total workforce represented in formal joint management-work health and safety committees that help monitor and advise on occupational health and safety programs) was evaluated highest in release ratio on whether to release the reports by each indicator of industrial safety sanitation field using domestic sustainable management report GRI guideline, and in the case of overseas companies, it was evaluated that there is no companies that release all from LA6 through LA9 among GRI guideline, but it was grasped that the ratio of partial release is high. As for the release of indicators was developed with the use of industrial safety sanitation act of 22 domestic companies, the release of indicator No. 1(report and industrial disaster record) and 10(health diagnosis) of industrial safety sanitation act was high. This study is meaningful in that it analyzed the industrial safety sanitation field of sustainable management report(CSR) that has not been attempted so far with the use of new indicators developed with emphasis on GRI guideline and industrial safety sanitation act.

뇌성마비 아동의 가정치료에 있어서 어머니의 스트레스에 영향을 미치는 요인 (Factors Affecting the Level of Stress Felt by Mothers Caring for Cerebral Palsy Children at Home)

  • The purpose of this study was to determine the factors affecting on the home treatment stress in the CP (cerebral palsy) children's mothers. Direct interviews were conducted from March 17 with April 4, 2003 with 97 mothers of CP children. The average level of stress from home treatment felt by mothers with CP children was $16.97{\pm}4.04$. Stress-levels were especially high in mothers who were not satisfied with the treatment outcome (p<.05) and whose acceptance of disability was low (p<.01). Stress felt by mothers was low when their health status was high (p<.05). A physical burden was shown to have a significant correlation with the stress of the mothers during the home treatment (p<.01). Mothers with a child of Level 2 disability had lower levels of stress than those with a child of Level 4 or 5 disability (p<.01). The level of stress was higher in mothers who lagged in acquiring technical sufficiency (p<.05). Multiple regression analysis showed that one factor affecting the stress felt by mothers with CP children was the degree of acceptance of the disability (p<.01). Programs that can reduce the stress levels of mothers with CP children through home treatment and secure social systems such as professional help and economic compensation, need to be developed. Active policies should be established and executed for these mothers since stress felt by mothers significantly affects the consistency and effectiveness of treatment provided at home.

민간공항주변 항공기소음 관리를 위한공간계획적 접근 (Spatial Planning Approach to Noise Mitigation for Areas Adjacent to Civil Airports)

  • 본 논문은 주민 불편과 민원, 소음관련 소송, 이에 따른 정부의 막대한 재정적 부담 등 도시화 및 국민소득의 향상에 따라 악화될 것으로 전망되는 민간공항주변 소음지역 내 제반 문제에 대한 항구적 대응책으로서 공간계획적 접근 방안을 제안하였다. 1990년대 중반 이후 우리정부는 민간공항주변 소음지역 문제점에 대처하기 위하여 행위제한을 근간으로 하는 소음지역 관리방안과 피해주민에 대한 개별적 보상 위주의 소음대책사업을 전개해왔다. 하지만 지금까지의 소음대책 방안은 급격한 도시화에 따른 개발압력을 효과적으로 관리하고 소음지역 내 공항 및 소음친화적 적정기능 및 시설을 입지시키는 데 그 한계를 보여 소음대책지역이 확대 재생산되고 있다. 또한 임시방편적 성격의 소음대책사업에 대한 주민만족도 저조로 소음과 관련된 민원 및 소송은 기하급수적으로 증가할 전망이다. 따라서 미국과 영국의 공항주변 소음지역 관리사례를 바탕으로 소음대책사업의 다양화와 섹터개념을 도입한 공간계획적 관리체계의 도입, 이를 위한 공공기관의 긴밀한 협력을 주된 내용으로 하는 국내 민간공항주변 소음지역관리 개선방안을 제안하는 바이다.

사업장 무작위 선정 및 불시측정 방식을 통한 작업환경측정제도 신뢰성 제고 방안 (An improvement plan for a workplace monitoring system through random selection of workplaces and unnoticed measurement inspection)

  • Objectives: The Ministry of Employment and Labor's enforcement programs, such as workplace monitoring inspection, are one of the major public efforts to protect worker's health. Therefore, a more effective inspection method is required for workplace monitoring, which is helpful for controlling health hazards in the workplace. Methods: For this study, we investigated the related safety and health laws, regulations, and inspection guidelines from the USA, Japan, and Korea. We also analyzed the provisions of industrial safety and health acts, which are related to enhancing the reliability of workplace monitoring. We applied the process of opinion convergence through an experts meeting for our research. Results: We proposed an efficient inspection scheme for workplace monitoring that includes how to select companies(mainly randomized inspections by using a workplace measurement database and workers' compensation insurance database), how to proceed with the inspection process(mainly unannounced visits), and who should carry out this project. Conclusions: We conclude that our proposal for the inspection of workplace monitoring could be a very effective tool for reducing the numbers of companies that do not undertake workplace monitoring and could produce reliable monitoring results.

유아교육기관의 건강교육 실태에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Status of Health Education of Kindergartens for Preschoolers)

  • Disease prevention and health promotions are basically needed to be healthy, health education is the most useful mean to accomplish them. Preschool children are being developped, their health problem can effect their health status through their lives. This study was attempted to survey for status of health education of kindergarten for preshoolers and to provide the basic precious data for nursing intervention. The subjects were 51 kidergarten teachers. The data were collected by the questionaires, which consiste of 25 items concerning daily life habits of children and 1 item concerning the problems of health education for preschoolers. The data were analyzed by SAS program. The results of this study are as folleowed ; 1. The most frequently educated subjects were 'adequate and safe play' and 'hand washing', 'walking and running straightly', 'oral hygiene or tooth brushing', 'walking staires'. 2. The most frequently used teaching method was the explaining. 3. The most frequently used instructional method was the pictures. The slide films and OHP was seldomly used media. 4. The most effective teaching method which perceived by the kindergarten teachers was role play . Discuss ion and compensation/reinforcement were comparatively effective method also. 5. The most effective instructional media which perceived by the kindergarten teachers was a real object/model. 6. The problems of health education for preschoolers were 'deficiency of developped health educational programs' and 'inconsistency between parents' education and kindergarten teachers' education', 'deficiency of instructional media'. The other problems were' the knowledge deficit of teachers themselves' and 'the difficulty of measure the effect of education', 'time deficit'. Conclusionally, we have to realize the health of children is the future of our health, and reinforce the health education for preschoolers to accomplish the disease prevention and health promotion.
