In this paper we prove common fixed point theorem for four mappings, under the condition of compatible mappings of type ($\alpha$) in Menger space, without taking any function continuous. We improve results of Pathak, Kang and Baek [13] and Cho, Murthy and Stojakovic [37].

In this paper we prove common fixed point of weakly compatible maps without continuity in Menger spaces. We show that continuity of any mapping is not required for the existence of fixed point. We improve some earlier results.

The aim of this paper is to prove some common fixed point theorems for the class of compatible maps to larger class of weakly compatible maps without appeal to continuity in Monger spaces and we also give a set of alternative conditions in place of completeness of the space. We improve and extend the results of Dedeic & Sarapa ［A common fixed point theorem for three mappings on Monger spaces. Math. Japon. 34 (1989), no. 6,919-923］ and Rashwan & Hedar ［On common fixed point theorems of compatible mappings in Monger spaces. Demonstratio Math. 31 (1998), no. 3, 537-546］.

By adapting black body leadflame and thin film type Green A filter, we successfully demonstrated night vision imaging system (NVIS) Green A compatible LED. Fabricated NVIS compatible LEDs show small form factor compared to that of commercialized NVIS compatible LED. Especially, NVIS radiance and chromaticity of MIL-STD-3009 specification can be satisfied simultaneously and easily by controlling the color temperature of the white LED as well as the concentration of the Green A dye and the thickness of the Green A filter. The optimal dye concentration of the NVIS Green A filter is expected to be about 1 wt%. The results of this study are expected to contribute to miniaturization, weight reduction and localization of avionic display and lighting devices.

A brief comparative survey of some generalizations of a metric space with three dimensional metric structures and different forms of the triangle inequality is done along with their topological properties. Then a common fixed point is obtained for reciprocally continuous and compatible self-maps in a G-metric space. Further, a common fixed point theorem is proved for a pair of weakly compatible self-maps on a G-metric space with the common limit range property.

In this paper, the concepts of compatible mappings of types (A) and (P) are introduced in an induced metric space, two common xed point theorems for two pairs of compatible mappings of types (A) and (P) in an induced complete metric space are established. As their applications, the existence and uniqueness results of common solution for a system of functional equations arising in dynamic programming are discussed.

Stem tissues of tomato plants (cv. Kwanyang) inoculated with Phytophthora capsici were examined by light and electron microscopy to compare early cytological differences between comaptible and incompatible interactions of tomatoes with the fungus. Twenty four hours after inoculation, the compatible isolate S 197 colonized severely the epidermis, cortex, and xylem vessels of stem tissue, whereas only few fungal cells colonized the stem tissues inoculated with the incompatible isolate CBS 178.26. Fragmented plasma membrane, distorted chloroplast, degraded cell wall, remnants of host cytoplasm were early ultrastructural features of the damaged host cell observed both in the compatible and incompatible interaction, a number of vesicles were distributed in the space between fungal cell walls and plasma membrane. The degradation of host cell walls by P. capsici was more pronounced in the compatible than the incompatible interactions. The incompatible interactions of tomato cells with P. capsici were characterized by formation of host cell wall apposition in the cortical parenchyma cells, indicating that the apposition of electron-dense material from the host cell walls may function as a plant defense reaction to the fungus. The fungal cells encased by wall appositions had abnormal cytoplasm and separated plasma membranes. The haustorium which formed from the fungal hyphae did not further penetrate through the host wall apposition and cytoplasmic aggregation, especially in the incompatible reactions. In contrast, the haustorium of the compatible isolate S 197 was not encased by wall appositions.

An analog front-end circuit for ISO/IEC 14443-compatible radio frequency identification (RFID) interrogators was designed and fabricated by using a $0.25{\mu}m$ double-poly CMOS process. The fabricated chip was operated using a 3.3 Volt single-voltage supply. The results of this work could be provided as reusable IPs in the form of hard or firm IPs for designing single-chip ISO/IEC 14443-compatible RFID interrogators.

In this paper, we introduce the concept of compatible mapping of type(${\alpha}$-1) and type(${\alpha}$-2), prove the some properties and common fixed point theorem for such maps in intuitionistic fuzzy metric space. Also, we give the example. Our research are an extension for the results of Kutukcu and Sharma[3] and Park et.al.[11].
