As the business competition between firms is getting intense, one of the sources of competitive advantage is effectively and efficiently to create, share, and apply information/knowledge among employees. Most of the firms which conduct knowledge management are operating a Community of Practice(CoP) in order to create, share and utilize this kind of information/knowledge resource. Recently, the CoP is getting out of its informal and spontaneous manner and is beginning to be led by the top management, receiving official support, in order to achieve the organization's strategic goals. However, the corporation's strategic operation of the CoP is not only against its original characteristics but also hampers the spontaneity of its participants. Every participant has different motivation to participate and different preference for reward type. This study, with the survey of 114 respondents, found that intrinsic motivation as well as extrinsic motivation significantly affect the motivation-reward fitness. Also, the motivation-reward fit was found to influence CoP commitment which ultimately leads to knowledge sharing activity in the CoP context. This research will help knowledge management companies to figure out how the two things of participants' motivation and their reward types can fit together, and how such fitness ultimately affects the participants' commitment and their knowledge sharing activities.

We can divide brand experience in the brand community of online blog into the following five types: sensuous experience, emotional experience, cognitive experience, behavioral experience, and relational experience. And this study is aimed at looking into what differences are among the effects those five have on the consumer-brand relationship. Also we wanted to analyse empirically what structural relations this consumer-brand relationship through the whole experience has with brand attachment and brand commitment. The outcome shows that emotional experience, cognitive experience and relational experience affect the consumer-brand relationship but sensuous experience and behavioral experience. And our analysis of what structural relations the consumer-brand relationship through brand experience has with brand attachment and brand commitment revealed that the consumer-brand relationship through brand experience has a direct effect on brand attachment but it doesn't have on brand commitment. Brand commitment was confirmed to be affected only through brand attachment. Finally, this is in agreement with the result of the precedent study that brand commitment is an effect variable of brand attachment.

Social workers experience various work commitment forms in the field practice. This study tries to find the discriminant validity of job, organizational, career, and relationship commitments among these work commitment forms. This study also tries to find the interrelationship among these commitment forms and the relationship of each of four commitment forms with the withdrawal intention, which is represented by turnover intention and career change intention. For this purpose, a survey of 417 social workers working for community welfare centers in Busan and Gyeongnam was conducted and the data was analyzed. The results of this study showed that the work commitment forms have discriminant validity. The analysis of interrelationship between commitment forms using SEM revealed that the more a social worker commits to his or her job, the more he/she commits to his/her job and the relationship with the client. In addition, job and organizational and career commitments affect turnover intention while career and relationship commitments affect career change intention. Therefore, to improve organizational management, it is necessary to understand diverse forms of work commitment as well as organizational commitment. And differentiated management strategies are needed to increase either each commitment form or various commitment forms at the same time.
