온라인 실행공동체에서의 지식공유에 관한 연구 : 관계적 특성을 중심으로 (A Study on Knowledge Sharing in On-Line Communities of Practice : Focusing on the Relational Characteristics)

  • Prior studies on knowledge sharing have concentrated primarily on either organizational or individual characteristics. However, by focusing on the interaction between members in On-line communities of practice (CoPs), we seek to identify and analyze factors that affect knowledge sharing by members in CoPs. Therefore, we examine if the independent variables such as interactivity, followership, and trust have positive impacts on the dependent variables such as commitment to CoPs and intention to share knowledge. In addition, this study also investigates the relationship between commitment to CoP and intention to share knowledge. The empirical results show that interactivity has a positive impact on commitment, but an insignificant impact on intention to share knowledge. Besides, trust between members is significantly associated with intention to share knowledge, whereas it does not have a significant effect on commitment. Moreover, followership is significantly related to both commitment and intention to share knowledge. These empirical findings show that the relationship between members in CoPs play a significant, positive role in intention to share knowledge. In conclusion, this research contributes to shedding a light into both interactions between members in and commitment to CoPs that are critical to facilitate knowledge sharing.

미용분야 종사자의 경력개발이 조직몰입에 미치는 영향 (The effects of career development of beauty industry professionals on organizational commitment)

  • This study's research method was to investigate the effects of career development in the field of beauty on organizational commitment. A survey targeted 271 beauty workers living in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do. For data analysis, SPSS 21.0 was used for statistical processing. First, descriptive statistics were analyzed, followed by a factor analysis and reliability analysis, third, correlation analysis, and finally linear regression analysis. Detailed research results are as follows. First, the effect of career development of beauty workers and organizational commitment was investigated. The result is as follows. The independent variables, self-development, goal orientation, and career orientation, which are sub-variables of career development, were found to have a statistically significant positive effect. Second, the effect of career development of beauty workers on co-workers' organizational commitment was investigated. The result is as follows. By the independent variable, self-development, and career orientation, which are sub-variables of career development, are found to have a significant positive effect. However, goal orientation had no effect. Therefore, based on the results of this study, the implications are as follows. As beauty is a creative pursuit, it is often done in collaboration rather than alone, and therefore camaraderie plays an important part in the foundation of a commitment to a company. It is a field that goes after a goal after committing to a community mindset, instead of pursuing a goal alone.

작업치료사의 임파워먼트가 직무만족, 조직몰입 및 이직의도에 미치는 영향 (The Impact of Empowerment on Job Satisfaction, Organizational Commitment and Turnover of Occupational Therapist)

  • 목적 : 작업치료사의 임파워먼트가 직무만족, 조직몰입 그리고 이직의도에 미치는지 영향을 파악하여 효율적인 인력관리에 대한 기초자료를 제공하고자 한다. 연구방법 : 전국의 작업치료실에서 근무 중인 작업치료사 103명을 대상으로 임파워먼트, 직무만족, 조직몰입, 이직의도에 대한 설문지를 구글을 이용하여 조사하였다. 결과 : 작업치료사의 지각하는 임파워먼트는 3.52, 직무만족은 3.05, 조직몰입은 3.02, 이직의도는 3.19였다. 일반적 특성에 따른 임파워먼트는 성별, 연령, 교육수준, 근무경력에서 조직몰입은 연령, 교육수준, 환자유형에서 유의한 차이가 있었다. 일반적 특성 중 연령과 교육수준이 임파워먼트와 조직몰입에 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있었고 임파워먼트는 직무만족, 조직몰입과 양의 상관관계가 있었다. 결론 : 임파워먼트가 작업치료사의 효율적 업무 수행에 있어 중요한 요소인 직무만족, 조직몰입, 이직의도에 영향을 미치는 중요한 변수임을 확인할 수 있었다.

경호무도 지도자의 서번트 리더십이 운동몰입 및 수련만족에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Servant Leadership of Security Martial Arts Instructors on the Exercise Commitment and Training Satisfaction)

  • 본 연구는 경호무도 지도자의 서번트 리더십이 수련생의 운동몰입 및 수련만족도에 미치는 영향을 살펴보는데 연구의 목적이 있다. 위와 같은 연구의 목적을 살펴보기 위하여 서울·인천 경기도 지역에 위치한 경호무도 체육관에서 수련을 하고 있는 수련생 300명을 편의표본추출법을 이용하여 자료를 수집하였고, 19부를 제외하고 총 281부를 분석에 활용하였다. 자료처리방법으로는 SPSS 23.0을 통하여 빈도분석, 탐색적 요인분석, 신뢰도분석, 상관분석, 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 첫째, 변인 간에는 모두 정(+)적인 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 경호무도 지도자의 서번트 리더십의 비전제시가 행위몰입에, 헌신적 자세가 인지몰입에 정(+)적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 경호무도 지도자의 서번트 리더십의 비전제시, 공동체 형성, 성장지원이 심리적 요소에 정(+)적인 영향을, 비전제시와 성장지원이 환경적 요소 정(+)적인 영향을, 비전제시 그리고 공동체 형성이 신체적 요소에 정(+)적인 영향을, 비전제시와 공동체형성이 교육적 요소에 정(+)적인 영향을, 비전제시와 공동체형성 그리고 성장지원이 사회적 요소에 정(+)적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 경호무도 수련생의 운동몰입 중 인지몰입과 행위몰입 모두 수련만족도의 심리적 요소, 환경적 요소, 신체적 요소, 교육적 요소에 정(+)적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 사회적 요소에는 인지적 몰입만이 정(+)적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 종합해보면, 경호무도 수련 시 운동몰입을 경험할 수 있도록 함으로써 다방면에 기대감을 충족시킬 수 있도록 해야 한다. 이를 위해서 지도자는 비전제시, 헌신자세, 공동체 형성을 위한 분위기 조성을 추구하는 서번트 리더십을 코칭방법으로 활용할 필요가 있다.

소셜 미디어의 지속적 이용의도에 미치는 영향변수에 관한 연구 (Understanding factors affecting users' social media continuance)

  • 소셜 미디어에 대한 지속적 이용의도에 미치는 영향변수와 그 관계에 대한 보다 체계적이고 종합적인 설명이 필요하다. 이를 위해 소셜 미디어 지속적 이용 의도에 미치는 영향변수(소셜 미디어 활동참여, 개인정보 노출위험, 지각된 향유, 몰입, 그리고 집단 동일시)와 소셜 미디어 이용에 대한 태도를 중심으로 모형을 설정하고 가설을 설정하였다. 수립된 가설을 실증적으로 검증하기 위하여 설문조사를 실시하고 AMOS를 이용하여 구조방정식으로 분석하였다. 신뢰성과 타당성이 확보된 연구결과를 토대로 분석한 결과 소셜 미디어 활동참여, 지각된 향유, 그리고 몰입이 소셜 미디어 지속성에 직, 간접적으로 영향을 미치고 있음을 밝혀냈다. 또한 소셜 미디어에 대한 태도가 소셜 미디어 지속이용의도에 정의 영향을 미쳤다. 마지막으로 연구결과의 실무적 시사점 및 연구의 한계점을 제시하였다.

제조업 여성근로자의 건강증진행위 예측을 위한 새 건강증진 모형의 검증 (Test of the New Health Promotion Model for the Prediction of Female Employees' Health Promotion Behavior at the Manufacturing Plants)

  • The purpose of the study was to test the Pender's New Health Promotion Model in order to explain and predict female workers' health promotion behavior at manufacturing plants by using latent variable structural equation model. The data were collected from 280 female workers at 8 electronic factories located at Seoul. Kyunggi. and Incheon using a structured questionnaire through interview and self-report. LISREL was used to test the model. The results are as follows: 8 out of 15 paths of the modified one from the hypothetical model of Health Promotion were statistically significant and the total variance was 40%. The relationship between the previous health behavior and the cognitive emotional factor, and the interpersonal factor. and the situational factor each. and the relationship between perceived health status and interpersonal factor, and health promotion behavior each among gamma paths were unidirectional. On the beta paths. the relationship between the interpersonal factor and the cognitive emotional factor was bi-directional: the relationships amongst the interpersonal factor and the commitment to action, and the health promotion behavior were unidirectional. But the commitment to action was not a significant mediating factor to the health promotion behavior. Pender's New Model is considered good to explain and predict the female workers' health promotion behavior. The interpersonal factor should be considered in occupational nursing practice. But the concepts of situation and commitment to action should be further validated and measured.

방문건강관리 간호사의 직무스트레스, 직무만족도와 조직애착도 (Job Stress, Job Satisfaction, and Organizational Commitment of Customized Home Health Care Nurse)

  • 본 연구는 건강취약계층의 건강관리를 위하여 실시되고 있는 방문건강관리을 담당하고 있는 간호사를 대상으로 직무스트레스 및 직무만족도가 조직애착도에 미치는 영향을 파악하기 위해 실시하였다. 조사대상자는 일개 도의 방문건강관리 간호사로 130명의 조사결과를 최종적으로 활용하였다. 단순분석결과에서 직무 스트레스 영역 중 직무 불안정에 해당하는 점수가 69.7점으로 가장 높았으며 다음으로 직무 요구가 64.9점으로 높았다. 직무만족도 및 조직애착도는 각각 2.6점과 2.3점이었다. 직무만족도를 매개변수로 하여 조직애착도에 미치는 직무 스트레스의 관련성을 분석한 결과 직무요구와 직무 불안정은 직무 만족도가 부분 매개하였으며 나머지 스트레스 영역은 직무 만족도가 직무스트레스와 조직애착도간의 관련성을 완전매개하고 있었다. 이상의 결과로 보아, 방문건강관리 간호사들의 조직애착도를 높이기 위해서는 직무 요구도 파악과 직무에 대한 불안정감을 해소하는 것이 우선 실시되어야 할 것이다.

비정규직 방문간호사의 직무불안정성이 직무만족, 조직몰입에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Non-Regular Visiting Nurses' Job Insecurity on Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment)

  • Purpose: The aim of this study was to identify the job insecurity, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment of non-regular visiting nurses working at public health centers, and evaluate the effects of job insecurity on the job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Methods: This study was a descriptive survey study. One hundred forty-three visiting nurses, who were non-regular hired by 16 public health centers in B city, were selected using a convenient sampling method. Results: The results were analyzed using SPSS/Win 21.0. A feeling of helplessness (among job insecurity factors) and retention intention significantly affected the job satisfaction of non-regular visiting nurses, and their explanation power was 20%. Retention intention, a feeling of helplessness, and age significantly influenced the organizational commitment, and their explanation power was 26%. Conclusion: Therefore, it would be necessary to stabilize the employment type, provide appropriate promotion and compensation for nurses according to their work performance, and reduce the number of non-regular employees to increase the job satisfaction and organizational commitment of non-regular visiting nurses.

온라인 커뮤니티에서 공동체의식과 관계의 질, 고객충성도간의 관계에 관한 연구 : 만족, 신뢰, 몰입의 매개효과를 중심으로 (Relationships Among Sense of Community in Online Community, Relationship Quality and Customer Loyalty: The Mediating Effects of Satisfaction, Trust and Commitment)

  • Online community as a business model has gotten much attention in online market. And it has been recognized as an increasingly important tool for better understanding and relationships with customers. Thus, There are needs for conducting researches, such as those being performed in social psychology area. Due to the lack of current researches on online community, variables that have been considered in social science and factors in relationship marketing are adopted in this study. The primary purpose of this research is to develop and test a model that explains the process of how sense of online community through relationship quality influences customer loyalty. The major findings of this study are as follows: First, sense of online community was found to have a positive influence on relationship quality. Second, relationship quality was found to have a strong positive effect on customer loyalty. Finally, relationship quality was found to have a mediation effect between the sense of online community and the customer loyalty. Implications of these findings are discussed for researchers and practitioners.

지역사회역량구축과 지역사회간호 (Community Capacity Building and Community Health Nursing)

  • This paper discusses the merits of the community capacity and capacity building concepts, the strategies used for building community capacity and their implications for community health nursing. Community capacity is defined as the interaction of the human capital, organizational resources, and social capital existing within a given community that can be used to improve or maintain the health of the community. Community capacity building is one approach to promoting community health. This approach takes a comprehensive, dynamic, and multidimensional view of community needs and circumstances and places an emphasis on asset development, collaboration among community organizations, and community participation. The major strategies for community capacity building involve activities such as facilitating the development of an asset-based approach to community, developing leadership, establishing partnership, organization development, utilizing community resources, and developing public relations. The implications of community capacity for community health nursing are addressed in terms of the need for community health education and practicum, long-term commitment, partnerships, and a paradigm shift. The author suggests that the concept of community capacity building may be useful for improving the health of both the entire community and its individual residents.
