The 21st century society has entered the fourth industrial society of machine to machine from the information society of human to machine. Accordingly, countries around the world are always operating efficient crisis management systems that can quickly respond to disasters or crises. As cyber attacks such as cyber warfare are actually progressing, countries around the world are conducting defense training in response to cyber attacks, and reflecting the results of simulation attacks in improving or building security systems. In this paper, we would like to consider the future cyber training development guide by comparing and analyzing the trends of cyber training in domestic and foreign countries.

The nuclear power industry in the world has recognized the importance of integrating non-technical and team skills training with the technical training given to its control room operators to reduce human errors since the Three Mile Island and Chernobyl accidents. The Nuclear power plant (NPP) industry in Korea has been also making efforts to reduce the human errors which largely have contributed to 120 nuclear reactor trips from the year 2001 to 2006. The Crew Resource Management (CRM) training was one of the efforts to reduce the human errors in the nuclear power industry. The CRM was developed as a response to new insights into the causes of aircraft accidents which followed from the introduction of flight recorders and cockpit voice recorders into modern jet aircraft. The CRM first became widely used in the commercial airline industry, but military aviation, shipboard crews, medical and surgical teams, offshore oil crews, and other high-consequence, high-risk, time-critical industry teams soon followed. This study aims to develop a CRM training program that helps to improve plant performance by reducing the number of reactor trips caused by the operators' errors in Korean NPP. The program is; firstly, based on the work we conducted to develop a human factors training from the applications to the Nuclear Power Plant; secondly, based on a number of guidelines from the current practicable literature; thirdly, focused on team skills, such as leadership, situational awareness, teamwork, and communication, which have been widely known to be critical for improving the operational performance and reducing human errors in Korean NPPs; lastly, similar to the event-based training approach that many researchers have applied in other domains: aircraft, medical operations, railroads, and offshore oilrigs. We conducted an experiment to test effectiveness of the CRM training program in a condition of simulated control room also. We found that the program made the operators' attitudes and behaviors be improved positively from the experimental results. The more implications of the finding were discussed further in detail.

In modern society, the optimal physical environment is constantly changing due to IT development, and it is provided with convenience. In this age environment, the children are growing up thinking that the value of community consciousness through relationship with others is not important in the social reality in which various ways and environments that can be done by themselves are succeeding. No matter how rapidly the world changes, a diverse learning environment is needed that establishes desirable human relationships and recognizes community consciousness and values. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of general children(elementary school 4th, 5th, and 6th graders) on the communication and peer relationship of the children participating in the archery experiential learning program, to emphasize the importance of physical activity programs, and also by analyzing the relationship between communication and improvement of peer relationship and to understand the effect of the archery experiential training learning which is one of exercise program. In order to verify the research problems, 30 experimental group and 30 comparative group were composed of 4th, 5th, and 6th grade elementary schools in Gwangsan-gu, Gwangju metropolitan city. The experiment group was participated in the archery experiential learning program for a total of 10 sessions, once a week for 60 minutes, and conducted a questionnaire survey. In this study, we examined the effect of archery experiential learning program on improving children 's communication and peer relationship ability. Thus, it showed that archery experiential learning program can be one of the important educational methods to promote the healthy character and development of children.

본 연구는 불안정지지면 훈련을 통한 발목관절위치감각의 변화와 동요면적 변화간의 상관관계를 알아보고자 실시하였다. 건강한 성인 남녀 48명을 대상으로 무작위로 불안정지지면군(n=24)과 안정지지면군(n=24)으로 나누어 동일한 운동 프로그램을 적용하여 주 3회씩 6주 동안 실시하였다. 불안정지지면군은 균형운동 패드에서, 안정지지면군은 단단한 지면에서 운동을 실시하였다. 운동 전 후에 발목관절위치감각의 변화와 동요면적의 변화를 알아보았다. 그 결과, 불안정지지면군에서 발목관절위치감각 오차와 동요면적은 유의하게 감소하였다(p<.05). 그리고 불안정지지면군에서만 발목관절위치감각 오차의 변화량과 동요면적 변화량간의 유의한 상관관계를 보였다. 따라서 본 연구는 불안정지지면에서의 고유수용성감각 운동을 통해 발목관절위치감각 변화와 동요면적 변화간의 유의한 상관관계가 있음을 알 수 있었다.

교원정보화 연수는 연수내용과 연수의 운영 및 관리면에서 여러 가지 문제점을 가지고 있다. 정보화 연수 내용이 응용 소프트웨어 기능 위주의 매뉴얼 학습이 대부분이고, 비체계적이며 중복되는 내용들이 많았다. 또한 정보화 연수가 필수가 아니기 때문에 정보화 연수를 한번도 이수하지 않은 교사들도 있었다. 특히 교원 정보화 연수 및 교원정보활용능력인증제의 기준인 교원의 정보통신기술 활용 능력 기준(ISST)는 개정된 정보통신기술교육 운영지침과도 큰 차이를 보이고 있어 개정이 필요하였다. 본 연구에서는 현 교원 정보화 연수의 현황을 알아보고, 연수의 내용 및 운영상의 문제점을 ISST와 개정된 정보통신 기술교육 운영지침과 분석해 교원 정보화 연수 개선의 필요성을 제안하고자 한다.

The purpose of this study is to find identity of the elementary environmental education and inquire elements of professionalism in environmental education that elementary teachers should have. This study performed a half-structured interview in twice to the eight of elementary teachers who completed the environmental education curriculum course in a graduate school or participated in the teacher training program before. As a result, this study found that the identity of the elementary environmental education consists of the unification comprehending various subjects, the well-rounded sensitivity balancing intellectual, emotional and behavioral aspects, and the grounding in forming environmentally friendly living-habit and academic basis of environments. Moreover, this study found that the teacher training program for the specialty of the elementary environmental teachers should comprise of the following twelve components: the knowledge of overall environmental curriculum, environmental life guidance and environmental classroom management, environmental teaching skills and function, the passion and commitment about environmental education, environmental sensitivity, understanding of education studies, the values and attitude about environment, environmental behavior, understanding the relationship between environmental psychology and developing stage of child, the general education and communication/cooperation with colleagues or local community, understanding of the role as an teacher for the elementary environmental education. More importantly, it would be very crucial that the teachers themselves who are the main body of education system should recognize the their role as the professionals in order to improve the quality of education.

This study aims to deduce operational implication of R-WeSET program through women students in science & engineering and companies's perception and assessment on the basis of NCS key competency. The significant results are as follows. Firstly, companies and women students in science & engineering share a similar perception on importance of NCS key competencies. The programs should be reviewed and improved for women students who are truly aware of companies' needs. Secondly, the main areas of NCS key competency that are poor in companies' perception are 'positive thinking & drive', 'creativity & challenge spirit', 'communication skills' and 'problem-solving skills'. To enhance these weak skills, activating the actual programs such as "Convergence Design Camp", "Field Adaptability Improvement" and developing the new communication program are required. Lastly, most of women students have attained the satisfying result from "Field Competency Reinforcement Program". Especially, "Industry Field Training" shared the great progresses on all skills of key competency, hence why the progressive model should be developed in the future. This study figures out who's the right person for the 4th Industrial Revolution era, producing a meaningful result in order to change in the higher education system of women students and to grow human resources who will contribute to the community and company.

본 연구는 아파트 경비원들을 중심으로 실시되고 있는 ICT직무교육과정을 개발하고 실제로 적용한 결과를 분석하였다. 아파트 민간경비종사자의 대다수가 노인인 점을 고려하여 노인의 컴퓨터에 대한 태도, 노인의 신체적 인지적 특성을 분석하여 노인교육을 위한 ICT직무 코스웨어를 설계하고 교육콘텐츠를 개발하였다. 교육프로그램을 실험집단에 적용하여 사전 사후 검사결과를 통해 만족도와 교육적 효과를 분석하였다. 분석결과 교육프로그램의 만족도는 전체적으로 평균 4.00점대 이상의 높은 만족도를 보였으며, 노인정보화 교육프로그램 정성적 평가 검사 도구를 활용해 교육프로그램 투입 전 후로 실험집단의 인터넷 자기 효능감, 인터넷 활용능력 향상, 인터넷 이용용도 인지, 개인정보화 의지, 생활교정, 세대 간 갈등해소, 자신감, 인터넷 스트레스 등이 통계적으로 유의미하게 상승했음을 확인하였다. 이러한 결과를 종합해 보면 본 연구에서 개발한 "민간경비 ICT직무교육" 교육프로그램이 노인정보화에 효과적이며 다른 노인교육 프로그램에 적용 및 촉진에 기여할 수 있을 것이다.

본 연구는 간호대학생들이 의료인들과 인수인계 시 명확한 정보전달에 어려움이 있는 점을 개선하기 위하여 SBAR 적용 시뮬레이션 교육을 시행하여 그들의 의사소통명확성, 의사소통자신감, 임상의사결정능력에 미치는 효과를 확인하기 위한 단일군전후설계실험연구이다. 산모와 신생아의 응급상황을 기반으로 한 시뮬레이션 실습과 SBAR교육을 접목하여 의료진에게 응급상황에 대해 명료하고 간략하게 핵심을 전달하고, 의사소통 역량을 증진시킬 수 있도록 프로그램을 적용하였다. 대상자는 B광역시 소재 1개 대학의 4학년 간호대학생 91명이며, 자료수집기간은 2019년 2월 18일부터 2019년 2월 28일까지이었다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS/WIN 21.0 program을 이용하여 paired t-test로 분석하였다. 연구결과, 시뮬레이션 실습 후에 측정한 의사소통 명확성(t=-3.99, p<.001), 의사소통 자신감(t=-8.60, p<.001), 임상의사결정능력이(t=-4.66, p<.001) 통계적으로 유의하게 증가하였다. 따라서 예비의료인으로써 간호대학생의 임상현장에서의 의사소통능력과 임상의사결정능력을 증진시키기 위해 SBAR를 적용한 시뮬레이션실습 교육프로그램을 통해 간호대학생들의 전문성을 고취시키고, 임상현장에서의 적응력을 높이고자 한 점에서 본 연구의 의의가 크다. 또한 간호교육현장에서 의료인들 간의 의사소통을 체계화하기 위해서는 시뮬레이션 실습 뿐만 아니라 일반적인 임상실습에서도 SBAR보고방법이 숙련될 수 있도록 전략을 수립하여 간호대학생의 의사소통능력 향상에 기여해야 할 것으로 생각된다.

본 연구의 목적은 스마트 기기를 활용한 구강안면 훈련 영상 프로그램이 마비말장애가 있는 급성 뇌졸중 환자의 구강 구조 및 기능과 조음교대운동속도에 미치는 효과를 알고자 하였다. 본 연구는 마비말장애가 있는 급성 뇌졸중 환자 14명을 대상으로 하였다. 연구에 참가한 모든 대상자들은 실험군과 대조군으로 7명씩 무작위 할당되었다. 두 그룹의 대상자들은 4주 동안 모두 동일하게 보편적인 재활치료를 받았다. 실험군은 스마트 기기를을 활용한 구강안면 훈련 영상 프로그램을 보호자의 감독 하에 추가적으로 30분씩 더 수행하였다. 구강 구조와 기능을 측정하기 위하여 조음기관 구조 및 기능선별검사의 하위항목인 구강 구조와 기능을 평가하였다. 조음교대운동속도를 측정하기 위하여 교대운동속도와 연속운동속도를 평가하였다. 연구 결과, 그룹 내 비교에서 실험군과 대조군은 구강 구조 및 기능, 교대운동속도, 연속운동속도에서 유의한 향상을 보였다(p<.05). 두 그룹 간 변화량 비교에서 실험군은 대조군보다 구강기능과 교대운동속도의 /퍼/와 /터/에서 유의한 향상을 보였다(p<.05). 스마트 기기를 활용한 구강안면 훈련 영상 프로그램은 마비말장애가 있는 급성 뇌졸중 환자의 구강 기능과 조음기관 기능에 긍정적인 효과를 기대할 수 있는 중재방법으로 사료된다.
