Blended learning을 이용한 임상실습 오리엔테이션 프로그램의 효과 (Effects of a Blended Learning Orientation Program for Clinical Practicums of Nursing Students)

  • Purpose: This study proposed to examine the effects of a blended-learning orientation program executed for nursing students' clinical practice. Method: The participants were 61 nursing students in the experimental group and 57 in the control group. For the experimental group, a blended-learning orientation program was executed by e-learning (on-line) and lecture-led training (off-line) from two-week before the start of clinical practice in medical-surgical nursing. For the control group, orientation was given in the traditional lecture-led training by distributing printed materials before clinical practice. A pre-test was conducted on the experimental and control group before clinical practice, and a post-test was conducted after two-week of clinical practice in order to examine the effects of the orientation program. Results: After two-week of clinical practice, differences were observed between the experimental group and the control group in adaptation to clinical practice (F=10.242, p=.002), communication skills (F=4.305, p=.040) and clinical competence (F=6.823, p=.010). Conclusions: The blended-learning orientation program enhanced nursing students' adaptation to clinical practice, improved their communication skill and increased their clinical competence. Accordingly, it is recommended to develop and apply practical education using blended-learning in the area of nursing science.

지적장애 학생을 위한 가상현실 기반 의사소통 프로그램 개발 및 적용 가능성 탐색 (Developing and Exploring the Possibility of Virtual Reality Based Communication Training Program for Students with Intellectual Disabilities)

  • 이 연구는 지적장애 학생을 위한 가상현실 기반 의사소통 프로그램(VR-CTP)을 개발하고, 지적장애 학생의 교수학습 활동에서의 적용 가능성을 탐색하는데 주요한 목적이 있다. 이에 프로그램에서 사용할 문장과 대화를 장애학생을 위한 국민공통 기본교육과정 국어과를 분석하여 추출하였고, 특수교사와 특수교육 전문가들의 검토와 자문 및 적합성 평가에 기초하여 프로그램을 개발하였다. 프로그램의 적용 가능성을 탐색하기 위하여 특수학교에 재직하고 있는 특수교사 30명과 지적장애 학생 44명을 대상으로 사용자 평가를 실시하였다. 그 결과 특수교사는 5점 만점에 4.23점을 나타내었고, 지적장애 학생은 4.44점을 나타내었다. 전반적으로 특수교사와 지적장애 학생 모두 VR-CTP가 교수학습 활동에 적용 가능성이 있다고 인식하였다. 특수학급의 교사가 특수학교의 교사보다 사용자 평가점수가 유의미하게 높았으나, 특수교사의 학교급과 교사경력에 따른 차이는 없었다. 지적장애 학생의 경우에는 인지능력, 학교급, 교육적 배치 등에서 유의한 차이가 없었다. 이는 곧 VR-CTP에 대하여 사용자 평가가 고르게 나타난 것임을 보여주는 것이다.

HR 부서 전문성에 대한 인식이 교육훈련 기회 제공 만족도에 미치는 영향: HR 부서의 의사소통 활동의 조절효과를 중심으로 (The Effect of Employees' Perceived Expertise about HR Department on Satisfaction of Education and Training Opportunities: The Moderating Role of HR Department's Communication Activities)

  • Purpose - This study examines how employees' perception of HR department expertise affect their satisfaction of education and training. Moreover, this study explores that the HR department's communication activities moderate the main effects between satisfaction of education and training opportunities. Design/methodology/approach - This study predicts the positive relationship between employees' perceptions of HR department expertise and their satisfaction of education and training. Furthermore, the HR department's communication activities will strengthen this positive relationship. To test these hypotheses, this study used the Human Capital Corporate Panel (HCCP) datasets, especially individual-level 2017 data. The final number of samples is 1,947 for the analyses. In addition, this study utilized a hierarchical regression model with SPSS program. Finding - The results analyzed with the hierarchical regression model showed that the perceptions of HR department expertise had a positive relationship with satisfaction of provided educational and training. In addition, the HR department's communication activities moderated the relationship between perception of HR department expertise and satisfaction of education and training opportunities. Research implications or Originality - This study suggests academic and practical implications for future research in the human resource development filed by clarifying the critical factors to increase employees' satisfaction and transferability of education and training.

부모 듣기 지도 프로그램이 청각장애아동의 언어 능력과 의사소통 행동에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Parent Involvement Auditory Training Program on Communication Ability of Children with Hearing Impairments)

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of the parents listening guidance program, which allows the parents to understand their hearing impaired children and how to listen at home, on the communication skills of the hearing impaired children. The research subjects were 3 hearing impaired children who did not accompany with the intellectual, emotional and behabioral problems, and the listening guidance has been performed for their parents for 3 months through the listening guidance program. The changes in the communication skills in the hearing impaired children were observed comparing before and after the education. In the results, first, the receptive language skill of the hearing impaired children was improved after than before the parents listening guidance. Second, the expressive language skill of the hearing impaired children was improved after than before the parents listening guidance, too. Third, in the communication behavior of the hearing impaired children, the phonation and the speech production were increased together with the gesture after the parents listening guidance. In conclusion, it is deemed that the parents listening guidance program would have positive influence on the communication behavior of the hearing impaired children.

IT조선 융복합교육프로그램 구성에 관한 연구 (A Study on Composition of IT Shipbuilding Convergenced Education Program)

  • 최근 선박의 기술 패러다임이 신개념 디지털 선박으로 이동하면서 IT기술이 결합된 고부가가치 조선산업을 창출할 수 있는 경쟁력 있는 IT조선 융복합 기술개발과 인력양성은 매우 중요하다. 본 논문에서는 IT조선융복합 전문인력을 양성하기 위한 교육 프로그램을 소개한다. 용복합 교과목 구성은 조선산업체를 대상으로 IT조선기술 수요조사를 실시하여 IT분야는 해상무선통신기술분야, 선박용 S/W솔루션기술분야, CAN and SAN 분야로 나누고 조선분야는 조선설계분야, 선박건조분야로 나누어 교과목을 도출하였다. 융복합 교육 프로그램 운영은 모든 부분에서 산업체 전문가를 투입하여 산업체 현장의 실무능력이 향상되고 바로 산업체에 투입할 수 있는 인력양성을 목표로 추진되었다.

모바일 분노조절훈련 애플리케이션의 사용성 평가 연구 (Study on the Usability Evaluation of Mobile Anger Control Training Applications)

  • The present study aims to design an application for anger control training of individuals and test its practical usability with the goal of encouraging preventive training in daily life. This study also investigates, through usability evaluation, whether users can use the application to carry out the actual anger management training program, whether it is useful and convenient, and whether it produces adequate learning effects. In order to conduct usability evaluation, a usability evaluation scale comprised of six factors-utility, reuse intention, learning, error, and reflectivity-was derived, and survey items tailored to each factor were produced. The association between usability evaluation elements, user demographic parameters, mobile usage behavior, and state anger was also examined. The result demonstrated that additional menus and features are necessary to increase the usability of the application for anger management. The result also revealed that it is vital to build an intuitive application interface that users unfamiliar with mobile app functionality can easily navigate, as well as to add entertaining components in the content, as users may be somewhat bored. On the basis of the findings, ideas of modifying and creating anger management training programs were discussed.

자기주장훈련 프로그램이 간호사의 부정적 평가에 대한 두려움, 자기주장행동 및 의사소통에 미치는 효과에 관한 융합 연구 (A Convergence Study about the Effects of Assertiveness Training on Nurses' Fear of Negative Evaluation, Assertiveness Behavior, and Communication Competency)

  • 본 연구는 자기주장훈련 프로그램이 간호사의 부정적 평가에 대한 두려움, 자기주장행동 및 의사소통에 미치는 효과를 확인하고자 수행되었다. 연구설계는 비동등성 대조군 전후 설계에 의한 유사실험 연구이다. 연구대상은 G시에 소재한 2개 대학교 간호대학원생으로 실험군 14명, 대조군 18명 총 32명이었다. 자료 수집 기간은 2018년 3월 13일부터 2018년 5월 8일까지이었다. 실험군에게는 주 1회, 180분씩 총 6회기 본 프로그램을 진행한 후 교육 전과 후에 구조화된 설문지를 이용하여 측정하였다. 자료 분석 방법은 Fisher's exact test, $x^2-test$, t-test를 사용하였다. 연구결과 자기주장훈련 프로그램이 간호사의 자기주장행동과 의사소통에서 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 본 연구는 융복합 기반 시대 흐름에 맞춰 간호사의 자기 주장능력과 의사소통능력 함양을 위한 효과적인 훈련방안 개선에 기여하고자 한다.

  • 장애자들에게 필요한 재활치료의 횟수와 시간은 실제 이용회수에 못 미치는 상황으로 재활치료의 관심과 콘텐츠에 지속적인 투자와 인프라가 필요한 상황이며, 또한 재활치료의 종류에도 미술, 음악, 놀이치료가 가장 일반적인 장애자 재활방법이다. 제안한 논문에서는 장애자의 동작을 인식하는 과정을 통하여 사운드와 시각적 요소를 포함하고 있는 게임형 재활 콘텐츠를 제공함으로써 다양한 유형의 장애자들이 콘텐츠의 레벨관리가 가능한 디지털 게임 재활프로그램을 설계한다.

특수교사들의 정보통신기술 활용에 관한 실태 및 인식 (Study on application of information and communication technology in special education)

  • 본 연구는 특수교사들의 정보통신기술 (ICT; information & communication technology) 활용에 관한 실태 및 인식을 알아보기 위하여 특수교사들을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 총 103부의 설문지를 토대로 교사들의 ICT 활용 현황과 수업에서 ICT 활용에 대한 태도와 시각, ICT 활용과 관련된 교원 연수의 필요성과 연수에 필요한 교육 내용을 분석하였다. 특히 ICT의 활용 교과목이 대학의 특수교육과에 반영된 시점을 기준으로 교직경력을 구분하여 그 차이를 검증하였으며 두 집단에 대한 ICT 활용 현황과 수준은 차이가 있는 것으로 분석되었다.

일선 간호관리자의 리더쉽 프로그램 요구 조사 (A Study of Leadership Training Program Demands of First-Line Nurse Managers in University Hospitals)

  • There is an important concern regarding the First-line nurse manager's leadership because of the recognition that effectiveness of Leadership in this position results in benefits for the whole health care organization. So knowledge and practice of effective leadership behavior are now more essential to nursing than ever before. First-line Nurse Managers must be effective leaders to meet today's challenge because staff nurse, patient are affected by them. So the purpose of this study was to identify and to analyse the need for Leadership program of First-Line nurse managers in university hospitals. There were three major purposes of this study. First, identify First-line nurse managers general characteristic, second, identify their experience of leadership training, third, identify and analysis their demands for leadership training program. The subjects for this study was 167 First-line nurse manager randomly from 18 university hospitals in Korea. The data were collected through questionnaires from Oct. 13th to Nov. 20th, 1997, data was analysed using frequencies and percentages. Especially the steps of analysis of descriptions were as follows: Initial analysis centered on the identification of the demands of first-line nurse managers. Later analysis collapsed the demands into broad categories. From the collect data, 283 demands of first-line nurse managers were identified. These demands were then sorted into 3 broad categories that included : Self development as first-line nurse managers, relationship with others, and practice. The result of the study were as follows ; 1) Most of nurse managers(79.6%) had leadership training course and had good experience to improve self leadership. 2) Their demands of leadership training course are as follows First, for self as first-line nurse managers, they want to learn leadership theory, identify their leadership style and then develop their leadership skill. Second, for others as first-line nurse managers, they want to improve their communication skill, empowering others, relationship with others. Third, for patients as first-line nurse managers, improve their knowledge of practice. From the above finding, this study can be suggested the following; 1. Develope a leadership training course to improve first- line nurse manager's leadership skill according to their demands, so they will be better able to lead staff nurses for organization purposes. 2. When develope leadership training program, it must be contained the factors which first-line nurse managers want to learn.
