건축공사 현장 조직 커뮤니케이션에 영향을 미치는 요인 (Factors of Influencing the Communication of Building Construction Field Organizations)

  • 건축공사 현장 조직의 협업 능력이 현장 조직 관리에 매우 중요한 요소이다. 현장 조직의 협업은 조직 커뮤니케이션과 관련이 있어 커뮤니케이션을 향상시키면 조직의 능력을 향상시킬 수 있다. 그러나 건축공사 현장 조직 커뮤니케이션과 관련된 연구는 미흡하다. 따라서 본 연구는 건축공사 현장 조직 커뮤니케이션에 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악하기 위해 설문조사를 실시하였다. 연구 결과 현장소장 리더십이 개인적 배려와 이상적 영향 특성을 가지고 있을 때, 현장 조직문화가 합의문화 특성을 가지고 있을 때 커뮤니케이션이 더 잘 이루어졌다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 본 연구결과는 건축공사 현장 조직 커뮤니케이션을 향상시켜 조직을 체계적으로 관리하는데 기여할 수 있다.

아동병동 환아 어머니가 인지한 간호사의 의사소통유형과 간호사와의 파트너십, 불안이 대처에 미치는 영향 (The effects of nurses' communication styles, nurse-mother partnerships, and mothers' anxiety on coping of hospitalized children's mothers)

  • Purpose: This descriptive study aimed to identify the contribution of nurses' communication styles, nurse-mother partnerships, and mothers' anxiety levels to the coping of mothers of hospitalized children, with the goal of establishing effective intervention strategies based on these factors. Methods: Data were collected using a structured questionnaire from July 12 to October 29, 2018. The study's participants were 200 hospitalized children's mothers in the pediatric ward of a university hospital. Results: The coping of hospitalized children's mothers showed a significant relationship with nurses' informative communication style (r=.26, p<.001), affective communication style (r=.28, p<.001), nurse-mother partnership (r=.50, p<.001), authoritative communication style (r=-.28, p<.001), and mothers' anxiety (r=-.23, p=.001). A multiple regression analysis (adjusted R2=.32) indicated that the factors affecting the mothers' coping included nurse-mother partnership (𝛽=.47, p<.001), another caregiver (yes) (𝛽=.17, p=.006), and mothers' subjective health status (very healthy) (𝛽=.15, p=.047). Conclusion: Considering that the formation of cooperative partnerships between mothers and nurses found in this study had a positive effect on the mothers' coping skills, it appears necessary to develop and implement programs for improving nurses' communication skills and ability to form partnerships, beginning from undergraduate education.

N세대(Net Generation)의 라이프스타일에 따른 패션구매태도에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Attitudes of Net Generation toward Purchasing fashion Products according to Life-style)

  • The purpose of this study was to characterize the attitudes of Net generation customers toward purchasing fashion products or apparels through Cyber communication media. This study targeted 333 individuals aged from 14 to 24 purchasing fashion apparels through the Interned or PC communication. The data were analyzed by using frequency analysis, factor analysis, t-test, ANOVA by SASS package. The results of this study are as follows : 1. Fashion life-style of Net generation is classified into four groups - Fashion attached type, Web entertainment type, Web information type, Web media purchasing type. Net-Generation shows a little preference for brand. 2. As a result of the statistical analysis of each group's demographic variables, price is not so important when purchasing and according to the analysis of age, it proves that twenties are trendier than teenagers. 3. The most significant factor of information search is watching others' clothes and the most popular place for purchase is wholesale mall. Net-Generation has a little intention to purchase through Cyber communication media.

정보중심네트워크 기반의 Pub/Sub 통신 연구동향 (Survey on Publish/Subscribe Communication Technologies based on Information Centric Networking)

  • Information-Centric Networking (ICN) has been recognized as a new networking technology for the upcoming data-centric 4th industrial revolution based society. In addition, it has noted that Pub/Sub-style communication is rapidly growing in areas including big data processing and microservice as well as the existing Internet of Things and social networking technologies. Therefore, ICN is highly needed to efficiently support Pub/Sub-style communication for successful deployment as a next-generation network infrastructure technology. This paper summarizes the recent research trends of Pub/Sub communication technologies over ICN, and discusses future research issues.

부모-자녀 간의 의사소통유형 및 아동의 자아개념과 또래관계 (Parent-Child Communication Style, Child's Sense of Identity and Peer Relationship)

  • In this analysis of relationships among parent-child communication style, child's sense of identity, and their effects on child's peer relationships, a survey was conducted of 506 6th grade students in 3 elementary schools of Incheon City. Data were analyzed by t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation, and multiple regression analyses. Results showed that : girls had higher scores in academic identity and more positive factors in peer relationships than boys; when communications between parents and children were more open, peer relationships were more positive and less negative; children with a stronger sense of identity had more positive factors in peer relationships; social identity was the most influential factor in positive and general identity was the most influential factor in negative peer relationships, respectively.

「사티어 의사소통 교육」에 참여한 간호대학생들의 의사소통과 인간관계 변화 경험 (Changes in Communication and Relationship Pattern for Undergraduate Nursing Students After 'Satir Communication Education')

  • Purpose: This study was to deduce the changes of communication style and relationship patterns via self-analysis after Satir communication education for undergraduate nursing students. Methods: Thirty seven students participated in this study. The age of participants was 20 ~ 22 years and all of them were female students. Before the first semester and after the last class in 2011, we collected an evaluation from students of how their own communication style and relationship patterns changed. Using qualitative content analysis method, the data were analyzed. Results: After qualitative contents analysis, five change-related themes and 16 experience-related subjects emerged. Five themes were from self-contentment to discreet, from behavior of speaking and listening to understanding, from agreement to empathy, from your fault to my fault, and from feeling emotion to expressing emotion. Conclusion: From the results of this study, we found the essential points of changes for communication and relation ship experiences after Satir communication education and self-reflection could reinforce change in undergraduate nursing students' experiences.

20세기 밀리터리 스타일의 이미지 커뮤니케이션에 대한 연구 (A Study on the Image Communication of Military Style in 20th Century)

  • Military style is not limited to a single period but represents various image communications related to items, synthetic images and different periodical culture backgrounds. The purpose of this study is to define the communicational function of the military style beginning from the 1st world war up to the modern days, and furthermore explain the characteristics and contents of military styles in different periods by studying the nowadays various symbols of the military style in denotative and connotative aspects. The research method is documentary studies through the literature and academic paper, and examined masters' and doctors' thesis, domestic and overseas books and fashion magazines, photographs and materials collected from the internet. As a result, first, the military style is a significant fashion code in understanding modern fashion by serving as a strong communication function representing people’s ritual through various image items called the 'military look'. Second, the meaning of the image communication through military look changed throughout the different periods. During the 1st and 2nd World war the military look supported Fascism by serving as a media representing extreme patriotism and at the same time social images like functionalism, women liberation, regulation and saving. During the cold war period it was used by young progressives like hippies and punks to send an opposing message towards war and commercialism. Since then up to the 80s it was a medium representing the ‘new role of women’, who possess same social rights and power as the men. However in the 90s the military style had to go through a paradigm transition period. Since this period it got affected by the post modernism and designers, consumers alike adopted military style to create unique beauty It can also be said that it began to be used as a pure fashion code representing intertextuality. It was rather expressed as a metonymy than a metaphor and combined with elegance and feminine factor, which contrasts to the original military concept, it now represents totally new hybrids such as difference, dissemination and varieties.

  • 1999년 미국에서 정보공유를 목적으로 블로그의 개념이 처음 도입되었다. 우리나라의 경우에도 2002년 말부터 본격적으로 대중에게 보급이 되었으며, 전통 블로그의 형태에서 홈페이지와의 결함을 통해 커뮤니티 형태의 독특한 형태로 발전해 나가고 있다. 이러한 독작적인 발전의 원인은 블로그가 한국사회가 요구하는 문화 커뮤니케이션 방향에 맞게 발전해 나가고 있기 때문이라 볼 수 있다. 오늘날 '세계는 점점 좁아지고 나라간 거리는 점점 가까워 진다'라고 한다. 디자인 또한 유니버셜 디자인을 지향한다고 외치고 있다. 하지만 블로그를 통해 바라본 세계화는 결국 local을 무시할 수 없다는 것이다. 그렇기 때문에 본 연구는 지역 문화 관점에서의 비판을 통해 사회의 뿌리 깊은 문화적 속성과 인간관계, 그리고 커뮤니케이션 방법에 관하여 연구해 보고자 한다.

  • On this study, we are focusing on the spatial value of the flagship store as an effective way of experiential communication for a brand. The purpose of this study is to create effective methods for the spatial identity by connecting significance of experiential communication and strategic factors of experiential marketing. The process of this research is summarized as follows: First, we select some cases of the flagship stores realizing differentiated methods of experiential marketing and classify the types according to the marketing strategy. Second, we can analyze each function in the context of social, cultural life style. Finally, for the company flagship stores can be a tool to construct a sustainable brand image and tool differentiation, and at the same time for the consumer they can create relationships through customers' experience in the space expressing brand identity and style. Also, flagship stores can be valued as a place offering emotional experiences of cultural consumption as well as product consumption when planned given the style suitable for brand image and strategies.

학습자의 인지양식이 수학 과제 유형별 수학적 의사소통에 미치는 영향 (Influences of Cognitive Styles on Students' Mathematical Communication by Types of Mathematical Tasks)

  • 장의존-장독립 인지 양식의 학습자가 수학 과제 유형별 의사소통 과정에서 나타내는 특성을 파악하여 학습자의 인지 양식과 수학 과제 유형이 수학적 의사소통에 미치는 영향을 파악하는 것이 본 연구의 목적이다. 이를 위해 학생의 인지 양식과 수학학습 성취 수준, 성별을 고려하여 초등학교 6학년 학생 8명을 장의존-장독립의 4인 1모둠으로 편성하였다. 각 모둠에 4가지 유형의 수학 과제를 제시하고 수학적 의사소통 과정을 통해 협력하여 해결하도록 하였다. 학생들의 수학적 의사소통 과정은 수학적 의사소통 활성화와 말하기, 듣기 과정의 특징으로 나누어 분석하였다. 그 결과 인지적 수준이 높은 수학 과제는 학생들의 유의미한 수학적 의사소통 활성화에 긍정적 영향을 미쳤다. 그리고 학습자의 인지 양식에 따른 과제 접근 방법의 차이는 말하기, 듣기 의사소통 과정에 영향을 주었다.
