본 연구는 기혼자를 대상으로 부부간 의사소통에 정서인식 명확성과 조망수용이 미치는 영향을 살펴보았다. 광주와 전남북지역의 기혼자 206명을 대상으로 의사소통, 정서인식 명확성, 조망수용 관련 설문을 실시하였다. 그 결과, 각 변인들은 상호 밀접한 상관을 보이고 있었으며, 기혼자의 의사소통에는 정서인식 명확성과 조망수용이 유의미한 정적 영향을 미치고 있음이 나타났다. 하지만 정서인식 명확성과 조망수용의 상호작용 효과는 없는 것으로 나타났다. 부부간 의사소통에서 자신의 정서를 명확하게 이해하고 상대의 입장에 서서 타인을 이해하는 능력인 조망수용이 이루어질 때 보다 더 긍정적이고 합리적인 의사소통이 가능하다는 것을 확인 하였다.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to develop Situation, Background, Assessment, Recommendations(SBAR) program and to test the effects of the program on communication clarity, clinical competence, and self-efficacy for clinical nurses in cancer hospitals. Methods: This study applied a nonequivalent control group non-synchronized design. There were 28 participants in the intervention group and 27 in the control group. SBAR program consisted of 4 parts and applied for 6 weeks in the intervention group. Data were analyzed with ${\chi}^2$ test, Fisher's exact test, t-test and ANCOVA using the SPSS program. Results: Communication clarity, clinical competence and self efficacy were significantly increased in the intervention group compared to those in the control group. Conclusion: These results suggest that SBAR program may improve communication clarity, clinical competence and self-efficacy for clinical nurses in cancer hospitals. Therefore, it is required to actively take advantage of this program to improve communication clarity among medical staffs, clinical competence, and self-efficacy in clinical nursing practices.

본 연구는 SBAR(상황-배경-사정-제안) 보고교육이 간호대학생의 의사소통명확성, 의사소통능력 및 보고자신감에 미치는 효과를 파악하기 위하여 시도되었다. 단일군 사전-사후설계의 실험 연구로 G도 소재 간호대학생 44명을 대상으로 자가보고식 설문지를 이용하여 2018년 3월 6일부터 4월 20일까지 자료를 수집하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS WIN 23을 이용하여 빈도, paried t-test로 분석하였다. 연구결과 SBAR 보고교육 후 간호대학생의 의사소통명확성(t=-8.12, p<.001), 의사소통능력(t=-4.37, p<.001) 및 보고자신감(t=-7.67, p<.001)이 SBAR 보고교육 전보다 유의하게 높게 나타났다. SBAR 보고교육이 의사소통 명확성, 의사소통능력 및 보고자신감을 향상시키는 것으로 나타났으므로 임상실습에서 SBAR를 적극 활용할 것을 권장한다.

This study aimed to determine the effects of simulation learning program using SBAR (Situation, Background, Assessment, Recommendation) techniques on undergraduate nursing students' clinical judgment and communication skills. A quasi-experimental research design (one-group pretest-posttest design) was used in this study. The participants included 88 students from a nursing college. There were statistically significant differences in clinical judgment, communication clarity, and communication confidence between pre-simulation learning using SBAR and post (t=10.32, p<.0001; t=6.05, p=<.0001; t=7.42, p=<.0001). The simulation learning program using SBAR was found to improve nursing students' clinical judgment as well as clarity and confidence in interprofessional communication.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of Situation-Background-Assessment-Recommendation (SBAR) reports on communication clarity and nurse-physician collaborative relationships. Methods: SBAR forms in one group were measured at baseline, at 2 weeks, and at 4 weeks postintervention. The subjects were 30 nurses who worked in a general ward of a general hospital in B city, Korea. A 45-minute SBAR education was provided to all subjects. Data was collected between September to October 2015. The collected data was analyzed using a repeated measure ANOVA. Results: After SBAR reports, levels of nurse's communication clarity and nurse-physician collaborative relationships were significantly higher than levels before SBAR reports. Conclusion: SBAR reports improved the communication clarity and nurse-physician collaborative relationships. It is recommended to use a lot of SBAR in clinical practice.

본 연구는 간호대학생의 임상실습 동안 적용한 SBAR 보고교육이 의사소통명확성, 의사소통 만족도, 보고자신감, 의사소통능력에 미치는 영향요인을 파악하고자 실시되었다. 자료수집기간은 2019년 12월 1일부터 12월 20일까지이며 2개 대학교에서 임상실습을 6주 이상 완료한 3학년을 편의 추출하였다. 대상자 수는 SBAR 보고교육을 받은 103명과 교육을 받지 않은 113명이다. 자료분석은 SPSS 21.0 프로그램을 이용하여 t-tests, one-way ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficient 등으로 분석하였다. 의사소통명확성과 의사소통능력은 양의 상관관계(r=.52, p<.001)가 있었고, 보고자신감은 의사소통만족도와 양의 상관관계(r=.53, p<.001)가 있으며, 의사소통능력은 보고자신감과 양의 상관관계(r=.46, p<.001)가 있었다. 의사소통능력은 의사소통명확성(𝛽=.29, p<.001), 의사소통만족도(𝛽=.43, p<.001), 보고자신감(𝛽=.15, p=.009)이 유의한 영향요인이었으며, 설명력은 49.0%로 나타났다. 결론적으로 간호대학생에게 임상실습 중 실무능력을 파악하여 보고체계를 강화하기 위한 교육적 제도와 교수방법의 프로그램 개발이 필요하다.

고객 서비스를 직접적으로 제공하는 관광호텔 종사원의 관광호텔 서비스보증제도에 대한 인식이 역할명확성과 고객지향성에 미치는 영향관계를 연구함으로써 관광호텔 종사원의 고객에 대한 관심도를 높일 수 있다. 서비스 산업의 중요한 역할을 담당하는 관광호텔이 이미지와 경영성과와 관련된 경쟁전략을 높이기 위한 방안으로 서비스보증제도에 대한 관심이 증가하고 있다. 그러나, 서비스보증에 대한 인식이 고객지향성에 미치는 영향에 대한 선행연구는 미약한 실정이다. 관광호텔 종사원의 서비스보증제도에 대한 인식에 따라 고객지향성에 미치는 영향관계를 파악하였다. 선행연구를 통하여 이론을 구성하고, 실증적으로 분석하여 가설을 검증하는 방법을 사용하였다. 분석결과, 선행연구에서 제시된 서비스 보증의 구성차원 중에서 명확성과 신뢰성이 역할명확성에 유의한 영향을 미치고, 서비스 보증 인식에 따라 고객지향성에도 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 서비스보증제도에 대한 인식이 높은 종사원이 고객지향성이 강한 것으로 나타났다. 분석결과를 통하여, 서비스보증의 각 구성차원이 역할명확성과 고객지향성에 미치는 영향관계를 분석하였고, 분석결과와 관련된 시사점을 제시하였다.

의사소통은 간호사가 대상자와의 치료적 관계 및 다양한 직종간의 협력관계를 형성하여 성공적인 간호중재를 이끄는데 있어 중요한 요소이며 이에 간호대학생들에게 효과적인 의료인 간의 의사소통 능력 함양 할 수 있는 의사소통 교육프로그램을 개발하고 그 효과를 분석하여 간호교육 전략을 모색하고자 하였다. 연구대상은 P 대학교 간호학과 4학년에 재학중인 학생 54명이며, 연구결과, 대상자의 의사소통명확성 (t=-7.75, p<.001)과 셀프리더십 (t=-4.43, p<.001)은 유의한 차이가 있었고, 의사소통 만족도는 교육 후에 점수가 증가하였으나 유의한 차이가 없었다 (t=-1.22, p=.226). 결론적으로 SBAR를 활용한 학제간 의사소통 교육프로그램은 간호대학생의 의사소통명확성과 셀프리더십에 긍정적인 효과가 있으며 다양한 시나리오의 개발과 반복 훈련을 할 수 있는 지속인 교육개발이 필요하다.

The Purposes of this study ar (1) to identify types and levels of channel conflicts between an apparel manufacturer and a franchised agency, (2) to investigate the effect of economic dependence on conflicts, and (3) to examine the effect of conflicts on satisfaction in a franchised agency's perspective in distributive channel of Korean apparel industry. For this study, questionnaires were administered to the owner or manager of 300 franchised agencies. Employing a sample of 209, data were analyzed by using means, factor analysis, pearson correlation and multi-regression analysis. Major findings are as follows: 1) Types of conflicts between apparel manufacturers and franchised agencies are identified as goal divergence, difference in perception, ineffective communication and lack of role clarity. The highest level of conflicts are lack of role clarity, followed by goal divergence, difference in perception and ineffective communication. 2) Economic dependence leads to channel conflicts in part. Greater levels of economic dependence foster greater conflicts such as lack of role clarity and lower conflicts such as ineffective communication. 3) With respect to effect of conflict on satisfaction, the greater the levels of conflict, the lower the degree of satisfaction with ole performance and with business decision and overall satisfaction.

이 연구의 목적은 비판적 사고, 의사소통명확성에 대한 간호학생의 SBAR 이용 팀 기반 시뮬레이션 교육 효과를 연구한 비동등성 대조군 전 후 설계의 유사 실험 연구 이다. 본 연구는 경상북도 P 시에 소재한 일개 간호학과 학생으로 '기본간호학 이론 및 실습' 교과목을 수강한 학생 69(실험군 33명, 대조군 36명)명을 대상으로 2017년 10월부터 2017년 11월까지 자료수집과 분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구에서는 윤진(2004)의 비판적사고 측정도구, 조혜진(2013)의 의사소통 명확성도구를 활용하여 설문 조사를 실시 하였다. 통계 분석은 SPSS 23.0을 이용하여 두 군의 동질성 검증은 Chi-square, Fisher's exact test, t-test, 효과분석은 ANCOVA로 수행되었다. 자료분석 결과는 SBAR 이용 팀 기반 시뮬레이션 교육에 참여한 그룹이 비판적사고(F=11.91, p<.001)와 의사소통명확성(F=4.40, p=.040)에서 대조군에 비해 유의하게 효과를 나타내었다. 이러한 결과를 토대로 간호학생들을 위한 SBAR 이용 팀 기반 시뮬레이션 학습은 '기본간호학 이론 및 실습' 수업시 효과적이며 간호학생들을 위한 교수법으로 권장 될 수 있음을 나타내었다.
