The construction industry is considered to be a fatal accident industry, accounting for 28.5% of the total industrial accidents in 2017, as the number of industrial accidents in the construction industry has steadily increased over the past decade. So it is necessary to consider introducing Resilience Engineering, which is actively applied to risky industries around the world, to drastically reduce construction accidents. Although Resilience Engineering, which has emerged as the next-generation safety management centered on Hollnagel since the 2000s, claims the importance of strengthening Resilience abilities considering organizational structure and culture, most studies focus only on developing evaluation indicators. The purpose of this study is to analyze the impact of an organization's safety culture on its Resilience abilities in the construction industry. Specifically, it conducted empirical analysis on the impact of safety culture consisting of 'communication, leadership and safety systems' on the Resilience abilities(responding ability, monitoring ability, learning ability, anticipating ability), and the mediation relationship between leadership, communication, and safety system. The survey was conducted on construction workers, and an empirical analysis was conducted on the final 154 responses using SPSS 25 and Smart PLS 3. The results showed that the safety system had a significant impact on all Resilience Abilities, and communication had a significant impact on the remaining three except for anticipating ability among Resilience Abilities. On the other hand, leadership has been shown to have a significant impact on anticipating ability only. In the verifying of the mediation relationship between leadership, communication and safety systems, it was found that leadership affects all Resilience abilities by means of safety systems, but communication can only affect responding ability. This study has practical significance in that it suggests the need for policy-level efforts to introduce and apply Resilience Engineering and then expanded the effective safety management assessment of the construction industry in the future. Moreover, the academic implications are important in that the study attempted to expand the academic scope for a paradigm shift in the future as the safety culture has identified its impact on the Resilience abilities.

본 연구의 목적은 언어장애 환자군의 의사소통 능력 향상을 위하여 스마트 기기 기반의 언어재활 프로그램 개발에 있다. 이를 위하여 기존에 개발된 다양한 국내외 의사소통 언어훈련 프로그램을 비교분석하여 구체적인 의사소통 범위 및 훈련 과제, 문항 등을 검토하여 과제 구성에 필요한 콘텐츠를 선별하였다. 다양한 의미범주와 문법요소를 포함하고 언어학적 단위에 기초하여 단어수준, 의미범주, 문장수준, 담화수준의 이해산출 능력 향상을 위하여 17개의 의미범주를 추출하고 29개의 훈련과제와 3780개의 훈련 문항을 제작하였으며, 윈도우를 기반으로 하는 관리 프로그램과 안드로이드 기반 재활 훈련 애플리케이션을 개발하였다. 본 언어재활 프로그램은 가정에서 쉽고 편리하게 홈 프로그램으로 사용되어 언어훈련 효과를 증대시킬 수 있으며, 환자 관리 및 훈련 결과 데이터베이스 구축 등 언어장애 환자군의 치료에 유용하게 사용될 것으로 기대된다. 향후 언어장애 환자군 별 언어재활 효과 검증 등의 후속 연구가 진행될 예정이다.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to evaluate the educational outcome of applied integrated curriculum in a nursing college. In order to evaluate the educational outcome students' ability was surveyed for the four main elements of the curriculum. Four main elements were ability in application of nursing process, communication skill, critical thinking disposition, and competence in nursing profession. Method: The subjects were 97 nursing students who had been educated by the integrated curriculum for 4 years. Data were collected using self-report questionnaire on Dec. 6, 2006, and analyzed by using ANOVA, t-test, and pearson correlation coefficient. Result: The mean score of ability in application of nursing process was 3.78/5.00, communication skill was 3.98/5.00, critical thinking disposition was 3.73/5.00, and competence in nursing profession was 4.04/5.00. There was a significant correlation between four main elements of the curriculum. There was a significant difference in students' level of ability according to subjects' evaluation to the curriculum. Conclusion: The study results suggested that review and supplementation of the integrated curriculum. And further study on the educational outcome in order to upgrade the curriculum are needed.

In this study, the effects of the small group collaborative learning on students' achievement, the retention of the achievement, communication anxiety, and science learning motivation were investigated. The aptitude-treatment interaction between the level of students' self-directed learning ability and the intervention was also examined. Two classes (38 students) from an elementary school were respectively assigned to a control group and a treatment group. A self-directed learning ability test, a communication anxiety test, and a science learning motivation test were administered as pretests. The intervention lasted for 8 class periods. After instruction, an achievement test, the communication anxiety test, and the science learning motivation test were administered. An achievement retention test were also administered after four weeks. The results indicated that there were significant treatmentaptitude interaction effects in the achievement test scores and the achievement retention test scores. In the communication anxiety and the science learning motivation, however, any significant difference was not found between the scores of the treatment group and the control group. Educational implications are discussed.

Although the dual modulation wave method can solve the low-frequency neutral point potential (NPP) fluctuation problem for three-level neutral point clamped converters, it also increases the switching frequency and limits the zero-sequence voltage. That makes it harmful when dealing with the NPP drift problem if the converter suffers from a long dead time or asymmetric loads. By introducing two degrees of freedom (2-DOF), an NPP control based on a search optimization method can demonstrate its ability to cope with the above mentioned two types of NPP problems. However, the amount of calculations for obtaining an optimal 2-DOF is so large that the method cannot be applied to certain industrial applications with an inexpensive digital signal processor. In this paper, a novel optimal 2-DOF-based NPP control is proposed. The relationships between the NPP and the 2-DOF are analyzed and a method for directly determining the optimal 2-DOF is also discussed. Using a direct calculation method, the amount of calculations is significantly reduced. In addition, the proposed method is able to maintain the strongest control ability for the two types of NPP problems. Finally, some experimental results are given to confirm the validity and feasibility of the proposed method.

본 연구는 치과위생사의 직무만족도와 의사소통능력을 살펴보고 그에 따른 조직 내 의사소통에 영향을 주는 요인을 규명하고. 이를 통해 임상현장에서 치과위생사의 효율적인 의사소통을 통하여 직무만족 향상에 도움을 줄 수 있는 의사소통능력 개발교육에 활용하는 기초자료를 제공하고자 시행하였다. 연구 대상은 서울과 경기지역 치과 병. 의원에서 근무하고 있는 치과위생사 200명을 대상으로 2019년 5월 18일부터 6월 12일까지 설문 조사하였다. 직무만족도와 의사소통, 조직 내 의사소통의 상관관계를 알아보기 위해 Pearson's 상관관계 분석을 시행하였고 직무만족도와 의사소통이 조직 내 의사소통에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위해 다중회귀분석을 시행하였다. 연구 결과 직무만족도(r=0.193 p<0.05)와 의사소통능력(r=0.404, p<.001)은 조직 내 의사소통과 유의한 양의 상관관계로 나타났으며, 개인의 의사소통 능력(β=0.461, p<.001), 이 조직 내 의사소통에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 치과 위생사의 의사소통 능력을 향상시키기 위해 전문 직업인으로 업무에 대한 자부심을 갖도록 직무만족을 높이고, 명확한 자기의사표현과 효과적인 의사소통이 이루어 질 수 있도록 치과 기관 내 교육과 관련 내용의 보수교육 참여 기회를 확대 제공하는 등의 노력이 필요 할 것이다.

건축프로젝트의 성공적인 수행을 위해서는 현장 조직의 커뮤니케이션 수준을 높여서 조직 구성원의 협업 능력을 향상시켜야 한다. 따라서 본 연구의 목적은 건축프로젝트 현장 조직을 대상으로 현장 조직 커뮤니케이션이 프로젝트 성과에 어떤 영향을 미치는지 파악하는 것이다. 연구 결과 커뮤니케이션 품질은 프로젝트 성과에 긍정적인 영향을 미치며, 정보공유는 프로젝트 성과에 부정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 건축프로젝트 성과를 향상시키기 위해서는 현장 조직에서 정보공유를 일정수준 이상 달성해야 하고, 커뮤니케이션 품질을 향상시켜야 한다. 본 연구 결과는 건축프로젝트 현장 조직의 수행관리 체계를 구축하는데 기여할 수 있을 것이다.

This study analyzed the process of steps in a program introducing Renzulli's enrichment triad model and various levels of posing open-ended problems of those who participated in the program for mathematics-gifted elementary students. As results, participants showed their abilities of problem posing related to real life in a program introducing Renzulli's enrichment triad model. From eighteen mathematical responses, gifted students were generally outstanding in terms of producing problems that demonstrated high quality completion, communication, and solvability. Amongst these responses from fifteen open-ended problems, all of which showed that the level of students' ability to devise questions was varied in terms of the problems' openness (varied possible outcomes), complexity, and relevance. Meanwhile, some of them didn't show their ability of composing problem with concepts, principle and rules in complex level. In addition, there are high or very high correlations among factors of mathematical problems themselves as well as open-ended problems themselves, and between mathematical problems and open-ended problems. In particular, factors of mathematical problems such as completion, communication, and solvability showed very high correlation with relevance of the problems' openness perspectives.

The purpose of this study is to improve the writing skills through activities to read and summarize the internet children newspaper article. The subjects of study are the college students of A2-B1 level in the French writing classes. The range of study was as follows: - As the previous activity of writing, activities of teaching and learning of vocabularies to comprehend the internet children newspaper article. - learn about the rules of summary - writing the summary The children's newspaper used in this study has the advantage that can increase the learning motivation of learners as having a topicality by itself and a level of easy language. The summary activities can be called a comprehensive activities of teaching and learning that combine the critical reading ability that can distinguish important information and secondary one with the creative writing ablility that can reconstruct one's own style from the selected content. In addition, the summary assists the understanding of a text and is a help to its memory. It is the strategy of reading comprehension and also is simultaneously the strategy of writing that can write with one's own vocabulary by newly structuring the text. The results of this study will provide a vitality for the education environment and field of study of French language that have been neglected the writing ability. Moreover it will be the motivation to propose a way of a balanced French language communication to our French language learners weighted on oral communication.

Spreading codes with ZCD(zero-correlation duration) property have the MAI(multiple access interference) rejection ability in the CDMA systems. A class of multi-level spreading codes, i.e., Zero padded ternary ZCD codes are introduced in this paper. By the selected zero-padding method to the binary ZCD codes, ternary ZCD codes are generated and they have enhanced ZCD property and family size than the binary ZCD codes.
