The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of task conflict on job attitudes (organizational commitment & job satisfaction), focusing on the mediating effects of supervisory communication & co-worker communication. Recently, the importance of communication as a research topic has been increasing. According to prior research, communication satisfaction has a positive effect on job performance. However, studies which take into account the different types of communication are lacking. Therefore, this study considered two types of communication (supervisory communication and coworker communication). A research model and hypotheses were developed in order to examine the theoretical research issues and questions. The sample consisted of 280 survey data drawn from employees in firms located in Korea. The data was analyzed by the statistical packages, SPSS 21.0 & AMOS 21.0 for Windows. The findings of the analysis are as follows. Firstly, it was found that task conflict had a negative (-) effect on organizational commitment & job satisfaction. Therefore, H1a & H1b are supported. Secondly, it was found that task conflict had a negative (-) effect on supervisory communication. Therefore, H2a is supported. However, it did not have a significant effect on co-worker communication. Hence, H2b is not supported. Thirdly, as regards the mediating effect of supervisory communication, it was found that supervisory communication mediated the effect of task conflict on job attitudes (organizational commitment & job satisfaction). Therefore, H3a & H3b are supported. Finally, the mediating effect of co-worker communication was not significant. Therefore, none of the sub-hypotheses of H4 are supported. Based on these findings, this study suggested directions for future research.

This study was conducted to identify the impact factors of SBAR reporting education applied during clinical practice of nursing students on communication clarity, communication satisfaction, reporting confidence, and communication competency. Data collection period was from December 1st, 2019 to December 20th, 2019 and two nursing universities extracted conveniently for third graders who completed clinical practice for more than six weeks. The number of eligible applicants is 103 who received SBAR reporting and training and 113 who did not receive training. Data were analyzed by t-tests, one-way ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficient analysis using the SPSS 21.0 program. Positive correlation were between communication clarity and communication competency(r=.52, p<.001), and between reporting confidence and communication satisfaction(r=.53, p<.001), communication competency and reporting confidence(r=.46, p<.001). communication competency was a significant influence factor with communication clarity(𝛽=.28, p<.001), communication satisfaction(𝛽=.43, p<.001), and reporting confidence(𝛽=.15, p=.009) 49.0% explanatory power. In conclusion, it is necessary for nursing students to develop educational systems and teaching methods to strengthen the reporting system by identifying practical skills during clinical practice.
The purpose of this study was to examine the factors related to satisfaction of users for the order communication system (OCS). The subjects of this study were 98 clerks at Chosun university hospital. The instruments used for this study were the conveniency and the practical application of the data developed by Lee, the satisfaction level developed by Sea Seang-mi and Kim in-sook. The data was analyzed by using the t-test, ANOVA, Pearson Correlation, Stepwise Multiple Regression with SPSS 10.0 program. The mean scores of the conveniency, the practical application of the data and the satisfaction level of user for the OCS was 3.28, 3.29 and 3.34, respectively. In general characteristics of the respondents, influencing factors to the perceived the conveniency of user for the OCS were gender, career and department. The correlation between the satisfaction level and the practical application of the data were statistically significant. In conclusion, The main factors influencing to the satisfaction level of user for the OCS were the practical application of the data. Therefore, it is recommended that guidebooks of user for the OCS or various OCS programs to promote the satisfaction level of user for the OCS and to improve the satisfaction level of user for the OCS should be developed.
Purpose: This study is a descriptive research study to determine the level of professional autonomy, professional self-concept, and job satisfaction of emergency nurses, and to investigate their correlations and verify the effects of professional autonomy and professional self-concept on job satisfaction. Method: The subjects were 189 emergency nurses with a work experience of 1 year or more, in 14 hospitals located in B and U Metropolitan Cities. The study was conducted from July 20, 2014, to August 30, 2014. The measurement instruments for professional autonomy, professional self-concept, and job satisfaction were used as the measurement tools. The collected data were analyzed using the t-test, analysis of variance, Scheffe's test, Pearson's correlation coefficient, and multiple linear regression. Results: Job satisfaction among emergency nurses showed a significant positive correlation with professional autonomy (r=.28, p <.001), and with professional selfconcept (r=.50, p <.001) with sub-areas of professional practice (r=.79, p <.001), satisfaction (r=.64, p <.001), and communication (r=.25, p <.001). Factors affecting job satisfaction were satisfaction (${\beta}$=0.60, p <.001), followed by low professional autonomy (${\beta}$=-0.24, p <.001) and communication (${\beta}$=0.14, p =.008), which accounted in total for 48.3% of the effect. Conclusion: This study suggests that enhancing professional satisfaction, maintaining proper communication, and securing autonomy are required to improve the job satisfaction among emergency nurses.

We study empirically analyzed the final 216 copies of the responses from SME organization members in Seoul and Gyeonggi regions using statistical programs of SPSS24.0 and AMOS 24.0. In other words, the effect of job satisfaction on the organizational culture and job environment characteristics perceived by members of the organization, and the relationship between job satisfaction and job performance is shown as follows. First, the organizational culture of consensus, development, hierarchy, and rationality was statistically significant in job satisfaction. Therefore, the hypothetical one-man organizational culture was adopted by showing a positive (+) effect on job satisfaction. Second, job environment characteristics such as autonomy in job performance, compensation system, physical environment, and human environment had a positive effect on job satisfaction. That is, the job environment characteristics of hypothesis 2 were adopted as a positive (+) influence relationship on organizational satisfaction. Third, job satisfaction was expressed as a positive (+) influence relationship with job performance, so hypothesis 3 was adopted. As a result of this study, the higher the organizational member's perception of organizational culture and job environment characteristics is, the higher the job satisfaction is, and the improvement in job satisfaction is meaningful in that it provides theoretical and practical implications that indicate job performance.

The purpose of this study is to check whether the satisfaction of the R&D (Research & Development) project directly affects the R&D performance, and to find out whether the satisfaction with regional connectivity and the satisfaction with the R&D operation management significantly mediate the relationship that the satisfaction with the R&D project has on the R&D performance. In order to verify the research hypothesis on this, a total of 51 companies located in Jeollanam-do that actually conducted R&D research projects were surveyed and analyzed. In order to conduct an empirical study based on the collected questionnaire, a survey questionnaire related to the variables of the study model was composed based on a sample of 51 questionnaires. We used the SPSS program to verify the hypotheses in this study, and the hypotheses were verified by analyzing the validity, reliability, correlation, and deflection. As a result, there was a positive (+) significant relationship between R&D project satisfaction and R&D performance. In addition, it was found that the relationship between R&D project satisfaction and R&D performance was significantly mediated by the satisfaction with R&D regional connectivity and satisfaction with R&D project operation management.
This research seeks to clarify correlationship between satisfaction of visually impaired, hearing impaired and mentally disabled mothers and their burden of raising their children and whether communication between their children mediates their relationship. This research tries to set a standard performing method to alleviate burden of raising children and devise an effective parenting method. The study was done in cooperation with 13 welfare centers for the disabled in the Seoul area, 23 and performed 300 questionnaires were distributed. Hearing impaired person had answered by themselves, and visually impaired were provided with disability aid, by reading the questionnaire to them. 210 responses were collected, and 187 were used for final analysis. Analysis showed that burden of fostering showed a negative correlation between satisfaction as a mother and availability for communication. Moreover, communication with the children were shown to mediate the satisfaction as a parent and burden of raising the children. Thus, the goal is to reduce the burden of fostering for female disabled and increase their satisfaction as a parent as well as enhancing their communicational skills.
This research aims to verify the moderating effect of sports activity satisfaction in the relationship between adolescents' communication skills and positive self-concept within peer group. To achieve this purpose, this study extracted 250 samples from five boys high schools in Gyeonggi-do, and used survey of 232 students for actual analysis excluding the surveys with unfaithful answer or double entry. Questionnaire was used as a tool for collecting data and conducted frequency analysis, correlation analysis and moderator regression analysis to analyze the collected data. This study drew the following results. It was identified that sub-factors of sports activity satisfaction as social, physical, environmental and educational satisfaction have the moderating effect in the relationship between adolescents' communication skills and social self-concept with peer group. In other words, communication skills within adolescents' peer group play an important role in improving positive self-concept, but when sports activity satisfaction put as a moderating variable, adolescents' positive self-concept would be more improved.
The purpose of this study was to examine related variables that improve learning outcomes in collaborative learning. Based on literature reviews, emotional intelligence was used as a variable of personal character, communication ability and collective intelligence were used as variables in learning process, and learning satisfaction, and persistence were used as variables of learning outcomes. Data were collected from 3,475 students at A university, and were analyzed using structural equation modeling. The results of this study are as follows: First, it turned out that emotional intelligence had a significant and positive impact on communication ability, collective intelligence, learning satisfaction, and persistence. Second, communication ability influenced collective intelligence and persistence positively. Third, collective intelligence influenced learning satisfaction and persistence positively. Fourth, learning satisfaction had a significant and positive impact on persistence. These findings offer basic data for collaborative learning by revealing the structural relationships among related variables that improve learning outcomes in collaborative learning of college students.
The purpose of this study is to research whether organizational culture affected job satisfaction and whether there was the mediating effect of communication in the relationship between organizational culture and job satisfaction. This study analyzed the mediating effect with SEM using data of the HCCP in 2015. The results of the study are as follows. First, it was found that innovative, relationship, rational culture significantly influenced the job satisfaction of the employees. Second, the effect of innovative, relationship, hierarchical, rational culture on job satisfaction was mediated through communication. Therefore, this study suggested creating an innovative and relationship-oriented organizational culture and a working environment that could facilitate smooth communication in the enterprises.
