These data were acquired by 630 residents at Changwon city and Masan city in Kyungsang-namdo. 66.7% of them were positive or strongly positive on collaborative housings. This is presented the emerging housing needs because they were fed up with the present supply system of housings. They wanted that collaborative housings is low rising buildings and under 20 dwelling units, but rather to protect their own private spaces than to actualize community or common spaces. Sport facilities and parking spaces were the favourite spaces, but common dining room and laundry etc were disfavor spaces of community spaces. Now, to actualize the collaborative housings will be need the coordinate groups to have the special knowledge and experience.

This study analyzes the common space of the high schools before and after the decade of 2009 which starts Subject-centered clusters school plan, and proposes the direction of common space planning for the future. Based on the floor plans of high schools awarded as excellent school facilities every year, first, types and numbers of common space, second, area ratio between common space and program space and also moving space and staying space, third, space connections were analyzed for tracking the change of the relationship between common, staying and program spaces. The study results demonstrated that types, numbers and area ratio of the common space were increased as the years go on. Especially, the area ratio of staying space was dramatically increased after 2009 and this result was caused by the home-base, alcove space, and hall that were adopted for subject-centered clusters planning after 2009. Connecting diagram of staying area and program spaces also shows the spaces related to staying area were changed from a classrooms and administrative office etc. to a library, gym, and seminar rooms etc. In case of staying area, it would have a value as a common space for various student activities such as group activities, meetings, and multi-uses. Because student activities would be changed and encouraged depending on the location, sizes and program spaces around staying area, it should be emphasized that the planning for staying area is critical for future school design.

The purpose of this paper is to establish some coupled coincidence point theorems for a pair of mappings having a strict mixed g-monotone property satisfying a contractive condition of rational type in the framework of partially ordered metric spaces. Also, we present a result on the existence and uniqueness of coupled common fixed points. The results presented in the paper generalize and extend several well-known results in the literature.

In this paper, we introduce asymptotically quasi-$f-g$-nonexpansive mappings in convex normed vector spaces and consider approximating common fixed points of a sequence of asymptotically quasi-$f-g$-nonexpansive mappings in convex normed vector spaces.

In this paper, we give some new definitions of compatible mappings in intuitionistic fuzzy metric spaces and we prove a common fixed point theorem for four mappings under the condition of compatible mappings of type (I) and of type (II) in complete intuitionistic fuzzy metric spaces.

In this work we have considered several common fixed point results in metric spaces for weak compatible mappings. By applications of these results we establish some fixed point theorems in fuzzy metric spaces.

In this paper we generalize the results of Ili$\acute{c}$ and Rako$\check{c}$evi$\acute{c}$. Also, we generalize one of Berinde's results to cone metric spaces. And we introduce the notion of compatible mappings of type (BC), and we establish a common fixed point theorem for these mappings.

In this paper, using the notion of generalized metric (or D-metric) due to Dhage [3], we give new definition of M-fuzzy metric spaces and prove a common fixed point theorem for two mappings under the condition of weak compatible and R-weakly commuting mappings in complete M-fuzzy metric spaces.

This study explores the patterns of housing-related attitudes and the kind of needs for shared community spaces among small-sized apartment housing dwellers. The major findings are as follows. The majority of the dwellers are in a strong need of common spaces. especially for children's activities. social gathering and physical exercises. Housing consciousness can be grouped into 4 categories the propensity to making up common society. the propensity to pursuing the quality of neighborhood. the propensity to orienting natural environment. and the propensity to participating in community. Families with children in primary school are more likely to get involved in the community and the common society than those with children in high school or those in the stage of launching a family. The propensity to making up common society and pursing the quality of neighborhood have stronger impact on needs for shared community space. This study reveals that the sense of community orientation is the most powerful predictor variable for shared community space needs.

In this paper, we introduce a new class of mappings called the generalized orthogonal F-Suzuki contraction for a family of multivalued mappings in the setup of orthogonal b-metric spaces. We established the existence of some common fixed point results without using any commutativity condition for this new class of mappings in orthogonal b-metric spaces. Moreover, we illustrate and support these common fixed point results with example. The results obtained in this work generalize and extend some recent and classical related results in the existing literature.
