Previous document clustering method, NSTC measures similarities between two document pairs using TF-IDF during web document clustering. In this paper, we propose new similarity measure using common phrase-based relational graph, not TF-IDF. This method suggests that weighting common phrases by relational graph presenting relationship among common phrases in document collection. And experimental results indicate that proposed method is more effective in clustering document collection than NSTC.

In this paper, we introduce and study an explicit hybrid relaxed extragradient iterative method to approximate a common solution to generalized mixed equilibrium problem and fixed point problem for a nonexpansive semigroup in Hilbert space. Further, we prove that the sequence generated by the proposed iterative scheme converges strongly to the common solution to generalized mixed equilibrium problem and fixed point problem for a nonexpansive semigroup. This common solution is the unique solution of a variational inequality problem and is the optimality condition for a minimization problem. The results presented in this paper are the supplement, improvement and generalization of the previously known results in this area.

We have studied electro-optical characteristics and stability of liquid crystal director depending on electrode patterning of common electrode on top substrate in patterned vertical alignment (PVA) mode. In the present studies, new type of common electrode pattern was suggested to enhance a dark state by reducing interference area due to data signal. According to the simulation result, PVA device with new common electrode pattern contributed to Improvement of an aperture ratio.

The acute and subacute toxicity of fumomsin $B_1$ was evaluted in fingerlings of common carp, Cyprinus carpio. Dipping of fish for acute toxicity was performed for a period of 48 hours, and the $TLm_{48h}$ value(median tolerance limit) was more than 1000 ppm in common carp. Severe damages were observed in various organs and among them, clubbing of gill lamella, lytic degeneration and vacuolation of liver cells, and epithelial edema of renal tubules were relatively prominent. The most significant changes were hyperbasophilic foci of liver cells in subacute toxicity test and these can imply the possibility of hepatocarcinogenecity of fumonisin $B_1$.

In this paper, the fuzzy output-feedback controller is addressed for a discrete-time nonlinear interconnected systems with common input. The nonlinear interconnected system is represented by a T-S (Takagi-Sugeno) fuzzy model. Based on T-S fuzzy interconnected system, the fuzzy output-feedback controller is designed with common input. The stability condition of the closed-loop system is represented to the LMI (Linear Matrix Inequality) form. PEMFC model is given to show the verification of the controller discussed throughout the paper.

Common variable immune deficiency (CVID) is the most common primary immune deficiency, which is manifested as chronic recurrent respiratory infections and hypoglobulinemia. CVID usually presents in the second or third decade of life. A 33-year-old woman was admitted with recurrent pneumococcal pneumonia with bacteremia and had very low levels of serum immunoglobulin G, M and A. This case emphasized a high index of suspiciousness for diagnosis of CVID in a mid-adulthood patient presenting with recurrent pneumonia with hypoglobulinemia.

In order to reduce IR drop through common electrode in AMOLED, we propose a novel method to form electrical contact between highly-conductive bus lines and common electrode by using a plasma-assisted patterning of OLED layers and double deposition of the common electrode. Plasma-assisted patterning effects on OLED performance and degradation have been investigated. This patterning method caused turn-on voltage decrease, current flow increase at the same applied OLED voltages, quantum efficiency decrease, and rapid degradation at early stage during the lifetime test. However, comparable 70% luminance lifetime were obtained for both patterned and non-patterned OLEDs.

The purpose of this paper is to establish the common fixed point theorem in the intuitionistic fuzzy metric space in which it is a little revised in Park [11]. Our research are an extension of Jungck's common fixed point theorem [8] in the intuitionistic fuzzy metric space.

As a result from Hasse's theorem it is not always possible to share a common key between any two ECC public keys. Even though ECC algorithm is more efficient than any other Encryption's with respect to the encryption strength per bit, ECC ElGamal algorithm can not be used to distribute a common key to ECC PKI owners. Approaching mathematical ways in a practical situation, we suggest possible conditions to share a common key with ECC PKI's. Using computer experiments, we also show that these suggestions are right. In the conditions, we can distribute a common key to proper peoples with ECC ElGamal algorithm.

This is an experimental study on the performance characteristics and combustion characteristics of common-rail type diesel engine by using ultrasonic energy. It is carried out engine performance by engine dynamometer test and combustion characteristics using ultrasonically irradiated diesel fuel in comparison with using conventional diesel fuel. In analyzing the experiments of these results generally, these are obtained as follows. There is an affirmative effect on the side of the improvement of power and the reduction of smoke by applying the ultrasonically irradiated diesel fuel to the common rail engine. But there is less effect on the side of improvement of BSFC.
