Resource availability when dining out was measured by objective index(time of dining out, dining out expense) and subjective index(perceived satisfaction with time of dining out and dining out expense). In this study, 500 questionnaires(male & female adults) located in Seoul and the metropolitan area were sampled by convenience sampling and gather in 433 sheets of questionnaire. Data was analyzed by frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis using SPSS Win 12.0. As a result there was high positive correlation between time of dining out, dining out expense and perceived satisfaction with time of dining out and dining out expense. Moreover, dining out resources impact on leisure life satisfaction and quality of life. Leisure life satisfaction had fairly high effects on quality of life. Since there is an increase in leisure time the desire to improve quality of life while enjoying dining out as a part of leisure life is increasing and as various forms of consumption takes place, it suggests that segmentation of dining out market is necessary and marketing strategy should be established.

  • Purpose: This study was conducted to construct and test a structural model on family life satisfaction of aged individuals living at home. The conceptual model was based on Bandura's self-efficacy and social cognitive theories (1977; 1986) and Bowen's (1976) family systems theory. Methods: From January 25 to March 5, 2016, 227 older adults living at home completed a structured questionnaire. Data were analyzed to calculate the direct and indirect effects of factors affecting family life satisfaction. SPSS WIN 20.0 and AMOS 20.0 were used. Results: The hypothetical model was a good fit for the data. The model fit indices were ${\chi}^2=78.05$, ${\chi}^2/df=1.35$, RMSR=.02, GFI=.98, AGFI=.96, NFI=.94, CFI=.98, and RMSEA=.05. Family life satisfaction was positively affected by perceived collective family efficacy, status of physical health, family communication, and family support. Depression resulted in a significant negative effect. Family differentiation had a significant indirect effect on family life satisfaction. The model explained 76% of variance in family life satisfaction. Conclusion: Perceived collective family efficacy, status of physical health, depression, family differentiation, family communication, and family support were significant factors explaining family life satisfaction among older adults staying at home. Further research should be conducted to seek intervention strategies to improve family life satisfaction among older adults living at home by focusing on the respective contributing factors.

  • This study analyzes educational panel on the relationship between college life and job satisfaction of women college graduates. Higher college satisfaction increases job satisfaction of women workers with college degrees. Job training programs increase job satisfaction. However, job satisfaction relative to her skills and competency becomes lower when they complete a number of job training programs. Moreover, English education and job training programs exert positive influences over the effects of college satisfaction on job satisfaction of women workers with college degrees. Thus, although there are conflicting aspects, job training programs have potentials to contribute to the job satisfaction. The results of the study suggest that college life is closely related with their job experiences. However, Korean society neglects the importance of college relative to four-year university. Thus, Korean society exerts efforts toward enhancing the educational quality of college education.
