인지행동적 학업스트레스 대처훈련이 초등학생의 학업스트레스와 학업스트레스 대처방식에 미치는 효과 (The Effects of Cognitive-Behavioral Academic Stress Coping Training on Elementary School Children's Academic Stress and Coping Strategy)

  • 본 연구는 초등학생의 학업스트레스를 감소시키고 학업스트레스에 보다 효율적으로 대처할 수 있는 능력을 키우기 위한 인지행동적 학업스트레스 대처 프로그램을 개발하여 그 효과를 알아보는데 목적이 있다. 이러한 연구목적을 달성하기 위해 경상남도 소재 Y초등학교 24명의 아동을 각각 훈련집단과 통제집단에 12명씩 임의 배정하여, 매회 40분씩 주 2회, 6주간에 걸쳐 총 12회기로 구성된 프로그램을 실시하였으며 프로그램 실시 전후와 종료 4주 후에 학업스트레스 질문지와 학업스트레스 대처방식 질문지를 실시하여 프로그램의 효과를 평가하였다. 본 연구에서 사용한 프로그램은 먼저 학업스트레스 유발상황 조사지를 제작하여 초등학생들이 흔히 경험하는 학업과 관련된 스트레스상황을 조사하고, 그러한 상황에서 아동들이 경험하는 스트레스를 인식하도록 도와주어 학업스트레스 유발상황에서 나타나는 인지적 왜곡을 수정하여 학업스트레스에 적절하게 대처하는 방법에 초점을 두고 구성하였다. 또한 국가 청소년 위원회에서 위기청소년을 위해 개발한 인지행동 집단상담 프로그램과 학업스트레스를 조절하는데 사용된 기존의 프로그램들을 초등학생에게 적용 가능한 형태로 수정하였다. 본 연구의 결과 인지행동적 학업스트레스 대처훈련은 첫째, 아동들이 학업스트레스 유발상황에서 경험하는 성적, 수업과 공부 및 과제관련 스트레스를 감소시키고 그 효과를 지속시키는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 학업스트레스에 대한 대처방식을 유의미하게 변화시키는 것으로 나타났다. 대처방식 중 소극적-회피적 대처와 도움추구적 대처는 유의미하게 변화시키는 것으로 나타났으나 적극적 대처에 미치는 효과는 다소 제한적인 것으로 나타났다.

  • Objective: The purpose of this study is to compare the effects of the CO-OP program using cognitive strategy on the satisfaction and high-level cognitive function of chronic stroke patients with cognitive impairment with the existing task-oriented approach training method. Method: The group randomly selects the experimental group and control group from 30 patients who suffer cognitive damage due to brain damage, and then randomly presents the Cognitive Orientation to daily Occupative Performance (CO-OP) Results: The results of the study showed a significant increase in patient performance and satisfaction, task performance, and high-level cognitive functions in comparison to those before training (p<).05) There was no significant difference in CNT testing in controls; Although there were no significant differences in overall CNT testing between the two groups, the COPM, AMPS tests showed a significant increase in the experimental group compared to the comparators (p <.05). Conclusion: The Cognitive Orientation to Daily Occupative Performance (CO-OP) Intervention Act, which uses meta-in strategies, was previously used. We were able to confirm that it could be a more effective intervention in task performance and high-level cognitive function than in the Meaningful Task-Specific Training Program (MTST).

완벽주의와 인지적 정서조절 전략이 시험불안에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Perfectionism and Cognitive-Emotion Regulation Strategies on Test Anxiety)

  • This study examined the effects of perfectionism and cognitive-emotion regulation strategies on the test anxiety. The participants in this study were 423(227 boys, 196 girls) 6th graders recruited from four elementary schools in Seoul, Korea. The participants completed the Test Anxiety Inventory-Korea(Kim, 1991), the Child and Adolescent Perfectionism Scale(CAPS; Flett at al, 2000), and the Cognitive-Emotion Regulation Questionnaire(CERQ; Garnefski, 2001). The results of this study were as follows. First, self-oriented perfectionism and socially prescribed perfectionism were both positively associated with test anxiety. Additionally, the children who used more adaptive cognitive-emotion regulation strategies reported lower test anxiety, whereas the children who used more maladaptive cognitive-emotion regulation strategies reported higher test anxiety. Secondly, there was an interactional effect between self-oriented perfectionism and maladaptive cognitive-emotion regulation strategies on test anxiety. Lastly, socially prescribed perfectionism and cognitive-emotion regulation strategies had a significant effect on children's test anxiety. However, there were no interactional effects observed between socially prescribed perfectionism and cognitive-emotion regulation strategies on test anxiety.

학급상담 전략이 배척아동의 대인문제 해결력 향상에 미치는 효과 (The Effects of Counseling Strategy in Classroom on the Interpersonal Cognitive Problem Solving Ability of Rejected Elementary School Children)

  • 본 연구는 초등학교의 배척아동을 대상으로 교사가 학급상담 전략을 실시하여 대인문제 해결력이 어떻게 변화되는지를 알아보는데 있다. 이를 위하여 B시 소재 H초등학교 5학년 4개 학급 130명을 대상으로 또래지명법(peer nomination)을 이용한 안이환(2007)의 사회성측정 검사를 실시하여 배척아동 21명을 선발하였다 이들 중 16명을 실험집단과 통제집단에 각각 8명씩 배치하였다. 본 연구에서 사용한 교사의 학급상담 전략은 배척아동의 대인문제 해결력을 향상시킬 목적으로 자기훈육, 협동, 상호존중, 책임분담, 사회적 평등으로 구성된 Dreikurs(1971)의 학급상담전략(the counseling strategy in classroom)을 참고하여, 학급의 구조적 환경 설정, 학급활동, 상담활동, 협동학습의 네 가지 측면에서 5주 동안 실시하였다. 이에 따른 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 교사의 학급상담 전략은 배척아동의 대인문제 해결력 향상에 유의한 효과가 있었다. 하위요인별로 살펴보면, 대안적 해결사고, 원인적 해결사고를 제외한, 결과 예측사고, 수단-목적 사고에서 유의한 효과가 있었다. 둘째, 교사가 학급상담 전략을 실시한 실험집단과 그렇지 않은 통제집단의 학급 내 사회적지위(social status) 및 사회적지위에 따른 5가지 아동유형별 변화를 비교 분석한 결과, 두 집단 간에는 의미 있는 변화가 나타났다 이러한 결과를 종합해 볼 때, 본 연구의 학급상담 전략은 배척아동의 대인문제 해결력을 향상시키는데 있어서 부분적으로 긍정적인 효과가 있는 것으로 확인되었다.

학습자 인지 구조체를 이용한 추론의 개별화 전략 (A Individualized Reasoning Strategy using Learner's Cognitive Union)

  • 지식정보 사회로의 변화는 교육 패러다임의 변화를 요구하고, 이에 따라 지능형 학습과 원격 교육은 지속적인 연구 주제로서 관심을 모으고 있다. 이러한 연구 분야에서의 교수 학습 방법은 학습의 개별성, 즉, 개별 학습자의 특성에 의존하는 학습 요소 및 경로의 추출을 전제로 하며, 이는 '개별화된 추론 전략'에 대한 논의로 이어진다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 신경논리망의 확장 개념인 X-Neuronet(eXtended Neuronet)을 근거로, 학습 내용을 위계적 표상과 자체의 자기 학습(self-learning)이 가능한 학습자 인지구조체로 표현하고, 이 구조체를 이용하여 개별 학습자의 지식상태에 의존하는 추론의 개별화 전략을 설계하고, 이에 대한 타당성을 검증하였다.

Optimal Price Strategy Selection for MVNOs in Spectrum Sharing: An Evolutionary Game Approach

  • The optimal price strategy selection of two bounded rational cognitive mobile virtual network operators (MVNOs) in a duopoly spectrum sharing market is investigated. The bounded rational operators dynamically compete to sell the leased spectrum to secondary users in order to maximize their profits. Meanwhile, the secondary users' heterogeneous preferences to rate and price are taken into consideration. The evolutionary game theory (EGT) is employed to model the dynamic price strategy selection of the MVNOs taking into account the response of the secondary users. The behavior dynamics and the evolutionary stable strategy (ESS) of the operators are derived via replicated dynamics. Furthermore, a reward and punishment mechanism is developed to optimize the performance of the operators. Numerical results show that the proposed evolutionary algorithm is convergent to the ESS, and the incentive mechanism increases the profits of the operators. It may provide some insight about the optimal price strategy selection for MVNOs in the next generation cognitive wireless networks.

인지지도분석을 통한 정보보호 산업 활성화전략 (Revitalization Strategy of Information Security Industry Using Cognitive Map Analysis)

  • This study analyzed President Park's speeches and the government's industry policy in the field of information security using cognitive map. The relationship analysis between policy tool variables and policy goal variables was employed to derive revitalization strategy of information security. This paper found that entrepreneurship revitalization has very strong causality with expansion of domestic market and global market. But, on the other hand, HR development has very weak causality with job creation and future growth driver because the labor market in the information security industry is poor and its transfer rate to other industry is very high. This study showed that this cognitive map could be characterized by a scarcity of feedback loops and a strong emphasis on the positive loops in the structure of virtuous circle. In this paper, we also constructed a comprehensive cognitive map on the policy vision of information security, showing that there are a risk of cyber threat, an opportunity of new fusion security market, information security reinforcing circle, global economic circle, and domestic market circle.

예상과 확인 전략을 사용하는 초등학교 5학년 학생들의 인지적 특성 연구 (Study on Cognitive Characteristics of 5th Graders who use Expectation and Confirmation Strategies)

  • The expectation and confirmation emerging as one of problem-solving strategies in the elementary school is a strategy that does not limited in the elementary school but used in the middle and high school. This strategy inevitably requires a process of adjustment that affected by the earlier expectation. Such an adjustment raised expectation and confirmation to one of effective problem-solving strategies. The adjustment is especially important to carry out the strategy effectively. The aim of this study was to conduct basic research on cognitive characteristics appearing to students when they carried out the expectation and confirmation strategy. We investigated and analyzed this in term of adjustment of expectation. To do this, we examined 50 5th graders' response in three kinds of word problems and interviewed with 4 participants who is using the expectation and confirmation strategy. The interview was conducted by using the items or solutions used in the test. From this, we tried to check students' cognitive characteristics and recognition on it's value. Furthermore we proposed the pedagogical implications associated with these results.

일부 치위생과 학생의 학습전략과 학업성취도간의 관련성 (Relation between learning strategy and academic achievement in the dental hygiene students)

  • Objectives: The purpose of the study was to investigate the relation between learning strategy and academic achievement in the dental hygiene students. Methods: A self-reported questionnaire was completed by 207 dental hygiene students in Gyeongnam from April 1 to 30, 2014. The questionnaire consisted fo 51 questions of learning strategy and 1 question of academic achievement. The data were analyzed using SPSS 17.0 program for descriptive analyses, t-test, Pearson correlation and multiple regressing analysis. Results: The organized strategy and learning time management had a significantly positive influence on high scores in the junior and senior students. Learning strategie(r=0.419) and cognitive strategies(r=0.343), metacognitive strategies(r=0.239), resource management strategies(r=0.415) had significantly positive correlation to academic achievement. Cognitive strategy of learning strategies(p<0.05) and resource management strategies(p<0.001) had a positive effect on higher academic achievement. Conclusions: The learning strategies will provide the dental hygiene students with active participations.

A Novel Spectrum Access Strategy with ${\alpha}$-Retry Policy in Cognitive Radio Networks: A Queueing-Based Analysis

  • In cognitive radio networks, the packet transmissions of the secondary users (SUs) can be interrupted randomly by the primary users (PUs). That is to say, the PU packets have preemptive priority over the SU packets. In order to enhance the quality of service (QoS) for the SUs, we propose a spectrum access strategy with an ${\alpha}$-Retry policy. A buffer is deployed for the SU packets. An interrupted SU packet will return to the buffer with probability ${\alpha}$ for later retrial, or leave the system with probability (1-${\alpha}$). For mathematical analysis, we build a preemptive priority queue and model the spectrum access strategy with an ${\alpha}$-Retry policy as a two-dimensional discrete-time Markov chain (DTMC).We give the transition probability matrix of the Markov chain and obtain the steady-state distribution. Accordingly, we derive the formulas for the blocked rate, the forced dropping rate, the throughput and the average delay of the SU packets. With numerical results, we show the influence of the retrial probability for the strategy proposed in this paper on different performance measures. Finally, based on the trade-off between different performance measures, we construct a cost function and optimize the retrial probabilities with respect to different system parameters by employing an iterative algorithm.
