Swine influenza virus (SIV) or swine-origin influenza virus (S-OIV) is endemic in swine, and classified into influenza A and influenza C but not influenza B. Swine influenza A includes H1N1, H1N2, H3N1, H3N2 and H2N3 subtypes. Infection of SIV occurs in only swine and that of S-OIV is rare in human. What human can be infected with S-OIV is called as zoonotic swine flu. Pandemic 2009 swine influenza H1N1 virus (2009 H1N1) was emerged in Mexico, America and Canada and spread worldwide. The triple-reassortant H1N1 resulting from antigenic drift was contained with HA, NA and PB1 of human or swine influenza virus, PB2 and PA polymerase of avian influenza virus, and M, NP and NS of swine influenza virus, The 2009 H1N1 enables to transmit to human and swine. The symptoms and signs in human infected with 2009 H1N1 virus are fever, cough and sore throat, pneumonia as well as diarrhea and vomiting. Co-infection with other viruses and bacteria such as Streptococcus pneumoniae can occur high mortality in high-risk population. 2009 H1N1 virus was easily differentiated from seasonal flu by real time RT-PCR which contributed rapid and confirmed diagnosis. The 2009 H1N1 virus was treated with NA inhibitors such as oseltamivir (Tamiflu) and zanamivir (Relenza) but not with adamantanes such as amantadine and rimantadine. Evolution of influenza virus has continued in various hosts. Development of a more effective vaccine against influenza prototypes is needed to protect new influenza infection such as H5 and H7 subtypes to infect to multi-organ and cause high pathogenicity.

The nitride layer was formed on Ti and Ti-10 wt.%Ta-10 wt.%Nb alloy by a plasma nitriding method. Temperature was selected as the main experimental parameter for plasma nitriding. XRD, EDX, and hardness test were employed to analyze the evolution and material properties of the layer. The SEM observation of TiN nitride layer revealed that the thickness of nitride layer tended to increase with increasing temperature. ${\delta}-TiN$, ${\varepsilon}-Ti_{2}N$ and ${\alpha}-Ti$ phases were detected by XRD analysis and the preferred orientation of TiN nitride layer was obviously observed at (220) plane with increasing temperature. From XRD analysis after step polishing the nitride specimens treated at $850^{\circ}C$, as polishing from the surface, TiN and $Ti_{2}N$ phases decreased gradually. After polishing the surface by $4{\um}m$, a small amount of $Ti_{2}N$ and ${\alpha}-Ti$ phases were observed. The adhesive strength test result indicated that adhesive strength increased with increasing temperature.
Generally, container arrangement has been carried out based on the Classification guidelines. However, guidelines provide only container securing forces for the given container arrangement and Classification requirements of the forces. In order to design container arrangement additional information is needed such as container securing forces and arrangement that accounts for lashing bridges, vertical lashing, vertical center of gravity (VCG), and maximum stack weight. Trial and error method using the existing guidelines requires excessive amount of calculation time and cannot provide accurate results of the calculations. In order to fulfill this need, a new container securing system has been established based on the equilibrium conditions that include lashing bridges and vertical lashing. An optimization algorithm has been developed for the new system since current optimization methods such as genetic algorithms and evolution strategies are unsuitable for the container securing problems, which involve equality constraint. Design variables are container weights of tier and objective function is either total container weight or VCG of a stack. The newly developed system provides optimum arrangement of containers for both maximum stack weight and maximum VCG. It also greatly reduces time for designing container arrangement.
Hydrochemical characteristics of deep groundwater at Surak-ri, Nonsan-gun, Chungnam Province was explained by major ion concentration, water type, and phase stability diagram. The area is composed of meta-sedimentary rock and quartz pophyry. The 5 boreholes where deep groundwater was sampled and analyzed are located on the meta-sedimentary rocks and drilling depth range of the wells is from 554 m to 928 m. pH, TDS, Na, and SiO2 values are high in the groundwater from meta-sedimentary area intruded by quartz pophyry, while Ca is high in the groundwater from meta-sedimentary area. K and Mg concentrations are low but F concentration is high both groundwater. The content of major anions is in the order of CO3(HCO3)>Cl>SO4(F) in both geology, while that of major cations shows the order of Na>Ca>K(Mg) in meta-sedimentary area intruded by quartz porphyry and a>Na>Mg>Na in meta-sedimentary area. Based on the phase equilibrium in the systems Na2O-Al2O3-SiO2-H2O and K2O-Al2O3-SiO2-H2O, the groundwater is saturated with respect to Quartz and more evolved compared with the natural mineral water. It is concluded that chemical evolution in the groundwater from meta-sedimentary area intruded by quartz porphyry, is nearly saturated with
respect to feldspar, while the groundwater from meta-sedimentary area continue to proceed with increasing pH by reaction of feldspar.

In society of the big data is being recognized as one of the core technologies witch is analysis of the collected information, the intelligent evolution of society seems to be more oriented society through an optimized value creation based on a prediction technique. If we take advantage of technologies based on big data about various data and a large amount of data generated during system operation, it will be possible to support stable operation and prevention of faults and failures. In this paper, we suggested an environment using the collection and analysis of big data, and proposed an derive time series prediction model for predicting failure through server performance monitoring for data collected and analyzed. It can be capable of supporting stable operation of the IT systems through failure prediction model for the server operator.
Feedback process is one of the most important topics in the study of AGNs since it plays a key role in linking the SMBHs and their host galaxies. In order to further understand the co-evolution of SMBHs and their host galaxies, we probe the feedback process in local type-2 AGNs with a series of integral-field-spectroscopy observations. In the first part of my talk, I will introduce our GMOS observations of luminous type-2 AGNs at z < 0.1, which are selected using the integrated [O III] kinematics. Based on the dedicated emission-line diagnostics and kinematic studies, we identify the signatures of AGN-driven outflows and quantify the outflow size in the targets with extreme [O III] kinematics. For the targets without extreme [O III] kinematics, we find the presence of weak AGN-driven outflows, which are indicated by the significant differences between the kinematics of gas and stars. Then, I will present our recent study of 40 type-2 AGNs based on the SNIFS IFU. By comparing the radial profile of velocity dispersion of gas and stars, we measure the size of AGN-driven outflows in these targets and extend the outflow size-AGN luminosity relation in our previous GMOS studies. We also discuss the feedback effect of AGN-driven outflows by connecting the outflow velocity and host galaxy properties. These results highlight the importance of spatially-resolved observation in investigating gas kinematics and identifying the signatures of AGN-driven outflows.
Solar magnetograms are important for studying solar activity and predicting space weather disturbances1. Farside magnetograms can be constructed from local helioseismology without any farside data2-4, but their quality is lower than that of typical frontside magnetograms. Here we generate farside solar magnetograms from STEREO/Extreme UltraViolet Imager (EUVI) $304-{\AA}$ images using a deep learning model based on conditional generative adversarial networks (cGANs). We train the model using pairs of Solar Dynamics Observatory (SDO)/Atmospheric Imaging Assembly (AIA) $304-{\AA}$ images and SDO/Helioseismic and Magnetic Imager (HMI) magnetograms taken from 2011 to 2017 except for September and October each year. We evaluate the model by comparing pairs of SDO/HMI magnetograms and cGAN-generated magnetograms in September and October. Our method successfully generates frontside solar magnetograms from SDO/AIA $304-{\AA}$ images and these are similar to those of the SDO/HMI, with Hale-patterned active regions being well replicated. Thus we can monitor the temporal evolution of magnetic fields from the farside to the frontside of the Sun using SDO/HMI and farside magnetograms generated by our model when farside extreme-ultraviolet data are available. This study presents an application of image-to-image translation based on cGANs to scientific data.
With the exploitation of natural resources in China, underground resource extraction and underground space development, as well as other engineering activities are increasing, resulting in the creation of many defective rocks. In this paper, uniaxial compression tests were performed on rocks with double holes and fractures at different angles using particle flow code (PFC2D) numerical simulations and laboratory experiments. The failure behavior and mechanical properties of rock samples with holes and fractures at different angles were analyzed. The failure modes of rock with defects at different angles were identified. The fracture propagation and stress evolution characteristics of rock with fractures at different angles were determined. The results reveal that compared to intact rocks, the peak stress, elastic modulus, peak strain, initiation stress, and damage stress of fractured rocks with different fracture angles around holes are lower. As the fracture angle increases, the gap in mechanical properties between the defective rock and the intact rock gradually decreased. In the force chain diagram, the compressive stress concentration range of the combined defect of cracks and holes starts to decrease, and the model is gradually destroyed as the tensile stress range gradually increases. When the peak stress is reached, the acoustic emission energy is highest and the rock undergoes brittle damage. Through a comparative study using laboratory tests, the results of laboratory real rocks and numerical simulation experiments were verified and the macroscopic failure characteristics of the real and simulated rocks were determined to be similar. This study can help us correctly understand the mechanical properties of rocks with defects and provide theoretical guidance for practical rock engineering.
In this study, heterogeneous ZnO/CNTF composites were developed to improve the NO2-sensing response, facilitated by the self-heating property. Highly conductive and mechanically stable CNTFs were prepared by a wet-spinning process assisted by the liquid crystal (LC) behavior of CNTs. Metal-organic frameworks (MOFs) of ZIF-8 were precipitated on the surface of the CNTF (ZIF-8/CNTF) via one-pot synthesis in solution. The subsequent calcination process resulted in the formation of the ZnO/CNTF composites. The calcination temperatures were controlled at 400, 500, and 600 ℃ in an N2 atmosphere to confirm the evolution of the microstructures and NO2-sensing properties. Gas sensor characterization was performed at 100 ℃ by applying a DC voltage to induce Joule heating through the CNTF. The results revealed that the ZnO/CNTF composite after calcination at 500 ℃ (ZnO/CNTF-500) exhibited an improved response (Rair/Rgas = 1.086) toward 20 ppm NO2 as compared to the pristine CNTF (Rair/Rgas = 1.063). Selective NO2-sensing properties were demonstrated with negligible responses toward interfering gas species such as H2S, NH3, CO, and toluene. Our approach for the synthesis of MOF-driven ZnO/CNTF composites can provide a new strategy for the fabrication of wearable gas sensors integrated with textile materials.

The production of hydrogen via water electrolysis (i.e., green hydrogen) using renewable energy is key to the development of a sustainable society. However, most current electrocatalysts are based on expensive precious metals and require the use of highly purified water in the electrolyte. We demonstrated the preparation of a non-precious metal catalyst based on CuCo2O4 (CCO) via simple electrodeposition. Further, an optimization process for electrodeposition potential, solution concentration and electrodeposition method was develop for a catalyst-substrate integrated electrode, which indicated the highly electrocatalytic performance of the material in electrochemical tests and when applied to an anion exchange membrane water electrolyzer.
