자주식 시금치 수확장치 해석모델을 활용한 유압시스템 개선 설계 제안 (Improving Hydraulic System Design by Analysis Model of a Self-propelled Spinach Harvester)

  • This study aimed to develop solutions for the intermittent performance deterioration of self-propelled spinach harvesters through analysis model. The study was conducted in the following manner. First, changes in performance deterioration and surplus flow, which result from oil temperature changes, were analyzed by simulating actual sequential harvesting movements, which involve driving with actuators operated simultaneously, by analysis model developed in a previous study. Second, fundamental solutions for surplus flow problems were presented. Third, the solutions were applied to a virtual environment to present their practicality and quantitative effects. The two solutions based on the study results were as follows. First, a closed center-type directional control valve was applied to the hydraulic circuit. Second, an unloading system was set up through an on-off solenoid valve.

  • In this paper we suggested the moving magnet type actuator for optical disc drive which has high frequency of flexible mode. Generally, moving magnet type actuator has the advantage for increase the frequency of flexible mode. But it has low driving sensitivity due to the weight of its moving part. To overcome this shortcoming, we designed the model with the closed electromagnetic circuit for tracking direction. In addition, we improved the driving sensitivity and frequency of flexible mode by using of DOE (design of experiment) procedure for EM circuit. Consequently, it is verified that final designed model satisfied with the desired specifications.

A Low-Voltage High-Performance CMOS Feedforward AGC Circuit for Wideband Wireless Receivers

  • Wireless communication systems, such as WLAN or Bluetooth receivers, employ preamble data to estimate the channel characteristics, introducing stringent settling-time constraints. This makes the use of traditional closed-loop feedback automatic gain control (AGC) circuits impractical for these applications. In this paper, a compact feedforward AGC circuit is proposed to obtain a fast-settling response. The AGC has been implemented in a 0.35 ${\mu}m$ standard CMOS technology. Supplied at 1.8 V, it operates with a power consumption of 1.6 mW at frequencies as high as 100 MHz, while its gain ranges from 0 dB to 21 dB in 3 dB steps through a digital word. The settling time of the circuit is below 0.25 ${\mu}s$.

  • 연안에서 선박의 안전한 항행과 관제를 위해 선박간 또는 선박과 관제소간의 항행정보를 교환할 수 있도록 하는 AIS(Automatic Identification System)는 운용 방식(Low setting, High setting)에 따라 서로 다른 송신 출력 크기를 가지며, 1 ms(Transmitter Setting Time)안에 각각의 최종 출력 크기 의 20% 이내로 도달하도록 하는 동작 성능을 요구한다. 본 논문에서는 이와 같은 AIS의 송신 출력 특성에 부합할 수 있도록 전력 증폭기 모듈에 적절한 궤환 회로를 제안하고 이를 설계, 제작하였다.

  • Generally, design of feedback circuit for stable system is performed by pole-zero compensation. For the purpose of reliable and stable closed loop system, the compensator would be designed basing upon the analysis of dynamic characteristics. This paper presents analyzed results of dynamic characteristics of the boost input type ZVS converter using active-clamp circuit. The simulated results by using Matlab and the measured results by using HP4194A are presented.

  • This paper describes a gate drive circuit for series connected IGBTs in high voltage applications. The proposed control criterion of the gate circuit is to actively limit the voltages during switching transients, while minimizing switching transient and losses. In order to achieve the control criterion, an analog closed loop control scheme is adopted. The performance of gate drive circuit is examined experimentally by the series connection of three IGBTs with conventional snubber circuits. The experimental results show the voltage balancing by an active control under wide variation in loads and imbalance conditions.

  • This paper presents the analyzed results of dynamic characteristics including steady state characteristics of the boost input type ZVS converter using the active clamp circuit by the state space averaging method. From the results, it can be seen that the converter has the 5th order transfer functions and the stable closed loop characteristic is obtained by using the compensated error amplifier with 2-pole and 1-zero. The validity of all analyzed results are verified by measurement.

  • This paper presents a simple and fast delay metric RC-class interconnects under saturated ramp inputs. The RC delay metric under saturated ramp inputs, called FDM(Fast Delay Metric), can estimate delay times at an arbitrary node using a simple closed-form expression and is extended from delay metric under step input easily As compared with similar techniques proposed in previous researches, it is shown that the FDM technique complexity for a similar accuracy. As the number of circuit nodes increases, there will be a significant difference in estimation times of RC delay between the previous techniques based on two circuit moments and the FDM which do not depend on circuit moments.

Switched-Capacitor 지연 기법의 새로운 고해상도 DPWM 발생기를 이용한 Dynamic-Response-Free SMPS (Dynamic-Response-Free SMPS Using a New High-Resolution DPWM Generator Based on Switched-Capacitor Delay Technique)

  • 본 논문에서는 Switched-Capacitor 지연 기법의 새로운 고해상도 DPWM 발생기를 사용한 Dynamic-Response-Free SMPS를 제안한다. 제안된 회로는 Switched-Capacitor 지연 기법을 이용한 DPWM 발생기의 내부 커패시터 전압 기울기를 제어하는 방식으로 DPWM의 duty ratio를 결정한다. 제안된 회로는 컨버터의 피드백 전압과 기준전압을 비교하여 DPWM 발생기의 내부 캐패시터에 충방전되는 전류량을 제어하는 방식으로 출력전압 tracking이 가능하다. 따라서 제안된 회로는 기존 closed loop 제어 방식의 SMPS들에서 문제점이 되고 있는 동적 응답특성을 고려할 필요가 없으며, 출력 전압에 overshoot/undershoot로 인한 ringing 현상이 발생하지 않는다는 큰 장점을 가진다. 제안된 회로는 1MHz~10MHz까지 스위칭주파수를 사용자가 선택할 수 있으며, 100MHz의 내부 제어 동작 주파수로 10MHz 최대 스위칭 주파수(DPWM) 발생이 가능하다. 100MHz의 내부 제어 동작 주파수를 사용하여 10MHz 스위칭 주파수 발생시 소모되는 내부 회로의 최대 전류는 2.7mA이며, 출력 버퍼를 포함한 전체 시스템의 전류 소모는 15mA이다. 제안된 회로는 0.125%의 DPWM duty ratio 해상도를 가지고 부하에 최대 1A까지 전류공급이 가능하며, 최대 리플 전압은 8mV이다. 동부하이텍 BCD $0.35{\mu}m$ 공정 파라미터를 이용해 시뮬레이션을 수행하여 제안된 회로의 동작을 검증하였다.

  • About vibration model of Six-degrees-of-freedom(DOF), in mass load, examined results for knowing dynamic interference and response variation is as follows; In case of putting mass load upon the object, experimented results on two-degrees-of-freedom of the translation-1 direction and the rotation-1 direction at open-loop-control system, about 0.19 arcsed in input of the translation-$0.1{\mu}m$ and $0.022{\mu}m$ on input of the rotation-0.5 arcsec, the justicse of motion equation is acknowledged as confirming the appearance of the interference-$0.022{\mu}m$. In establishing calculation of transformation matrix by using analogue circuit, as simulating results that used incomplete differentiation, interference is $1.7{\times}10^{-3}$ arcsec on input of the translation-$0.1{\mu}m$ and $1.4{\times}10^{4}{\mu}m$ on input of the rotation-0.5 arcsec in open-loop-control system. Also it is $4.2{\times}10^{-4}$ arcsec on input of the translation-$0.1{\mu}m$ and $5.6{\times}10^{-5}{\mu}m$ on input of the rotation-0.5 arcesc in closed-loop-control system. As closed-loop-control system is better than open-loop-control system, equivalent accordance is confirmed on original response. Finally, fundamental validity of this theory is acknowledged.
