Climate change with extreme hydrological events has become a significant concern for agricultural water systems. Climate change affects not only irrigation availability but also agricultural water requirement. In response, adaptation strategies with soft and hard options have been considered to mitigate the impacts from climate change. However, their implementation has become progressively challenging and complex due to the interconnected impacts of climate change with socio-economic change in agricultural circumstances, and this can generate more uncertainty and complexity in the adaptive management of the agricultural water systems. This study was carried out for the agricultural water supply system in Seongju dam watershed in Seonju-gun, Gyeongbuk in South Korea. The first step is to identify system disturbances. Climate variation and socio-economic components with historical and forecast data were investigated Then, as the second step, problematic trends of the critical performance were identified for the historical and future climate scenarios. As the third step, a system structure was built with a dynamic hypothesis (causal loop diagram) to understand Seongju water system features and interactions with multiple feedbacks across system components in water, agriculture, and socio-economic sectors related to the case study water system. Then, as the fourth step, a mathematical SD (system dynamics) model was developed based on the dynamic hypothesis, including sub-models related to dam reservoir, irrigation channel, irrigation demand, farming income, and labor force, and the fidelity of the SD model to the Seongju water system was checked.
I have empirically investigated the relationship between work-family facilitation and perceived team performance and the moderating effect of wellness climate between work-family facilitation and perceived team performance. For testing hypothesis, hierarchical linear regression was conducted. The results of analysis are followings; hypothesis 1, work-family facilitation is positively related to perceived team performance, was significantly supported. Hypothesis 2, wellness climate moderates the association between work-family facilitation and perceived team performance. The results imply that when the HR practitioners design job and welfare program of employees should consider work-family facilitation. Additionally, to improve the performance of organization should consider not only work-family facilitation but also climate of organization supporting work-family facilitation, wellness climate.

Watershed runoff that is an important component of the hydrological processes has been significantly altered by climate variability and human activities in many watersheds around the world. It is important to investigate the impacts of climate variability and human activities on watershed runoff change for water resource management. In this study, using watershed runoff data for 109 middle-sized watersheds in Korea, the impacts of climate variability and human activities on watershed runoff change were quantitatively evaluated. Using the Pittitt test, the analysis period was divided into two sub-periods, and the impacts of climate variability and human activities on the watershed runoff change were quantified using the Budyko hypothesis-based climate elasticity method. The overall results indicated that the relative contribution of climate variability and human activities to the watershed runoff change varied by middle-sized watersheds, and the dominant factors on the watershed runoff change were identified for each watershed among climate variability and human activities. The results of this study enable us to predict the watershed runoff change considering climate variability and watershed development plans, which provides useful information for establishing a water resource management plan to reduce the risk of hydrological disasters such as drought or flood.

What kinds of environmental adaptation did people during the Chosun era take when climate change due to drought was perceived and natural disasters occurred? Research hypotheses is 'More environmental improvement projects were conducted when climate disasters were experienced than rituals for rain calling. In this study, frequency samples for Rituals for Rain (RR, 祈雨祭) defined as abnormal climate of drought, Climate Disaster(CD) and Environmental Improvement Projects(EIP) were extracted from "Chosunwangjoshillok(朝鮮王朝實錄)". The analysis among RR, CD, and EIP were studied for a regression model. Research hypothesis was statistically tested. RR took placed the order of Sejong(世宗), Sukjong(肅宗) and Youngjo(英祖), while climate disasters were extracted under the Jungjong(中宗), Sungjong(成宗) and Taijong(太宗). EIP were most active under Youngjo(英祖), Sungjong(成宗) and Taijong(太宗). During the former part of the Chosun dynasty, abnormal climate was more seriously considered than climate disasters, while the opposite pattern was shown during the latter part. In a regression analysis between EIP and CD, the equation of EIP = 0.632CD was determined. As a test result, the study hypothesis the entire Chosun dynasty was dismissed. However, it is possible to statistically support that more EIP were conducted in order to adapt to the climate change during the latter part of the dynasty when climate disaster were experienced.

This study aims at testing a hypothesis that the resilience of agricultural water systems is characterized by trade-offs and synergies of effects from climate and socioeconomic change. To achieve this, an Agricultural Water System Climate Resilience Assessment (ACRA) framework is established to evaluate comprehensive resilience of an agricultural water system to the combined impacts of the climate and socioeconomic changes with a case study in South Korea. Understanding dynamic behaviors of the agricultural water systems under climate and socioeconomic drivers is not straightforward because the system structure includes complex interactions with multiple feedbacks across components in water and agriculture sectors and climate and socioeconomic factors, which has not been well addressed in the existing decision support models. No consideration of the complex interactions with feedbacks in a decision making process may lead to counterintuitive and untoward evaluation of the coupled impacts of the climate and socioeconomic changes on the system performance. In this regard, the ACRA framework employs a System Dynamics (SD) approach that has been widely used to understand dynamics of the complex systems with the feedback interactions. In the ACRA framework applied to the case study in South Korea, the SD model works along with HOMWRS simulation. The ACRA framework will help to explore resilience-based strategies with infrastructure investment and management options for agricultural water systems.

As a domestic aviation industry has been growing continuously, the air traffic volume of en-route has increased rapidly to 2,300 a day. According to developing air navigation system including Performance Based Navigation(PBN), the manner of flights has diversified. Consequentially task of air traffic service has been increasing more and more and the organization of Air Traffic Service(ATC) established one Air traffic management Office(ATMO), extends to 3 Regional organization(Seoul, Busan, Jeju) and a number of air traffic controller exceeds 600. The purpose of this research is going to investigate the relationship between organization's safety climate and air traffic controller's safety behavior, In pursuing above, previous studies related to co-worker and supervisor's safety climate were examined for literature review. Based on this previous studies, research model was constructed. Hypothesis was verified by effect. Data from 209 samples was employed for final survey. The main results show that co-worker and supervisor's safety climate were meaningful factors to effect perceived Safety Behavior and safety knowledge, safety motivation were significantly and positive related to safety compliance.
Purpose Although examining the antecedents of employees' extra-role behavior (i.e. information security participation behavior) in the information security context is significant for researchers and practitioners, most behavioral security studies have focused on employees' in-role behavior (i.e. information security policy compliance). Thus, this research addresses this gap by investigating how organizational information security climate influences information security participation behavior based on social information processing theory and Griffin and Neal's safety model. Design/methodology/approach We developed a research model by applying Griffin and Neal's safety model to the information security context and then tested our research model by conducting an online survey for employees of organizations with information security policies. Structural equation modeling (SEM) with SmartPLS 3.3.2 is used to test the corresponding hypothesis. Findings Our results show that organizational information security climate, information security knowledge, information security motivation are effective in motivating information security participation behavior. Also, we find that organizational information security climate positively influences both information security knowledge and information security motivation. Our findings emphasize the importance of organizational information security climate because it is capable of affecting employees on information security participation behavior. Our study contributes to the literature on information security by exploring the role of organizational information security climate in enhancing employees' information security participation behavior.
Background: The purpose of this study was to identify the influence of workers' perceived workload, accident experiences, supervisors' safety leadership, and an organization's safety climate on the cognitive and emotional risk perception. Methods: Six hundred and twenty employees in a variety of manufacturing organizations were asked to complete to a questionnaire. Among them, a total of 376 employees provided valid data for analysis. To test the hypothesis, correlation analysis and hierarchical regression analysis were used. Statistical analyses were conducted using IBM SPSS program, version 23. Results: The results indicated that workload and accident experiences have a positive influence and safety leadership and safety climate have a negative influence on the cognitive and emotional risk perception. Workload, safety leadership, and the safety climate influence perceived risk more than accident experience, especially for the emotional risk perception. Conclusion: These results indicated that multilevel factors (organization, group, and individual) play a critical role in predicting individual risk perceptions. Based on these results, therefore, to reduce risk perception related with unsafe behaviors and accidents, organizations need to conduct a variety of safety programs that enhance their safety climate beyond simple safety-related education and training. Simultaneously, it needs to seek ways to promote supervisors' safety leadership behaviors (e.g., site visits, feedback, safety communication, etc.). In addition, it is necessary to adjust work speed and amount and allocate task considering employees' skill and ability to reduce the workload for reducing risk perception.
The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship between logistics safety climate, logistics safety behavior, and logistics safety performance and the mediating effects of safety knowledge and safety motivation, and to suggest its strategic implications for the improvement of the logistics safety performance. Based on previous researches related to logistics safety, safety climate, safety knowledge, safety motivation, safety behavior and safety performance, research models and hypotheses were set up and questionnaires were conducted. For the hypothesis test, reliability analysis and validity analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, structural equation model analysis, and bootstrapping were applied. As a result of the empirical analysis, the logistics safety climate had a significant positive effect on logistics safety knowledge, logistics safety motivation, and logistics safety behavior, whereas logistics safety knowledge and logistics safety motivation had a meaningful positive effect on logistics safety behavior. Further, logistics safety behavior was found to have a significant positive effect on logistics safety performance. Safety behavior had a significant mediating effect, but safety knowledge and safety motivation did not. However, logistics safety climate, logistics safety knowledge, and logistics safety motivation did not have a significant effect on logistics safety performance.

The performance and design of climate responsive buildings such as AKU requires a detailed study of attributes of climate both at micro as well as macro level. The therapeutic value of contact with nature through window view, greenery and landscape is calculated there. Method: A two prong strategy is been devised for this article, at micro level three typical morphologies are analysed by creating same environment of neighboring building on sun shading chart, radiation and temperature range. Since the analysis of local climate helps to determine the design strategies for hospital Healing Environment which is suitable for Karachi climate; in order to track the macro climatic behaviour, a considerable analysis of psychometrics chart for AKU Karachi are designed on Climate Consultant (CC) and analysed by Machine Learning. Climate Consultant proposes different design strategies suitable for Karachi. And on the other hand time wise illumination sources for clinical area which are then measured on psychrometric chart- according to singular space: multi patient admission, secondly: acute ambulatory ward, and tertiary: multi windowed space according to the mushrabiyah and sky light pattern. Result: Our findings support the hypothesis that windowed wall is 75-80% more healing wall; an accelerated evidence was found for healing at macro level if the form of the hospital is designed according to the climatologically preferences, whereas at micro level: the light resource becomes the staff attentiveness determinant. In Conclusion evidence was provided that the actual form of luminosity results consequently in satisfaction while light entering from several set of windows and other sources might be valued if design according to the healing environment. The data added on the sun shading chart to calculate rays entraining into space in patient room equal to 124416.21 Watts/ meter $m^2$ is calculated as precise healing rate-and is confirmed by questionnaire from patients belonging from each clinical stage having different illnesses.
