The main aim of the study is to test a house pricing model by combining hedonic and asset-based pricing models. An understanding of the relationship between house pricing and its return (the rental income) helps to establish houses as a significant asset class. The model tested the relationship between house pricing (dependent variable) and the house attributes (independent variables) derived from Freeman's framework of housing attributes. This study uses a large data-set of 1,899 sample of new, high-end houses purchased between 2016 and 2019 collected from the national capital region of India (Delhi-NCR). The algorithm was built in R-Script, and stepwise multiple linear regression was used to analyze the model. The analysis of the model proves that the three significant variables, namely, carpet area, pay-off, and annual maintenance charges explain the price function. Further, the model is statistically fit. The major contribution of the study is to understand the key factors and their influence on the house pricing. The model will be helpful in risk assessment in the housing investment and enhance the chances of investment. Policy-makers can use information about the underlying valuation drivers of the house prices to stabilize the market and also in framing the tax policies.

The undergraduate structure based on flipped learning should be a necessary course to cultivate value creation capability based on students' problem solving capability through the change of university education in the fourth industrial revolution era. Flipped learning stimulated the learner's high order thinking and activates communication between the faculty-student and the students through the use of activity oriented teaching strategy. Introduction and spread of Flipping Learning combining project-based learning with MOOC is required. The professor should be able to apply net teaching and learning methods using flipping learning and active learning, and develop class contents reflecting new knowledge, information and technology. As the introduction and spread of AI-based(E-Advisor, chat bot et al) learning consulting, Which is becoming increasingly advanced, the transition to "personalized education" that meets the 4th Industrial Revolution should be made.
This study analyzed the evaluations of instructors and experts on flipped learning-based engineering in order to suggest improvement strategies. This study was conducted with 8 engineering courses which participated in the flipped learning course development project of C university from 2017-2018. As a result of the analysis, the instructors and experts pointed out that the pre-learning was not performed and checked effectively. In this regard, the instructors suggested the students' burden of pre-learning, the lack of understanding about flipped learning, and the experts suggested the lack of instructional strategies to facilitate pre-learning. In addition, the instructors and the experts pointed out that the courses were still instructor-centered. The instructors evaluated that they operated the instructor-led course by themselves. In addition, the experts suggested that there was not enough instructional strategies to activate the learner-centered activities. The number of the students and the lecture room environment that were not appropriate for the learner- centered class were the evaluation opinions of both the instructors and the experts. In addition, the professor suggested the lack of understanding and preparation of the flipped learning of the instructors and the learner as the main opinion, and the experts pointed out that the online learning system and classroom was not linked for pre-learning, classroom learning, and the post-learning. Based on these results, suggestions for improvement of flip learning based engineering course were suggested.
In order to provide technical financial support to small and medium-sized venture companies based on technology, the government implemented the TCB evaluation, which is a kind of technology rating evaluation, from the Kibo and a qualified private TCB. In this paper, we briefly review the current state of TCB evaluation and available indicators related to technology evaluation accumulated in the Korea Credit Information Services (TDB), and then use indicators that have a significant effect on the technology rating score. Multiple regression techniques will be explored. And the relative importance and classification accuracy of the indicators were calculated by applying the key indicators as independent features applied to the generalized boosting model, which is a representative machine learning classifier, as the class influence and the fitness of each model. As a result of the analysis, it was analyzed that the relative importance between the two models was not significantly different. However, GBM model had more weight on the InnoBiz certification, R&D department, patent registration and venture confirmation indicators than regression model.
Strategic information systems assist organization with the significant opportunity to gain competitive advantage in executing its business plans and realizing its business goals. The universities establish long-range plan of information systems in an effort to provide just-in-time, useful, efficient and effective information services to their members such as professors, students, and staffs when carrying out various organizational activities. The university information systems started from the primitive computer-based application, extended to the administrative and educational e-transformation, even to the virtual university concept. Through an empirical analysis and complementary case examples, the current study carefully chose three Korean universities according to their chronological importance, that have undergone the information systems planning process years from 1995 to 2001. These universities then, were compared in terms of the information technology architecture: the information architecture, infra architecture, and information management architecture. These three areas of system were cross-examined under the consideration of the evolution of information technology architecture, and its impact on the development of university e-transformation. As part of a fulfillment plan to satisfy the needs of customers of current trend, it is evident that the university e-transformation provides a stepladder to highly competitive, first class university in the market, through achieving the educational advancement, research enhancement, and administrative efficiency. The result of the study analysis indicates that, of the three architectures examined, the weakness showed in the information management architecture. Therefore it is crucial for the university staffs, managers and professors to understand the significance of the successful implementation of the information system and its maintenance. Our study certainly will act as a catalyst for the promotion of the future university e-transformation projects.
In the fourth industrial revolution and the era of convergence and integration, on the situation that the internal colleges are needed active change included in the improvement of educational quality, I tested it on the purpose of empirical analysis with SPSS v.18 how colleges' efforts on the first periodic Organization Evaluation And Accreditation System(OEAAS) affects on the Perceived Management Performances on the perspective of BSC. As the test result, the Degree of Awareness of Colleges' Efforts on the OEAAS affects on just Colleges' Learning and on Growth. The Degree Propriety of Preparation of the OEAAS affects on Customer Performance, on Internal Process Performance, and, on Finance Performance. And the Degree of Satisfaction of Internal Assessment affects on all of BSC 4 performances. The results of this research could be used on making the management idea of colleges' performance on the OEAAS. In the future, it would be needed advanced researches which are able to make relatedness to the expanse of management performance with the OEAAS.
The Regular rule of Sang-uiwon served as a manual of Royal Attires. According to the procedures, like as making letters about the affairs, consulting, and permission, Royal ceremonial attire was made and presented to the royal family. The materials for the Royal informal dress were presented in accordance with usual tributes. There was no difference in informal dress between the royal family and noble class. But the name of items was different such as Goa du[man's jacket], Go ui[woman's jacket], etc. The royal family continued to wear old days dress as akjurm and noui, which were not worn by common people any more, as a means of differentiating clothes. Bub-bok, which was designed only for key figures of the royal family such as the king, crown prince, queen, and crown princess, was the best status symbol. Because of its highly limited example of wearing, bub-bok was the authority of the wearer itself; with only difference in color, pattern, and material depending on social status. Yong-po is the most frequently worn by the Royal men. Yong-po worn with jong-lip served as yung-bok or gun-bok, and iksun-gwan functioned as sang-bok. Royal Attire for men was clearly divided into Yong-po as sang-bok, bub-bok as myun-bok and gangsa-po, while jeok-ui for women functioned as both sang-bok and bub-bok. However, the use of jeok-ui was defined by differentiate sang-bok from bub-bok like as the pattern of Hyung-bae, number of embroidered round badges, shoes and ornaments.

This study is undertaken to present the facilitation plan of English library that specialized the resource-based learning to provide learning that is suited for student's own learning style and self-leading learning as the method to learn contents required for individuals as a method for improving the English education environment in the rural areas. For this purpose, a study was conducted to find out the possibility of facilitating English library in the rural areas on the basis of consulting for structuring and operating English library in public libraries located in isolated areas clustered with low income class in the urban areas where the conditions are similar to the rural areas and results are shown as the followings. First, it displayed the possibility to have the rural area located with many closed schools or small-sized schools to facilitate the available facilities to build up the environment to specialize in English education that would be as comparable as any facilities in any urban setting. Second, it would enable the conditions to moderate the conflict on education environment for local residents who felt inequality in education by providing the benefit for fine education linked to public education through English library without going through private education. And third, English library that has the limitations in locality or economic means would actively participate by local educational institutions and volunteers to enhance the sense of master for the local residents and bring residents together to make positive impact on local economy facilitation.
The purpose of this study was to provide fundamental data to propose further directions of education on rehabilitation nursing by investigating the adequacy of the educational contents of rehabilitation nursing. This study was a descriptive survey study. The data collected at 25 universities and 24 junior colleges through questionnaires to answer the research questions from August 10 to September 30, 2000. The questionnaire was consisted of 24 items. The contents of rehabilitation nursing education were developed by consulting with the rehabilitation nursing professionals. The results are as follows Rehabilitation nursing was taught as an independent class in 15 universities and 9 junior colleges. Most professors majoring in adult nursing (66.8%) were in charge of teaching the courses. For the adequacy of the teaching contents of rehabilitation nursing, conceptual bases for rehabilitation was the highest score (4.0), and interdisciplinary rehabilitation team, activities of daily living, clients of rehabilitation, nursing process in rehabilitation nursing, functional evaluation, movement and mobility, physical therapy, occupational therapy, sensation and perception, communication/language, eating and swallowing, bladder elimination, community based rehabilitation nursing, sleep, rest &, fatigue, bowel elimination, historical perspectives of rehabilitation nursing, sexuality, pulmonary rehabilitation, pain, cardiac rehabilitation, skin integrity, family care was ordered.
In the fourth industrial revolution, fashion students are expected to work with various technologies to show creativity. This study aimed to conduct project-based learning(PBL) in collaboration with industry experts to design and operate artificial intelligence(AI) in the practice subject of fashion curation through the industrial academic teaching method. We first looked at teaching methods and strategies incorporating PBL in various academic fields. Next, we analyzed fashion projects and fashion curation services applying AI. Then through the question-and-answer method and by consulting with industry experts, we developed a curriculum for AI fashion curation, applying PBL(fashion market and trend analysis; new styles and time, place, and occasion planning; AI machine learning data set production; curation model development; and evaluation) suitable for the university's educational environment, information technology company conditions, and fashion students. As part of a close cooperation system with the industry, we conducted a 15-week Fashion Project II (Capstone Design) course and evaluated the outcomes and student satisfaction with the course. Students were able to develop new style, and time, place, and occasion categories and to utilize strategies for AI fashion curation services reflecting the unique needs of Millennials and Generation Z. Students showed high satisfaction with the curriculum. Further, it was confirmed that the study successfully applied PBL in class using AI technology in fashion education.
