  • To obtaingood resolution in PDP, one of the important factors is to achieve the accuracy of barrier ribs. The photolithographic process can be used to form patterns of barrier rib with high accuracy and a high aspect ratio. The composition for photolithography is based on the $B_2O_3-SiO_2-Al_2O_3$ glass system including additives such as alkali oxides and alkali earth oxides. The refractive index and thermal properties in glass system are changed by amount of alkali oxides and alkali earth oxides. Therefore, it is important that additives are controlled to have proper refractive index and thermal properties. The additives are contributed to non-bridging oxygen within the glass network, causing a change of density. In addition to a change of the structural cross-link density, the refractive index, dielectric and thermal properties glass are correlated with ionic radius and polarizability of cations. In this study, we investigated the refractive index and the thermal properties such as glass transition temperature, glass softening temperature and coefficient of thermal expansion by changing composition in the $B_2O_3-SiO_2-Al_2O_3$ glass system.

KOSPI 200지수종목의 변경에 따른 시장반응 : 규모와 시장요인에 따른 그룹간 비교분석 (The Market Effect of Additions or Deletions for KOSPI 200 Index : Comparison between Groups by Size and Market Condition)

  • 본 연구는 KOSPI 200주가지수의 구성종목 변경 사건에 대한 시장반응을 재검증하는 데 초점을 두었다. 국내에서 두 차례 이루어진 과거 실증연구들에서는 KOSPI 200지수종목의 변경이 정보력이 없는 사건으로 분석되었으며, 일부 표본에 대해서만 가격압박가설을 지지하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 이러한 실증적 결과가 변경기업의 속성과 주식시장의 장세에 따라 다르게 나타날 수 있다고 판단하여 기업규모와 시장상황에 따라서 샘플을 구분하여 분석하였다. 실증분석의 결과 지수종목에 신규로 포함되는 기업의 경우 평균적으로 가격압박가설을 지지하는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 종목들을 기업규모와 시장상황에 따라 나누어서 분석해보면 주가반응이 크게 나타났던 년도의 표본수가 많지 않았기 때문에 시장의 평균적 반응을 살펴보면 정보력이 없거나 가격압박가설을 지지하는 것처럼 나타난 것으로 분석되었다. 이러한 연구결과는 거래량분석을 통해서도 지지되었는데, 시가총액이 큰 기업은 공시일 전에 새로운 지수종목으로 진입될 것을 예상되기 때문에 공시일 이전에 거래량이 크게 증가하는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 지수종목에서 탈락되는 기업의 경우에서는 장기적인 주가반응이 뚜렷하게 나타났지만 거래량에 의한 추가적 설명은 부족한 것으로 분석되었다.

A refined vibrational analysis of the FGM porous type beams resting on the silica aerogel substrate

  • Taking a look at the previously published papers, it is revealed that there is a porosity index limitation (around 0.35) for the mechanical behavior analysis of the functionally graded porous (FGP) structures. Over mentioned magnitude of the porosity index, the elastic modulus falls below zero for some parts of the structure thickness. Therefore, the current paper is presented to analyze the vibrational behavior of the FGP Timoshenko beams (FGPTBs) using a novel refined formulation regardless of the porosity index magnitude. The silica aerogel foundation and various hydrothermal loadings are assumed as the source of external forces. To obtain the FGPTB's properties, the power law is hired, and employing Hamilton's principle in conjunction with Navier's solution method, the governing equations are extracted and solved. In the end, the impact of the various variables as different beam materials, elastic foundation parameters, and porosity index is captured and displayed. It is revealed that changing hygrothermal loading from non-linear toward uniform configuration results in non-dimensional frequency and stiffness pushing up. Also, Al - Al2O3 as the material composition of the beam and the porosity presence with the O pattern, provide more rigidity in comparison with using other materials and other types of porosity dispersion. The presented computational model in this paper hopes to help add more accuracy to the structures' analysis in high-tech industries.

점봉산 일대 천연활엽수림의 군집 유형별 천이지수 추정 (The Estimation of Succession Index by Community Types in the Natural Deciduous Forest of Mt. Jumbong)

  • 산림천이는 비교적 장기간에 걸쳐서 진행되는 산림 구조와 기능의 변화 과정이므로 그 진행 과정에 대하여 모델 개발 혹은 통계적 방법을 통하여 객관성을 높일 수 있다. 본 연구는 점봉산 일대 천연활엽수림의 천이 진행 과정을 정량적으로 파악하기 위하여 수종의 극성상지수와 구성 비율로 산출되는 천이지수를 추정하였고, 천이의 진행에 따른 군집의 생활형 구성 비율의 차이와 종다양성의 차이에 대하여 검토하였다. 그 결과, 신갈나무-피나무군집의 천이지수가 67.5로 가장 높은 값을 보였고, 전나무-틀메나무군집이 67.4로 그 다음 순이었으며, 가래나무-층층나무군집이 60.5로 가장 낮은 값을 보였다. 신갈나무-피나무군집을 제외한 대부분 군집에서 미래의 안정상태의 상층 임관천이지수는 현재보다 증가하는 것으로 나타나 이 지역의 상층의 수종 구성은 현재 진행천이가 일어나고 있었고, 중층에서는 매체로 천이의 진행과 함께 천이지수가 증가하는 것으로 나타났으나 그 변화폭이 미미하여 중층과 하층의 천이 진척은 거의 동일 단계에 와 있음을 알 수 있었다. 천이지수의 값은 생활형 중 풍수산포형과는 유의수준 5%에서 부의 상관관계가 인정되었고, 동물산포형과는 정의 상관관계가 인정되었다. 천이지수와 교목, 관목, 초본 및 전체 종의 종풍부성 그러고 Shannon의 종다양성지수와는 상관관계가 인정되지 않았다.

Bergamot과 Grapefruit essential oil의 관리 시 자연광 노출에 따른 혈청 및 표피층 단백질 분석 (Analysis of Blood Serum and Epidermis Proteins by Exposure of Nature Lays on Treatments Bergamot af Grapefruit Essential Oil)

  • The result of the study for essential oil(Bergamot, Grapefruit essential oil)'s Anaiysis of Blood Serum Epidermis proteins by exposure of nature lays on treatments are as follows. 1. There is no significant difference between control group and the groups treated by essential oil in feed efficiency, but in water intake, there are significant differences between each group. Water intake of the groups treated by Bergamot and Grapefruit essential oil without treatment by sun cream is higher than that of any other group. It is presented that the effect of losing water of the surface of skin is related to the balance effect of water. 2. As a result of serum analysis without applied UV-rays, the total cholesterol in the groups treated by Bergamot essential oil is higher than that of the groups treated by Grapefruit essential oil. It is showed that the dissolution of cellulite of Grapefruit essential oil is stronger than that of Bergamot essential oil. After applied UV-rays, however, the change of total cholesterol of the groups treated by Bergamot essential oil is lower than that of the groups treated by Grapefruit essential oil, namely, the group treated by Bergamot essential oil drops is used to make sebum membrane on the surface of skin, so the quantity of influx into blood vessel was low. With the result that, atherosclerotic index(A.I) also was low in the group treated by Grapefruit essential oil. In the aspect of increasing cholesterol for obesity treatment, it was judged that the effect of treatment with Bergamot essential oil is somewhat slower than that with Grapefruit essential oil, but it is safer than the effect of treatment with Grapefruit essential oil in the aspect of health. 3. As a result of protein analysis, the groups applied UV-rays in the group of treated by Bergamot essential oil, the biggest change of protein's band was appeared under part of 20.0 1Kd in the change pattern of protein. As the trend of changing protein at the groups treated by SPF 15 and 30 was similar to that of the groups of the control, it was showed that the effect of sun cream can prevent the change of the composition of skin. In the groups treated by Grapefruit essential oil, after the groups treated by Grapefruit essential oil applied UV-rays, the biggest change of protein's bend was appeared the upper part of 43Kd in the change pattern of protein. It was also judged that it means the change of the composition of skin. However, the trend of changing protein at the groups treated by SPF 15 and 30 was also similar to that of the groups of the control. Eventually, it was also showed that it can prevent the change of the composition of skin by the effect of sun cream.

A Geochemical Boundary in the East Sea (Sea of Japan): Implications for the Paleoclimatic Record

  • Sediment from six piston cores from the East Sea (Sea of Japan) was analyzed for evidence of paleoceanographic changes and paleoclimatic variation. A distinct geochemical boundary is evident in major element concentrations and organic carbon content of most cores near the 10-ka horizon. This distinctive basal Holocene change is interpreted to be largely the result of changing sediment sources, an interpretation supported by TiO_2/Al_2O_3$ ratios. Organic carbon and carbonate contents also differ significantly between the Holocene and glacial intervals. The C/N ratio of organic matter is greater than 10 during the glacial period, but is less than 10 for the Holocene, suggesting that the influx of terrigenous organic matter was more volumetrically important than marine organic matter during glacial times. The chemical index of weathering (CIW) is higher for the Holocene than the glacial interval, and changes markedly at the basal Holocene geochemical boundary. Silt fractions are higher in the glacial interval, suggesting a strong effect of climate on silt particle transportation: terrigenous aluminosilicates and continental organic carbon transport were higher during glacial times than during the Holocene. Differences in sediment composition between the Holocene and glacial period are interpreted to have been climatically induced.

20대 비만여성에서 6주간 복합운동을 통한 신체구성과 균형능력의 융합적 분석 (Convergence analysis of Body Composition and Balance after 6 Week Combined Exercise in 20's Obese Women)

  • 본 연구 목적은 20대 비만 여성에서 6주간의 복합운동 적용 시 신체구성변화가 균형능력에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 알아보고자 하였다. 자발적 참여의사를 밝힌 20대 비만 여성 21명을 Control(no exercise, n=7), Group I(aerobic, n=7), Group II(combined, n=7)으로 무작위 배정하여 매회 50분간 1주일에 5회 총 6주간 시행하였다. 운동 전, 후 및 측정시기에 따른 세 집단 간 신체구성과 균형변화를 SPSS 18.0 ver.을 이용하여 통계분석 하였다. 연구결과, 운동 전에 비해 Group I, II는 체중과 체지방률이 감소하였고, Group II에서만 근육량의 증가와 체질량 지수가 감소하였다(p<0.05). 균형변화는 Group II에서 정적, 동적균형 모두 향상하였으나, Group I은 정적균형만 향상하였다(p<0.05). 따라서, 복합운동프로그램은 신체구성 변화와 근육량 증가를 유발시켜 균형능력 향상에 긍정적 효과를 나타낸 것을 확인할 수 있었다.

Correlation between Obesity and Lumbar Lordosis in Obese Pre-Menopausal Korean Females

  • Objective : Obesity is associated with degenerative arthropathy giving stress on joints. It also amplifies loads of weight bearing joints by changing the gravity line of the body. Our aim is to investigate the correlation between obesity and lumbar lordosis in obese pre-menopausal Korean females. The hypothesis was tested that there is a correlation between obesity and lumbar lordosis. Methods : A cross-sectional evaluation of 44 Females (baseline age 30.77 ± 6.46) with BMI 31.53 ± 3.82 (kg/㎡) was done. Body composition was measured using bio-impedance analysis (BIA), and anthropometry was done by the same observer. A lateral whole spine X-ray was taken in standing position to measure the lumbar lordotic angle (LLA), Ferguson angle (FA) and lumbar gravity line (LGL). A Pearson correlation was used to measure the correlation between obesity and lumbar lordosis (SPSS 10.0 for windows). Results : Body mass index (BMI kg/㎡) had a negative relationship with LLA((equation omitted)=-0.469), FA((equation omitted) =-0.347) and LGL((equation omitted)=-0.389). Body fat rate had a negative relationship with LLA only(γ=-0.385). Waist circumference had a negative relationship with LLA((equation omitted)=-0.345) and LGL((equation omitted)=-0.346). WH ratio had no relationship with lumbar lordosis. Conclusion : These data show that obesity is related to mechanical structures, such as lumbar lordosis. BMI was the most useful index, which reflects a change of mechanical structure of lumbar, more than other variables in this study.

  • Using the PECVD method, the silicon nitride films were deposited by changing the $SiH_4/NH_3$ gas flow ratio from 0.2 to 1.4 at an interval of 0.2, AES, FTIR, and Spectroscopic Ellipsomter were used to analyze the film composition and structure, the refractive index, and the deposition rate. Also the C-V analysis was used to estimate the memory performance in the capacitor type MNOS memory devices, which utilized native oxide as the tunneling barrier, with the silicon nitride by the above deposition conditions. As a result, it was confirmed that the performance of MNOS memory devices with PECVD silicon nitride was comparable to that with LPCVD or APCVD silion nitride.
