Many start-ups have many realistic hardships in getting management diagnosis about whether their business model are properly going. For this reason, there is the need for an easy and simple method that makes it possible to conduct a strategic management through the analysis and management diagnosis of the business model. The Business Model Canvas(BMC) has been popularized as a tool to help entrepreneurs describe, design, challenge, invent and pivot their business model. This model gives a framework to describe the most important building blocks(9 blocks) of existing business. Entrepreneurs can make their own business analyses and craft their own solutions through using this model. In this study, we conducted consulting by using the BMC on the NARUATO which is a small start-up in the healthy food industry. This case study can use as a learning material for entrepreneurship education.

The wireless mesh networks are recently getting much attention for commercial applications. In such networks, the service should be uninterrupted when roaming from one domain to another while the authentication for a secure access should be maintained. The challenge is to consider the authentic coordination between the home domain and foreign domains and the maintenance of local authenticity between foreign domains. In this paper, a novel authentication method is presented so that a mobile mesh node can be effectively authenticated and obtain an secure connection in foreign domains. In the proposed method, the authentication process does not rely on an end-to-end connection between the foreign domain and the home domain. Even without a connectivity to the home domain, the foreign domain can provide an effective authentication of a mesh node by consulting one of the neighboring foreign domains that has been visited by the mobile mesh node. In order to verify the performance of our proposed method, a qualitative analysis has been performed and compared to those of conventional methods. The results show that our method is superior to the conventional ones in terms of authentication response time and authentication service robustness.

This study is for looking into Factors affecting the Intention of using about Fitness Tracker based on IoT by Flow Theory and UTAUT Model. The independent variables of the IoT-based fitness tracker have been selected as Challenge, Skill Factors used in the Flow experience theory and selected the personal characteristics of health perception, enjoyment, Social Influence, and Facilitating Conditions. In addition UTAUT theory was used as parameter of Performance Expectancy and Effort Expectancy and intention of Use behavior was selected as a dependent variable. For verifying research hypothesis, This study collected 126 surveys data and carried out a statistical analysis by Smart PLS. The result shows that new Flow Experience and Personal Characteristic Factors with key variables in the UTAUT Model affect significantly to Intention of using about Fitness Wearable environment based IoT.

In this paper we draw from recent theoretical discussions of fan culture and the new media technologies to explore how online communities contribute to new forms of K-pop fandom. We suggest that these online sites play an important role in setting the new stage of dissemination and dialogue of K-pop knowledge, through which particular forms and spaces of online fan culture are being created and sustained. Moreover, these web-based communities challenge the existing concepts that have embraced interrelations between culture, consumption and technology. Based on an empirical study of YouTube, carried out using netnographic methods, this study tackles the following questions: how fans construct themselves as Korean pop fans through the online activities; how they exchange information and opinions of Korean stars; and, what meaning they extract from online file-sharing activities.

Since the enactment of Social Enterprise Promotion Act in 2007, the December 2012 was now 801 organizations certified as social enterprise. Social enterprise in urban areas are much more activated, in order to social enterprises in rural areas be activated, what you need to improve and what measures will need to be applied by the practitioners and researchers is a challenge to be reflective. In this study, We searched for ways of social enterprise activation in rural areas, conducted by case study of social enterprise transition probabilities diagnosis and demand survey of local people based in Boseong. For research purposes, this study selects 41 corporate and non-profit organizations in order to examine social enterprise transition probabilities, the potential social enterprise certification, social enterprise-related demand, awareness of sustainability, and local issues.

The last few years have been a boom time for the online gaming industry. Internet-based online games have made an increasingly popular form of entertainment. The gaming industry estimates that online gaming players reach over 26 million in 2002. The rapid development of online game-contents and related information technology shall increase the size of industry and have a profound impact on many ways of our living and sociaty. This paper develops the exploratory LISREL model for identifying the factors attecting the players' loyalty for some specific brand of online games. The concept of flow, word of mouth, feedback, challenge, social norms, and online community activities, etc, are all introduced into the model, as the independent variables affecting the loyalty directly and indirectly. Based on data collected from online questionnaire survey, the validity of the model has been tested and interesting conclusions have been developed concerning the relationships between the loyalty, flow, word of mouth and other set of independent vareables. It is hoped that this result might provide the useful guidelines for developing the successful online game contents.

The application of object recognition technology has been increased with a growing need to introduce automated system in industry. However, object transformed by noises and shadows appeared from illumination causes challenge problem in object detection and recognition. In this paper, an illumination invariant object detection using a DoG filter and adaptive threshold is proposed that reduces noises and shadows effects and reserves geometry features of object. And also, rotation invariant object recognition is proposed that has trained with neural network using classes categorized by object type and rotation angle. The simulation has been processed to evaluate feasibility of the proposed method that shows the accuracy of 99.86% and the matching speed of 0.03 seconds on ETRI database, which has 16,848 object images that has obtained in various lighting environment.

External environment of enterprises are rapidly changing brought about mainly by global competition, cost and profitability pressures, and emerging new technology. In particular, frequent change of customer requirements is a tough challenge to manufacturing company. To cope with these challenges, a production planning and scheduling (PP&S) function might be established to provide accountability for both customer service and operational efficiency. PP&S deals with short-term decision making in the production process of whole supply chain. The task of PP&S is to seek a balance between customer orders and limited resources. At present, many PP&S software solutions have been utilized in many enterprises to generate a realistic production plan and schedule efficiently. The aim of this paper is to analyze the PP&S functionalities and its system architecture from the perspective of SCM (Supply Chain Management), and propose the PP&S solution classification framework to facilitate the comparison among various solutions.

The strength of our country is based on high-speed networks to build a nationwide health information network to improve the quality of health care is needed. However, nature of the medical services in the hospital medical record form, so that all departments characterize each medical department, a common format that can be used for all disease is a very difficult challenge. This study is one of the ways to improve this priority issue on health information sharing medical information system(PACS/HIS) information linkage between the problem of information, compatibility and security issues derived. The problem is derived from the requirements of theorem 3 to 6 items. This is effective in order to improve sharing of medical information for the purpose of designing the software system. Sharing of medical information software system design are derived from stakeholders, requirements analysis, architecture design, software framework, configuration, architecture evaluation process. This study is based on the medical information standardization environmental diagnosis of a medical information system design. Software design philosophy is based on a new framework for deriving the function and mechanism made up.

The purpose of this study was to analyze an experience of sexual traffic victims and contribute for its formation of theory based on the results. A method of study was performed by using grounded theory method of Strauss and Corbin(1988). Through the results of study, one hundred and five concepts and thirty five subcategories and seventeen categories were deducted. 'destroy of mind and body' from the central phenomenon. The core category of experience of escaping from prostitution was presented by 'return of ordinary life recovered from destroy of life 'and the process of escaping from prostitution was presented in order of 'destroy of mind and body step', 'abandonment step', 'recovery of will step', 'challenge of adaption of ordianry life step'. In the study, it followed that an independent their own will of a sexually exploited women play an important role for a successful escaping from prostitution.
