This paper describes and analyzes the HIRF protection standards of the helicopter category focused on external RF environments. In addition, this paper presents an ideal process of airplane design to accomplish the successful certification. Furthermore, this paper proposes practical recommendations to reduce RF energy on aircraft using specific EMI/EMC techniques such as shielding, grounding and filtering methods. Most of the proposed methods in this paper were key issues during the certification process of KC-100 small airplane which is Korea's first trial aircraft for civil airplane certification.

This study was to identify the effect of the satisfaction of certification, the educational use of the company offering certificate, the system of confirmation of the same model and the demographic aspect on the companies to see if compulsory certification(KC certificate) has negative effects on company management. First, the satisfaction of certification could reflect positive influences on company management. Second, there is no statistical significance in the education from the company offering certificate as a result of analyzing relationships but education is required and has an effect on improving quality according to the result of frequency analysis. Last, the system to declare by identifying the same model has a difference in significance in sales account, the development of products and warranty service for products.

The DQMS (Defence Quality Management System) is a certification system that manages participating companies to improve the quality of munitions. Since Korean Defense Specification (KDS) for DQMS certification that was established by adding military requirements based on the ISO quality standard, many companies complain that they should pay too much effort into the preparation process. However, it is hard to find helpful information on the preparation process because we have been only interested in the effect of DQMS acquisition. The purpose of this paper is to provide helpful information to companies preparing for DQMS certification. We surveyed the degree of difficulty and importance of the DQMS requirements from the companies with certification experience, and performed IDA (Importance-Difficulty analysis) by dividing the companies into the main contractor and the subcontractor. The result of IDA shows that there is a different recognition to the DQMS certification between main-contracting and sub-contracting companies. Subcontractor has more difficulties than main contractor in preparing the DQMS certification. In addition, we are able to identify the difficult and important requirements in the preparation process to the DQMS certification. Both main contractor and subcontractor have difficulty to the requirements related to configuration or validation such as 'customer controls configuration', 'configuration review shall be implemented' and 'design and development validation documentation.' The requirements related to customers are important to main contractor but the subcontractor regards difficult requirements as important ones. The result of this paper would be helpful to both the company preparing for DQMS and the munitions quality assurance agency.

For the foundational study on automatic review of the barrier free Environment certification for the socially disadvantaged using BIM modeling information, we first confirm the need of the automatic review by analyzing the barrier free Environment certification an by investigating the existing studies on barrier free Environment certification. After that, we select a primary approach for our research by investigating the related works such as automatic review of the building code. As a next step, we generate the BIM modeling information, extract the classification system, analyze and extract items in the barrier free Environment certification according the extracted system, compares the items with the BIM generation information, and allocate them. And, we showed the potential usability of automatic review by deriving a process to prepare the ruleset structure for the automatic review and to prepare a criteria for BIM modeling guide.

Many countries over the world have taken many discussions and endeavors on environmental improvements of energy savings and greenhouse gas emission reductions for solving global climate change problems. In Korea, pre-considerations of environment-conscious factors in buildings have been taken to be critical with new constructions and renovation markets. In this situation, the Korean Green Building Certification(KGBC) system to induce the diffusion of sustainable buildings was introduced in 2002 and developed as an improved version of the G-SEED(Green Standard for Energy and Environmental Design) system in 2013 after major revisions. This research examines the importance of assessment criteria on apartment buildings to certify green buildings using the AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) method and suggests a new direction on certification assessment standards from the AHP result. In order to apply the AHP method, the survey via e-mail was conducted to design staffs in domestic architectural firms. As a result, assessment criteria such as ecological environment, indoor environment, and energy & environment pollution among 7 main ones proved to be important on assessing the G-SEED system for apartment buildings, while criteria such as land use & transportation, material & resource, water circulation management, maintenance management did relatively unimportant.

KC Mark is one of the country's integrated legal force to the minimum mandatory certification mark system for safety. That is absolutely needed for manufacturing and sales of goods in Korea. This thesis intended to see what is prevalent for both imports and domestic products for illegal and defect and rebuild the ecosystem as soon as possible for the healthy development through public awareness. In this theses point out the seriousness of the problem based on the various kinds of press releases, data of KCA(Korea Consumer Agency), MOTIE(Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy) and KCA(Korea Customs Service) to the problem of certification system of KC mark and propose a solution to that issue. This study is considered to make befit the nation's place in the world and sustainable development is possible about the system of certification KC. This study expect more research on this issue in order to make enhance the confidence of KC mark.

21세기 지식정보사회에서 도서관 및 정보환경의 급격한 변화를 수용하고, 이용자의 정보요구와 행태 변화를 적절히 반영한 도서관 전문 인력의 전문성 강화 및 소양 계발이 절실한 상황이다. 이 연구의 목적은 이러한 사회적 흐름과 인식을 기반으로 사서자격 제도의 개선 방향을 제안하려는 것이다. 이를 위해 현행 우리나라 사서자격제도 관련 설문조사 및 분석을 통해 그 쟁점과 문제점을 살펴보고, 향후 바람직한 사서자격 제도의 개선 방안을 도출하여 중 장기 적용 가능성을 제시하였다.

Proceeded with a research with basic data about the qualification standard improvement scheme about the environment school architecture in which a comparison analyze the specialized field of BREEAM system of LEED of the hit environment building qualification standard G-SEED of the domestic and U.S Green Building Counci evaluated with the certification system of the world top class and Building Research Establish, essential item, and mark distribution and weight in this study at this and which I hit with a domestic afterward. The school facility with a hub among the equipment receiving the hit environmental qualification standard, and the range of this research does LEED of the domestic green building certification system February is revised in 2013 G-SEED and which US and BREEAM in UK with a range. The way of the research checked the environment school building certification system and situation hit home and abroad, and a comparison analyze the division of the specialized field of each country qualification standard, essential item, and mark distribution and weight.

소방활동 관점에서 공동주택은 화재시 구조적 관리적 문제점을 가지고 있으므로 피난장애 발생 및 연소확대 위험성이 큰 것으로 조사되었다. 공동주택의 다양한 화재취약요인들을 분석한 결과, 안전시스템, 소방시설, 건축물 안전, 일반안전 분야로 평가분야를 도출하였으며 이에 따른 평가요소들을 제시하였다. 이와 함께, 6개의 국내외 공동주택 화재안전성능 인증제도 현황을 비교분석함에 따라 국내외 인증제도의 특성을 분석하였다. 결론적으로, 인증제도의 5개의 융합적 추진방향 및 4개 평가분야별 22개 평가항목들을 도출하였으며, 이를 기반으로 3개의 공동주택 화재안전성능 인증제도의 융합적 도입 방안을 수립하였다.

Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS) are rapidly emerging not only as a key military power, such as surveillance and reconnaissance for military purposes but also as a new air transportation means in the form of Urban Air Mobility (UAM). Currently, airworthiness certification is carried out focused on the verification of technical standards for flight safety suitability of aircraft design in accordance with the Military Aircraft Flight Safety Certification Act and does not employ the model for operational risk assessment for mission areas and airspace. In this study, in order to evaluate the risk of the mission area from the perspective of the UAS operator, a risk assessment simulation has been conducted by applying the Specific Operations Risk Assessment (SORA) model to the operating environment of the Korean military UAS. Also, the validity of the SORA model has been verified through the analysis of simulation results, and a new application plan for airworthiness certification of the military unmanned aerial system has been presented.
