The survey questionnaire was distributed to 258 university students and SPSS 22.O program was used for statistical analysis of the data. The results of this study are as follows: First, openness to diversity has a positive effect on career preparation behavior and unlearning. Second, unlearning also has a positive effect on career preparation behavior. Third, unlearning has a partial mediating effect between openness to diversity and career preparation behavior. These results show that the more students enhance their openness to diversity and unlearning, the more students develop their career preparation behavior.

The participants were 221 nursing students. Data collection was conducted from December 1 to 15, 2019. The data was analysis with frequency and percentage, 𝛘2-test, mean and standard deviation and ANCOVA by using SPSS/WIN 20.0 program. The results were of this study showed that carrier preparation behavior(F=438.08, p<.001), Major Satisfaction(F=461.45, p<.001) have been confirmed significant difference depend on attending to college career course therefore, it is suggested to use career courses as a strategy to help nursing students make successful career decisions.

  • This study was designed to verify that the positive relationship between career management behavior and turnover intention is mediated by employability. Futhermore, investigation whether work-life balance and communication climate moderate this relationship was also the purpose of this study. The results from 300 office workers younger than 34 that (1) employability mediated the relationship between career management behavior and turnover intention, (2) the moderating effect of work-life balance about mediating effect of employability was not statistically significant, but when the level of work-life balance was high, the relationship between employability and turnover intention was reinforced, (3) the moderating effect of communication climate against mediating effect of employability was not statistically significant, and the moderating effect of communication climate between employability and turnover intention was also not found. Based on this non-intuitive results, researcher offered new interpretation which can be acquired from rejections of hypotheses, implications, limitations, and the proposal for future research.

  • This study examined the factors that affect the relationship among career selection type, class participation, and career preparation behavior for university students who major in food service. A total of 350 questionnaires were distributed to students, of which 320 were deemed suitable for analysis after the removal of 30 unusable responses. In order to perform statistical analyses required in the study, SPSS 18.0 Statistical Program was employed for frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlations, and regression analysis. The results of the exploratory factor analysis showed that two factors regarding career selection type were extracted from all measurements with a KMO of 0.754 and a total cumulative variance of 64.555%, with regard to class participation, three factors [I found only 1 factor in the paper; there were 3 variables] were extracted with a total cumulative variance of 71.1% and a KMO score of 0.702. One factor for career preparation behavior was extracted that accounted for a total cumulative variance of 64.312% and a KMO score of 0.765. Based on the study's results, the main research hypothesis that identified the relationships that career selection type had with and between class participation and career preparation behavior was partially adopted.

  • This study identified factors that have an influence on career preparation behavior in undergraduate students majoring in public health in technical colleges with the aim to provide basic data for the development of an employment counselling program which can have a positive influence on career preparation behavior. The subjects of this study were 556 college students studying public health in technical colleges in J $province^1$, J $province^2$, and G metropolitan city and they were randomly selected and sampled in convenience. The period of the survey was from September 7 to 9, 2015 and the survey was made with the use of a self-essay type questionnaire. 510 copies of the survey collected were analysed with the use of SPSS 14.0 for Windows. As a result it is shown that career barriers perceived by students studying public health in technical colleges had a negative effect on career preparation behavior. Therefore, organized and practical career counselling should be provided and career education programs should be developed to encourage subjects to have positive career preparation behavior. Therefore, it is suggested that practical career counselling and career education program should be developed to lead students studying public health to positive career preparatory activity, and research to verify its effect should be conducted.

  • The purpose of the study was to investigate the effect of emotional intelligence and career preparation behavior on self-directed learning ability in high school girls. Data were collected by self-reporting questionnaires from 231 high school girls in May, 2019. Collected data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficients, and multiple regression using SPSS/WIN 23.0 program. The result showed that self-directed learning ability was positively correlated with emotional intelligence(r=.560, p<.001) and career preparation behavior(r=.232, p<.001). Enter multiple regression revealed emotional intelligence(β=.515, p<.001), grade 'average'(β=.376, p<.001), grade 'good'(β=.274, p<.001) and career preparation behavior(β=.128, p<.05) to be significant predictors of self-directed learning ability. These variables accounted for 44.0% of self-directed learning ability. The result of this study suggest that emotional intelligence and career preparation behavior be considered when developing strategies to increase self-directed learning ability in high school girls.

  • In this study investigated the factors for the career preparation behaviors of social welfare major students based on Lent et al. (1994)'s Social-cognitive Career Theory so as to provide essential baseline data for establishing proper career support strategies that suit the distinctive nature of social welfare studies. The participants of this study are 132 social welfare major students from three colleges who have completed social welfare field education. This study analyzed the relationship between cognitive factor (outcome expectation), vocational interest factor (major selection satisfaction), goal factor (career decision level), and work performance factor (career preparation behavior). For analysis, SPSS 24.0 and AMOS 24.0 were used. The analysis results are as follows. First, the model's goodness of fit was found to be at a statistically ideal level with CFI=.904, TLI=.887, and RMSEA=.068. Second, the result of analyzing the correlation between the primary variables is as follows: as outcome expectation increased, major selection satisfaction grew, which then increased the career decision level and led to the improvement in career preparation behavior. These results indicate the importance of developing a customized route support program considering the perceived and interesting factors of individual students to improve their career preparation behavior for social welfare majors.

Nursing Students and the 150 people who underwent descriptive research targets, data collection period was done by November 30, 2019 from IRB approval. The data were analyzed correlations between variables were analyzed using Pearson's correlation coefficient, and stepwise multiple regression analysis was used to determine the factors that affect the clinical performance of the Nursing Students (SPSS 23 version). As a result of the study, empathy ability was positively correlated with gender (r=.179, p=.029), self-esteem was negatively correlated with academic performance (r=-.231, p=.005), career preparation behavior showed a positive correlation with the number of practice hospitals(r=.178, p=.030).
