The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between college students' work hope, career attitude maturity and career decision-making self-efficacy. For this, correlation analysis, variance analysis and multiple regression analysis were conducted using 299 data collected from 8 universities in the metropolitan area, Yeongnam, Honam, Gangwon and Chungcheong provinces. As a result of correlation analysis between work hope and career variables, there was a positive correlation between r=.64 and .73 in each sub-factor. After performing a variance analysis to explore the differences in work hope between gender, grades and major fields, there were no gender and grade differences found, but there were significant differences between major fields. Also, as a result of multiple regression analysis, it was found that work hope affecting career attitude maturity was pathways, and in career decision-making self-efficacy, agency, pathways thinking, and goal were influenced. On the analysis result, the limitations and implications of this study were discussed using college students' work hope scale.
The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationships among psychological, emotional variables related to the career indecision of college students and to present effective action strategies by searching basic data that can prevent college students from undeciding their career path. In this study, we analyzed the relationship between the variables related to career indecision of college students and the structural equation model to verify the fit of the research model. The results of this study suggest that adaptive perfectionism has a positive effect on career decision self-efficacy and career decision self-efficacy has a negative effect on career indecision and adaptive perfectionism has a negative effect on career indecision by mediating career decision self-efficacy. In addition, maladaptive perfectionism has a negative effect on career decision self-efficacy, and it has a positive effect on career indecision through mediation of career decision self-efficacy. we discussed the implications for career decision making and employment of college students based on the results of the relationship between variables such as perfectionism, career decision self-efficacy, and career indecision.

This study was conducted to examine the effects of a career coaching program on nursing students' career decision making self efficacy, self-leadership, and employment-stress. The study was designed using a nonequivalent control group pretest-posttest design, and data were collected between June 15 and July 31, 2016. The participants consisted of 62 4-year nursing students in D College of B City who were assigned to an experimental group (n=32) or a control group (n=34). The career coaching program consisted of 10 sessions of combined individual coaching, small group coaching and group coaching. The data were analyzed using descriptive analysis, a t-test, ${\chi}^2$ test, and paired t-test with the SPSS/WIN 21.0 program. After receiving the career coaching program, a difference was observed in career decision making self efficacy (t=4.99, p<0.001), self-leadership (t=5.08, p<0.001), and employment-stress (t=5.08, p<0.001) of the experimental group. The results of this study indicate that the career coaching program was effective at increasing career decision making self efficacy and self-leadership, as well as decreasing employment-stress in nursing students.

This study was conducted to examine the effects of awareness of infection control, career decision making self efficacy and critical thinking disposition on the performance of infection control among nursing students. The study subjects were 404 third and fourth year nursing students at 4 colleges in D and K cities. The data were collected from November 5 to December 21, 2018 by using a structured questionnaire. The data were analyzed by using the SPSS WIN 17.0 program to conduct descriptive statistics, independent t-test, one-way ANOVA, post-hoc Duncan's test, Pearson's correlation coefficients, and multiple regression. The average score of awareness of infection control was 4.75 points, career decision making self efficacy was 3.02 points, critical thinking disposition was 4.73 points and performance of infection control was 4.46 points. Performance of infection control was positively influenced by age, awareness of infection control and career decision making self efficacy. The explanatory power of the model was 38.6%. Therefore, these results imply the need to develop an education program to improve the awareness of infection control and career decision making self efficacy, which will enhance the performance of infection control of nursing students.

The selected subjects had received 1-9 months of beauty education from various vocational training institutes, beauty academies, and women's center in Seoul and Gyeonggi region. A total of 361 questionnaires were used for final analysis. The SPSS Program for data analysis, Cronbach's ${\alpha}$, exploratory factor analysis, factor analysis, frequency analysis, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis were employed for the study. The results of this study are as follows. It was apparent that the establishment of a career identity and social support could play important roles in creating a relation with new career decisions for re-employment. Purpose: This study was to analyze a structural equation model of parents attitudes, family function, self-management, and career decision making self-efficacy in high school girls. Method: The high school girls was asked to complete a questionnaire, and 255 data units were analyzed with Structural Equation Modeling. Result: The hypothetical model fit indices for the model revealed a fit at a recommended level(χ2/df=2.84, GFI=0.91, SRMR=0.05, NFI=0.91, CFI=0.93, RMSEA=0.08), and 6 of the 9 paths were statistically significant explaining 48% of the variance. Conclusion: In order to improve the career decision making self-efficacy for high school girls, it is necessary to be able to develop and practice self-management through the improvement of home and family functions.

This study is a one group pretest-posttest design study to confirm changes in career choice commitment, career decision-making self-efficacy, and career maturity before and after high school students participate in the Gyeonggi-do health cluster curriculum. The study was conducted on 47 second grade high school students who participated in health clusters of 3 high schools in Gyeonggi-do. The study was conducted from March 8, 2021 to December 29, 2021, and data collection was conducted through a self-reported questionnaire. Data were analyzed using SPSS 22.0 with frequency and percentage, mean and standard deviation, and paired t-test. As a result of the study, high school students who participated in the health cluster curriculum improved their career choice commitment(t=-9.01, p<.001), career decision-making self-efficacy(t=-8.45, p<.001), and career maturity(t=-3.63, p=<.002) statistically significantly after participation. Through the results of this study, a standardized program of the health cluster curriculum that can improve the level of career decision-making of high school students should be developed.
