전문대학생의 NCS기초능력군과 진로준비행동과의 관계에 관한 연구 : 의사소통능력과 수리능력을 중심으로 (A Study on the Relationships between College Students' NCS Basic Capability Group and Career Preparation Behavior : Focused on Communication Capability and Mathematical Capability)

  • The importance of the NCS(National Competitiveness Standards) is growing as the job market shrinks and more institutions require hiring based on NCS. Of the ten domains of NCS', the most relevant one with the performance of all tasks is basic capability group. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of college students' basic capability group(communication capability, mathematical capability) on their career preparation behavior. In this study, we set up a process model to comprehend the effect of college students' basic capability group on career preparation behavior based on social cognitive career theory. For research model testing, 561 questionnaires were used for empirical analysis through structural equations modeling. Empirical analysis showed that communication capability positively influenced college students' career preparation behaviors for employment. But, mathematical capability don't influenced college students' career preparation behaviors for employment. Next, career self-efficacy and career outcome expectation each positively influenced college students' career preparation behaviors for employment. Also, interest in the major positively influenced college students' career preparation behaviors for employment. The academic implications are as follows: Career self-efficacy and interest in the major were important factors in the communication capability. The process of communication capability affecting career preparation behavior and interest in the major was explained through social cognitive career theory and self-efficacy. The practical implications are as follows: Administrative assistance should be provided to improve the career self-efficacy of college students.

여자 대학생이 지각하는 진로장벽과 진로준비행동 간의 관계에서 귀인성향의 조절효과 (The moderating effects of attribution style on the relationship between perceived career barriers of female college students and career preparation behavior)

  • 이 연구는 여자 대학생이 지각하는 진로장벽과 귀인성향이 진로준비행동에 미치는 영향과 진로장벽과 진로준비행동 사이에 귀인성향의 조절효과를 살펴보았다. 이를 위해 485명의 여자대학생을 대상으로 진로장벽검사와 진로준비행동 및 귀인성향 검사를 실시하였으며 수집된 자료는 SPSS 23.0을 이용하여 통계처리하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 여자대학생이 지각하는 진로장벽은 진로준비행동에 부적인 영향을 나타냈으며 진로장벽의 하위요인 중 자기명확성이 부족할수록 또 진로정보가 부족할수록 진로준비행동에 소극적이였다. 둘째, 귀인성향 중 내적이고 통제가능한 노력에 귀인할수록 진로준비행동에 적극적이였다. 셋째, 진로장벽과 진로준비행동 사이에 귀인성향의 조절효과는 나타나지 않았다. 이상의 연구결과를 바탕으로 여자대학생의 진로교육 및 진로상담에 주는 시사점과 연구의 제한점 및 추후 연구를 위한 방향을 논의하였다.

IPA분석을 통한 공학계열 대학생 진로역량 보유수준 및 필요수준에 대한 인식 연구 (A Study on the Perception of the Level of Career Competency and Needs for Engineering Students : Using IPA Analysis Within the Engineering Educational Contexts)

  • The purpose of this study is to identify the difference between the current retention level and the required level of engineering students' career competency that they think they need based on their perceptions. Ultimately, the results of this study are used as basic data when designing the major/general education program and the curricular/extra-curricular career program. The task of this study is to identify the difference between the current retention level and the required level of engineering students' career competency. And based on this, it is to confirm the educational needs of engineering students for the career competency. For this purpose, literature research on career competency education in universities was reviewed in the theoretical background. Next, previous studies on career competency and sub-competence derived from career competency-related studies and detailed questions were analyzed. Based on this, an initial evaluation tool for career competency of engineering students was developed. Finally, through expert review, a career competency evaluation tool with a total of 43 items in 10 competency groups was developed. A career competency evaluation questionnaire was conducted for 197 engineering students who participated in the 2022 Engineering Education Festa, and as a result of the IPA analysis, 'global competency' was found to be the competency with the largest difference between importance and execution. Next, 'major job competency' and 'career development competency' appeared in order. Reflecting the results of this study, it is expected that mutually organic design of competency-based liberal arts curriculum and major curriculum that can cultivate global competency, major job competency, and career development capability will be carried out through learning activities and field practice.

NCS 확산을 위한 경력단절여성 직업교육과 커리어관리 시스템에 관한 연구 (A Study of Career-interrupted Women's Vocational Training and Career Management System for NCS Diffusion)

  • 경력단절 여성은 NCS기반의 직업훈련과 개인중심의 경력관리라는 새로운 패러다임에 직면해 있다. 경력단절 여성이 이런 환경변화에 적응하기 위해서는 경력관리에 대한 자기주도성과 정체성이 요구된다. 특히, 경력단절 여성에 대한 다양한 지원프로그램이나 직업교육의 실효성을 높이기 위해서는 획일화된 관점에서 벗어나 세분화된 집단별 특성을 파악하는 것이 필요하다. 이런 맥락에서 본 연구는 재취업에 성공한 경력단절 여성의 적극적 경력관리행동에 초점을 맞춘다. 경력단절 여성의 적극적 경력관리행동이 경력전략과 경력성공과 어떤 관련성이 있는지를 밝힌다. 이를 위해 한국직업능력개발원에서 실시한 패널자료를 토대로 적극적 경력관리 여성과 일반 경력관리 여성으로 구분하여 이들 두 집단 간 경력관리 행동과 경력성공에 차이가 있는지를 실증하였다. 적극적 경력관리 여성일수록 경력전략으로 경력단절이나 경력이동을 활용하는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 적극적 경력관리 여성과 그렇지 않는 여성간 자기주도적 교육 참여정도와 훈련방법에 따른 교육효과에 차이가 있는 것으로 조사되었다. 둘째, 적극적 경력관리 여성은 그렇지 않는 경우에 비해 월평균임금이 통계적으로 유의한 수준에서 높은 것으로 나타났다.

진로멘토의 사회적 지지와 변혁적 리더십이 일반계 고등학생의 진로준비행동과 그릿에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Social Support & Leadership from Career Mentor on High School Students' Career Preparation Behavior & GRIT)

  • 본 연구는 진로멘토의 사회적 지지와 변혁적 리더십이 일반계 고등학생의 진로준비행동과 그릿에 미치는 영향을 확인하여, 사회적 지지원으로 진로멘토의 중요성을 확인하고, 고등학생들의 진로발달을 지원하기 위한 진로 프로그램 개발의 기초자료를 제공하는데 연구 목적을 가지고 있다. 이를 위해 진로 프로그램(S리더십센터 관심전공 멘토 교류프로그램)에 참여한 일반계 고등학생 257명을 대상으로 진로준비행동 검사와 그릿 검사를 시행하였고, 프로그램에서 학생과 과정을 함께 진행한 진로멘토의 사회적 지지와 변혁적 리더십을 측정하였다. 변수 간 상관관계 분석을 실시하였으며, 각각의 영향을 확인하기 위하여 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 진로 프로그램 사전과 사후로 나누어, 일반계 고등학생의 진로준비행동과 그릿의 변화량을 확인한 결과, 평균적 상승이 확인되었다. 둘째, 일반계 고등학생의 진로준비행동 변화량은 진로멘토의 정서적 지지, 정보적 지지, 개별적 배려와 유의미한 관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 일반계 고등학생의 그릿 변화량은 진로멘토의 정서적 지지, 평가적 지지, 개별적 배려와 유의미한 관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 진로멘토의 정서적 지지, 정보적 지지, 개별적 배려가 진로준비행동 변화량에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 정서적 지지와 평가적 지지, 개별적 배려가 그릿 변화량에 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 본 연구의 결과를 통해, 부모와 교사로 제한되었던 사회적 지지원의 범주가 확대되어, 진로멘토의 관계성과 영향력을 확인할 수 있었다. 특히 학생의 그릿 향상과 진로준비행동 향상을 위해, 프로그램에서 진로멘토를 적극 활용할 필요가 있으며, 이를 기반으로 한 체계적이고 구체적인 진로지도와 상담이 현장에서 이루어져야 할 것이다.

간호사의 경력몰입에 관한 구조모형 (Structural Model of Nurses' Career Commitment)

  • Purpose: This study was done to construct a hypothetical model to explain the factors influencing career commitment of nurses. Methods: Three factors (individual internal-, job- and career-characteristics) and 8 sub-factors were measured with Likert scales. Data collection was conducted from Jan. 11 to 31, 2011 using self-report questionnaires. Participants(738 nurses) were selected from 6 hospitals in 2 metropolitan cities of South Korea. Collected data were analyzed using SPSS Window 16.0 and Amos 19.0. Results: 1) Among the 3 factors, career commitment was most strongly influenced by career-characteristics. 2) Career commitment wasinfluenced by organizational-career-management but not by personal-career-management. 3) Career commitment was influenced by individual internal-characteristics but not by job-characteristics. 4) Of the 8 sub-factors, career commitment was most strongly influenced by desire-for-growth but not by self-efficiency. Conclusion: The results of this study indicate that in order to improve career commitment of nurses it is necessary to implement custom-made career development policies considering individual characteristics in the organizational level.

부모 지지와 고등학생 진로발달과의 관계 연구 - 일반계, 산업정보계, 실업계의 비교 - (A Study on the Relationship between Parental Support and Senior High School Students' Career Development)

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between parental support and senior high school students' career development. For this study, the data was gathered from 1,468 students in 15 classes(different divisions) at 9 high schools (3 Academic high schools, 3 Industrial technology schools, 3 Vocational high schools) in Seoul. The results of the study were as follows: 1. There is significant difference, statistically, in the relation between parental support and career development by gender. 2. As for the division factor, the recognition level of parental supports was higher in girls than in boys and the average of their career development level was also higher. 3. As for the division factor, the recognition level of parental supports was most highest in academic high school students than in other groups and the average of their career development level was also the highest. 4. There were significant correlations between the parental supports and career decision-making self-efficacy, vacational identity, career decision. 5 As for the effects of parental support on the student's career development, career decision-making self-efficacy was higher than other vacational identity, career decision.. The $R^2$ value was weak but still statistically significant.

The Effects of Job Crafting on Career Success of Multinational Corporations' Employees

  • As the recent tendency of career management has changed, companies have supported progressive career management and development of their employees internally. And strengthening job crafting is an effective activity not only to improve the work efficiency of the organizations but also to improve the job satisfaction and wellbeing of their employees. In these backgrounds, this paper aims to explore the components of job crafting for the multinational employees in order to emphasize the importance of job crafting and empirically analyze the influential relationship in terms of career success through career commitment and career attitude. Based on literature review the job crafting was defined with three components; task crafting, relation crafting, and cognitive crafting. A total of 336 survey data were analyzed for a total of 27 multinational corporations. As the analysis result the task crafting and cognitive crafting of multinational employees were shown to have an influence on career attitude, but relation crafting did not have any impact on career. It can be interpreted that the employees have self-directed career attitude through a method of showing visible performance based on their given jobs rather than having individual career management attitude through relationships between departments, organizational members, and supervisors.

진로결정상태 유형에 따른 진로미결정 이유, 진로성숙도와 대학적응 (Reasons for Career Indecisiveness, Career Maturity and College Adaptation Using a Typology of Career Decision Status)

  • The main purpose of this study was to identify a typology of career decision status by using the quadrants formed by the decidedness and comfort scale and to examine the differences in career maturity and college adaptation using that typology. We gathered data from a total of 789(237 male, 552 female) students from a middle-sized university in Jollanam-do completed a Career Decision Profile(CDP), a Career Maturity Inventory(CMI) and the Student Adaptation to College Questionnaire(SACQ). We found that 29.5% of students were categorized as decided-comfortable, 36.4% were decided-uncomfortable, 6.9% were undecided-comfortable, and 27.3% were undecided-uncomfortable. ANOVA indicated that there were significant differences in the reasons dimension of COP, career maturity and college adaptation as a function of career decision status categories. In general, decided-comfortable students showed the highest scores while undecided-uncomfortable students showed the lowest scores in all scales. Only in the Career Choice Importance scale did undecided-comfortable students showed the lowest scores.

간호대학생의 진로행동에 영향을 미치는 요인에 대한 경로 분석- 사회인지 진로이론을 중심으로 (Path Analysis of Factors Influencing Career Preparation Behavior of Korean Nursing Students - Based on Social Cognitive Career Theory)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify personal, contextual, and cognitive factors influencing the career preparation behavior of Korean nursing students. In this study, an examination was done of the fitness of a path model for the relationship among these factors based on the social cognitive career theory. Methods: The participants were 413 nursing students in South Korea. Data were collected using self-report questionnaires that included self-esteem, social support, self-efficacy, outcome expectation, career decision level, and career preparation behavior. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, Pearson correlation analysis, and path analysis. Results: The factors influencing career preparation behavior were self-efficacy, career decision level, self-esteem, outcome expectation, and social support. The factors influencing career decision level were self-efficacy, outcome expectation, self-esteem, and social support. Conclusion: The findings indicate that self-efficacy is an important factor influencing the career behavior of Korean nursing students. Nurse educators should consider personal, contextual, and cognitive factors of nursing students and develop systemic career guidance programs to help nursing students' career preparation behavior.
