Corporate business environment is rapidly evolving with the dramatic development of Information Technology. On that regard, companies are exploring various ways to create values in a bidto deliver outstanding business performance as well as coping with a changing business environment. Companies, in addition, have exerted extra efforts in developing and retaining talents as a way to enhance business performance. Against the backdrop, this paper presents a research-analysis model to analyze capability factors of corporate members which are essential for a company to create more values in the rapidly changing business environment. To this end, this paper carried out the following researches : First, through a literature review, capability types, which are required to improve business performance, as well as individual capability factors, were analyzed. Second, based on analysis result, Attitude, Skill and Knowledge were presented as individual capability factors essential to the technological convergence environment. Third, to analyze the validity of the research analysis model, expert interviews with corporate human resource as well as a large scale survey were performed.

For the purpose of analysing the capability (knowledge, experience, and ability) of CM at Risk in the major construction company in korea, this study performed questionnaire survey with experts in the companies. Based on the analysis of the survey, the study was found as follows. 1) It is needed to increase the capability of preconstruction services, such as project management plan/manual, contract documents, value engineering, alternative analysis, time management, and claim. 2) Despite of gap of the capability between the present and the future CM services, the study concluded that the capability is sufficient to perform CM at Risk project in the major construction company.

As job market squeezes and more institutions have been requiring NCS(National Competency Standards) based recruitment, the importance of NCS has been growing. Among the 10 domains of NCS, the most relevant one with task processing and organizational performance filed is 'task processing capability group', which is becoming more important with the advent of the fourth industrial revolution era. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of college students' task processing capability group on their career outcome expectation and career preparation behavior. In this study, we set up a process model to comprehend the effect of college students' task processing capability group on career outcome expectation and career preparation behavior based on social cognitive career theory. Empirical analysis showed that task processing capability group(problem-solving capability, information capability, resource management capability, organizational capability) positively influenced college students' career outcome expectation and career preparation behavior for employment. However, the impact of technical capability on career outcome expectation and career preparation behavior was not explained. In order to strengthen the task processing capability group of college students, not only university-level efforts, but also college and faculty's efforts should be accompanied. Other academic and practical implications are discussed.

Variables such as R&D capability and organizational orientation have been dealt with in previous studies on factors that affect the success of new products/services in technology-based companies, but there have been few studies examining the causal relationship of these variables from an integrated perspective. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the effect of the organizational orientation and R&D capability of technology-based SMEs, consisting of customer orientation, innovation orientation, and competitor orientation, on the success of new products/services. In addition, we want to analyze the influence of a company's product/service competitiveness on the success of new products/services. The survey was commissioned by a research company, and 382 valid copies were analyzed by conducting a survey to corporate members in the technical job-related industry. The questionnaire analysis was performed using SPSS 26.0 and Smart PLS 3.0.Customer orientation, innovation orientation, and competitor orientation were found to have a positive effect on product/service competitiveness. It can be said that market changes in product/service competitiveness, technology improvement capability, target market analysis, etc. meet the objectives of most research projects, such as the success of new products/services. In addition, product/service competitiveness was found to have a positive effect on the success of new products/services. It can be seen that R&D capability has a positive effect on the success of new products/services and plays an important role in business expansion of SMEs. From this analysis result, it was found that the organizational orientation and R&D capability of a company have a positive effect on the success of new products/services. Based on the results of this study, implications were presented on the factors that a company must have for the success of new products/services.

Purpose - This study analyzed the effect of obtaining international products and qualification certification on exports according to the suitability evaluation system. Recently, non-tariff barriers have emerged as technical barriers, and the Biden administration is trying to achieve export growth and economic growth by utilizing the demand for conformity assessment following the Fourth Industrial Revolution and the free trade system from the perspective of Korea. Design/methodology - This study analyzed the effect of a manufacturer's product certification acquisition on a company's export performance using Resource-Based View-based multiple regression analysis. To this end, concentration validity was confirmed through Factor analysis and Cronbach's alpha, and correlation analysis was performed to verify discriminant validity. Findings - Product certification and qualification have a positive impact on the company's export performance. In particular, technological dynamism and relationship control have had a significant impact. Originality/value - Considering that the Conformity Assessment Management Act will take effect in earnest in 2022, this study is believed to suggest that companies that have been certified to meet international standards may improve their export performance and increase their value in the future. This study assessed knowledge-based environments for knowledge management in hospital dietetic departments. This study categorized the current knowledge management environment into routine habits, capability, culture and system. A questionnaire was conducted on dieticians in general hospitals with 400 beds in Seoul and Gyeong-in areas. Excluding responses with significant missing data, 160 usable questionnaires were analyzed by SPSS package programs for the study. The result of the study is summarized as follows. The average number of licensed beds in the hospitals was 717.5 and the average number of meals provided daily was 1,626.3. 53.2% of dieticians were aged between 26 and 35. Of the maximum score of 5 points, habits scored $3.65{\pm}.44$ points, capability scored $3.38{\pm}.44$ points, culture scored $3.21{\pm}.46$ points and system scored $2.77{\pm}.74$ points. Hospitals with a high ratio of occupied beds also had significantly higher points in capability, culture and system. The older the group the higher points it scored in habits and culture. The married group scored higher points in habits while the higher educated group scored higher points in habits and capability. The dietitians in charge of clinical nutrition scored higher points in habit, capability and culture while the higher salaried group scored higher points in habit, culture and capability. Therefore this study would provide useful information for the introduction of knowledge management in hospital dietetic departments.

Remote-controlled and autonomous driving based on artificial intelligence are key elements required for unmanned combat vehicles. The required capability of such an unmanned combat vehicle should be expressed in reasonable required operational capability(ROC). To this end, in this paper, the requirements of an unmanned combat vehicle operated under a manned-unmanned teaming were analyzed. The functional requirements are remote operation and control, communication, sensor-based situational awareness, field environment recognition, autonomous return, vehicle tracking, collision prevention, fault diagnosis, and simultaneous localization and mapping. Remote-controlled and autonomous driving of unmanned combat vehicles could be achieved through the combination of these functional requirements. It is expected that the requirement analysis results presented in this study will be utilized to satisfy the military operational concept and provide reasonable technical indicators in the system development stage.

According to NERC definition, Available Transfer Capability (ATC) is a measure of the transfer capability remaining in the physical transmission network for the future commercial activity To calculate ATC, accurate and defensible TTC, CBM and TRM should be calculated in advance. This paper proposes a method to quantify time varying ATC based on probabilistic approach. The uncertainties of power system and market are considered as complex random variables. TRM with the desired probabilistic margin is calculated based on PLF analysis, and CBM is evaluated using LOLE of the system. Suggested ATC quantification method is verified using IEEE RTS with 72 bus. The proposed method shows efficiency and flexibility for the quantification of ATC.

The purpose of this article is to develop a dynamic model of organizational capabilities and knowledge creation, and at the same time identify the organizational capability factors for effective knowledge creation, by empirically analyzing the history of new Quinolone antibacterial drug compound (LB20304a) discovery process at LG, as a case in point. Major findings of this study are as follows. First, in a science-based area such as drug development, the core of successful knowledge creation lies in creative combination of different bodies of scientific explicit knowledge. Second, the greater the difficulty of learning external knowledge, the more tacit knowledge is needed for the recipient firm to effectively exploit that knowledge. Third, in science-based sector such as pharmaceutical industry, the key for successful knowledge creation lies in the capability of recruiting and retaining star scientists. Finally, for effective knowledge creation, a firm must keep its balance among three dimensions of organizational capabilities: local, process, architectural capabilities.

An IT system within a company play increasingly important role as a significant part of corporate assets. The IT system possesses an extraordinary ability to improve an organization's efficiency, effectiveness and productivity by providing competitive advantages and improving strategic business decision capabilities. Indeed, providing a more secure IT environment, improving employee productivity and enhancing business process and strategic decision capabilities are key areas to improve corporate performance. However, existing research on IT ROI of return on IT investments does not provide solid justification to stakeholders. In this paper, we analyze the IT investment during the past 28 years from 1982 to 2009 and present the results in two dimensions. First, we show the IT solution implementation analysis by years and industries based on 1,240 IT success cases from 8 different sources such as major Korea IT newspaper, IT magazines, and IT vendors. Then, the paper presents the relationship between IT capability through IT success cases and corporate business performance among 32 industries.
