The purpose of this research was to develop evaluation conformity to operate courses based on CIPP evaluation model dedicated to approval of training organizations. In order to achieve the goal, the researchers scrutinized related documents and precedent studies, initiated the draft for evaluation conformity to operate courses and secured validity for evaluation conformity initiated through Delphi Method survey. To secure validity for evaluation conformity, the researchers conducted two Delphi Method surveys of an expert panel of 22 professionals from relevant fields including officials from the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport, researchers from Korea Transportation Safety Authority, instructors from approved training organizations and officials from industries. Through the surveys, the researchers determined 4 evaluation areas, 13 evaluation items and 52 evaluation indexes as the evaluation conformity to operate courses for aircraft maintenance mechanics. On top of that, the researchers established evaluation system in the courses for aviation professionals (aircraft maintenance mechanics), and suggested a follow-up studies regarding managing the quality of education.

The purpose of this study was to spread the education of human creativity program and its possibility of consistency, and its application to school system by exploring the evaluation system that determines the valuable and useful decisions. This study was based on the evaluation system according to CIPP model regarding the program's general ideas and its role. The interest of the education of human creativity was increasing as well as its progress of program, and we searched 13 figures and 55 evaluation index according to increase the program's effectiveness and nation-wise situation of evaluation model. The conclusion of this study was that the human creativity program's evaluation was composed of six compartments. And the context evaluation was composed of three evaluation models and eleven index, and input evaluation was composed of three evaluation model and 15 index, while process evaluation is composed of three evaluation models and thirteen evaluation index. Lastly, output evaluation had four evaluation model and sixteen index.

The purpose of this study is to evaluate an airline service training program based on the CIPP model. Evaluation areas were divided into context, input, process, and product. We analyzed the factors which influenced program satisfaction and recommendation of the training program. Two hundred and one learners who participated in an airline service training program were selected for a survey. The results of this study are as follows. The factors which positively influenced training satisfaction were educational goals in context evaluation, interaction between learners and instructors, managing programs in process evaluation, and training performance in product evaluation. The factor which negatively influenced training satisfaction was human resources in input evaluation. On the other hand, the factors which positively influenced training recommendation were educational goal, assessing needs in context evaluation, interaction between learners and instructors, supporting programs in process evaluation, and training performance in product evaluation. The factor which negatively influenced training recommendation was assessing needs in context evaluation. The results of this study are expected to make an important contribution to the development of service training programs in airlines.

This study examines the awareness of the curriculum of the cabin service major students at 2 year colleges through the CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product) evaluation model and an empirical analysis on how their awareness affects Service Orientation and Service Hospitality. It was proven that the CIPP evaluation model has a positive effect on the satisfaction of their department, and also has a meaningful effect on Service Hospitality and Service Orientation statistically. However, the satisfaction of their department itself is not associated with the increase of Service Orientation and Service Hospitality so it negatively affected them. Moreover, both the Service Management program(Process) and Service Attitude(Product) have a meaningful effect on Service Hospitality, and Service Hospitality also has a meaningful effect on Service Orientation. So it resulted in a casual relationship among them. As a result, it is desperately necessary to promote an educational environment that will increase the satisfaction of the department and help students to become flight attendants. It is also necessary to increase awareness of the Service Management program(Process) and Service Attitude(Product).

The objective of this study is to draw implications and also to design an evaluation model suitable for vocational education in college based on the literary consideration of the quality management of curriculum and the case analysis on the quality management of curriculum of early childhood education department in college, and then to seek for the measures for the systematic quality management of curriculum of early childhood education department applying the evaluation model. To the core of this study, as the evaluation measures for systematically approaching the quality management of curriculum in the aspect of department, this study presented a curriculum quality management model for early childhood education department of college which was mixed with CIPP model as a program evaluation model that has been a lot used for the evaluation of domestic/foreign curriculums in the evaluation(C) stage of PDCA with the use of PDCA procedure as a school administrative process, and then suggested the roles and quality culture of members. The results of this study could be used as the basic data for the quality management of curriculum of early childhood education department in college, desired by diverse institutions and projects for the institutional support in the future.

The purpose of this study was to develop an evaluation tool for selecting new projects for R&D project planning level of K Research Institute. For this purpose, items and questions for R&D project selection evaluation were developed based on the CIPP model and previous studies on selection evaluation and evaluation indicators for research project evaluation, and then two Delphi surveys were conducted. The developed evaluation tool was surveyed by 13 experts to verify contents validity ratio, convergence and consensus. The finally selected evaluation tool for R&D project planning consisted of 21 questions in 8 items, including 5 questions for context evaluation, 2 questions for input evaluation, 8 questions for process evaluation, and 6 questions for product evaluation. The evaluation tool developed will contribute to the solution of problems in the bottom-up planning process and to the improvement of the planning competence of the researchers. It will also contribute to improve the consistency and efficiency of evaluation during the selection process.

The objective of this study was to develop evaluation criteria for forest education using the Context, Input, Process, and Product (CIPP) model. To this end, we designed a survey based on expert advice and content analysis of previous studies on the CIPP model and forest education. The survey was conducted on 393 forest education specialists, and Cronbach's α coefficient was set as 0.6 or higher to verify reliability and validity, and to determine reliability by factor. Eventually, 52 out of 57 evaluation items were extracted, and the evaluation indexes were selected through factor analysis as follows: four evaluation indexes for the context dimension, namely "Clarity of goal setting," "Developing conditions for education," "Meeting of requirements," and "Institutional drive"; three evaluation indexes for the input dimension, namely "Acquisition of education infrastructure," "Establishment of operational support," and "Adequacy of assigned manpower"; four evaluation indexes for the process dimension, which were "Adequacy of budget allocation," "Expertise of forest education instructors," "Diversity of programs," and "Public-private academic partnership"; and five evaluation indexes for the product dimension, namely "Effectiveness of perception change," "Influence over the society," "Continuity of improvement in evaluation," "Continuity of education," and "Verification of the effects of education."

The purpose of this study is to develop an evaluation index that can assess the Army training program of Green Camp. The result of the evaluation index phased-developed with the CIPP model is summarized below. First, the literature review with documents relevant to program evaluation, Green Camp field research, and expert discussions were used to select factors considered for evaluation and develop a preliminary evaluation area and item for the four areas within the CIPP evaluation model. Second, an initial survey targeting Green Camp and soldiers in the Capital Defense Command examined the preliminary reliability·validity, and the Focused Group discussions were used to supplement the evaluation index. Third, secondary surveys were conducted in four battalions in Gangwon-do and third surveys targeted officers from twelve different corps and personnels related to the Green Camp which verified descriptive statistics analysis, exploratory factor analysis, and correlation analysis in version SPSS 24. Fourth, with the validation verification procedure, 16 evaluation area and 36 evaluation index was confirmed. Fifth, the 36 evaluation index developed was subdivided into 57 indexes and the Delphi method was applied through the policy expert to formulate 43 generalized indexes. The significance of this phased research approach was considered for the institutionalization of the usage of scientific evaluation(index) and development in policy process.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the factors related to the satisfaction of the introductory engineering education program for the employees, who majored liberal arts or commerce, among the educational programs for industrial workers which are performed as an effort to spread the performance of the Innovation Center for Engineering Education, and reinforce the competitiveness through effective program operation. This study was performed on the basis of CIPP evaluation model (context, input, process, product). A factorial analysis and a regression analysis were conducted based on a survey made on 87 persons who completed the introductory engineering education program among the employees of D group who majored liberal arts or commerce. It is expected that this study will contribute toward suggesting the implications for designing and operating the educational programs for industrial workers in order to find out the important factors of satisfaction and to conduct the education operation with professionalism.

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the environmental education of public servants in National Institute of Environmental Human Resource Development(NIERD). Based on CIPP model, Evaluation areas and items were made. The data were collected through interviews, questionnaires and training and development team's internal information from November, 2005 to January, 2006. Based on the interviews and survey of 11 employee from training and development team, context factors, input factors, process factors, product factors were evaluated. The major findings of this study were as follows: First, the problem of the environmental education of environmental officials indicated lack of interest about education of Ministry of Environment, lack of education expense, lack of expertise of employee in training and development team, and so on. Second, the curriculum for environmental officials was not considered the environmental officials' readiness for education, developmental level and competency. Suggestions for future research were offered.
