베트남인의 한국 의료관광 이용의도에 영향을 미치는 요인 (Factors Influencing Intention of Vietnamese to Use Korean Medical Tourism)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify factors related to Vietnamese customers who use Korean medical and tourism services. The study was based on the Anderson Models Methods: Participants were 173 Vietnamese who were living in Ho Chi Minh and Hanoi in Vietnam. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, ${\chi}^2$, t-test and Multiple Logistic Regression. Results: Research necessary factors had the most significant effect among the preceding factors, possible factors and necessary factors. Human service and outstanding natural beauty of necessary factors had significant influence on customer intention to use. According to the result of the stepwise logistic regression analysis, the most important item in medical services was human service OR=1.89 (p=.014), and for tour services, outstanding natural beauty OR=4.30 (p=.033). The explained variance for customer intention to use was 91.9%. Conclusion: These results suggest the need to improve the human service and outstanding natural beauty to retain customers' intention to use.

익산시 노인의 복지서비스 이용실태 및 요구도 (The Actual Conditions and the Demands of Services about the Welfare of the Elderly people in Iksan city)

  • The purpose of study was to improve the quality of the welfare service for the elderly people in Iksan city. For the purpose, this study consists of three main subjects. (1) A analysis about the socio-demographic characteristics of the elderly. (2) A analysis about the experience of the welfare services for the elderly people. (3) A analysis about the demands of services on elderly related institutions or voluntary service groups. For the data set 204 the elderly people living in Iksan city, were chosen. The data were analyzed with SPSS program were frequency, percentage, chi-square. The major findings were as follows : The 70.1% of the elderly experienced of the welfare services. The most of the elderly people experienced of the elderly rotated institutions or voluntary service groups did not satisfy about services. The elderly people hoped to get the services about health, tour, education.

  • 순무(Bracica campestris subsp. rapa Hook, fiet. Anders)의 원산지는 유럽서남부 해안지방인 반온대 지역으로 알려져 있으며 우리나라에서는 삼국시대부터 재배되었다. 조선중엽에 김치 재료로 많이 재배되었다는 기록이 있으나 지금은 주로 강화군 지역에서 재배되어 강화순무로 불릴 정도로 강화군 특산품이 되었다. 순무의 종류로는 서구계, 중간계, 재래계가 있으나 강화순무는 재래계통에 속하고 자색이 진한 것과 연한 것으로 구분된다. (중략)

The Impact of Click and Collect's Service Quality on Customer Emotion and Purchase Decision: A Case Study of Mobile World in Vietnam

  • The study aims to identify Service Quality factors that affect purchase decision on Click and Collect service through the mediating variable of customer emotions at Mobile World stores in Ho Chi Minh City. This study employs a mixed methods research design. Data were collected through online self-completion questionnaire distributed to 316 customers who used to experience Click and Collect service at the Mobile World stores in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The theoretical model was tested through two-stage regression analysis (PATH model). The findings show that factors of service quality such as Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, Empathy, Tangibility, and Emotions affect the decision to purchase online and receive products directly at Mobile World stores in Ho Chi Minh City. Responsiveness and Assurance have a significant positive impact on the customer's emotions. Consequently, these factors should be considered and addressed when conducting multi-channel services. Obviously, employees must first be trained to be able to deliver the promise of the retailer to their customers. Based on the results of the study, the authors provide managerial implications for retailers in Vietnam in the multi-channel retail environment to develop Click and Collect at retail stores across the country and the world.
