  • For any integer k $\geq$ 2, let P(c, k + 1;q) be the number of all k+1-tuples with positive integer coordinates ($a_1,a_2,...,a_{k+1}$) such that $1{\leq}a_i{\leq}q$, ($a_i,q$) = 1, $a_1a_2...a_{k+1}{\equiv}$ c (mod q) and 2 $\nmid$ ($a_1+a_2+...+a_{k+1}$), and E(c, k+1; q) = P(c, k+1;q) - $\frac{{\phi}^k(q)}{2}$. The main purpose of this paper is using the properties of Gauss sums, primitive characters and the mean value theorems of Dirichlet L-functions to study the hybrid mean value of the r-th hyper-Kloosterman sums Kl(h,k+1,r;q) and E(c,k+1;q), and give an interesting mean value formula.

  • Some annulus oscillation criteria are established for the second order damped elliptic differential equation $$\sum\limits_{i,j=1}^N D_i[a_{ij}(x)D_jy]+\sum\limits_{i=1}^Nb_i(x)D_iy+C(x,y)=0$$ under quite general assumption that they are based on the information only on a sequence of annuluses of $\Omega(r_0)$ rather than on the whole exterior domain $\Omega(r_0)$. Our results are extensions of those due to Kong for ordinary differential equations. In particular, the results obtained here can be applied to the extreme case such as ${\int}_{\Omega(r0)}c(x)dx=-\infty$.

  • This study proposes a new methodology of earthquake damage evaluation for R/C Buildings combined with shear and flexural failure systems, based on non-linear required strength spectrum. Part I shows a concept of methodology of earthquake damage evaluation, which is estimated on the basis of system ductility, non-linear required strength spectrum and remaining seismic capacity ratio.

  • F First I will introduce our works how to improve the crystal growth t technique for Rare earth pnictides and chalcogenides. All these substances h have hi양1 vapor pressure and high melting print up to 3$\alpha$)()C. 까len we employ m the tungsten or molybden crucibles and enclose the sample by 빼e welding of m the lid with high current electron beam. We cannot elevate the temperature up t to 3$\alpha$)()C without suitable radiation shield because rate of radiation loss r rapidly increase in such a high temperature regions. There were no good r radiation shield but we discovered that the p-BN could work as an excellent r radiation shield after checking of the many substances. S Secondly I will show several interesting and unusual 뻐ysical properties of obtained crystals under high magnetic field, hi양1 pressure and also i including angle resolve photoemission spectroscopy. I will stress the p properties of the low carrier concentration with strong correlation on C댐, U USb and Yb4As3

The dft rate was 31.6% in general mental retarded children (G.m.r.c.) & 20.7% in orphan mental retarded children (O. m. r. c.). The dft index was 3.73 in G.m.r.c. & 2.15 in O.m.r.c. 2. The DMFT rate was 24.6% in female G.m.r.c., 16.7% in male G.m.r.c., 12.7% in female O.m.r.c., 8.4% in male O.m.r.c. The DMFT index was 4.94 in female G.m.r.c., 4.01 in male G.m.r.c., 1.40 in male O.m.r.c., 2.75 in female O.m.r.c. 3. The malocclusion prevalence was 57.3%. the class I malocclusion was 14.2% Class II malocclusion 19.3%, Class III malocclusion 23.5%. The children with Down's syndrome had 60.0% of class III malocclusion prevalence. 4. The dental calculus index was 1.97 in male O.m.r.c., 1.81 in female O.m.r.c., 1.30 in male G.m.r.e., 1.13 in female G.m.r.c. 5. The dental plaque index was 3.06 in female G.m.r.c., 3.00 in male Gm.r.e. 2.70 in male O.m.r,c., 2.32 in female O.m.r.c.

  • Let R be a commutative ring with unity. The extension of annihilating-ideal graph of R, $^{\bar{\mathbb{AG}}}$(R), is the graph whose vertices are nonzero annihilating ideals of R and two distinct vertices I and J are adjacent if and only if there exist n, m ∈ ℕ such that InJm = (0) with In, Jm ≠ (0). First, we differentiate when 𝔸𝔾(R) and $^{\bar{\mathbb{AG}}}$(R) coincide. Then, we have characterized the diameter and the girth of $^{\bar{\mathbb{AG}}}$(R) when R is a finite direct products of rings. Moreover, we show that $^{\bar{\mathbb{AG}}}$(R) contains a cycle, if $^{\bar{\mathbb{AG}}}$(R) ≠ 𝔸𝔾(R).

  • This paper describes the isolated word recognition using binary patterns denoting the presence or absence of a local peak at a particular channel. In closed test, 81.3% and 76.8% of correct recognition rate were achieved in case of 10 males and 10 females with each 1588 test samples.

  • In this paper we describe the design of a Dual-Redundant Power Controller(DRPC) for Control Rod Control System(CRCS). The CRCS also provides information regarding rod motion, rod position, and status of the Rod Control System. It has Hot/Stand-by type, and also has the function of fault detection for controller itself and power modules. We have implemented the various functions with the dual-redundant Power Controller. Due to the developed DRPC, we are assured that the commmecial use by this controller be made before long.

  • Let R be a commutative ring with nonzero identity, 𝓘(𝓡) the set of all ideals of R and δ : 𝓘(𝓡) → 𝓘(𝓡) an expansion of ideals of R. In this paper, we introduce the concept of 2-absorbing δ-semiprimary ideals in commutative rings which is an extension of 2-absorbing ideals. A proper ideal I of R is called 2-absorbing δ-semiprimary ideal if whenever a, b, c ∈ R and abc ∈ I, then either ab ∈ δ(I) or bc ∈ δ(I) or ac ∈ δ(I). Many properties and characterizations of 2-absorbing δ-semiprimary ideals are obtained. Furthermore, 2-absorbing δ1-semiprimary avoidance theorem is proved.

  • The PCR-amplified prion protein (PrP) gene was sequenced to determine the frequency of scrapie-associated as well as novel PrP genotypes in 72 healthy goats representing five breeds. A total of six genotypes were detected, resulting from the three reported 143 (H/R), 154 (R/H) and 240 (S/P) and the two novel 39 (S/R) and 185 (I/F) amino acid polymorphisms. Of the four silent mutations 42 (a$\rightarrow$g), 138 (c$\rightarrow$t), 231 (c$\rightarrow$a) and 237 (g$\rightarrow$c) detected in this study, 237 (g$\rightarrow$c) is novel. A genotype (SIP/RFP) harboring three amino acid polymorphisms 39 (S/R), 185 (I/F) and 240 (S/P) was found in few goats. Although both scrapie-associated genotypes with 143 (H/R) and 154 (R/H) polymorphisms and others with 39 (S/R), 185 (I/F) and 240 (S/P) polymorphisms were present in the studied Pakistani goats, their frequency was lower than that of the wild-type genotype SHRIS/SHRIS (34.7%). These results emphasize the need for further sequencing of the PrP gene in a large number of goats representing the five studied breeds, so that overall PrP variability can be assessed in these breeds in research addressing future concerns about scrapie.
