홈 네트워크 환경에서 OTA(One Time Authentication)키를 이용한 DA_UDC(Double Authentication User.Device.Cross) 모듈 설계 (A Design of DA_UDC(Double Authentication User.Device.Cross) Module using OTA(One Time Authentication) Key in Home Network Environment)

  • 본 논문에서는 OTA(One Time Authentication)키를 이용한 사용자 인증, 디바이스 인증 그리고 상호 인증 모듈을 사용하여 공인인증서 비용과 도용문제를 해결하고, 홈 네트워크 사업지석 서비스에 가입할 필요가 없는 이중 인증 기법인 DA-UDC(Double Authentication User Device Cross) 모듈을 설계하였다. 홈 서버는 사용자 아이디, 디바이스 아이디 그리고 세션키를 확인하는 1단계 인증 과정을 통과한 사용자에 대해 OTA키 생성에 필요한 홈서버 공개키를 전송하고, 사용자가 생성한 OTA키를 확인하는 2단계 인증과정을 수행한다. 이때 생성되는 DA-UDC 모듈의 OTA키는 생성될 때마다 변경되도록 설계하였다. 따라서 DA-UDC 모듈은 이중 인증 과정을 수행함으로써 사용자 아이디 및 디바이스 아이디 노출을 대비하였고 OTA키 사용으로 악의의 사용자로부터 홈 네트워크의 인증 보안을 강화시켰다. 또한, BA-UDC 모듈은 단 1회의 인증 연산 횟수를 가지므로 기존의 인증 시스템보다 처리 속도가 빠르며, 별도의 인증키를 사용하므로 데이터 전송량은 많지만 보안측면에 강화시켰다고 볼 수 있다.

  • 현재 많은 기업, 관공서, 교육기관들은 각각의 특성에 맞는 업무정보시스템을 구축하여 사용하고 있다. 그러나 스마트폰 및 다양한 모바일기기들의 보급으로 사용자들은 이동성을 지닌 서비스를 요구함에 따라, 최근 많은 곳에서 모바일 서비스를 제공하고 있고, 개발 중에 있다. 그러나 기존 시스템과 모바일 시스템 간 연동을 위해 따로 개발할 때 비용 및 시간, 인력의 낭비가 점점 심해지고 있다. 또한 많은 곳에서 모바일 서비스를 제공하기 위해 기존의 시스템까지 수정해야하는 문제점이 나오고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 문제점을 해결하기위해 기존 시스템과 모바일 시스템간의 연동을 위해 데이터 전송 및 가공을 위해 기존서버, 웹서비스 서버, 모바일시스템간의 라이브러리를 개발 적용해봄으로써, 모바일 웹서비스 환경에서 공통API 설계 및 구현한다.

케냐의 전자정부 프로젝트 핵심 성공 및 실패 요인 (Critical Success and Failure Factors of e-Government Project Implementation in Kenya)

  • Use of ICT in Government has ability to improve service delivery to its citizens, and yet many developing countries have lagged behind in the implementation of e-Government. Many e-Government initiatives also failed to achieve their objectives in developing countries. This paper therefore aims to identify critical failure or success factors in Kenya, using Heeks' Factor Model. A survey questionnaire was developed and data were collected and analyzed from officials and interested citizens. The analysis results enabled to highlight seven specific success and failure factors, and their constituent elements in Kenya. The Kenyan overall e-Government implementation score belongs to the Zone of Improvement (3.52 of total 5.0), which means partial success or failure. The enablers of e-Government projects are good strategy formulation, and internal and external drive, whereas main failures of e-Government are weak ICT infrastructure. The areas for improvement are project management, design, competencies and funding. Data analysis highlights both strengths and weaknesses for each factor or variable. In particular, Kenyan government excels at the drive for change by top to bottom government officers as well as external stakeholders, while the government officers who are using e-Government are satisfied with the availability of vision, strategy and plan of e-Government implementation. Both technologies and e-transactions laws were the worst of all the variables in e-Government implementation. Two areas should be improved using immediate corrective action. In-depth study reveals that government officers and citizens can't fully use their laptop and mobile devices due to the lack of both ICT network and its operating technology, and legal system associated with the transaction of business information. Finally, the study ends up with recommendations for policy makers to shape the future of e-Government system in both developing and developed countries.

국내 패션 멀티브랜드 스토어의 유형별 전략 및 발전방향 (Classifications and Strategic Directions of Multi-brand Fashion Stores in Korea)

  • This study presents the strategic directions for Korean multi-brand fashion stores by running in-depth industry research and market analysis. Over 20 professionals were selected from Korean multi-brand fashion stores for this study and in-depth interviews were conducted to evaluate related subjects. The results of the study were as follows. First, Korean multi-brand fashion stores could be classified into three criteria: operating ownership, merchandise mix, and store identity. Second, operating ownership criterion was chosen for further investigations of strategies and directions of the multi-brand fashion stores. The operating ownership criterion consists of three types; department store types, specialty store types, and boutique types. Each type deploys different buying practice, organizational strategies, and distribution channels. Lastly, the suggested strategic directions for each type are summarized as follows. The 'department store type' should utilize its strong direct buying capabilities and acquisition of merchandising can be more effectively managed. The store should utilize its strong buying power as a tool to develop new private brands (PBs). For 'specialty store type', two key factors have been derived: market share expansion and positioning themselves to become a new distribution channel. To respond to these factors, the store needs to be perceived as a brand then diversify its business. Strengthening its brand will allow it to expand into a new distribution channel and also enable a strategic partnership with its competitor brands. The factors influencing 'boutique type' is personalization and uniqueness. With an emphasis on the uniqueness of products and merchandising it will be able to implement the role as a personal shopper and stylist to provide a very personalized service to its customers.

효율적인 웹 서버 관리를 위한 평가시스템 설계에 관한 연구 (Research about Benchmark System Design for Efficient Web Server Management)

  • 웹 서비스 제공에 중요한 비중을 차지하는 서버의 성능을 향상시키기 위해서는 현재 서버의 성능 평가 관리가 매우 중요하다. 이는 서버의 자원을 효율적을 활용하고 있는지에 대한 검증을 바탕으로 소프트웨어와 하드웨어적 성능 개선점을 보완하기 위한 방법이라 할 수 있다. 기존의 서버 성능 평가 방법으로는 서버와 클라이언트간 소프트웨어를 설치하여 클라이언트에서 서버로 접근하여 부하를 발생하고 이를 시뮬레이션 하여 패킷량 별로 발생하는 작업부하의 처리 효율을 평가하는 방식을 활용하였다. 이와 같은 방식은 서버 클라이언트가 발생하는 작업을 분석하기 위한 적절한 방법이지만, 단순한 작업 부하 처리 데이터만으로 평가함으로써 서버 성능을 개선하기 위한 명확한 데이터를 제공하지 못하는 한계성이 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 웹 서비스의 성격과 사용자 패턴을 구분하여 서버에 가해지는 작업부하 처리 평가를 함에 있어 보다 다양한 기준을 적용하여 측정하기 위한 방법을 제시하고자 한다. 특히, 개인 관련 웹 서비스 환경과 비즈니스 형태의 웹 서비스에서의 평가 방법을 제시한다.

소매업체의 멀티채널 전략을 위한 QR코드 활용의 탐색적 연구 (An Exploratory Study of QR Code Utilization for Retailers' Multichannel Strategy)

  • With advances in QR code, mobile is becoming one of important channels in the fashion retail industries. This study attempts to understand the importance of QR code utilization in creating multi-channel business model. Study objectives are to classify types of multi-channel retailing by QR code utilization and to explore the role of QR code technology in strategic marketing elements for types of multichannel retailer. As an exploratory approach, a total of 78 news articles regarding QR code issues were reviewed and analyzed by focusing on 48retailers seleted in this study. The results found seven dimensions of QR code marketing strategies: abundant product information, additional information contents, transaction accessibility, connectedness to channels, location based service, loyalty program and multimedia advertising. Based a combination of channels and level of mobile apps' activation, multichannel retailers utilizing QR code technology were classified into four types; bricks-click-active mobile model, bricks-click-inactive mobile model, bricks-click model, and click-active mobile model. There were differences of using QR code marketing strategies among multichannel models. According to results, for bricks-and-mortar retailers, QR code was critical to integrate shopping experience with merchandise or sales promotions across channels. In addition, for non-store retailers, the QR code utilization was successful in expanding mobile channels, which can promote retail sales by a two-way interaction with customers via the mobile apps.

  • 일반적으로 데이터 베이스를 구축하고 서비스하기 위한 대부분의 방식은 상용 DBMS를 이용하여 정보의 관리를 수행하고 사용자 검색은 정보검색 시스템을 사용하는, DBMS와 정보검색시스템의 연동방식을 채택하고 있다. 그러나 이러한 방법은 DBMS와 정보검색 시스템을 이중으로 운영해야하는 불편함이 있고, 데이터의 관리 및 처리를 위한 과정이 중복으로 이루어지는 단점이 있다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 과학기술 정보 데이터를 관리하고 원문과 함께 이용자에게 정보서비스를 위해 필요한 KRISTAL-2002 정보검색관리시스템 기반의 DB 구축과 정보검색 및 관리 모델을 제시한다.

A Study on the Smart Tourism Awareness through Bigdata Analysis

  • Purpose: In the 4th industrial revolution, services that incorporate various smart technologies in the tourism sector have begun to gain popularity. Accordingly, academic discussions on smart tourism have also started to become active in various fields. Despite recent research, the definition of smart tourism is still ambiguous, and it is not easy to differentiate its scope or characteristics from traditional tourism concepts. Thus, this study aims to analyze the perception of smart tourism exposed online to identify the current point of smart tourism in Korea and present the research direction for conceptualizing smart tourism suitable for the domestic situation. Research design, data, and methodology: This study analyzes the perception of smart tourism exposed online based on 20,198 news data from portal sites over the past six years. Data on words used with smart tourism were collected from the leading portal sites Naver, Daum, and Google. Text mining techniques were applied to identify the social awareness status of smart tourism. Network analysis was used to visualize the results between words related to smart tourism, and CONCOR analysis was conducted to derive clusters formed by words having similarity. Results: As a result of keyword analysis, the frequency of words related to the development and construction of smart tourism areas was high. The analysis of the centrality of the connection between words showed that the frequency of keywords was similar, and that the words "smartphones" and "China" had relatively high connection centrality. The results of network analysis and CONCOR indicated that words were formed into eight groups including related technologies, promotion, globalization, service introduction, innovation, regional society, activation, and utilization guide. The overall results of data analysis showed that the development of smart tourism cities was a noticeable issue. Conclusions: This study is meaningful in that it clearly reflects the differences in the perception of smart tourism between online and research trends despite various efforts to develop smart tourism in Korea. In addition, this study highlights the need to understand smart tourism concepts and enhance academic discussions. It is expected that such academic discussions will contribute to improving the competitiveness of smart tourism research in Korea.

  • USN(Ubiquitous Sensor Network) 환경에서 센싱(sensing)된 데이터는 개인의 프라이버시 및 기업의 비밀 정보와 관련되어 있지만 일반 네트워크에 비해 보안에 취약한 특성을 가지고 있다. 즉, USN은 센서 정보의 도청, 비정상적인 패킷의 유통, 메시지의 재사용, 데이터 위변조 공격, 서비스 거부 공격 등에 쉽게 노출되는 취약점을 가지고 있다. 따라서 USN 환경에서 센서 노드들의 사이의 안전한 통신을 위해서는 반드시 키가 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 센서 네트워크의 특성을 고려한 ECDH 알고리즘을 이용하여 클러스터 기반 키 분배 프로토콜인 KDPC(Key Distributed Protocol based on Cluster)을 설계한다. 그 결과, 데이터 위변조 공격을 탐지하고, 센싱된 데이터의 노출을 방지함으로써 안전한 USN 환경을 제공할 수 있다.

  • Agricultural tourism is a new kind of industry, which combined agriculture with tourism. It not only has the productive function, but also has the function of improving the quality of ecological environment and supplying people with sightseeing, leisure, vacation. Agricultural tourism is a new kind of industry from the amalgamation of agriculture and tourism: it is based on farm work, characterized by agricultural management, combines agriculture and tourism, and includes the city as a market-place. It satisfies tourist demand with food, lodging, excursions, shopping and entertainment provided by agricultural places and agricultural products. After combining the substance of this study with the primary sources regarding the development of agricultural tourism, I suggest plans for the development of local agricultural tourism on the basis of sustainable tourism theory in case of the Inner Mongolia region. To conduct research, various data such as literature research and surveys are collected and analyzed. According to the result of the research, the Inner Mongolia region has great-wealthy resources for agricultural tourism. However, they have problems as well such as lack of funds, low infrastructure, low business-mind level, low management-mind, the scarcity of mid-supporting organizations for research and education, low awareness, and low service level of the agricultural tourism. In order to solve these problems, have to strengthen publicity, strengthen the county and city communication, educates continuously profession talented person, establish related laws and regulations, increase the integrity of infrastructure. As a developing industry, agricultural tourism is a new field of study which needs more encouraging research. The agricultural tourism of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region has only just started development resulting in a limited amount of information available for this study. Future planned work entails a continuous in-depth study of Chinese agricultural tourism, considering Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region in particular.
