본 연구는 BPM을 구현하는데 있어서 대상 프로세스를 선정하는 방법론에 관한 연구이다. LG CNS사의 BPM 구축방법론을 함께, 프로세스 선정 방법론인 enPAM을 제시하였다. 첫째, 대상 기업의 프로세스를 정의하는 방안들을 제시하였으며, 둘째, 대상 프로세스들에 대해 BPM 시스템을 구축하기 위한 프로세스 우선순위 평가지표로서, 크게 비즈니스 영향도, BPM 적용성, 실행가능성 세가지와 하부기준들을 제시하였다. 마지막으로, 한 이통통신회사를 대상으로 enPAM의 구체적인 적용과정을 보여줌으로써, 본 방법론의 유용성을 제시하였다.

비즈니스 프로세스 자동화 (Business Process Management. BPM)는 이 기종 시스템간의 통합을 추구하면서 비즈니스 프로세스의 수명주기를 체계적으로 관리하기 위한 최근의 정보시스템 추세중의 하나이다. 이러한 BPM은 e-Business와 같이 다수의 조직 및 기업이 상호작용 하여 이루어지는 복잡한 프로세스의 자동실행을 위해서는 반드시 필요한 요소로 인식되고 있다. 다조직 프로세스에서는 각 비즈니스 주체들간에 자원의 변경과정을 이해하고 명확히 하는 것 이 중요하다. 그러나, 부족한 용량, 프로세스 구조의 복잡성 및 모델의 부재로 인하여 자원의 변경관리가 어려운 문제로 인식되어 왔다. 본 논문에서는 새로운 프레임워크를 제안하여 비즈니스 프로세스 자원의 가장 중요한 요소 중 하나인 문서의 변경을 지원한다. 이를 위하여 기존프로세스자동화 도구에서와 같이 프로세스수명주기를 '정의 시'와 '실행 시'의 두 가지로 구분하고 프로세스 진행과정에서 문서의 변경을 관리할 수 있는 새로운 모듈을 도입하여 추가한다. 제안된 방법론은 문서 구조모델, 프로세스 구조모델, 문서와 프로세스간 연계모델과 버전 저장모델을 제공한다. 이러한 프레임워크의 유용성을 보이기 위하여 원형을 구현하여 본 논문에 제시한다.

The Evolution of Workflow Managment consists of rhe automation of business procedures or "workflows" during which documents, information or tasks are passed from one participant to another in a way that is governed by rules or procedures. Workflow technologies have evolved from image management system, document management system, relational or object database systems, and electronic mail system. Workflow Management system has the benefits to improve better efficiency, process control,flexibility, business process. Automation of many business processes results in the elimination standdardizing working methods. Consistency in the processes leads to greater predictability in levels of response to customers and software control over processes enables their re-design in line with changing business needs, In this present study, we implement Electronic Approval System which is a kind of Workflow Management system using static and dynamic flow control information on the web environment.

정부기관에서 공통적으로 사용하는 표준화된 시스템이자 정부기관의 일하는 과정, 의사결정 등이 남는 주요 도구인 업무관리시스템은 결재문서 중심의 문서형 기록 생산이 주를 이루고 있어 다양한 유형의 기록을 포괄하지 못하고 있다. 새로운 디지털 유형 기록의 생산, 다양한 협업 소프트웨어와 업무시스템의 등장, 재택근무 등 변화하는 환경에서 정부 업무관리시스템이 나아갈 방향을 고민할 필요가 있다. 본 연구는 경쟁력 있는 민간기업의 업무시스템과 활용 방식을 분석하고, 정부 업무관리시스템인 온-나라 2.0의 사용 현황 분석과 업무담당자 인터뷰를 통해 어떠한 차이가 있는지 살펴보는 것이다. 더하여 디지털 혁신에 조응하고 업무의 설명책임성과 효율성을 제고할 수 있는 방향으로 개선해야 할 기능과 정책적 방향을 제언하고자 한다.

The SM(System Management) is more important than SI(System Integration) in business model of software industry. And the role of ITO(IT Outsourcing) is increasing, recently. Also, The interest of ITIL increasing in the software industry. In the perspective of business, IT organization has been transformed from supportive division the core business organization, IT organization needs the satisfaction of customer’s requirements. So, process oriented IT management is required. In the perspective of technique, according to need of IT infra for a rapid change management, an application management, systematic development and operating process are required. Therefore, this paper analyzes of IT service core process in service support and service delivery that was offered by ITIL using the AHP methodology This paper shows the results of IT service survey in domestic software industry. PLM(Product Lifecycle Management) is one of innovative manufacturing paradigms which leverages e-business technologies to allow a company's product content to be developed and integrated with all company business process through the extended enterprise. In these days, most construction companies also make an effort to enhance their systems for creating, sharing and managing information to improve business efficiency through entire lifecycle of project execution. Because of different needs, business process and diverse engineering activities such as design, structural analysis, installing simulation, documents and data managements, a new paradigm for construction companies is needed to manage and share the entire workflow, and information in total project lifecycle. In this paper, we conducted user requirement and business process analysis of constructions to design C-PLM system which is a PLM system for effective management of civil project and engineering activities. Also, we implement C-PLM system based on commercial PDM system, and applied it to civil project as case studies.

BPM(Business Process Management) secures the agility of an enterprise through automation, integration, and optimization of business process. For the successful BPM introduction, the evaluation and selection of suitable processes for BPM are very important. But as to process evaluation and selection standards, in fact, various selection elements exist and they have to be considered. Therefore, it is very difficult to evaluate systematically and reasonably business processes for enterprises or concerned persons that plan to introduce BPM. This paper describes a Web-based business process evaluation model for BPM using BSC(Balanced Scorecard) and fuzzy AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process). A Web-based business process evaluation system was implemented based on this and it provides many useful business process evaluation results to enterprises or concerned persons that have insufficient experience and knowledge about BPM, and initially plan to implement BPMS(Business Process Management System). Thus, this paper demonstrates the applicability of fuzzy AHP concept in business process evaluation and selection for BPM, and provides a systemic guidance in the decision-making process.

상시적으로 변화하는 의료 환경에 적응하고 다양한 외부 의료기관과의 정보 공유를 위해 의료기관 프로세스를 통합 관리할 수 있는 비즈니스 프로세스 관리 시스템에 대한 중요성이 증가하고 있다. 비즈니스 프로세스 관리 시스템은 그래프 기반의 BPMN 프로세스 모델을 웹서비스 환경의 실행언어인 WS-BPEL로 변환한 후 프로세스 엔진을 통해 실행하는 자동화 프로세스 도구이다. 하지만 BPMN 프로세스 모델은 다수의 모호성 및 구조적 불일치로 인해 WS-BPEL로의 변환이 어려울 수 있으며 프로세스 실행 시 실행 오류를 초래할 수 있는 구조적 이상 현상들을 포함할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 의료기관 프로세스 통합 관리를 위해 모호성 및 구조적 불일치가 제거된 정형화된 BPMN 프로세스 모델 및 구조적 이상 현상 검출 방법을 제시한다. IHE 프로파일을 적용한 사례연구를 통해 정형화된 BPMN 프로세스 모델을 제시하고 및 구조적 이상 현상 검증을 실시한다. 기존의 연구 방법과의 비교 실험을 통해 제안된 기법의 우수성을 보인다.

Adoption and practical application of BPM yet remains at a theoretic and methodological level for many industrial sectors. As for construction industry, adapting BPM into enterprise resource across all business processes could cause problems due to rapid change in corporate operation systems. Furthermore, it is unable to predict potential risks of business process while BPM are being applied. Therefore, applying BPM model to core strategy and individual task seems more effective than applying BPM model to the entire enterprise resource planning. In this paper, we define BPM and suggest a BPM model by analyzing each business unit in order to evaluate each business unit which is included in the business process architecture based on quantitative standards. This paper also presents a sequential application plan for business process model. Finally, a case study is demonstrated for the application of BPM system, focusing on cost management business, which turned out to be a top priority in the aspect of efficiency and ease based on priority analysis.

The accuracy of global navigation satellite system(GNSS) positioning has been studied during the last decades. Early GPS software was developed as monolithic tool in which all functions packed in the same software. But, these GPS software have the problems of the high cost of constructing system. close system architecture and the reusability. And there is a lack of interoperability between them because most of them have their own unique data format according to their application fields. In this paper, we have introduced requirements for design and specifications based on business process for the GPS system. commonly used to extract components from the requirements of the GPS business-based development process is presented. These components extracted by the process can be used to assemble components only. In particular, applications for developers to add features specific case without affecting the other components that can be modify the component.
