시판 소주 제품들의 관능적 특성 및 소비자 기호도 (Sensory Characteristics and Consumer Liking of Commercial Sojues Marketed in Korea)

  • 묘사분석 기법을 적용하여 시판소주 제품들의 관능적 특성을 정성적 및 정량적으로 평가하였으며, 서울에 거주하는 20대 남녀 224명을 대상으로 소비자 검사를 수행하여 브랜드 노출 효과가 주어졌을 때 소비자 기호도에 미치는 영향을 조사하였다. 소주의 묘사분석 결과, 향미 및 감각특성 13가지가 개발되었으며, 7가지 시판소주 제품 간의 모든 특성에서 유의적인 차이가 나타났다. 소비자 기호도 평가 결과, 브랜드 비노출 그룹의 경우 시료 간에 유의적 차이가 나타나지 않았으나, 브랜드 노출그룹의 경우에는 유의적 차이가 나타났고, 이들 중 서울지역에서 주로 판매되는 JIC와 DOC의 기호도가 높게 나타났다. 따라서 시판소주의 기호도를 결정하는 요인은 맛에 의한 영향보다 브랜드 효과 등 비관능적 요소의 영향이 큰 것으로 여겨진다.

청소년기 장신구 착장에 관한 연구 - 라이프스타일과 의복행동을 중심으로 - (A Study on the Ornaments Wear of Adolescents - Focusing on the Life Style and Clothing Behavior -)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the disposition of adolescents in their ornament wearing pattern associate with their life style and clothing behavior. The subject of this study consists of 345 middle and high school girls living in Chung-Nam Province and Taejon Metropolitan City. SPSS/PC+ program was utilized to calculated frequency(N), mean value(M) and standard deviation(SD) for statistical analysis. Differences among the populations were examined through f test, ANOVA. The results of this study reveals that the ornaments wearing patterns are significantly different according to their life style and clothing behavior as follows: 1. Correlation between the wear of ornaments and the life style: School girls who pursue the modernistic life style prefer the fashionable ornaments (e.g. sunglasses) and they are always in contact with the latest information. On the contrary, school girls who pursue the practical life style emphasize on the practical use when they purchase the ornaments, e.g. umbrella. School girls having romantic or passive nature have a preference for the brand name and brand image of the ornaments and they in general would like to buy ornaments such as the bracelets. 2. Correlation between the wear of ornaments and the clothing behavior: School girls having sympathetic nature and being deeply interested in clothing put a stress on the latest fashion of the ornaments. They usually want to buy fashionable ornaments such as the cellular phone, beeper and sunglasses. Subjects who estimate themselves by their garments are sensitive to the price of the ornaments while aesthetes emphasize the brand image of the ornaments. Chaste school girls put their emphasis on the quality of the ornaments and they most want to have functional hair bands. Following suggestions can be made based on the discussions above: It is necessary for us to have correct understanding about the correlation between the ornaments and clothing of school girls in order to lead them to have appropriate clothing behavior. Furthermore, it is required to construct a bridge linking a course of study to rational habits guidance which will provide us more appropriate tools for clothing behavior guidance.

남성의 속옷 추구혜택에 따른 구매행동 (The Effect of Men's Underwear Benefits Sought on Underwear Purchasing Behavior)

  • This study was intended to present basic materials for the direction of product planning and marketing strategy to increase the market share of men's underwear. For this purpose, it attempted to classify the groups according to the benefit of pursuing men's underwear and analyze the differences in purchase behavior among the segmented groups. The specific purposes of the study were to investigate the purchase behavior of men's underwear, to segment the consumers into groups according to underwear benefits sought, to investigate the differences in purchase behavior among the groups, and to investigate the differences in demographics among the groups. The questionnaire was distributed to men aged the 20s to the 40s living in Seoul. A total of 297 questionnaires were used for the final analysis. As a result, the following findings were obtained. It was found that 84.8% of the respondents showed there was no favorite underwear brand. They showed the favorite color of translucent color, the favorite style of trunk and brief, the favorite post-processing of silver nano, deo processing, and the favorite material of charcoal. In purchasing men's underwear, the respondents showed a preference for simple image, and the discount store as the place of purchase. The results also showed that there were four groups of underwear benefits sought: sex appeal/individuality, comfort, practicality, and fashion/brand groups. In regard to the group differences, there were significant differences in underwear purchase motives, underwear preferences, store selection criteria, and demographics.

유행선도력에 따른 여대생의 화장품충동구매와 심리적 특성에 관한 연구 (A Study of Cosmetic Impulse Buying and Psychological Characteristics of College Women by Their Fashion Leadership)

  • The college students selected by random sampling were classified into several groups by their cosmetic impulse buying pattern and the internal characteristics that cause them. Their shopping orientation, life styles, makeup self-confidence, makeup interest and self-image were the subjects of comparative analysis. The results of this research can be summarized as follows.; fashion leader was classified fashion dual leader, fashion opinion leader, fashion innovator and fashion follower. The fashion dual leader and fashion innovator were more impulse buying orientated. The fashion dual leader and fashion innovator were highly evaluated in intellectual self faithfulness and life decoration preference style. The fashion dual leader and fashion innovator attached great importance to leisure pursuit and name brand preferring shopping. They showed the tendencies to the makeup self-confidence and makeup interest. But the fashion follower showed quite different tendencies. The fashion dual leader and fashion innovator perceived themselves as varied life style. These internal characteristics were supposed to contribute to their impulse buying.

소비자들의 맥주 선택속성 : 국산, 수입, 수제 맥주 비교 분석을 중심으로 (Beer Selection Properties of Consumers : Focusing on Comparative Analysis of Domestic, Imported and Craft Beer)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors influencing consumers purchasing of domestic, imported and craft beer through AHP analysis and to provide implications for marketing for each beer market. In this study, theories and calculations related to AHP analysis were thoroughly examined and selection attributes were determined by referring to existing theories. A total of 164 consumers who have purchased beer were the target of the survey. The results were analyzed by AHP analysis and the differences were analyzed. It was confirmed that the domestic, imported, and craft beer had the highest weight in the taste in the first layer. At this time, we can confirm that imported, and craft beer has a relatively high weight on taste and domestic beer has a relatively high weight on brand image. We also found that design and advertising images do not have a significant impact on beer selection. Even though it is study on beer, we can find people have different preference between their orgin. In this study, it is possible to show what type of factors does the beer manufacturing and distribution company should concentrate on by analyzing factors that consumers consider, unlike other studies focusing on consumption status of existing beer.

X세대 남성의 패션스타일 유형과 특성 (The Types and Characteristics of the Fashion Styles of the Generation-X Man)

  • Due to desire for more variation from male consumers within the men's fashion market in Korea, there has been an ongoing development of departmentalization of fashion styles. The Generation-X man, in particular, is the most active member of our current day society, and will be the principal agent in the senior market from here on forth. Thus, this study categorized their preferred fashion styles, and will seek to analyze the behaviors related to the pursuit of clothing of the Generation-X man. The qualitative investigations of the Q-method as well as the quantitative investigation of the SPSS 12.0 were used in conjunction as the method of study. Additionally, images and types resulting from the preceding first-year study entitled "The Type and Characteristics of the Modern Men's Fashion Images" were utilized as part of the surveys. As a result of the Q-method, which was used to derive the preferred fashion styles of the Generation-X man, they were classified into three categories: the classic suit preferring 'conservative class type', the polished, comfortable style preferring 'modern sophisticated type', and the adventure and variety seeking 'uninhibited individualistic style'. After analyzing the factors which influence clothing preference behaviors of these men, a total of seven causes were drawn from the results, including: conservative indifference to fashion, others conscious pursuit of fashion, the aim to show off brand name products, high involvement in the aspect of design, pursuit of TPO, pursuit of self-image, and conformity to fashion. The elements that revealed differences in the behaviors in pursuing clothing within the preferred fashion style types of the Generation-X man included the conservative indifference to fashion, and others conscious pursuit of fashion, which therefore shows that rather than enjoying the fashion lifestyle, these men possess a more conservative disposition instead.

인터넷 쇼핑몰에서 패션제품 소비자의 위험지각과 위험감소행동에 관한 연구 (Risk Perception and Risk Reduction Behaviors of Fashion Product Consumers in Internet Shopping Malls)

  • This study analyzed risk perception and risk reduction behaviors of male and female college students in their twenties who purchased fashion products in internet shopping malls. It also investigated the relationship between risk perception and risk reduction behavior as well as the ways in which groups, categorized by risk perception, differed in their risk reduction behaviors. The results of this study were as follows: first, seven factors of risk perception were identified. These were product quality, shipping, product image, payment, economic feasibility, fear of other people's reactions, and size. Six types of risk reduction behavior were also identified. These were product comparison, word-of-mouth information search, price search, preference for name-brand, service comparison, and referring to experiences. Next, a correlational analysis of the factors of risk perception and those of risk reduction behavior showed several patterns. The highest positive correlation was between economic risk perception and product comparison behavior. In addition, shipping risk perception was positively correlated with service comparison behavior and product quality and product image had a positive correlation with word-of-mouth information search behavior. Third, customers of internet shopping malls could be categorized into three groups: shipping risk perception group, high risk perception group, and product quality risk perception group. The groups were shown by factor analysis to be significantly different to each other. Finally, risk reduction behavior was investigated according to the different groups of risk perception of the internet shopping malls and the results showed significant differences among groups.

중국시장 차 음료브랜드 패키지디자인의 감성이미지 평가 분석 (Analysis of Evaluation for Emotional Image of the Package Design of Tea Brand in the Chinese Market)

  • 본 연구는 차 음료 패키지디자인의 감성이미지에 관련된 연구로서 중국시장에서 판매되는 차 음료패키지의 대상을 수집하고 차 음료 패키지디자인에 대해 '달다. 쓰다, 개운하다, 시큼하다' 4개 대표적인 미각 형용사를 추론하였다. 그리고 수집된 차 음료 패키지디자인별도 대표 미각 형용사에 대한 느끼는 정도와 패키지디자인의 선호도를 조사했고 미각에 영향을 주는 시각요소인 색채와 일러스트레이션을 분석됐다. 즉, 차 음료 패키지디자인 색채는 달고 시큼한 맛은 녹색과 노란색을 사용하는 한편 노란색보다 녹색을 사용하는 디자인은 선호도가 높다. 쓰고 시큼한 맛은 빨간색과 검은색 등의 짙은 색을 사용하는 한편 주황색이나 노란색을 사용하는 디자인은 선호도가 높다. 달고 개운한 맛은 녹색을 사용하는 한편 짙은 녹색보다 연한 녹색을 사용하는 디자인은 선호도가 높다. 쓰고 개운한 맛은 녹색, 빨간색, 노란색, 하얀색, 검은색을 사용했지만 대부분 패키지의 바탕색에다가 하얀색과 노란을 사용하는 한편 노란색을 사용하거나 바탕색에다가 하얀색을 사용하는 디자인은 선호도가 높다. 그리고 차 음료 패키지디자인의 일러스트레이션은 그래픽을 통해 브랜드의 맛을 표현할 수 있는 일러스트레이션을 사용해서 미각에 영향을 주는 한편 일러스트레이션을 사용하는 디자인이 이미지를 사용하지 않거나 인물사진을 사용하는 디자인보다 선호도가 높은 것으로 분석됐다.

기업의 문화예술후원 활동이 수요자의 구매의도에 미치는 영향 (The Influence of Company's Culture & Arts Sponsorship Activities on Purchase Intention of the Consumer)

  • 본 연구는 가업의 안정적이고 지속적인 성장을 위한 사회공헌활동(CSR: Corporate Social Responsibility)이 기업의 이미지 제고와 제품 및 서비스 구매의도에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지에 관한 연구이다. 다양한 사회공헌 활동을 추구하는 기업의 이미지는 일반 소비자에게 어떻게 인식되며 기업의 이미지 제고에 따른 제품 및 서비스 구매의도와의 상관관계를 알아보기 위한 목적이 있다. 서울과 충청지역의 대학생을 대상으로 323부 설문지를 배포하여 그 중 314부를 분석에 사용하였다. 인구통계학적 요소, 기업의 사회공헌활동 중 중요분야, 기업이 사회공헌활동을 하는 이유, 문화예술후원기업 중 선호기업 등을 조사하였다. 기업이미지는 '제품/서비스', '잠재역량', '공익관련' 세 가지 항목을 살펴보았고 회귀모델에서는 이세가지 요소가 구매의도에 어떠한 영향을 미치는가를 조사하였다. 연구결과 사회공헌 이유를 '기업에 대한 사회적 인식 개선', '기업에 대한 부정적 인식전환' 순으로 나타났다. 사회공헌 활동을 적극적으로 지원하는 기업에 대하여 소비자들은 선호도를 가지고 있으며, 이는 대체적으로 기업성과로 이어진다고 볼 수 있으며, 기업은 기업시민 정신을 가지고 수요자중심으로 지역사회에 공헌하고, 전향적으로 문화예술후원을 확대하여야 할 것으로 사료된다.

소셜 빅 데이터를 이용한 여행사 평가에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Evaluation of Travel Agency using Social Big Data)

  • 최근 기업들은 효율적인 경영을 위해 소셜 미디어상의 빅 데이터를 분석하는 시스템을 이용하여 고객피드백에 관한 정보를 수집하고 분석하고 있다. 소셜 미디어상에는 실시간으로 자발적인 고객의 의견들이 대량 포함되어 있어 고객 피드백을 파악할 수 있는 방법으로 소셜 빅 데이터를 이용하는 것이 매우 효율적 이다. 본 논문에서는 관광서비스 산업의 대표기업인 여행사에 관해 소셜 미디어 상의 빅 데이터를 이용하여 보다 정확하고 효율적인 고객피드백 정보수집과 분석이 가능한 평가방안을 제안한다. 그것을 위해 우선 서비스 모델을 설계하고 구축하고 테스트 베드로서 국내 최대 규모의 여행사를 중심으로 빅5 여행사에 대해 미디어 채널, 소비자 만족도 , 브랜드 이미지 등을 분석한다. 또한 긍정지수와 부정지수로 호감도를 평가하여 비교분석한 결과를 제시한다. 평가항목에 따라 개선해야 되는 분야를 알 수 있어 제안한 평가방법은 해당 여행사가 보다 효율적으로 고객을 관리하는데 효과적임을 알 수 있다.
