Aluminum liners used in cylinders are hazardous for human health. In this study, we use a plastic PA liner inside cylinders to solve this problem. Plastic PA liners are widely used in the manufacturing industry in the production of food and beverage containers. We covered the aluminum boss with a plastic liner material and wound the composite fibers over the liner material. To reinforce the dome area, we used low strength / high elongation plastic liner. To predict the performance of the developed product, we conducted structural analyses utilizing the 3D laminated solid element. We verified the soundness of the product by testing the prototype.

본 연구는 MMORPG의 특성을 사용자의 욕구 관점에서 분석하여 동기유발에 영향을 미치는 구체적요소를 살펴보았다. 연구결과, 기존의 연구에 의해 도출된 동기유발요인 중 하나인 캐릭터는 사용자 캐릭터, 타 사용자 캐릭터, 보스몬스터 캐릭터, 조력자NPC로 세분화 되었으며, 캐릭터별 요인은 시각적 매력과 심리적 성향 그리고 능력치로 도출되었다. 또한 각 캐릭터가 사용자의 동기유발에 미치는 영향은 유의미한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 각 캐릭터 별로 동기유발의 주요요인이 다른 것으로 나타났다. 구체적으로 사용자캐릭터는 시각적 매력요인과 능력치요인, 보스몬스터 캐릭터는 심리적 성향요인과 능력치요인, 타사용자 캐릭터는 시각적 매력요인과 능력치요인 그리고 조력자 NPC는 시각적 매력요인이 사용자의 동기 유발에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 분석되었다. 연구결과를 통해 도출된 구체적 동기유발요소는 사용자의 동기를 유발하기 위한 구체적 전략 제시측면에 도움을 줄 것으로 기대된다.

Most power steering systems work by using a hydraulic system to turn the vehicle's wheels. The pressure is usually provided by a hydraulic pump driven by the vehicle's engine. A double-acting hydraulic cylinder applies a force to the steering gear, which in turn applies a torque to the steering axis of the road wheels. The flow to the cylinder is controlled by valves operated by the steering wheel ; the more torque the driver applies to the steering wheel and the shaft it is attached to, the more fluid the valves allow through to the cylinder, and so the more force is applied to steer the wheels in the appropriate direction. Since the pumps employed are of the positive displacement type, the flow rate they deliver is directly proportional to the speed of the engine. And for a long time, the type of hydraulic pump pulley was boss welding type. But recently, monolith type driving pulley is widely used. Therefore in this paper we studied the safety of monolith type driving pulley to the extracting force and endurance by FEM analysis and experiments.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between working environment and quality of life of fashion vendor company workers by using working environment variables such as job stress, job burnout, job satisfaction, and turnover intention. Preliminary test was conducted by interviewing fashion vendor company workers in order to find out factors that were more suitable for their working environment. Main survey was conducted to 200 fashion vendor company workers and 194 responses were analyzed. The results of correlation analysis showed that job stress, job burnout, job satisfaction, turnover intention, and factors of quality of life had significant relationships. Boss stress, role stress, achivement decrease, and personal condition satisfaction showed a significant relationship with turnover intention. The results of path analysis showed that job stress had a positive relationship with job burnout and job burnout had a negative relationship with job satisfaction. Both job stress and job burnout had a positive relationship with turnover intention, whereas job satisfaction had a negative relationship with turnover intention. Also, the results showed that job burnout and turnover intention had a negative relationship with quality of life of fashion vendor company workers, whereas job satisfaction had a positive relationship with quality of life of fashion vendor company workers.

The widely used power supply (Switched Mode Power Supply : SMPS) as a source in order to stabilize direct current for electronics or communication systems has merits, when it is compared to the existing source for stability, such as high efficiency, small size, light weight by means of switching process of the semiconductor device which controls the flow of power. However, due to existence of inductors and capacitors used for charging energy, the source part in electronic or communication systems hasn't reached the speed, that is supposed to get, for achieving smaller size and lighter weight. In order to got smallness in size, it is necessary to increase switching frequency. And that makes devices for measuring energy smaller. Nevertheless, the rise switching frequency brings increases in switching loss, inductor loss, and power loss. Also, the occurrence of surge and noise caused by high frequency switching is setting higher. The resonant converter has been considered as one of methods that give solutions for the problems of SMPS and that method has been paid attention as a source technology in electronics and communication.

Purpose: This cross-sectional survey study explored the moderating effect of social support between hierarchy-oriented nursing organizational culture and turnover intention in clinical nurses. Methods: Data were collected using self-report questionnaires from 240 nurses working at three general hospitals in February 2018. Hierarchy-oriented nursing organizational culture, turnover intention and social support were measured using 5, 6, and 8 items, respectively, of validated instruments. Descriptive analysis and hierachical multiple regression were conducted using SPSS/WIN 21.0. Results: Nurses rated $3.66{\pm}0.50$ for hierarchy-oriented nursing organizational culture, $3.40{\pm}0.64$ for turnover intention, and $3.77{\pm}0.56$ for social support respectively. Nurses' turnover intention was positively correlated with hierarchical organizational culture, but negatively with social support. The moderating effect of social support was not significant in the relationship between hierarchical nursing organizational culture and turnover intention. Conclusion: It is required to improve the hierarchy-oriented nursing organizational culture. Institutional preparation and education are urgently needed to strengthen the boss and peer support for clinical nurses and finally to reduce turnover intention.

Objectives: This study explored job satisfaction experience and meaning of work in dental hygienists. Methods: In-depth interviews were conducted with 13 clinical dental hygienists who had been working in dental clinics for more than 10 years. The analysis method used was developed by Giorgi, including all four steps. Results: The results of the interview were categorized into five central meanings: recognition and trust (including patient's trust, trust in the boss, recognition in the hospital, and intimacy), growth (growth of the hospital, growth in jobs, and problem-solving skills), professional pride (self-esteem, extension of work and changes of awareness, and being able to help others), reward (financial compensation and psychological rewards), and meaning of life given by work (the process of maturing, self-representation, and vitality of life). Conclusions: Based on this study, we need to develop tools to measure dental hygienists' level of job satisfaction as well as follow-up research on ways to improve it.

Diarthron linifolium Turcz. is an annual herb usually found in sandy soil or limestone areas. Plants in the genus Diarthron are known to have toxic chemicals that may, however, be potentially useful as an anticancer treatment. Diarthron linifolium is a unique species among the species of the genus distributed in Korea. Here, we determine the genetic variation of D. linifolium collected in Korea with a full chloroplast genome and investigate its evolutionary status by means of a phylogenetic analysis. The chloroplast genome of Korean D. linifolium has a total length of 172,644 bp with four subregions; 86,158 bp of large single copy and 2,858 bp of small single copy (SSC) regions are separated by 41,814 bp of inverted repeat (IR) regions. We found that the SSC region of D. linifolium is considerably short but that IRs are relatively long in comparison with other chloroplast genomes. Various simple sequence repeats were identified, and our nucleotide diversity analysis suggested potential marker regions near ndhF. The phylogenetic analysis indicated that D. linifolium from Korea is a sister to the group of Daphne species.

In these days, the piezoresistive material has been applied to various sensors in order to measure the change of physical quantities. But the relationship between the sensitivity of a sensor and the position and size of piezoresistor has rarely been studied. Therefore, this paper was focused on the distribution of the resistance change ratio on the diaphragm and bridge surface where piezoresistor would be formed, and proposed the proper size and position of piezoresistor with which the sensitivity of sensor was increased. As the width of mass and boss was increased, the distance between piezoresistors was closed and the maximum value of resistance change ratio was decreased by the increase of the structure stiffness. And according to the increment of seismic mass size, the value of resistance change ratio is decreased by increase of the structure stiffness. Y directional piezoresistor is formed in the position of $100\mu{m}\;apart\;from\;cantilever\;edge\;and\;length\;of\;that\;is\;800\mu{m}$.

선미관 베어링은 프로펠러가 회전할 시 슬립을 방지하기 위하여 충분한 간섭량을 가지고 캐스팅에 강제 압입되어야 한다. 선미관 베어링을 캐스팅에 강제 압입 시에 필요한 힘을 계산할 때 사용되어지는 공식은 업체별로 각각 다르며, 계산 시 사용되어지는 요소들의 값도 상이하다. 이에 따라 조선소에서 선미관 베어링 강제 압입력을 계산할 때에는 업체별로 제시된 공식과 재질에 따라 고려되어지는 요소들의 값을 사용하지만 간섭량은 조선소의 경험에 기반한 값을 표준으로 사용하고 있다. 본 논문은 강제 압입법에 의한 시공시에 선미관 베어링에 사용되어지는 피팅관계식을 검토하여 선미관 베어링 업체별로 제시되어지는 값을 기반으로 한 결과를 실제 값과 비교하였다. 그 결과 업체별로 제시한 식이 두께가 두꺼운 실린더 이론을 이용하였음을 알 수 있었다. 특히 J사 및 B사의 경우에는 K사와는 달리 두께가 두꺼운 실린더 이론을 근간으로 하였지만, 두께가 얇은 실린더의 경우에도 사용할 수 있도록 변형하여 사용하고 있음을 알 수 있었다.
